In today’s rapidly changing business environment, rapid decision making and effective project management are essential for business growth. This study examines how project manager competencies and organizational structures affect business performance. Successful project execution depends on the strategic use of project managers’ skills and organizational resources to maximize performance. An empirical study was conducted with 475 participants from the construction and engineering sectors. The applied analyses included multiple regression analysis and two-way ANOVA to assess how project manager competencies and organizational types affect business performance. The results of the study show that project manager competencies significantly improve business performance, especially when combined with appropriate organizational types. Effective use of organizational frameworks leads to better financial results, increased market competitiveness, and greater innovation. The results of the study are as follows: First, project manager competencies were found to have a significant positive effect on business performance. Second, the use of functional, project, and matrix organizations had a significant positive effect on business performance. This suggests that aligning organizational structures with business objectives is important for achieving optimal performance. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the academic literature and practical applications of project management and organizational research. In addition, if we can select organizational members based on the learning effects of previous projects when operating new projects in the future, it will help reduce risks. Ultimately, it will improve the project manager’s competency level, promote the individual abilities and knowledge sharing of team members, and provide opportunities for the company to build efficient new systems. This will be evaluated as a valuable study in terms of academic and practical productivity.
우리나라 집합건물법에서는 관리인을 집합건물 관리단의 대표자로 규정하고 있다. 그런데 법인의 대표자 적격성과 관련하여, 우리나라에서는 자연인만이 법인의 대표자가 될 수 있고, 법인 그 자체는 다른 법인의 대표자가 될 수 없다고 이해하는 것이 학설상 일반적인 이해의 태도이다. 그리고 이러한 일반적 이해의 태도에 따른다면 집합건물법상 구분소유자로 구성되는 단체인 관리단은 비록 그 법적 성질이 권리능력 없는 사단에 해당한다고 할지라도 단체법의 일반원칙이 적용되어 법인은 관리단의 대표자가 될 수 없다고 함이 논리적이다. 그런데 집합 건물에서의 관리단의 대표자인 관리인의 자격 요건과 관련하여서는 이러한 일반 적인 이해의 태도와는 달리 법인도 집합건물 관리단의 관리인이 될 수 있다는 주장이 오히려 별다른 여과 없이 받아들여지고 있는 실정이다. 한편, 법인도 관리인이 될 수 있다는 주장은 일본에서의 구분소유법에 대한 해석 론으로 평가된다. 그러나 일본에서의 구분소유법에 대한 해석론은 우리나라 집합 건물법과 일본 구분소유법에 대한 차이를 고려하면서 참조할 필요가 있다. 즉, 우리나라 집합건물법상의 관리인은 관리단이라는 비법인사단의 대표자이지만, 일본에서는 구분소유자로 구성된 단체가 당연히 성립하지도 않으며 관리인도 구분소유자들의 대표자가 아니다. 따라서 법인도 관리인이 될 수 있다는 일본에서 의 설명은 우리나라에서 그대로 받아들일 수 없는 설명이다. 그리고 일본의 구분 소유법은 구분소유자들이 단체를 설립하여 집합건물을 관리할 수 있도록 관리조 합법인에 관한 규정을 두고 있다. 이러한 관리조합법인의 대표자는 우리 법에서의 관리인에 해당하는데, 법인은 이러한 관리조합법인의 대표자인 관리인이 될 수 없다. 일본의 “일반사단법인과 재단법에 관한 법률”은 법인이 다른 법인의 이사가 될 수 없음을 규정하고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 일본에서의 논의를 참고하고자 한다면 법인은 관리인에 해당하는 관리조합법인의 대표자가 될 수 없다는 일본법 의 규정을 참조해야 한다. 이럴 경우, 결론적으로는 우리 법에서도 법인은 집합건 물 관리단의 대표자인 관리인이 될 수 없다고 보아야 한다.
As a means to activate eco pastoral system in alpine grassland, the government can consider public pastures, which are currently unused, to scale them up into public ranches. Depending on ownership and operation, four management models proposed as follows: 1) Government-Owned and Operated with Balanced Profit and Loss 2) Government-Owned and Operated with Revenue Generation 3) Government-Owned but Privately Operated by Outsourced to Professional Manager 4) Full Privatization (Ownership and Operation by Private Individuals). The study outlined above proposes four management models for the activation of eco pastoral system in alpine grassland. It also suggests methods for the selection and performance evaluation of manager to establish a profitable structure. Additionally, the research provides management methods for the conservation of grazing ecology in pastoral ecosystems. Particularly, the adaptation of tools commonly used in South Korean business sector for the selection and performance evaluation of manager within the system of the proposed management models. This aspect is deemed valuable as it aligns these tools with the specific characteristics of eco pastoral system in alpine grassland, contributing not only to the effective implementation of the models but also to the enhancement of the revenue structure.
This empirical analysis investigates the impact of consultant competency and project manager (PM) competency on business performance. Two hundred and twenty four chief executive officers and executive members at small and medium sized firms in the manufacturing sector were surveyed, yielding several outcomes. First, consultant competency positively affects consulting performance. Second, consultant competency positively affects business performance. Third, PM competency does not have a significant influence on consulting performance. Fourth, PM competency does not have a significant impact on business performance. Fifth, consulting performance does not have a significant effect on business performance. Finally, regarding the mediation effect of consulting performance on the influence of consultant competency and PM competency on business performance, consulting performance had no significant impact. Thus, expertise and insight are crucial for a consulting business to enable the growth of professional consultants. Furthermore, this study is expected to enhance the consulting performance of small and medium sized manufacturing firms by providing useful data to consultants and project managers when carrying out consulting projects.
Recently, defects that occurred during the construction of apartment houses have become a social issue. Defects in apartment houses lead to waste of resources and economic loss, causing psychological and physical damage to customers, and a decrease in reliability and financial loss to construction companies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of defect occurrence according to the difference in project management level in the apartment housing construction stage, and to investigate the extent to which the project manager's experience affects the defect occurrence rate. For the empirical analysis of the study, statistical analysis was conducted using data collected from 130 actual projects. The results of the analysis showed that schedule management, cost management, and quality management had a positive effect on reducing the defect occurrence rate in the execution stage of apartment housing construction, while human resource management productivity had a negative effect. This study theoretically demonstrated the importance of project management, and in practice, showed that schedule management, cost management, and quality management should be faithfully performed in the execution stage to reduce the rate of defects after project completion. It was also suggested that hiring an experienced project manager would help reduce project defects.
본 연구에서는 경로당 기능 활성화를 위하여 서울시 소재 3,400여 개의 경로당 운영을 지원하는 경로당프로그램 관리자 를 대상으로 진행하던 표적집단면접(FGI)을 코로나19로 중단하 고, 개방형 질문지를 이메일로 주고받으며 얻은 질적 자료와 영역별 핵심 최우선 순위의 내용을 양적 자료로 재분류하고 병 행하여 분석하였다. 서울시 경로당프로그램 관리자 총 71명 중 68명이 참여한 본 연구의 질문지 구성은 질문 대상자에 대한 근무기간, 교육수준 등과 경로당 운영에 있어서 개선할 사항, 경로당 이용노인의 선호 프로그램, 경로당을 이용하는 주된 이 유, 경로당 활성화에 필요한 사항, 베이비부머 등 연소노인 유 입을 위한 필요조건 등 5개 영역별로 개방형 질문을 하였다. 연구결과, 경로당을 이용하는 주된 이유는 “점심을 동년배 친 구들과 이야기 나누며 함께 할 수 있어서”이며, 경로당 운영에 있어서 개선사항은 “공과금 내고 나면 점심식사 반찬값 부족… 집에서 반찬 가져오기도” 등 운영비 부족을 가장 많이 서술하 였다. 또 경로당 이용노인이 가장 선호하는 프로그램은 “노래교 실, 놀이화투, 건강안마” 등으로 나타났다. 매일 방문하고 싶은 경로당이 되기 위한 요건과 베이비부머 등 연소노인들이 이용 할 수 있는 필요 요인에 대한 서술은 모두 “프로그램실·식당 설치…낙후된 시설 리모델링해야” 등 시설 확장과 다양한 여가 복지프로그램이나 세대통합 프로그램 활성화를 최우선으로 서 술하였다. 이에 경로당이 지역사회의 통합돌봄 공간으로 점심 과 취미여가활동을 하는 낮시간대 가족공동체로 자리할 수 있 는 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다.
현대조직에서 협력과 변화는 조직관리 측면에서 지속적인 주요 이슈로 평가되는데, 본 연구에서는 관 리자의 사회지능에서 그 역할의 시발점을 두고 있다. 구체적으로, 관리자의 사회지능이 추종자 욕구(친애, 성취)와 협력 및 변화와 관련된 행동(주도적 행동, 동료지향 도움행동)에 미치는 영향과 이들 관계에서 추종자의 친애와 성취 욕구의 매개효과를 구명하는데 그 목적이다. 연구대상은 서울과 제주지역에 소재 하고 있는 대규모 호텔 종사자를 대상으로 하였으며, 부서장(팀장)과 팀원을 쌍으로 설정하여 응답원천 분리방법으로 자료를 수집하였다. 실증분석에는 총 246쌍으로부터 획득된 자료가 이용되었으며, SPSS Macro 프로그램을 분석에 활용하였다. 가설검증 결과, 관리자의 사회지능은 추종자의 친애와 성취 욕구에 각각 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 추종자의 주도적 행동과 동료지향 도움행동에도 긍정적 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 추종자의 친애와 성취 욕구를 고려한 매개효과에서 사회지능과 동료지향 도움행동의 경로에서 친애욕구의 매개효과만이 지지되었고, 그 외의 매개 경로에서 가설은 기각되었다. 본 연구의 주 요 결과는 관리자의 사회지능이 추종자의 욕구(친애, 성취)와 행동(주도적, 동료지향 도움행동)을 예측하 는 주요 원인이 됨을 보여주고 있으나, 관리자의 사회지능이 추종자 행동에 이르는 과정은 추종자 행동 유형에 따라 차이가 있음을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구는 조직맥락에서 사회지능의 적용대상을 지능의 주체 에서 상사로 지각대상을 확대하고 있으며, 관리자의 주요 특성으로서 사회지능의 역할과 효과성에 관한 의미 있는 결과를 제공하고 있다.
본 연구는 기업의 중간관리자의 코칭역량 척도 개발을 목적으로 중간관리자의 코칭역량 구성요인을 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 척도문항을 개발하는데 목적 이 있다.
척도의 구성요인과 예비문항을 구성하기 위해 선행연구 및 문헌조사를 실시하였으며, 코칭관련학과 교수 2인과 코칭전문가 3인을 대상으로 초점집단면담 (FGI)을 진행하여 중간관리자의 코칭역량의 개념 정의와 구성요인을 도출하여 예비문항을 구성하였다.
예비문항으로 중간관리자 5인, 코칭 전문가 5인에게 1차 내용타당도를 검증 하여 9개 영역, 138문항을 구성한 후, 코칭 관련학과 교수 2인과 코칭전문가 3인 에 의한 2차 타당도 검증을 통해 최종 113문항을 도출하였다. 도출된 예비척도 113문항의 척도 요인 및 문항 구성을 확인하기 위해 서울을 비롯한 전국 7개 도시 300명의 자료로 요인분석 실시 후, 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 9개 요인의 40개 문항을 추출하였다. 추출된 문항으로 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 모형적합도를 살펴보았으며, 집중타당성과 판별타당성을 확보하였다.
연구결과 중간관리자의 코칭역량 척도의 구성요인은 목표달성, 커뮤니케이션, 대인관계, 자기주도의 4개 영역과 목표정하기, 목표달성, 경청, 질문, 피드백, 상호존중 및 신뢰, 지지 및 지원, 자기 효능감 및 성장/미래지향성의 9개요인과 40문항으로 중간관리자의 코칭역량 척도를 확정하였다.
In order to provide priorities of the factors affecting the introduction of Smart Factory, This study reconstructed the factors and calculated the priorities through AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The first layer of the hierarchy have 4 factors; productivity increase, brand image improve, marketing improve, cost reduction. The second layer of the hierarchy have 3 factors belong to the first layer, so the total number of second layer is 12. We divided the characteristics of enterprises into type of manager and age. The C.R. (consistency ratio) values of the respondents were found to be less than 0.1 and were judged to be a 'reasonable test'. As a result, the weights of the higher layer and the lower layer were obtained respectively, and then the weights of the higher layer and the weights of the lower layer were multiplied to obtain the total weights. Unlike previous studies that only surveyed factors that companies consider when introducing smart factory, (1) weighing and prioritizing factors were achieved. There are differences in priorities, (2) smart factory can be studied with the type of manager and firm age. When establishing policies, it is a practical implication (3) to assess its strategy not only for government officials but also for executives.
국내·외 무역을 위한 해상운송의 양적증가는 선박 및 해양오염사고 증가의 주요한 원인 중 하나이다. 선박에 의한 해양오염 사고 예방 및 경감을 위한 각국의 관련 법․제도 시행에도 불구하고, 선박 종사자에 의한 인적과실(부주의․고의 등)이 해양오염사고 발생의 가장 큰 원인으로 보고되고 있다. 선박 기인 해양오염사고 경감에 가장 효과적인 방법 중 하나는 선박 종사자에 대한 체계적인 교육․훈련을 통해 인적과실을 줄이는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 「해양환경관리법」등의 국내법령에 근거하여 시행 중인 선박 해양오 염방지관리인에 대한 법정 교육․훈련 교육과정의 적절성을 검토하고 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 법․제도가 우리나라와 유사한 일본의 해양오염 및 해상재해 방지 관련 법정교육․일반교육 과정과 비교․분석을 수행하였으며, 우리나라에서 시행 중인 육상오염방지 및 안전관리 담당 전문가에 대한 법정교육 사례를 조사․검토하였다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the nursing unit manager's experience with patient safety accidents. Methods: Data were collected from April, 2017 to December, 2017 through in-depth interviews with seven unit managers who worked in General wards, OPD or in the ICU of a general hospital. Qualitative content analysis method was used to analyze the data. Results: The following four categories were elicited; dimensions are different from each other, complex feelings about the person after the accident, ambivalence for the accident triggers, leadership learned from accident management. Conclusion: The findings provided valuable informations on the nursing unit managers' experience with patient safety accidents, which held many nursing implications. Based on the findings, it is possible to develop accident management guidelines and the support system for accident management personnels.
Industrial disasters cause lots of damages from individuals to companies and country. Especially, damages caused by constructional disasters take very large portion in the whole industry and are accompanied by huge personal·physical damages.
For the prevention of disasters, roles of safety manager are very important and especially, effects of disaster prevention can be changed by occupational ability of construction safety manager. To improve job abilities of safety manager, job education is very important.
This research suggested a model for job education management of construction safety manager and proposed improvements as a study on improvement of curriculum for vitalization of job education of construction safety manager so as to improve occupational ability of safety manager. To achieve them, this research examined standard and operation status of current job education of safety manager and the problems and suggested a model materializing job educational contents as a measure to vitalize job education system of safety manager.
As industrialization progresses, mass production becomes a smart production system. However, industrial accidents do not decline, and during the course of industrialization, due to the logic of economic agents that have an economical and effective employment environment, they are changed to non-regular workers. The Occupational Safety and Health Act stipulates that the safety managers must be distinguished and the safety managers perform the task of conducting industrial accidents by balancing the duties and regulations specified in the Act on Special Measures for Deregulation. Safety administrators providing advice on issues needed to prevent industrial accidents and preventive measures We would like to present the problems and improvements that may arise due to safety managers ' replacement due to accidents caused by industrial accidents or accidents.
본 연구에서는 온실을 운영하고 있는 농장주를 대상으로 영농작업기록장(농가경영기록장 또는 농가작업일지)의 작성 실태, 활용도 및 작성 상의 애로 사항을 설문지를 이용하여 조사한다. 논문의 목적은 조사된 내용을 분석하여 기존 영농작업기록장의 애로 사항을 도출하고 기록장의 활용방안 제안하는 것이다.

If education is regarded as an industry, it can be classified as a representative service industry. Because it is formed as a perfect competition between colleges. And then in this paper, This will focus on the mechanical production Manager duties of industrial engineering department related NCS. This study also conducted empirical studies to analyze factors affecting the curriculum using the KANO analysis.
Safety accidents, which are called industrial accidents in construction work, are often caused by unstable physical and personal conditions combined during preparation and execution of work. It is difficult to manage all the construction works, but especially in the field of apartment construction work, complex and many kinds of works are being carried out at the same time. In the current construction, safety regulations such as safety management guidelines are generally well maintained, but the execution of manpower resources that can fulfill them is limited, and it is difficult to reduce the accident rate and loss cost. Therefore, in this study, it is a reality that most of the types of construction work are under contruction by subcontracting contract, so they are limit by methods of manual maintenance and safety education. Currently, the subcontractor is also allowed to perform safety management through the composition of the safety management review body, but it is operated formally. So alternatives to this were studied. As a result, safety accidents occur in the subcontractor's workplace due to vertical integration, which is a characteristic of the construction industry. Therefore, the safety management should be carried out by the subcontractor as well as the subcontractor It is concluded that effective and practical safety management can be achieved when management based on the personality that can communicate with each other through the management team is able to reduce the accident rate and loss cost.
As the demand for automation (or autonmation) or clean workplace has grown, the interest in the knowledge and skill regarding safety is rising in manager duty. Moreover, the importance of severity rate of injury has increased due to the enlargement of industry scale, even safety management area has developed. Thus, it is important that production managers, the core of the line process, realize the safety in their production line, even if a safety manager acts as a staff. However, in the duty oriented National Competency Standard (NCS), the education about the safety duty of production management part is insufficient. According to NCS, it is calculated production managers receive only 6.7% of whole safety education regarding the duty related the safety management for production manager in mechanical industry. However, the ability in safety is more demanded from production managers as the concept of “production and safety” turns into the concept of “production with safety”. And then in this paper, we will compare and analyze the safety management duty in Korean NCS and the safety management duty in State Leaders Connecting Learning to Work in US manufacturing industry, in terms of the duty of the production manage in mechanical industry (05). And, we will develop the safety duty education system for production manager, by classifying the safety education in domestic mechanical industry into knowledge education, skill education, and attitude education with using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).
While many of company try to increase customer satisfaction by empowerment, there are need to figure out which can increase employee's problem solving ability in company side. It is related to Innovative Activity that can create new idea to fix job process . In this study, researcher institute a factor that 'Manager's Job Competency' which can increase member's Innovative Activity. And try to figuring out it has what kind of effect on innovative activity and management performance through empirical method. For the empirical study, researcher get 119 samples from service industry, and result of study show us manager's job competency has positive effect on member's innovative activity and management performance. Base on this result, researcher provide a manageric implication and limitaions of study.
