본 논문의 목적은 시진핑 시대 중국의 강화된 애국주의 담론이 한류 확산에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 한류가 1990년대 이후 한국의 핵심 문화 브랜드로 자리 잡으면서 중국이 가장 중요한 시장으로 부상한 프로세스를 규명하고, 2012년 이후 중국이 '문화 자신감' 강화와 애국주 의 교육 확대를 통해 외래문화 규제를 강화하는 배경(메커니즘)을 해부하 고자 한다. 본 연구는 다음과 같이 구성된다. 먼저 한류의 글로벌 확산과 중국의 정책적 대응을 검토한다(I장). 다음으로 시진핑 시대 중국 애국주 의의 특성과 '하향식(top-down)' 전파 메커니즘을 분석하고, 애국주의 담론이 한류 수용에 미치는 정책적 제약, 여론 압박, 가치관 충돌의 구체 적 영향을 규명한다(II-III장). 이어 중국의 문화 소프트파워 전략과 미·중 전략경쟁 심화, 지정학적 갈등 등 국제환경 변화를 검토한다(IV장). 마지 막으로 불법사이트, 홍콩·마카오 행사, 현지화 전략 등 한류의 새로운 확 산 경로를 분석한다(V장). 본 논문의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국의 애국주의는 한류에 정책적 도전을 제기하지만, 한중협력의 경험과 중국 소비자의 지속적 관심은 한류 발전의 기회 요인으로 작용한다. 둘째, 한 류의 지속가능성을 위해서는 시장 다변화, 정치적 탈각(脫政治化), 다문 화적 융합(multi-cultural integration)이 필수적이다. 그러나 국가 이데 올로기와 지정학적 갈등은 근본적 한계로 작용하며, 이를 극복하기 위해 한류는 '문화외교'를 강화하고 국제사회에서의 소프트파워를 제고하는 장 기 전략으로 추진되어야 한다.

Among various contributors to urban heat islands, anthropogenic heat flux (AHF) plays a particularly important role during cold waves due to increased energy demand. In this study, we examined the urban weather characteristics of the Seoul Metropolitan Area, as simulated by an urban canopy model, through an AHF sensitivity experiment for the region during a cold wave. We used the Weather Research and Forecasting-Urban Canopy Model (WRF-UCM) with prescribed AHF values for January 2017 to conduct the experiment. Sensitivity experiments were conducted with AHF scaled to 0, 1, 2, and 4 times the baseline value. The model underestimated the air temperature and relative humidity by about 1 o C and 20%, respectively, and overestimated the wind speed by 1.5ms1 without AHF. Doubling the anthropogenic heat flux led to a notable decrease in the root mean square error and mean bias error, particularly for temperature. These results suggest that, to more accurately reproduce urban weather conditions, larger amounts of anthropogenic heat flux should be prescribed during extreme cold events.

In this study, we focus on the design and verification of a relatively low-cost point absorber wave energy converter, addressing the high costs and maintenance challenges of conventional wave energy generation systems. The proposed mechanical energy conversion device generates electricity by transforming the vertical motion of wave height into the vertical motion of a magnet connected to a spring. A simulation was conducted to analyze the magnet’s oscillation amplitude based on its weight and the spring constant. The performance of the device was then verified through simple water tank experiments. This study aims to develop a cost-effective wave energy generation system that can compete with wind and solar power generation.

본 연구에서는 부산연안에 위치한 9개소의 백사장(해수욕장)을 대상으로 해양수산부 연안침식 실태조사에서 조사된 평균해빈 폭, 평균단면적, 전빈기울기 등의 현장관측자료를 이용하여 장기 해안선 변동특성을 분석하였다. 그리고 부산 연안 인근에 위치한 장기 해양파랑 관측자료와의 연관성을 평가하였다. (1) 2009년부터 2023년까지 15년간의 해빈 관측자료로부터 평균해빈폭의 평균값이 큰 해빈 의 순서대로 나열하면 해운대 60.18 m, 송도 57.82 m, 송정 49.56 m, 광안리 48.45 m의 순이었다. (2) 해빈의 전빈기울기 평균값이 큰 순서대 로 살펴보면 감지 13.80°, 중리 8.54°, 송도 7.87°의 순이었다. 해빈의 전빈기울기가 클수록 연안침식에 의해 평균해빈폭 및 단면적이 작게 나타났다. (3) 외해에서 유입되는 파랑에너지는 천해로 진입하는 과정에서 약 50% 정도의 에너지 손실이 발생하였다. 평균 해빈폭의 변화 는 외해 해양파랑의 월별 총에너지 변동과 동일한 시점에 변화하였다. 해양파랑 총에너지 값이 큰 경우에는 해빈의 폭이 줄어들었고 해 양파랑 총에너지가 작게 내습하는 시점(2015년, 2016년, 2021년)에는 해빈폭이 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다.

본 연구는 베트남 대학생들의 한국 문화에 대한 인식 조사를 바탕으로 한국어 및 한국 문화 교육의 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 한류의 영향을 받은 한국 문화에 대한 인식을 살펴보기 위해, 중·고등학교 시절 한류를 처음 접한 다낭 외국어대학 한국어문화학부 학생 140명을 대상으로 설 문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과, 베트남 대학에서 한국어문화를 전공하는 학생들은 한류의 영향을 받아 한국에 관한 관심이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 베트남 청년들이 한국어를 전 공으로 선택한 후에도 한국에 관한 관심과 애정은 지속되는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 한류의 영 향으로 베트남 학생들은 주로 K-pop 밴드와 아이돌을 통해 한국 문화를 인식하는 것으로 나타났 으며, 이는 한국의 하위문화 관련 인식이 대중음악과 드라마에 치우쳐 있음을 시사한다. 베트남 대학생들의 한류에 대한 인식은 내재적 동기에서 외재적 동기로 전환되는 과정에서 내재화와 통 합의 특징을 보였다. 이러한 탐색을 통해 우리는 세 가지 제안을 도출했다. 문화적, 경제적 환경 조성을 위한 공존 전략 측면, 한국 하위문화 확산에 대한 대처 전략 측면, 그리고 베트남 내 한국 어 교육 시스템 구축 측면이다.

IIn the context of site response analysis, the use of shear wave velocity (  ) profiles that consider the seismological rock (  ≥ 3,000 m/s) depth is recommended. This study proposes regression analysis and machine learning-based models to predict deep   profiles for a specialized excavated rock site in South Korea. The regression model was developed by modifying mathematical expressions from a previous study and analyzing the correlation between   and model variables to predict deep   beyond 50 m. The machine learning models, designed using tree-based algorithms and a fully connected hierarchical structure, were developed to predict   from 51 m to 300 m at 1 m intervals. These models were validated by comparing them with measured deep   profiles and accurately estimating the trend of deep   variations. The proposed prediction models are expected to improve the accuracy of ground motion predictions for a specialized excavated rock site in Korea.

This study systematically analyzes research trends and significant themes in academic studies on Hanbok, Korea’s traditional attire, published between 2015 and 2024. Recognizing Hanbok’s evolving role as both a cultural icon and a modern fashion item, it broadens the scope of prior research, which predominantly focused on design and pattern analysis. A qualitative meta-analysis of 230 academic papers indexed in the Korea Citation Index was conducted using the MAXQDA program. The findings show a steady increase in scholarly interest in Hanbok over the past decade, with a peak in 2020. Furthermore, the study categorizes Hanbok research into six key areas: design and patterns, consumer behavior and tourism, literature reviews, case studies, education, and digital technologies. Notably, the multidisciplinary nature of Hanbok research includes growing interest in its fusion with digital technologies, such as virtual reality and the metaverse, suggesting future directions for digitalization and global presence. This research highlights Hanbok’s expanding significance in both traditional culture and modern contexts, positioning it as an important cultural icon in domestic and international markets. The study emphasizes the need for further exploration into under-explored areas, such as Hanbok’s role in global tourism and adaptation to digital environments. Practical applications include opportunities for the Hanbok industry to leverage digital platforms, cultural tourism, and personalized marketing strategies. This study provides a valuable foundation for future research on Hanbok’s global reception and continued development as a cultural and commercial asset.
