        This study analyzes the visual image effects regarding the design changes of sleeves and shoulders on plus-size women in their 20s and 30s to propose ideas for plus-size women’s clothing production and design. Based on a plus-size women’s basic raglan sleeve shirt, six types of raglan sleeve shirts with various design elements were developed using a 3D virtual imaging program to analyze the visual image effect of each pattern’s features. The results showed that the A-shaped sleeve silhouette, exemplified by Pattern A2, makes the upper body look longer and slimmer as a whole. It also conveyed a sense of refinement and attractiveness, displaying positive effects regarding body shape and aesthetic perception. Meanwhile, O-shaped silhouettes, such as Pattern B1 and Pattern B2, showed positive effects regarding comfort and mobility, while Y-shaped silhouettes, such as Pattern C1 and Pattern C2, created a visually confident appearance. Furthermore, the research examined the effects of static images and dynamic videos on evaluation outcomes. The results showed that dynamic images enhanced immersion and vibrancy, thereby increasing focus on the apparel evaluated. The results of the visual image evaluation can be used as a basis for designing not only raglan sleeves but also overall sleeve shapes.

        This study aimed to develop a basic bodice suitable for the body shape of women in their 50s by using the CLO 3D virtual clothing program to create an avatar with the standard body presented in KATS (2022). A pattern was designed and produced using the CLO program, and the virtual fitting was evaluated. First, it was possible to confirm the slope (profile line) from the front center line to the point in front of the neck, the sagging shape of the breast, and the change in body shape due to the increase in bust circumference using the CLO program. Second, the change in body surface and body surface length according to movement was used to identify the profile line. The bust dart was very large. and the bust circumference showed the largest changes (5.05% in the 90° side and 1.5% of the breast width). Third, the total length reference line of the basic bodice was the back length (actual measurement). The total width reference line was the bust circumference/4+2cm and the breast width+0.5cm. The armhole depth reference line was the bust circumference/4–2. A profile line was created from the front neck circumference to the neck shoulder point to the breast point. Darts were formed on the back shoulder and back armhole lines. The allowances were 8 and 6cm for the bust and waist circumferences, respectively. All virtual fitting evaluation items improved significantly over two rounds (from 3.69/5 to 4.66/5 points).

        This study aims to identify factors influencing clothing consumption behavior among college students, focusing on body image perception and self-esteem. Data were collected from 207 students at two universities in Jinju city, using a structured questionnaire from July 1 to August 20, 2024. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23. The study found moderate levels of body image perception, self-esteem, and clothing consumption among the college students. A negative correlation was found between body image perception and self-esteem r=–.372, p=<.001). The regression model for factors influencing clothing consumption behavior was significant (F=6.33, p≤001), with self-perception of body shape (β=–.257, p=.015), body image perception (β=.241, p=.001), age (β=–.183, p=.008), and academic major (β=.153, p=.025) as significant factors. These variables explained 16.2% of the variance. The results suggest the need for programs that prevent body image distortion and promote positive body image perception among college students, as well as guidance to encourage rational clothing consumption behavior. This study is significant in examining the clothing consumption behavior of college students and will serve as fundamental data for developing desirable programs based on the study results.

        This study aims to prepare reference data that can be used to improve the size suitability of elderly men’s casual wear. The sizes of men aged 65–84 from the 8th Size Korea were analyzed and compared with those aged 45–54. First, as a result of classifying their body types according to Syzing systems for male adult’s garments (KS K 0050), more than 50% of the drop body types were “a protruding belly type (BB),” and more than 95% of the lower body types were “a thick waist type (B).” Additionally, elderly men with type BB or B were 3–5cm shorter in height, waist height, chest circumference, and hip circumference than middle-aged men. As there are currently only a few brands for elderly men, this means that the following problems may arise: If an elderly man wears a middle-aged man’s top based on his chest size, the chest and hip circumferences are adequate, but the length is insufficient, the waist circumference is insufficient, and the shoulder width is considered to be excessive. Similarly, pants designed to fit a waist size designation for middle-aged individuals will be larger than intended in terms of length, hip circumference, and thigh circumference.

        On the wooden slabs unearthed from the tomb of Guojianao (formerly, Guo) in the period of Sun Wu of the Three Kingdoms, there is a sentence with the words “針囊一枚, 白糸一 , 青糸一”. Past scholars interpreted the three characters “ ” ,“ ” and “ ” as the word “縱 (zong)” , which means “silk thread”, and “ ” ,“ ” as the word “㢧 (卷, juan, volume)”, which is a measure word. This study verifies that the word “ ” is “ ”, and “ ”, “ ” are “ ”, which are all variants of the word “線 (xian, line)”. This was achieved by changing the phonetic note. The measure word “ ”, “ ” used for weighing silk thread should be a variant form of the word “斤 (jin)”, which is similar to the writing of “ (jin)” or “ (jin)” in the Pan’s clothing list of the Eastern Jin Dynasty.

        본 연구의 목적은 S-O-R 모델을 기반으로 가상패션쇼 관련 의류 제 품에 대한 소비자 구매의도의 영향 요인을 탐구하고 향후 가상패션쇼의 기획과 홍보, 의류 제품의 전시를 위한 이론적 근거와 시사점을 제시하 는 데 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 S-O-R 모델을 기반 으로 사회적 영향, 의류 특징, 브랜드 명성, 의류 품질, 촉진 조건, 전시 효과, 인지와 감정 변수를 활용하여 가상패션쇼 의류 제품에 대한 소비 자 구매의도 모델을 구축했다. 정량 분석 방법을 이용하여 구축된 모델 을 검증하고 소비자 구매의도의 영향 요인을 밝혔다. 연구 결과에 따르 면 사회적 영향, 의류 특징, 브랜드 명성, 의류 품질, 촉진 요소, 전시 효 과가 소비자 인지와 감정에 유의미한 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 소비자 인지와 감정은 가상패션쇼 의류 제품에 대한 구매의도를 높일 수 있음을 검증했다.

        The purpose of the study was to develop clothing that enhances comfort for children using gastrostomy tubes while maintaining a design that is no different from that of non-disabled children. The discomfort experienced by children with gastrostomy tubes wearing regular daily clothing was investigated through medical papers and blogs of their parents. The designs were then created to address the issues. The results were as follows: Because the location of the gastrostomy tube is in the upper body, four types of clothing items were developed: one sweatshirt for boys, two one-piece dresses for girls, and one windbreaker suitable for both boys and girls. Considering practicality for children’s clothing, cotton fabric was prioritized. For sweatshirts and windbreakers, a patched pocket with a dog pattern was placed over the area containing the gastrostomy tube to hide it. Frills were used to conceal the gastrostomy tube in one-piece dresses and designed to allow easy access for eating or disinfecting the area. This study aimed to address the challenges children with gastrostomy tubes face when wearing the regular daily clothes of non-disabled children while also offering aesthetically pleasing designs that enhance convenience for those using gastrostomy tubes. We believe this study will not only raise public awareness of disabilities but also inspire research on future clothing for both children and adults using gastrostomy tubes.

        This study analyzed differences in the purchase satisfaction and repurchase intention of customers who buy clothing products from online platforms. The participants were teenage individuals to those in their 50s residing in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do. The data were examined via factor analysis, a t-test, Analysis of variance(ANOVA), Duncan’s multiple range test, two-way ANOVA, and linear regression analysis. The factors for satisfaction with clothing products from online platforms were wearing comfort and quality, design, and price and purchase convenience. The findings revealed that purchase satisfaction based on these factors significantly varied among the participants depending on marital status, age, and occupation. Satisfaction with wearing comfort, quality, and design differed by gender. Satisfaction with wearing comfort, quality, and price and purchase convenience varied by type of purchase and type of online platforms. The interaction effects among the variables that affected purchase satisfaction were as follows. The interaction effects among the variables for wearing comfort and quality showed significant interactions between gender and type of purchase and between occupation and type of online platforms. Those for design showed significant interactions between marital status and age, between age and occupation, and so on. The interaction effects for price and purchase convenience showed significant interactions between marital status and gender and between age and occupation. The results on repurchase intention showed significant differences in such intention by marital status, age, and occupation. Repurchase intention was influenced by wearing comfort and quality, price and purchase convenience, design, and age.

        깡충거미과의 모습을 의태하여 시각적 포식자인 깡충거미로부터 자신을 보호하는 전략은 여러 나비목 곤충 에서 진화하였다. 하지만 나비목 곤충이 깡충거미 간의 의사소통 신호를 의태한다는 가설은 제안된 바 없다. 본 연구에서는 깡충거미과의 구애/영역성 행동을 의태하는 것으로 추정되는 붉은꼬마꼭지나방(Atkinsonia ignipicta)의 빗살 모양 더듬이와 추켜 올린 다리가 포식을 단념시키는 의태 신호로 작동하는지 실험적으로 검증 하였다. 깡충거미 의태라 추측되는 붉은꼬마꼭지나방의 형태적 및 행동적 특성들을 단계적으로 제외한 뒤 포식 자(흰눈썹깡충거미, Evarcha albaria)와의 조우 시 생존을 비교하였다. 연구 결과, 붉은꼬마꼭지나방은 비슷한 크기의 비-의태 나방에 비해 포식자의 공격을 덜 받았으며, 더듬이나 다리 중 하나라도 결여되었을 때 흰눈썹깡충 거미의 공격이 증가하였다. 이는 붉은꼬마꼭지나방의 더듬이와 다리 모두가 시각적 방어의 중요한 신호로 작동 한다는 것을 시사한다. 하지만 흰눈썹깡충거미가 붉은꼬마꼭지나방을 향해 구애/영역성 행동을 보이지 않았다 는 점에서 깡충거미의 낮은 공격 빈도가 같은 깡충거미 종류로 오인해서인지 다른 이유에서인지는 불투명하다. 그러나 사층깡충거미(Marpissa pulla)는 붉은꼬마꼭지나방을 상대로 영역성 행동을 잦은 빈도로 보였으며, 이는 붉은꼬마꼭지나방의 형태가 깡충거미 의태 효과를 가진다는 것을 보여준다.

        본 연구의 목적은 직장인의 의복과 메이크업 컬러 선택 동기가 외모 만족도와 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 본 연구의 조사대상자는 충청도 지역 소재지에 근무하는 직장여성 을 대상으로 하여 2023년 7월 15부터 2023년 7월 29일까지 2주간 이루어졌으며, 표집 된 696부를 최 종 분석에 사용하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, (one-way)ANOVA, 사후검증(Scheffe’s)을 처리하였으며, 직장인의 의복과 메이크업컬러 선택 동기의 상 관성을 알아 보기위해 상관관계분석 및 단순회귀분석(simple regression), 다중회귀분석(multiple regression)을 실시하였으며, 통계적 유의수준은 p<.05로 설정하였다. 이와 같은 연구 절차를 거처 다음 과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 직장인의 의복 컬러 선택 동기가 외모 만족도에 정적(+) 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직장인의 메이크업 컬러 선택 동기가 외모만족에는 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 신체매력은 상황요인에서 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직장인의 의복 컬러 선택 동가가 자아존중감에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직장인의 메이크업 컬러 선택 동기가 자아존중감에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        This study aims to analyze the variations in online clothing purchasing patterns based on demographic attributes and purchasing behavior. The survey subjects comprised individuals in their 10s to 50s who had prior experience with online shopping. The survey was conducted in Gyungnam from May to June 2022. A total of 397 questionnaires were analyzed using the χ2-test statistical method. The analysis of clothing purchase type based on demographic characteristics revealed differences in terms of gender, marital status, age, monthly income, and occupation. Notably, when analyzed by demographic characteristics and clothing purchase types, monthly online purchase frequency displayed significant differences in marital status, age, and occupation. Similarly, monthly purchase amounts through online platforms exhibited significant variations based on marital status, age, monthly income, and occupation. The online fashion platforms, when examined in relation to demographic characteristics and purchase types, showed significant differences across all variables. Clothing purchases by consumers seeking individuality and differentiation exhibited significant differences in age, occupation, and purchase types. Furthermore, the reasons for choosing online platforms for clothing purchases varied significantly based on age and occupation. These findings indicate diverse purchasing behaviors on online platforms influenced by demographic characteristics. These findings can be valuable for effectively segmenting the online fashion market.

        This study seeks to increase the satisfaction of elderly men when purchasing and wearing ready-to-wear clothes by designing a slacks pattern suitable for their body type, which is determined by analyzing their lower bodies using virtual avatars and 3D virtual simulation system. The study found the following. First, based on virtual visualization of the comparison slacks pattern, the waistline position was consistently the lowest scored question among the evaluation survey items. Interpretation of this dissatisfaction suggests that, because the front waistline falls below the abdomen, the lower body, and especially the abdominal shape, is unpleasantly emphasized. Second, by using a virtual simulation system, the study developed a new slacks pattern that considered the concerns of elderly men. The primary measurement changes were as follows: front waist girth W/4+1.5cm+0.5cm, back waist girth W/4+1.5cm–0.5cm, front hip girth H/4+2.5cm–0.5cm, back hip girth H/4+2.5cm+0.5cm. Third, the new slacks pattern’s appearance was evaluated more highly than the comparison pattern, confirming the new pattern’s appropriateness for elderly men. This study demonstrates how slacks and other clothing patterns designed in a 3D virtual garment simulator can be used to design more appealing clothing for elderly men, increasing the satisfaction of wearing ready-made clothes at older ages.

        한국형아유르베다 성격유형과 의류 구매만족과 어떤 관계가 있는지를 분석함으로써 성격특성을 고려한 마케팅 전략에 대해 논의하는 것이다. 본 연구의 자료는 수도권 여성 20대 이상을 대상으로 다음과 같은 통계 분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 조사대상자의 일반적 특성을 파악하기 위해 빈 도분석을 실시하였고, 둘째, 측정도구의 타당성 분석을 위해 탐색적 요인 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 Cronbach's α 계수를 이용하여 요인을 구성 하는 항목들의 신뢰도를 분석하였다. 셋째, 한국형 아유르베다 기본심리 유형에 대해 알아보고, 조사대상자의 일반적 특성에 따라 차이가 있는지 파악하기 위해 교차분석을 실시하였다. 넷째, 한국형 아유르베다 기본심 리유형에 따라 고객만족에 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 일원변량분 석(one-way ANOVA) 및 Scheffe의 사후검정을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 한국형아유르베다 기본심리유형과 고객만족의 관계에서는, 전반적인 고 객만족과 하위요인별 서비스만족에 있어서도 카파형(K)이 상대적으로 높 은 것을 알 수 있었지만, 품질만족에 있어서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차 이가 나타나지 않았다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
