‘크로스 플랫폼’(cross platform) 시대로 불리는 콘텐츠 패러다임의 전환기를 맞아, 지금까지 ‘서브 컬처’(sub-culture)로 불리던 웹툰이 OTT 플랫폼의 원천 IP(지식재산)로 급부상하고 있다. 웹툰은 팬덤을 통한 흥 행성 확보 및 독창성·확장성 등의 장점을 무기로 유력한 거점 콘텐츠 IP 로 각광받고 있다. 넷플릭스 등 OTT 플랫폼에서 K-드라마의 글로벌 경 쟁력을 확인시킨 <킹덤>, <이태원 클라쓰>, <스위트 홈>, <지옥>, <지금 우리 학교는> 등은 모두 웹툰을 원작으로 하고 있다. 특히 웹툰은 스토 리의 완결성과 세계관을 가진 원천 콘텐츠로서 영상, 게임 등 다양한 분 야로 IP 확장이 가능하기 때문에 미디어 생태계의 새로운 ‘가치사 슬’(value chain)로 떠오르고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 OTT 플 랫폼을 통해 공개된 국내 웹툰 콘텐츠의 활용 사례와 IP 확장에 유용한 전략으로 기대되는 ‘트랜스미디어 스토리텔링’과의 상관관계 연구를 통해 웹툰의 세계관 확장에 대한 시사점을 모색해 보고자 한다.

중국은 전통적으로 ‘사농공상’이 엄격한 신분사회로 상업에 종사했던 상인계층은 사회적 지위가 낮았으나, 이러한 엄격한 사회계급은 명대 상업의 발전과 경세치용 사조의 흥기에 힘입어 큰 변화를 겪게 되었다. 이에 따라 단지 사회적으로 조연의 입장에 있었던 상인들은 이후 다양한 사회참여를 통해 자신의 정체성을 새롭게 정립 함으로써 자신들의 역할을 분명하게 드러내게 되었다. 특히, 명 중기 이후 당시의 사 회적 변화와 이해관계가 맞물리면서 치부에 대한 인식 변화가 널리 받아들여져 새로 운 신분계층이 출현하게 되었다. 또한 상업에 대한 인식이 크게 달라지면서 사회적 기능 역시 중시되어 상인의 신분과 지위를 상승시키는 결과를 가져왔다.

“Fo Xi” has become popular on the Internet since the end of 2017 and attracted widespread attention. Under the framework of “Fo Xi X”, people create many “Fo Xi” expressions according to different communication contexts, such as “Fo Xi Raising Children”, “Fo Xi Chasing Stars”, “Fo Xi Employees”, etc. It is obvious that the buzzword “Fo Xi X” has significant memetic qualities. At present, domestic researches on “Fo Xi” are mostly carried out from the perspectives of communication, culture, and sociology. Although a small number of scholars have analyzed the formation and dissemination of “Fo Xi” from the perspective of linguistics such as cognition and semantics, there is no scholar who has integrated internal factors such as structural, semantic, and pragmatic features, with external factors such as subjectivity and contextualization to analyze the influence on the generation, reproduction and spread of the linguistic meme “Fo Xi X” based on memetics. From the perspective of memetic theory, this thesis makes a tentative exploration of “Fo Xi X” expression, and provides a relatively comprehensive explanation of the internal and external factors that affect the generation, reproduction and dissemination of this expression, as well as the pragmatic functions that “Fo Xi X” expression realizes in the process of communication, which supplies a reference for the application of memetics to the study of language phenomena and enriches the case study of Internet buzzwords to a certain extent.

본 논문은 동아시아불교문화권에서 중요하게 여기고 있는 경전인 『법화경』 의 여성관에 대하여 알아본 논문이다. 『법화경』은 다양한 비유와 상징, 쉬운 표 현으로 대중적으로 널리 퍼져 신앙과 사상적으로 널리 알려진 경전이다. 본 논문에서는 『법화경』의 여성관을 알아보기 위하여 먼저 불교의 여성관을 부정적인 측면과 긍정적인 측면으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 경전에서 여성을 부정 적으로 보는 것은 비구니 팔경계, 여인오장설, 여인불성불설 등이 나타나는 부 분이다. 하지만 여성의 긍정적인 사회적 역할, 깨달음에는 성별의 차이가 없다 는 점, 여성의 몸에 보살의 지혜와 자비가 갖추어져 있다는 점, 여성이 설법하 는 점에서 긍정적으로 여성을 바라보고 있음을 알 수 있다. 여성관에 대한 이러 한 차이는 당시 인도의 사회상황과 연관되어 있으며, 수행자로서 여성을 인정 하고 깨달음을 얻을 수 있다고 한 점은 당시의 여성의 지위를 높인 것이라고 할 수 있다. 『법화경』에서는 여성에 대한 부정적인 인식도 있지만, 부처가 될 수 있는 수기를 받는다는 점에서 성불의 가능성을 볼 수 있다는 점에서 긍정적인 측면 도 보이고 있다. 경전에서는 여성의 성불에 대하여 용녀의 변성성불을 이야기 하고 있는데, 이는 종교적으로 힌두교와의 대립을 피하기 위한 것으로 생각된 다. 또한 경전에서 붓다가 이야기하는 본래 의미를 파악한다면 ‘여성의 변성성 불’이라는 글자에 얽매이지 않고 본래의 불성을 수행을 통해 드러내야 한다는 적극적인 수행방법론으로 이해해야 할 것이다. 불교에서는 일체중생의 본성은 본래 평등한 것으로서 차별이 없다고 한다. 즉, 여성도 깨달음을 얻을 수 있다는 것으로서 당시의 남성우월주의에서 벗어 나고자 한 것이다. 『법화경』의 여성관은 힌두교와의 종교적 다툼에서 벗어나기 위하여 여성성을 부정하지만 반대로 불교수행을 통한 여성의 성불가능성을 열 어주었다.

This study aims to reveal the multilayered nature of the formal aspects of communal house architecture in North Korea. It is said that Kim Jong Il, who emerged as a successor after the mid-1970s, brought about a change in the architecture, leading the construction of a sculptural communal house on Gwangbok Street in 1989, and wrote The art of architecture (1992), which theorized architecture as an object of art. Therefore, it is widely perceived that the communal house was transformed from a simple form of living function to an artistic architecture with the rise of Kim Jong Il. This study, however, argues that this change was the result of an internal evolution in North Korean architecture, rather than a simple change in the position of an individual in power. It seeks to move away from the dichotomy that divides the communal house into two periods: the "Kim Il-sung period," in which the communal house was laid out in a simple form to provide mass supply and a socialist lifestyle, and the "Kim Jong-il period," in which the communal house took on an artistic form, such as the Gwangbok Street communal house, in the early years of reconstruction. In the 1950s and 1960s, before Kim Jong-il's arrival, the communal house form was not simply a flat arrangement, but a three-dimensional and sculptural consideration of the effect on the cityscape.

이 연구는 한일 간 경제 문화적 관계가 정치적 관계를 극복하고 한류와 혐한 류의 공존 가능성에 대한 근본적 물음에 대해 BTS 활동 사례를 통해 살펴보고 개선방안을 도출하는 데 있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 혐한류의 원조 는 전후 일본의 재일조선인 정책에서 비롯된 것으로 조선인에 대해 식민지 시 대부터 취해온 일본인의 인식으로 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 한국의 문화정책은 1987 년 민주화 선언 이후 1998년 대중문화개방정책으로 이어졌으며 대일관계 개선 수단과 외교적 위기에서 민단 단체나 자치단체의 교류 증가 등의 긍정적인 측 면을 가져왔다. 셋째, 일본에서 BTS 현상은 한류 문화의 획기적인 확대로 정치 적 관계와 무관하게 민간단체나 자치단체의 가교역할을 초월하여 일본인 수용 자들을 대상으로 한국에 대한 호의적인 태도와 문화적 교류의 확대를 가져왔다 는 데 큰 의미가 있다. 넷째, 일본에서 한류와 혐한류의 현상은 극단적으로 상 호 대립하는 듯이 보이지만, 이러한 두 흐름은 상호 유사성과 함께 동시에 진행 되고 있는 현상으로 볼 수 있다. 그러나 BTS 현상은 이러한 흐름을 초월하였다 는 점에서 주목할 필요가 있다. 결론적으로 일본 사회에서 한류와 혐한류의 동 시적 존재 현상을 직시하고 이에 대한 정확한 인식, 공교육의 활용과 매스컴의 홍보, 시민사회의 수용과 교양강좌 등을 통한 지속적인 개선과 실천 노력이 필 요할 것으로 생각된다.

이 논문은 김춘수가 이상에 대한 비평에서 ‘이상은 왜 키르케고르의 길을 가지 않았는가?’를 물은 데 착안하여, 시인으로서의 존재론적 지향점이 김춘수는 초월성을 향해 갔으며, 이상은 내재성을 향해 갔다는 전제 아래에 논증되었다. 초월성을 지향한다는 것은 차안으로부터 피안의 신, 존재, 진리, 선을 추구한다는 것이며, 내재성을 지향하는 것은 자연으로부터 유래한 인간의 본성과 생명력을 신뢰하며 자기의식의 체험을 긍정하는 것이다. 김춘수는 초월성의 관점을 키르케고르의 신학에서 취한 바, 이 논문 또한 그의 사상을 원용하여 논증해 나아갔다. 이상 문학의 절망, 불안, 권태 등은 키르케고르의 1단계 심미적 실존에 머문다. 이상은 키르케고르적인 신학적 세계관과 아가페적 사랑을 추구하지는 않았지만, 천재로서 절망과 불안을 감내하며 내면의 자유를 추구하여 예술의 새로운 영역을 개척하는 데 기여하였다. 결론적으로, 키르케고르의 신학적 길을 간 것은 오히려 릴케의 영향을 받은 김춘수였다. 한국현대시사에서 모더니즘의 두 거장 이상과 김춘수는 ‘내재성’의 사상과 ‘초월성’ 사상의 두 축을 담지하여 한국의 정신사를 풍요롭게 하였다.

In today’s world, intellectual property (IP) rights have become a significant part of overall corporate value as well as a “driver of important market transactions.” Nevertheless, patent commercialization and claims for damages due to patent infringement are often obstructed by parties’ differing positions on the patent value. To improve Vietnam’s legal and practical environment for patent valuation, this paper constructs a comparison of the prevailing frameworks of the United States and the People’s Republic of China with that of Vietnam to make recommendations meeting the stated purpose. An analysis of relevant academic literature suggests that parties should be allowed to choose their preferred valuation technique even when having engaged valuation professionals. Also, valuation service providers should be able to demonstrate the underlying rationale for selecting a particular valuation method. Other valuation techniques, such as forward citation counting, should also be studied to provide private parties, patent valuators and relevant state agencies in Vietnam with more options when facing the need to value a patent.

글로벌 시대 동북아시아에서는 19세기 촉발된 영토분쟁(territorial dispute)의 미해결로 정치적 및 외교적으로 분쟁이 끊이지 않고 있다. 대 다수 영토분쟁에 대한 연구는 역사적 맥락과 정치경제적, 국제법적 해결방안 을 중심으로 연구되었다. 하지만 이런 연구는 영토분쟁의 근원적인 차원에서 영토분쟁을 이해하고 해결하는데 한계가 있다. 이런 측면에서 미해결 영토분 쟁에 대한 힘의 논리에 근거한 정치군사적 대결 분석도 중요하겠지만 정 치문학적 관점을 중심으로 분석해보는 것은 영토문제를 둘러싼 갈등의 원인을 이해하고 집단적 심리를 이해하는 측면에서 도움이 될 것이다. 특히 일본의 강제병합에 의한 주권상실과 분단을 경험하고, 오늘날까지 한일관계 정상화에 걸림돌이 되고 있는 독도를 둘러싼 영토문제와 역사 문제에 대해 내재된 한국인의 집단적 심리와 갈등을 분석하기 위해서 당 대의 문화와 언어가 반영되어 있는 근현대사를 다룬 문학작품을 고찰하 였다. 한반도와 만주지역을 중심으로 식민주의와 영토팽창과 분단으로 인해 이념·경제·문화·민족주의적 대립이 반복되면서 교차된 가해와 피해 의 기억은 분쟁이 지속되는 주요 요인이 되기 때문이다.

본 논문은 랠프 월도 에머슨이 주장하는 자연과 상상력의 개념에 초점을 맞 추어 초월주의를 연구하고 이를 바탕으로 내서니얼 호손의 주홍글자를 해석 하고자 한다. 에세이 “자연”에서 에머슨은 시각을 통해 전달된 자연의 아름다움 은 자연의 최종적 표현이 아니라 유기적 부분으로 존재하며, 자연이 그의 아름 다움 혹은 숭고함과 같은 추상적인 창조물 그리고 그의 동식물 혹은 인간과 같 은 지적인 창조물과 유기적 관계를 갖는 것은 ‘보편적 존재’의 신성한 영이 자 연과 인간 모두에게 깃들어있기 때문에 가능하다고 말한다. 에머슨의 사상에서 무엇보다도 상상력은 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 상상력은 인간의 정신을 열 어 자연을 생각에 맞추어주는 열쇠이며 상상력을 사용할 때 인간은 자연에 대 해 우위를 점할 수 있다. 자연의 평범한 풍경은 상상력을 통해 인간의 정신에 신성이 깃든 상징으로 변형된다. 주홍글자에서 에머슨의 자연과 상상력의 개 념은 특히 헤스터와 그녀의 딸인 펄을 통해 나타난다. 헤스터는 자연과 벗하며 고독한 생활을 하는 동안 내면이 단련되고 상상력이 예민해진다. 펄은 자연의 아이라고 불릴 만큼 세상에 물들지 않은 순수한 존재로서, 그녀는 숲에서 동식 물, 즉 다른 자연의 부분들과 깊은 교감을 나누는 동안 상상력이 무한대로 확장 되면서 ‘보편적 존재’와 합일하는 순간을 경험한다. 이들을 통해 드러나는 자연 은 신성이 깃든 그리고 자비로운 존재이다.

본 연구의 목적은 의미 있는 대상의 선호도 판단에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려진 원리인 내적 편향 원리와 규범적 관점 간의 상호작용 양상을 연구하는 데에 있다. 개별 개체의 친숙도가 규범적 관점에 영향을 미친다는 점 또한 고려 하여 친숙도 수준에 따른 두 선호도 원리의 작용 양상을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 이중 대안 선택 과제를 활용한 행동 반응 실험을 진행하였으며, 친숙도 수준(높음/낮음)에 따라 각 8개의 단일 개체를 실험 재료로 하여 내 적 편향 원리 준수 여부와 규범적 관점 준수 여부를 조작하였다. 실험 결과, 내적 편향 원리를 준수한 상태에서 개체 가 제시된 경우가 내적 편향 원리가 위배된 상태로 개체가 제시된 경우보다 더 선호되었다. 선호 판단에 걸리는 반응 시간 또한 더 짧은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 규범적 관점 준수 여부는 선택 빈도 및 반응 시간에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 더불어, 개체의 친숙도는 선호도 판단과 관련된 의사 결정에 간섭 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 개체 선호도 원리 중 내적 편향의 강도가 규범적 관점에 비해 더 우세하며, 단일 개체가 제시될 때 그에 대한 선호 판단에 있어서 그 개체가 가진 속성보다 시각적 문맥과의 상호작용이 중요하게 작용한다 는 것을 시사한다.

Wolsong Unit 1 is about 679 MW Pressurized Heavy Water Reactor (PHWR). Canada AECL was responsible for Nuclear Steam Supply System (NSSS) design and supply. Wolsong Unit 1 was operated from 1983 to 2019. Currently, Wolsong Unit 1 is under safety management after permanent shutdown. Wolsong unit 1, a heavy water reactor, has the following characteristics. • Unlike Light Water Reactor, vertical reactors, Heavy Water Reactor is installed horizontally. • The internal structure of the reactor is more complex than that of a light water reactor (380 pressure tubes in reactor as called Calandria) • The Calandria Vault, a large concrete structure filled with light water, is located outside of Calandria In the case of the decommissioning plan of PHWR in Canada, they have adopted a deferred decommissioning strategy that decommissioning begins after permanent shutdown and long-term safety management (30 to 40 years). So, Decommissioning of PHWR in Canada is expected to start in the 2050s. Nuclear Safety Act stipulates that if a commercial nuclear power plant is permanently suspended, the utility must submit a Final Decommissioning Plan (FDP) within 5 years. So, KHNP, the utility, is developing the FDP for Wolsong Unit 1 and have a plan to submit it to the government by the end of 2024. And then licensing review is expected to take at least two years. The key milestone for decommissioning project has a plan to start decommissioning in 2027 and complete it by 2034, but this is flexible depending of the government’s approval for decommissioning and the completion of prerequisites such as spent fuel transfer, etc. KHNP has prepared a strategy and system consisting of three areas such as R&D, Engineering and licensing document development to prepare the final decommissioning plan for Wolsong Unit 1. The promotion system for the preparation of the FDP for Wolsong Unit 1 is consisted of Engineering (HAS Characterization, Process/Work Package/Cost Estimation, Dismantling Safety Evaluation, Radiological Environmental Report, Radioactive Waste Treatment and Facility Construction), R&D (COG cooperation, KHNP R&D Results), Kori unit 1 lessons learned, etc. KHNP have the plan that the FDP Draft development by the end of 2023, reflecting engineering services results, R&D results, COG technical cooperation results and lessoned learned on Kori Unit 1. After collecting opinions from residents through a public hearing, the FDP will be submitted to the government by the end of 2024. It is expected that there will be many difficulties in the development process as it is the world’s first FDP development for the commercial Pressurized Heavy Water Reactors.

Kori Unit 1 is about 600MW Pressurized Light Water Reactor as WH type. KHNP got an approval for construction and operation of Kori unit 1 on May 31, 1972 and started commercial operation from Apr. 29, 1987. And then, it was decided to permanently suspend it on Jun. 18, 2017 after 40 years of commercial operation. The Nuclear Safety Act stipulates that if a commercial nuclear power plant is permanently suspended, the utility must submit a Final Decommissioning Plan (FDP) within 5 years. So, KHNP, the utility, developed a FDP for Kori Unit 1 and submitted it to the government in May 2021. In South Korea, the FDP is to be prepared in accordance with the relevant notices and consists of 11 major chapters such as (1) Decommissioning Plan Overview, (2) Project management, (3) Status of Site and Environmental, (4) Decommissioning Strategies and Method, (5) Ease of Decom. Design characteristic, (6) Safety Analysis, (7) Radiation Protection, (8) Decontamination and Dismantling, (9) Radioactive Waste Management, (10) Environmental Impact Analysis, (11) Fire Protection and (12, 13) Etc., References and Glossary. KHNP has prepared a strategy and system consisting of three areas such as R&D, Engineering and licensing document development to prepare the final decommissioning plan for Kori Unit 1. The promotion system for the preparation of the FDP for Kori Unit 1 is composed of Engineering (HAS Characterization, Dismantling Safety Evaluation, Radiological Environmental Report, Radioactive Waste Treatment and Facility Construction), R&D(KHNP R&D Results such as Process/Work Package /Cost Estimation, Safety Analysis, Contamination and Exposure, Guide for Detailed Characteristic, Site Safety Analysis, RV & RVI Dismantling Process, etc.), Overseas case lessons learned(Taiwan unit 1 NPP FDP and Spain Zorita NPP FDP analysis) and Development of Licensing Document. KHNP completed the initial completion of the Final Decommissioning Plan for Kori Unit 1 in March 2020 and carried out collecting residents’ opinions through public hearings. And then, KHNP supplemented the results of the residents’ opinions and applied for license to the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission in May, 2021. Now, KHNP are responding to the FDP licensing review.

Among pancreatic cystic lesions, mucinous cystic neoplasm (MCN) and intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN) of the pancreas are precursor lesions of pancreatic adenocarcinoma. IPMN is characterized by intraductal papillary proliferation of mucin-producing epithelial cells that exhibit various degrees of dysplasia. IPMN is classified as the main duct type (MD-IPMN), mixed type and the branch duct type (BD-IPMN) according to the location of involvement, and into four histological subtypes (gastric, intestinal, pancreatobiliary, and oncocytic) according to the histomorphological and immunohistochemical characteristics. Most patients with MD-IPMN undergo tumor resection due to moderate to high risk of malignancy. Patients with BD-IPMN who do not undergo resection may develop malignant change, and concomitant separate pancreatic cancer occurs in 2-10% of patients with IPMN. Patients with BD-IPMN who do not undergo resection should do careful surveillance including endoscopic ultrasound sonography for the early detection of malignant change and separate pancreatic cancer.

조지 허버트는 종교관이 모호하다는 논란이 있으며, 그의 시 ｢영국 교회｣는 그의 시집인 성전과 조화하기 어렵다. 그의 종교관과 이 시를 이해하기 위 해, 17세기 잉글랜드의 역사와 허버트의 전기에 근거해본다. 당시 대외적으로 로마 교회 - 영국 교회 - 암스테르담 교회와 갈등이 있었으며, 대내적으로 선구 적인 국교도 - 칼뱅주의 국교도와 순응하는 청교도 - 비순응하는 청교도의 갈 등이 있었다. 국왕들은 알미니안이었으나 허버트와 그의 가족들은 칼뱅주의였 으므로, 국가의 검열로 인해 허버트의 시는 모호성을 가진다. 그러므로 대외적 으로 볼 때, ｢영국 교회｣의 “언덕 위의 여자”와 “계곡에 사는 여자”와, 그리고 “어머니”는 각각 로마 교회와 암스테르담 교회, 그리고 영국 교회를 의미한다. 그러나 대내적으로 볼 때, 세 여성은 영국 교회 내에 선구적인 국교도와 비순 응하는 청교도, 그리고 칼뱅주의 국교도와 순응하는 청교도를 의미한다. 이처 럼 ｢영국 교회｣는 대내외적인 이중 해석이 가능하며, 허버트는 칼뱅주의 국교 도로서 표면적으로는 성공회의 중도주의를 옹호하지만, 이면적으로는 믿음과 행위가 조화된 이상적인 칼뱅주의 교회를 찬양한다.

There are still debated about surveillance interval, duration, diagnostic modality and treatment for intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN) of the pancreas. In recent guidelines, ‘high risk stigmata (HRS)’ and ‘worrisome feature (WF)’ are defined as predictive factors for malignancy in IPMN. IPMNs with HRS and main duct- IPMN are more likely to accompany malignancies, thus require surgery. However, in the case of only WF, since the risk of malignancy is different for each factor, the management decision can be variable according to the number of overlapping WFs. In addition, for segmental main pancreatic duct dilatation without enhancing mural nodules, careful surveillance might be considered rather than immediate surgery. In IPMN patients with elderly or severe comorbidities, treatment strategy should be determined based on surgical and malignant risk assessment. To date, the natural course of IPMN patients with HRS and WF is not well understood, thus further studies with a large number of patients are needed.

Research on the birth (起源) and names (語源) of foods such as kimchi is important to understand traditional food culture. kimchi, an ‘add flavored, fermented, pickled, vegetable food’ was initially prepared with the simple purpose of increasing storage capabilities, but later, through a complex process of change, morphological diversification occurred. In addition to the basic name of ‘kimchi’, each variety has its unique name and history. This study was conducted through qualitative research using various research methods, such as oral records and interviews, as well as investigation of data from literature, including ancient literature, modern cookbooks, newspapers, magazines, papers, and videos. The study sought to investigate the context and the meaning of the name Chonggak kimchi. In addition, it is a compilation of how the name spread through the ages and evolved to its current name. The name Chonggak kimchi did not exist during the Joseon Dynasty and Japanese occupation and first appeared in the records in the late 1950s. Nevertheless, the original name of ‘Altarimu kimchi’ evolved and finally became a part of the standard Korean language (標準語) in 1988. In the process of the name spreading and becoming popular, the movie “Chonggak kimchi (1964),” starring Shin, S.I., and Eom, A.R. played a significant role. It was also confirmed that this was a meaningful and valuable case of contentization of traditional food culture, regardless of the intention behind the same.
