        연구의 목적은 노인의 건강증진 행위가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 주관적 건강상태가 이 두 변수 사이에서 유의미한 매개변수로 작용하는지 확인하는 것이다. 이를 통해 성공적 노화를 위한 의료 복지서비스 개입전략 수립에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 <고령화연구패널(KLoSA) 제8차년도(2020년)> 원자료를 사용하였고, 문헌적 고찰을 통해 노인의 건강증진 행위, 주관적 건강상태, 삶의 만족도 사이의 관계를 규명하는 연구모형을 구축하였다. SPSS 25.0, SPSS PROCESS Macro의 Model 4.2 프로그램을 사용하여 인구통계학적 특성에 대한 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분 석, 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping)을 실시함으로써 유의성을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요 연구결과는 다음 과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 건강증진 행위의 수준이 높을수록 주관적 건강상태가 양호하다. 둘째, 노인의 건강 증진 행위의 수준이 높을수록 삶의 만족도가 더 높다. 셋째, 노인의 주관적 건강상태는 건강증진 행위와 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 유의미한 매개변수로 작용한다. 본 연구는 이런 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인의 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 정책적·실천적 함의를 논의하였다.

        해양사고는 대규모 인명피해와 해양환경 피해를 가져오므로 인명구조와 함께 선박 및 화물에 대한 신속한 구난작업이 중요하다. 우리나라의 경우 국내 구난역량이 미흡하여 대형해양사고 발생 시 구난작업은 대부분 해외 대형구난업체에 의존하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 구난산업의 현황과 문제점을 도출하여 민간 구난산업의 육성을 위한 정부의 지원방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 구난산업의 현황분석을 위해 산업계 현장조사 및 종사자들과 면담을 실시하였고, 민간 구난산업 육성방안으로 구난산업 지원 전담기관의 설치방안과 전담기관에서 수행해야 할 기능을 식별하여 제시하였다. 또한, 구난업의 진흥 및 국가 해양사고 대응역량 강화를 위하여 ‘구난산업의 육성에 관한 법률안’의 주요 골자를 제시하였다. 법률안 초안 마련을 위해 관련 국내법과 국제협약을 폭넓게 검토하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 제시된 법령 제정방안을 바탕으로 관계부처가 중심이 입법 활동이 추진되어야 하며, 성공적인 입법을 위해서는 관련 학계와 민간업계의 협력이 요구된다. 본 연구가 국내 해양 구난산업의 발전 및 국가의 해양사고 대응역량 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

        Recently, de-industrialization phenomenon has been intensified in global. It caused negative issues of manufacturing economy, so many countries are carrying out a policy to protect and promote their manufacture industry. Also in Korea, government is implementing a policy to promote their manufacture based technique and process. It was named "Ppuri industry". We studied how important Ppuri industry is in Korean manufacture economy and the relation of between the metal industry and Ppuri industry. Finally, we analyze the problem of korean promotion policy of Ppuri industry and suggest an alternative policy.

        While designation status of state-appointed cultural properties, promotion status of scenic sites, overlap with natural parks, and relationship with both nine river bends and eight views were reviewed, application and promotion status of scenic sites were analyzed by exploring culture and tourism websites of local governments and tourist leaflets on scenic sites. The results of the analysis are as follows. There are totally 109 designated scenic sites in Korea and these are distributed in 59 local governments, which account for 26.1% of local governments. Accordingly, unequal regional distribution was found to be significant. As a result of the exploration of the status of overlapping between scenic site-designated areas and national, provincial, and county parks, altogether 53 designated scenic sites that account for 48.6%, overlapped with natural parks. Thus, there is a great need for role sharing and cooperation with natural park management entities in terms of experience programs within scenic sites and cultural commentaries. Meanwhile, there is a significant difference among the local governments regarding the efforts in highlighting cultural properties as tourist resources while universal awareness and promotion of scenic sites was found to be very low. Marking scenic sites on leaflets were prone to lag behind those on homepages. The analysis on status of scenic sites revealed that festivals and events were being held in 39.4% of scenic sites and those with longer designation- lapsed years were associated with the prevalence of festivals. Moreover, natural scenic sites located in natural parks were unwilling to be used through local government’s awareness and tourism endeavors compared to historical and cultural scenic sites. Additionally, several wrong descriptions were found on the markings of scenic sites and thus, promotion of scenic site culture and operational management requires urgent improvement.

        The Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Research Council within the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries looks over the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Research and Development Project. Every five years, it revises the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Research Basic Plan. Based on the information above, the following suggestions are made to implement domestic research projects. First, the strategic planning and promotion of research and development projects are needed to achieve the goals of the country and agricultural policy. Second, it is necessary to break up and diversify research assignments so that the project implementation reflects the trend of the time. Third, there is a need to develop a research partnership that strengthens cooperation among industry, academia, government, and research institutes to utilize technology seeds from fields other than agriculture. Fourth, it is necessary to improve field demonstration research projects where central and local research institutes, universities, private companies, agricultural cooperation, and farmers can participate. Fifth, follow-ups should be conducted at the end of research to advance research implementation systems. Finally, there is a need to build a new dissemination system which includes research results and policy.

        This study was to investigate purchase of women for commercial kimchi. Survey was carried out by questionnaire method that is target on 322 female over 20 age in Seoul area. The results of the study was that the way they get kimchi of women answered that they make it by themselves(63.3%). The reason of purchasing is they do not have enough time to make it at their home(43.8%) and its good taste(56.8%) result in their purchase. In the degree of preference about package material, prefer polyethylene(39.6%). Also respondents prefer purchasing poggi kimchi(63.4%) among other different types of kimchi. The promotion facts of purchasing commercial kimchi shows a high score in cold chain system package and specific kimchi development.

        Horticultural therapy is a nationally united association in Korea and has been growing amazingly over the past 10 years. Recently in Korea, however, horticultural therapy has been faced with new social changes and challenges as the interests and needs of horticultural therapy have increased. This study was therefore conducted to gain understand of the actual conditions of horticultural therapists and to consider how to promote their status to ensure continued growth in the specialization of horticultural therapy. The Korean Horticultural Therapy and Well-being Association (KHTA) grant four kinds of) 5)licenses: expert horticultural therapist, 1st level horticultural therapist, 2nd level horticultural therapist, and horticultural therapist for the promotion of well-being. Licensure for horticultural therapy is issued according to the professional registration process of KHTA and is achieved after completing the long life education center courses at one of the 16 universities who operate under the same curriculum and system supervised by KHTA. An internship, assigned a certain value per hour, and monthly training programs and workshops accredited by KHTA must be fulfilled. Monthly training programs and workshops that run 4-6 hours each relate to multidisciplinary content such as horticultural science, medical science, rehabilitation, welfare, counseling, and the environment, among other topics. Now, horticultural therapists in Korea are rendering their services at more than 400 places throughout the country including schools, hospitals, arboretums, botanical gardens, welfare institutes, and private institutes. Horticultural therapists serve infants, children, young people, the elderly, the disabled, and anyone who desires to increase their quality of life mentally, physically, and socially. As of February 2007, KHTA had more than 2,302 members and 514 people were granted licenses including 57 1st level horticultural therapists, 457 2nd level horticultural therapists, and 1 Horticultural Therapist for the promotion of well-being. In this study, a frequency analysis and χ2-test was conducted after a mail-in survey of horticultural therapists with first and second grade licenses as of 2005. Summarily, the low quality of education is the biggest problem that horticultural therapists identified as well as the increase in number of practitioners. Improvement at all levels of the educational program should be considered as satisfaction with the life-long education center courses, recurrent training programs and workshops was rather low. The institutional alternative plan to promote the status of horticultural therapists was found to be the second consideration. Through a comparison of the opinions of the 1st and 2nd level horticultural therapists, it was found that there was little difference in their view. Currently, over 80% of members have a strong sense of duty concerning their activities as a therapist however, payment levels must be improved because the current payment is not appropriate compared to the quality of the work. To successfully resolve these issues, international cooperation and discussion to further develop horticultural therapy must be needed as other countries are also experience a similar situation. Firstly, horticultural therapists must try to increase their status through continued professional efforts to improve their capabilities. KHTA must also do its best in a various ways to make opportunities for united action and provide the developmental efforts needed to accomplish the necessary changes.
