        본 논문은 연구자의 박사 학위 논문 중 1장과 3장 2절을 중심으로 발췌 및 번역한 것으로, 리 스트(Franz Liszt, 1811-1886)의 B단조 소나타에서 나타나는 십자가 모티브(cross motive)의 주제 적, 표현적 변형에 초점을 맞추고, 모티브의 변형을 통해 생성되는 내러티브적 해석을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 십자가 모티브는 그레고리안 성가 ≪신앙의 십자가≫(Crux Fidelis)에서 유래한 선율적 모티브로, 리스트의 작품에서는 기독교에서의 구원을 의미하거나 그의 신앙심이 표현되는 맥락에서 주로 사용된다. 리스트의 소나타에서는 다섯 개의 모토가 주제적 발전의 기초적 아이디 어를 제공하며, 그 중 네 번째 모토인 십자가 모티브는 5번에 걸쳐 등장하며 주제적 변형뿐만 아 니라 표현적 변형의 과정을 거친다. 본 논문은 음악이 진행됨에 따라 음악적 아이디어가 정서적 상태의 변화를 경험할 수 있음을 의미하는 클라인(Michael Klein)의 용어 ‘표현적 변형’(expressive transformation)과 해튼(Robert Hatten)의 ‘표현적 장르’(expressvie genre)의 개념을 연구의 출발 점으로 삼는다. 제시부의 2주제 영역에서의 십자가 모티브의 첫 등장은 화려하고 장대한 반주와 상승하는 십 자가 모티브 선율의 조합으로 인해 D장조에서 종교적인 장엄함을 드러낸다. 반면 발전부에서 제 시된 십자가 모티브는 단조성의 선율, 낮은 음역, 불협화음, 강한 다이내믹으로 인해 고통스러운 모습으로 변모하다. 이는 십자가 모티브의 정서적 상태가 비극적으로 변형되었음을 보여준다. 재 현부와 코다에서 등장하는 십자가 모티브는 이전의 종교성, 장엄함, 영웅적 당당함, 승리를 다시 회복하며 기쁨과 환희에 찬 절정의 감정적 상태를 보여준다. 이와 같은 십자가 모티브의 변형은 ‘비극과 고통에서 다시 쟁취해 낸 승리’의 내러티브로 표현될 수 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 내러티브 를 제시하는 과정에서 헐리우드 영화 ≪레버넌트≫의 정서 구조와 십자가 모티브의 정서적 흐름 에서 상호텍스트성(intertextuality)을 발견했고, 상호텍스트적 맥락의 적용을 통해 본 논문이 제시 하는 해석학적 분석에 대한 접근성과 흥미를 높이고자 했다.

        대부분의 기계는 여러 종류의 금속으로 구성된다. 특히 선박의 축계는 프로펠러 날개의 황동과 스테인리스로 된 축으로 이루 어져 있다. 이 이종금속이 바닷물의 전해액에 들어가면 볼타 전지를 이루고, 기전력이 발생된다. 이 기전력은 축계를 받치고 있는 베어링 과 축을 전기부식 시키는 원인이 된다. 선박에서는 이 부식을 막기 위해 선박에서는 축 접지 시스템을 설치하여 운용하고 있다. 본 연구 는 가변피치 프로펠러의 축기전력을 측정하기 위하여 추진축의 전압과 주기관의 회전수를 동시에 측정하였다. 측정장치는 내셔널인스트 루먼트사의 24bit A/D컨버터를 사용하여 측정하였고, 프로그램은 LabVIEW를 사용하였다. 주기관의 회전수와 축기전력의 발생, 블레이드 각도에 따른 기전력과, 배의 항해 방향에 따른 축기전력을 측정하고 분석하였다.

        This study attempts to investigate consumers’ perceptual process of influencer advertising and its impact on brand attitude formation on social media. Perceived congruence between the influencer and the product and sponsorship disclosure are manipulated as key independent variables. In so doing, this study examines whether consumers can infer two types of motives (affective vs. calculative) from different levels of perceived congruence (high vs. low) and sponsorship disclosure (present vs. absent). The impact of multiple motive inference on brand attitude is also examined in this study. The result indicates that perceived congruence of influencer and posting has a significant effect on the affective motive inference. When the posting is perceived to be relevant to and expected from the influencer, the participants infer the affective motive of the influencer. However, the participants do not infer calculative motives from the incongruent posting of the influencer. As native advertising can obfuscate the boundary between editorial and commercial contents (Conill, 2016), perceived congruence is significant to successfully cover the posting as a natural posting by influencer and induce affective motive inference. In addition, the disclosure of sponsorship did not reveal any effect on the calculative and the affective motive inferences. Even though the disclosure of sponsorship can make viewers recognize an advertising intent (Boerman, Willemsen, & Van Der Aa, 2017), the message did not induce motives inference behind it. It is significant to investigate whether there are intervening variables that moderate the linkage between sponsorship disclosure and motive inference processing. Furthermore, affective motive inference impacted the attitude for the brand whereas calculative motive inference exerted no significant effect. These findings suggest that when the product promoted in influencer advertising is congruent with the influencer, consumers form positive attitude toward the brand through affective inference processing. To successfully implement influencer advertising, marketers should design a content congruent with the influencer’s original postings and encourage audience to engage in affective motive processing.

        본 논문은 빅밴드(Big Band) 편곡을 모티브 전개 기법의 관점으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 곡으로는 작·편곡가 겸 베이시스트인 존 클레이턴(John Clayton)의 편곡 작품 중 빅밴드 편곡의 다양한 모티브 전개가 잘 나타난 ‘Jingle Bells’를 선정했다. 분석 방법으로는 빅밴드의 역사적 배경 및 연구 곡의 형식을 분석하고, 곡의 화성적 특징과 빅밴드 편곡에 전개된 선율이 어떤 모티브를 통해 전개되었는지에 대해 연구하였다. 전개된 선율의 목적과 의도 분석의 연구물을 통해 모티브 전개 기법을 빅밴드 선율 전개에 활용하는 것은, 빅밴드 편곡을 보다 다양하고 익숙한 소재들을 이용해 제작을 할 수 있는 환경을 만들어 줄 수 있다. 본 논문의 작품 연구를 통해 도출된 존 클레이턴의 정보와 편곡 기법은 빅밴드를 편곡하는 작·편곡가들에게 좀 더 다양한 음악의 표현이 가능 할 수 있도록 정보를 제공해 준다.

        The natural resources of Jeju are recognized as the new regional image of that clean island. Reflecting these trends, this study is initiated to develop a textile design with the motive of persimmon, a natural resource of Jeju, and to apply it to infant’s and children’s clothes. Its purpose is to highlight the image of persimmon, a traditional dye, as a regional signature for Jeju. Product development procedure included, understanding the use of persimmon for fashion products, analyzing Infants’ and Children’s designer collections over the last three seasons (focused on 2014S/S, 2015S/S, and 2016S/S), and surveying the Children’s Clothes market for persimmon dyeing in Jeju. The conclusion was that, the natural resources of Jeju are highly valuable, and should be applied to textile design and apparel products for children. Utilizing Jeju persimmon was actively studied, but, the market for the Jeju persimmon natural - dyeing products is extremely limited. Moreover, the apparel products for infants and children represent old-fashioned styles, despite their higher prices. Therefore, using the formative characteristics of persimmon for each theme was suggested for development of patterns for textile design. Pattern designs were expressed using textured textile screen-printing, embroidery and appliqué for infants’ and children’s clothes. In this study, a total of 10 items were prepared as apparel products for infants and children. All items were designed considering mix-and-match, potential, with each other or with regular mass-market products. These results are expected to contribute to highlighting the unique image of Jeju and to help promote fashion culture products.

        This article discusses and evaluates the ministry of an American laywoman missionary Mary Fletcher Scranton and her son William Benton Scranton, who founded the JungDong Hospital, SangDong Hospital, AhHyun Church, SangDong Church, and DongDaemoon Church. The writer first starts with the following questions: “How did they define their identity as a missionary?” The writer answers it in terms of their motive to apply for missionary and their direction for mission. Second, “What was their motive, method, and purpose of mission?” Third, “What was the heritage that they bequeathed to us and what lessons can we learn from?” Answering the above questions, the writer concludes missiological implications based on his research. In particular, he provides evidence supporting that Mary and William Scranton, as apposed to other western missionaries during that time era, did not try religious colonialization and did not intend to ingrain the western civilization into Korean society. In spite of the dangers they faced, they entered into Korea with strong aspirations of missions and in concretely have contributed to building the foundation for the evangelization of Korea by planting local churches and hospitals. The biggest contribution of Mary Scranton's ministry was to challenge the sexual discrimination imposed by Confucianist beliefs, by first starting a new school for women, and thus implanting a spirit that women can work cooperatively with men, not as an inferior, but as a partner, with equal rights. With the love of Christ, William Scranton also did his best to care for the poor and the weak by building new hospitals and pharmacies. In a word, Mary and William Scranton chose Korea to actualize their vision for world mission, and lived a successful life as the Christ’s disciples by understanding the history and culture of Korea and by serving for the poor people in Korea. In spite of their just and healthy motives, method, and purpose for their mission, they, like other western missionaries in that era, lacked to provide the missional church model to Korean Christianity. We cannot learn simply out of their deep dedication and desire to develop the missional church in Korea, enlarging the kingdom of God on earth and adapting to the Korean indigenous culture. This deficit came from their lack of missional theology, being simply lay missionaries, the Scrantons lacked the proper educational background in theology. Despite their deep passions, well intended will, and endless love of Christ, they were not able to grasp the bigger picture of the missional theology, thus falling short in accomplishing God's purpose for the Korean people and the world mission.

        Due to an overall increase of income, the general standard of living has improved and people have begun to be interested in being more healthy in their lives. This tendency has affected the food market, especially in relation to organic and eco-friendly food. Thus, the overall market size for those products has grown to give more choices to consumers. To examine the effect of the motive for choosing certain food products on the actual attitude and intent to purchase the products, a survey was given to 330 people living in Seoul, which resulted in 235 usable responses. The content of the questionnaire consisted of 18 questions on food choice motives, 3 questions on the attitude toward organic foods and 3 questions on the intention of purchasing for organic foods. The SPSS 12.0 statistics program was used to analyze of following: frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one way ANOVA and regression analysis. Five factors of food choice motives were obtained from the analysis: health, convenience, price, familiarity and environmental protection. The regression analysis showed that food choice motive, health and environmental protection factors have a positive relationship with organic food attitudes and organic food attitudes have a positive relationship with the intent to purchase organic food.

        The purpose of the present study was to examine the relationship between personal value and the motivation for drinking of Korean undergraduate student alcohol drinkers. Data were obtained from undergraduate students experienced in alcohol consumption in Seoul, Kyeonggi-do, and Kyeongsangnam-do. Trained researchers for this particular study conducted the survey and data from 208 students was analyzed using the SPSS package program. In this study, two personal values were examined: 'internal value' and 'external value', and four motives for drinking alcohol were identified: social motive, coping motive, enhancement motive, and conformity motive. The results of the present study showed that personal value had significant effects on the motives for drinking of Korean undergraduate student alcohol drinkers: 1) The internal value was significant on the coping motive and enhancement motive. 2) The external value was significant on the social motive. 3) Neither value was significant on the conformity motive. Based on the findings of the present study, personal value would be a useful variable in the field of alcoholic beverage marketing such as alcohol consumption, consumer behaviors and segmentation of the alcoholic beverage market.

        Today, seaside village has been met with much difficulty from aggravation of fishing conditions including decrease of fishery resources, marine products market opening, reduction of coastal fishing ground. Thus, seaside village tourism can become an useful alternative to revitalize the local community. This study deals with on the tourism activities based on motive of tourist to Seaside Villages in Jeju Island. And it will be find out though the cross analysis of tourism motivation factors and tourism activities factors. With 298 effective responses gathered from an on-site survey. The statistical analysis of the data was conducted using techniques of frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and canonical analysis. The tourism motivation and activities were conformed by Chi-Square Analysis and ANOVA analysis. For the growth of seaside village, many tourist must visit four seasons and tourism facilities and programs will be develop as seaside village experience activities, marine leisure activities, and circumference inquiry activities.
