This study examines the effect of cosmetic certification marks on consumer behavior. The underlying objectives of this study are threefold. First, it explores whether the certification mark inserted into the cosmetic package—such as marks denoting quality assurances, ethical practices (specifically, pertaining to animal testing), and recycling packaging—affects consumer responses. Second, it investigates whether a higher number of certification marks leads to heightened positive consumer responses. Third, it analyzes the potential moderating effect of consumers’ certification mark knowledge on the relationship between certification marks and consumer responses. In the pretest, certification marks with higher recognition were selected as stimuli, and a survey involving a total of 550 male and female consumers was conducted. The collected data were analyzed through ANOVA and post-hoc tests. The findings of this study confirm a significant difference in consumer responses to products based on the certification marks inserted in the cosmetic packaging. Compared to clusters without a certification mark, groups with two or more certifications (recycling certification + ethics certification, recycling certification + quality certification, recycling certification + ethics certification + quality certification) exhibit significant consumer responses. Second, more certification marks did not result in an increase in positive consumer responses. Third, a moderating effect of consumers’ cosmetic certification knowledge on the certification mark-consumer response relationship was not found. The findings of this study have implications for developing product promotion strategies that leverage cosmetic certification marks as a marketing tool.
When proliferation activity occurs, states and non-state actors combine various sources of information to gain a better understanding of the situation. The quality of information source, content, and presentation can significantly influence the perception of decision-makers and end users. However, a state’s nuclear or missile activities are almost always classified. Also, states might intentionally reveal information to deter their adversary, threaten their adversary, bolster their prestige in the international community, or a combination of all three. Hence, any revealed information inherently contains some degree of uncertainty regarding its credibility. Lack of credibility makes it difficult for other states or non-state actors to determine how much of the information is accurate and how much is deception. The increase of publicly available information (open-source information) and the development of tools to collect, process, and analyze this information increased the possibilities of using open-source information to cross-check the proliferation claims of states. North Korea is a hermit state that has very little outside interaction. It also has continued to develop and refine its nuclear program. How credible is information released by North Korea? How can scholars/experts compensate for this lack of credibility in information on North Korea’s nuclear activity? This paper seeks to apply a framework on information quality to answer these questions. First, it will briefly explain the factors comprising information quality (sources, content, and presentation). Then, it will apply the information quality framework to North Korean activity analysis. It will conclude with implications of using the information quality framework to analyze a state that is low in accessibility and high uncertainty.
The spent fuel safety information delivered from the consignor to the disposal facility operator directly affects the operation and safety of the disposal facility. Therefore, the operator of a disposal facility must perform data quality management to increase data reliability, and anomaly detection is a representative method among quality control methods. We propose a quality control method to detect anomalies using XGBoost, known for its excellent performance, prevention of overfitting, and fast training speed. First, we select significant variables such as release burnup, enrichment, and amount U from the spent fuel safety information and train models for each variable using only normal data. A model trained using only normal data generates a small error for a normal pattern and a large error for an abnormal pattern. Then, when the data error exceeds a set threshold, the data is determined as an anomaly. In this paper, we implement the XGBoost models using virtual spent fuel information and optimize the hyperparameter of XGBoost using a simulated annealing method for high accuracy. The optimized XGBoost models show high accuracy in a normal input and provide a stable prediction value even in an abnormal input. In addition, we perform anomaly detection by including defect input in the data to validate the presented method. The proposed method shows the result of effectively classifying normal values and anomalies.
The expansion of the online market is expected to change the purchasing environment. The purpose of this study is to examine the difference in the moderating effect of each characteristic on perceived quality and purchase intention according to the group according to product involvement and purchaser age. The first step is to identify the characteristics of online information sources and social media platforms through a literature review. Next, when perceived quality affects purchase intention, we verify the moderating effect according to the characteristics of online information sources and social media platforms. The moderating effect is verified at the stage by dividing it into a group according to product involvement and a group according to age. The following results were confirmed throughout the study: First, perceived quality significantly affects purchase intention. Second, in the relationship between perceived quality and purchase intention, the influence of the moderating effect is different depending on the high-involvement product and the low-involvement product. Third, it was confirmed that there was a difference in the moderating effect of online information sources and social media platforms in the relationship between perceived quality and purchase intention according to age. This study intends to increase consumers' purchase intentions by identifying specific age groups and product groups of involvement and establishing strategies suitable for the characteristics of online information sources and social media platforms.
도시가 발전하고 위생적이고 안전한 환경을 구축하기 위하여 지하 공간의 활용은 필수 불가결한 사항이다. 지하 공간의 개발이 진행될수록 시설물의 위치 관련 정보를 취득하고 관리하고자 다양한 기법이 적용되고 있으나, 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 정확한 정보는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 지하시설물의 정보를 정확히 관리하고, 신뢰성에 기반한 현장 작업이 가능하도록 지하시설물 정보 품질 등급제의 세계적 현황을 조사하고 분석하였다. 연구 결과 정보 관리 선진국의 경우 지하시설물 정보에 대한 등급제를 통해 신뢰성에 기반한 관리가 이루어지고 있었으며, 이를 통해 활발한 현장 적용이 가능하였다.
국제적으로 최근의 세계적인 축산 ICT 개발 추세는 음성, 맥박, 저작수, 호흡수, CCTV 영상인식 등 보다 다양하고 다중적ㆍ통합적인 센서기술을 접목하여 분만, 상해, 질병 감염, 발정, 반추 및 저작 등 가축의 중요한 생명ㆍ생산 활동을 판단하고 조기에 발견하는 연구들이 시도되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 ICT 기술을 활용하여 농가 생산성 향상 방안의 일환으로 체류형 바이오캡슐 내 pH, 반추위 체온 및 활동성 센서를 활용한 생체정보를 수집하였고 도축등급과의 상관관계 여부를 파악하고자 수행하였다. 시험방법으로는 26개월령의 한우 거세우 10두를 공시하여 5개월간 바이오캡슐 자료들을 수집하였고 이후 도축하여 등급판정성적과의 연관성 여부를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 육량 등급과 관련이 있는 등심단면적, 등지방두께, 도체중과 생체형질인 반추위 pH, 체온 그리고 활동성과는 모두 정(+)의 상관을 보였다. 육질등급과 관련 있는 근내지방도 및 성숙도는 생체형질인 체온에서는 정(+)의 상관을, pH 및 활동성과는 부(-)의 상관을 나타낸 반면에, 조직감에 대하여 체온은 부(-)의 상관을, pH 및 활동성과 는 정(+)의 상관을 보였다. 특히, 활동성과 근내지방도간의 상관계수가 –0.65로 통계적 유의성을 보였는데 (p<0.05), 이러한 결과는 소의 활동성이 낮으면 근내지방도는 높아진다는 것을 제시하여 준다. 반면에 pH와 도체중 간의 상관계수는 0.50으로 나타나 정(+)의 상관을 보였다. 이는 반추위의 pH가 낮아지면 체중도 작아진다는 것으로 분석된다. 본 연구 결과를 확대하여 계절 및 시간대별 생체정보가 도축성적에 미치는 요인에 대하여 추가적인 분석이 필요하며, 이를 근거로 한우 생산성 향상을 위한 생체정보를 활용할 수 있는 정보를 제공해 줄 것으로 판단된다.
BRIS has been established by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs since 2011 under Article 21 of the Act on the Preservation, Management and Utilization of Agricultural Life Resources. It is an information service that provides information related to agricultural life resources in connection with the Rural Development Administration, the Forest Service, and Korea Seed & Variety Service, Agricultural Resources and Agricultural and Livestock Quarantine Headquarters.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate how the users assess the information system quality (information quality, system quality) for the current Bio Resource Information Service (BRIS). Ultimately, the structural equation modeling analyzes the causal relationship between each variable and how it responds to the user's continuous use intention.
As a result, information quality among information system quality and information quality among system quality used as the main variables for the evaluation of BRIS were statistically positively influenced by users' perceived usefulness, while system quality It has been analyzed to have a positive effect on the sustained use intention. The user's continuous use intention is positively influenced by the information system quality and perceived usefulness at a statistically significant level. Especially, the perceived usefulness plays a role in mediating the user's continuous use intention.
The use of Project Management Information System (PMIS) is increasing in project management industries such as construction, defense, manufacturing, software development, telecommunication, etc. It is generally known that PMIS helps to improve the quality of decision making in project management, and consequently improves the project performance. However, how much and which parts of project management performance are affected by PMIS still need to be studied further. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of PMIS quality on project management performance. We collected data from various project based industries such as construction, defense, manufacturing, software development and telecommunication by using survey questionnaire. PMIS quality was measured in three dimensions. They are system quality, information quality and service quality. Project management performance was measured in nine variables such as time reduction, work accuracy, cost management, etc. Statistical analyses such as multiple regression were used to analyze the data. The results showed that PMIS quality had significant impacts on the project management performance and user satisfaction. It was notable that only two dimensions out of the three PMIS quality dimensions, system quality and information quality, affected the project management performance. Also, it was found that PM performance played a mediating role between PMIS and user satisfaction, and between PMIS and reuse intention. The contribution of this research is that it helps to clarify what aspects of PMIS affect the project management performance and user satisfaction.

정보를 활용하고 있는 노인들에게는 어떤 정보가 더욱 유익하고 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 만족도가 높은 정보인가를 알아보는 것은 노인의 정보화의 방향을 제시할 수 있다. 노인들이 정보를 활용하는데 어떤 유형의 정보를 활용하는지 그 유형에 따라 노인이 느끼는 삶의 질은 어떻게 달라지는 지에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 유형에 따른 정보활용 정도는 앞으로 노인의 정보화 정책에 구체적인 대안과 정보정책을 수립하는데 기초 정보로 활용할 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 필요성에 의해서 본 연구에서는 노인의 정보활용에 대한 정도와 유형이 노인의 삶의 질에 어느 정도 영향을 미치게 되는지를 보고자하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 교육을 받아 인터넷을 활용하고 있는 노인을 대상으로 노인의 삶의 질에 대한 차이를 알아보기 위한 일원변량분석 방법을 사용하였고 정보 활용의 요인과 삶의 질의 관계를 알아보기 위해서 상관관계분석을 하였다. 또한 종속변수와 독립변수의 관련된 요인을 단계별로 투입하는 Stepwise방식으로 중다회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하여 노인의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 정보활용 유형에 대해 분석하였다. 연구결과를 보면 노인의 사회인구학적 요인들이 정보활용 유형을 다르게 나타내고 있음을 알 수 있어 노인의 정보활용 도구의 다양함이 요구되었다. 또한 노인의 정보활용 유형에 따라 삶의 질의 다양한 요인에 영향을 주는 것으로 노인의 삶의 욕구에 맞는 정보활용 다양화와 컨텐츠 개발이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 정보사회에서 노인의 성공적 노화를 위한 사회참여의 일환으로 노인을 위한 인터넷 컨텐츠 개발의 다양화와 프로그램 개발이 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

The existing evaluation method has been concentrated on the evaluation of a degree of the information system maturity focused on static viewpoints. The evaluation of potential factors to affect the future-oriented performance, that can analyze both unit business being able to apply an information system base was used efficiently well and what performance evaluation item was obtained actually, was insufficient relatively. In this paper, An integrated quality evaluation method will analyze a degree of information system maturity in dynamic evaluation viewpoints rather than in static evaluation viewpoints. finally we estimated the relative degree of importance of each determinant using the AHP methodology The validity of the proposed model was also partially proved using two different methods, holistic and historical approach.
