In this study, the fate and removal of 15 pharmaceuticals (including stimulants, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, etc.) in unit processes of a sewage treatment plant (STP) were investigated. Mass loads of pharmaceuticals were 2,598 g/d in the influent, 2,745 g/d in the primary effluent, 143 g/d in the secondary effluent, and 134 g/d in the effluent. The mass loads were reduced by 95% in the biological treatment process, but total phosphorous treatment did not show a significant effect on the removal of most pharmaceuticals. Also, mass balance analysis was performed to evaluate removal characteristics of pharmaceuticals in the biological treatment process. Acetaminophen, caffeine, acetylsalicylic acid, cefradine, and naproxen were efficiently removed in the biological treatment process mainly due to biodegradation. Removal efficiencies of gemfibrozil, ofloxacin, and ciprofloxacin were not high, but their removal was related to sorption onto sludge. This study provides useful information on understanding removal characteristics of pharmaceuticals in unit processes in the STP.

목적 : 서로 다른 디자인의 시표를 사용하여 자각적 원거리 수평 주시시차 교정 값을 비교 및 분석해 보고자 하였다. 방법 : 35명의 시각적 불편함(설문지 기준)을 느끼는 대상자를 선정하였다. MKH 차트, 말렛 유닛, 중심융합자 극점이 있는 차트프로젝터 십자시표를 사용하여 원거리 주시시차 교정 값을 측정하고, 주시시차 교정 전후의 최소 입체각을 측정하였다. 결과 : MKH 차트, 말렛 유닛, 중심융합자극점이 있는 차트프로젝터 십자시표에서 자각적으로 측정된 원거리 수평 주시시차 교정 값은 각각 0.99±0.50 △, 0.31±0.30 △, 0.52±0.46 △으로 측정되었고 유의한 차이가 있었다(F=23.002, p=0.000). 주시시차 교정 전 최소입체각은 85.43±54.68″이었다. MKH 차트, 말렛 유닛, 중심 융합자극점이 있는 차트프로젝터 십자시표를 사용한 주시시차 교정 후에 증가된 최소입체각은 각각 58.00±40.2 1″(t=4.280, p=0.000), 75.14±54.09″(t=3.111, p=0.000), 69.14±50.66″(t=2.503, p=0.000)로 측정되었고 유의한 차이가 있었다. 결론 : 시표의 디자인에 따른 주시시차 교정 값에는 유의한 차이가 있었고, 주시시차 교정 후의 최소입체각은 모든 시표에서 유의하게 향상되었다. 본 연구에서는 서로 다른 디자인의 3가지 시표 중 MKH 차트를 통해 주시시차를 교정한 후 최소입체각이 가장 많이 향상되었다.

In this study, the performances of the refrigeration unit for the box under actual operating conditions were examined by using the constant temperature and humidity chamber (air enthalpy method). For this purpose, the degree of superheat, pressure, and temperature were measured while changing the EEV opening, the compressor speed, the outdoor temperature, and the load in the refrigeration cycle of the refrigeration unit. The highest cooling performance was found at EEV 33%. However, EEV 35% with low compression ratio and degree of superheat was the most reliable in terms of reliability. Considering the compressor speed and cooling performance, the refrigeration unit was in an optimal condition at the compressor speed 3,040RPM. The results of this study will be provided as basic data for the optimal design of refrigeration units for box.

토목이나 건축공사와는 달리 조경분야의 프로젝트는 공정상의 특수성으로 인해 BIM 도입이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 그러나 인접 분야인 건축, 토목 공사에서 BIM은 보편화 되고 있으며, 이를 고려할 때 향후 조경분야에서도 BIM 환경구축 및 도입은 필수적일 것이다. 특히 조경 BIM의 공종 도출에 관한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않은 상태로, 향후 조경분야 BIM 도입을 위해서는 조경 BIM 세부 공종 도출에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 조경 BIM 도입 가능성의 검토와 세부 공종 도출을 통해 조경 BIM 도입을 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 문헌 연구와 전문가 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구결과 조경분야의 BIM 활용 방안 및 향후 발전 방향에 관한 내용이 도출되었다. 또한 대지분석 BIM, 공간계획 BIM, 조경요소계획 BIM의 3개 분야로 나뉜 조경 BIM 공종을 도출하였으며, 각 공종 분야는 다시 총 7개 부분의 31개 요소로 세분화되어 조경 BIM 세부 공종 내용이 도출되었다. 향후 본 자료를 바탕으로 국내 조경 프로젝트에 BIM을 도입하여 효율적인 조경 프로젝트 수행에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: We conducted phenomenological qualitative research to provide in depth understanding on infectious disease management. Methods: Participants were 10 nurses working in an isolation ward, where only patients with infectious diseases were institutionalized in one general hospital in Seoul. Data were collected through individual interviews and analyzed according to Colaizzi data analysis method. Results: The main theme of the experience of the nurses who worked in the isolated ward was ‘Nurse's sense of duty to overcome the fear of infection’. Through 83 meaningful re-statements and 13 themes, three sub-themes including ‘Unstable isolation ward’, ‘Taking care of infected patients’ and ‘Insufficient isolation patient care system’. Conclusion: Nurses, working in the new isolation ward, work in a lonely and dangerous environment having fear of infection, being lack of supplies and overcoming various psychological difficulties. In-depth understanding of these needs require efficient infection management policies, measures, and societal recognition.

In this study, the cooling capacity and the pressure drop of a condenser for 10kW refrigerator unit were experimentally investigated. The performance characteristics of the condenser was studied by changing the fin shape(4 types), fin pitch(5 types), tube row(4 types) and air flow rate(6 types), using the calorimeter. The optimum heat exchanger specifications were selected by comparing the capacity and the pressure drop of the condenser. In order to select the heat exchanger suitable for the condenser for 10kW refrigerator unit, both the cooling capacity and the pressure drop should be considered. From the condenser performance test by pin type, the wavy pin was selected. The optimal performance of the condenser for 10kW refrigerator unit was observed at the fin pitch of 3 mm, the tube row of 4 row, and the air flow rate of 90㎥/min.

원자력발전소 해체과정에서 방사화 재고량에 대한 평가는 방사선 환경에 정보를 제공함으로써 해체 계획을 수립하는데 중요한 정보를 제공한다. 원자로 운전 정지 후 원자로 및 관계시설에서의 축적된 방사능은 노심 구조물, 반사체 및 차폐체 등의 구조재가 중성자 조사에 의해 방사화된것이다. 방사화생성물 중 36Cl 과 41Ca 은 반감기와 화학적 물리학적 특성에 의해 해체 처 분 관점에서 매우 중요한 핵종이며 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 차폐 콘크리트 내 생성량을 평가하였다. MCNPX 코드를 사용하여 중성자속과 반응단면적을 계산하였으며 이 결과를 토대로 ORIGEN2 코드를 사용하여 방사화생성물의 양을 평가하였다.
