        본 연구에서는 Monopile 방식 풍력발전기 강구조물의 부식을 방지하기 위하여 S355 steel의 표면 거칠기에 따른 용사 코팅 상태에 관한 연구를 수행했다. 일차적으로는 시편별 서로 다른 표면거칠기를 부여하기 위해 밀링머신에 페이스 커터를 결합하여 시편별로 다른 조건의 Ra값 기준 표면거칠기를 부여했다. 실험 조건으로는 시편 가공 시 4가지의 회전속도(60, 400, 1200, 2000 rpm), feed rate 150(mm/min) 조건을 선정했다. 2차로는 와이어 용융 방식의 아크 용사 코팅을 실시했다. 코팅 조건으로는 분사 거리 200mm, 전압 24V, 전류 120A, 분사 압력 5bar, 와이어 삽입 속도 30g/mm, 와이어 직경 2mm이다. 용사 코팅 후 FE-SEM으로 표면을 관찰한 결과 모든 시편의 S355 면과 코팅층(아연-알루미늄) 사이에 유격이 발생하지 않고 성공적으로 안착이 되었음을 확인할 수 있었다.

        본 연구에서는 기존 식품첨가물 분석법에서 합으로써 분 석되는 락색소를 laccaic acid A, B, C, E 4가지 성분으로 분류하고 개별적으로 정량 할 수 있는 분석법을 확립하였 다. Natural red 25를 사용하여 구조적으로 비슷한 laccaic acid A와 B를 1차적으로 분취한 후 2차로 A와 B를 분리 했다. 같은 방식으로 C와 D를 1차, 2차에 걸쳐 각각의 개 별 표준품으로 사용하였다. 락색소 불검출 시료 3가지 시료 (햄, 토마토 주스, 고추장)를 확보하여 0.05-107.2 μg/mL 범 위에서 결정계수(r2) 0.995 이상의 직선성을 확인하였다. 3 가지 시료에서 정밀도와 정확성을 측정한 결과, 일내 정 밀도는 0.2-12.3%, 정확도는 90.6-112.7% 범위 내에서 확인 되었으며 일간 정밀도는 0.3-13.3%, 정확도는 90.3-113.0% 범위내로 확인 되었다. 락색소를 사용하는 식품과 사용 금 지 식품에 대해 회수율을 측정한 결과, 사용 가능 식품에서 는 91.6-114.9% 범위의 회수율을 보였으며, 사용 불가 식품 의 경우 92.5-113.5% 범위의 회수율을 보였다. 락색소의 검 출 한계는 3가지 시료에서 검출한계 0.01-0.15 μg/mL, 정량 한계 0.02-0.47 μg/mL로 확인되었다. 락색소의 4가지 성분중 laccaic acid A와 C에 대한 측정 불확도를 산출한 결과, laccaic acid A의 측정 불확도는 13.65±0.39 mg/kg(신뢰수준 95%, K=2), laccaic acid C의 측정 불확도는 4.19±0.39 mg/kg(신뢰 수준 95%, K=2)로 비교적 낮은 측정불확도 값을 산출하 였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 식품 중 락색소의 개별 분석 과 정성 및 정량분석을 위해 유효성이 검증된 분석법을 확립으로 식품 중 잔류물질 기준규격 설정 및 관리에 참 고 자료가 될 수 있고, 향후 매트릭스 효과에 따른 laccaic acid 개별 분석과 개별 활성 및 독성시험 연구의 근거 지 표가 될 수 있다고 판단된다.

        The objective of this study was to investigate the distribution of functional compounds in perilla leaves of various genetic resources and their antioxidant activities. A comprehensive analysis of functional compounds was conducted for 90 genetic resources, focusing on total polyphenol content (TPC), total flavonoid content (TFC), individual phenolic content (IPC), and lutein. Their antioxidant activities were then analyzed based on their radical scavenging capacity using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) and DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl). The TPC content exhibited a range of 13.19 to 35.85 mg gallic acid equivalent/g, whereas the TFC content varied from 11.74 to 46.51 mg catechin equivalent/g. Total IPC was detected in a range of 6,310.98 to 40,491.82 μg/g. Lutein was detected at levels between 70.97 and 597.97 μg/g. ABTS and DPPH radical scavenging activities of perilla leaves ranged from 30.39 to 58.58 mg trolox equivalent (TE)/g and from 7.74 to 46.56 mg TE/g, respectively. Furthermore, correlation analysis demonstrated that rosmarinic acid, a phenolic acid, exhibited a significantly positive correlation with antioxidant activity. These findings suggest that various genetic resource of perilla leaves could effectively mediate antioxidant capacity. Results of this study provide valuable information for use of perilla leaves in Korea as functional food materials.

        For appropriate nutrient management and enhanced plant growth, soil sensors which reflect soil nutrient levels are required. Because there is no available sensor for nutrient monitoring, electrical conductivity (EC) sensor can be used to evaluate soil nutrient levels. Soil nutrient management using EC sensors would be possible by understanding the relationship between sensor EC values and soil temperature, moisture, and nutrient content. However, the relationship between soil sensor EC values and plant available nutrients was not investigated. Therefore, the objectives of the study were to evaluate effect of different amount of urea on soil EC monitored by sensors during pepper and broccoli cultivation and to predict the plant available nutrient contents in soil. During the cultivation period, soil was collected periodically for analyzing pH and EC, and the available nutrient contents. The sensor EC value increased as the moisture content increased, and low fertilizer treated soil showed the lowest EC value. Principal component analysis was performed to determine the relationship between sensor EC and available nutrients in soil. Sensor EC showed a strong positive correlation with nitrate nitrogen and available Ca. In addition, sum of available nutrients such as Ca, Mg, K, P, S and N was positively related to the sensor EC values. Therefore, EC sensors in open field can be used to predict plant available nutrient levels for proper management of the soil.

        Industrial complexes are areas where manufacturing companies are integrated, and logistics between tenant companies play a very important role, but idle resources can occur depending on the situation if each company operates independently. Accordingly, this study aimed to reduce overall logistics costs and increase corporate productivity by looking at ways to share and utilize logistics resources such as warehouses and transportation equipment to efficiently utilize logistics resources in industrial complexes and implementing a logistics sharing platform that can share these idle resources. To this end, this study conducted a research survey on the logistics status of manufacturing companies in Ulsan-Mipo Industrial Complex, based on this analysis, the necessity of logistics resource types and utilization of industrial complex resident companies, and based on this, a service model for logistics resource sharing was studied. In addition, it was intended to analyze the operational characteristics of the existing logistics system to derive improvements and to derive optimal measures to utilize information on shared idle resources. This study confirmed the importance of sharing and utilizing idle resources to optimize logistics resources in industrial complexes, and is expected to contribute to reducing logistics costs and increasing logistics efficiency of tenant companies.

        Freshwater jellyfish, a type of jellyfish exclusively found in freshwater, has a limited number of species but is found globally. However, their ecology and causes of occurrence are largely unknown. Therefore, understanding the distribution of polyps, which produce the larvae of freshwater jellyfish, can provide important data for comprehending their ecology. This study aims to explore the COI gene of freshwater jellyfish using environmental DNA from the microbial film in the Miho River system. Among the 12 survey points in the Miho River watershed, genetic material of freshwater jellyfish was detected in 8 points, mainly located upstream near reservoirs. These genetic materials were identified as genes of the well-known freshwater jellyfish species, Craspedacusta sowerbii. Notably, the C. sowerbii genes found in the Miho River watershed survey points were closely related to a species previously discovered in Italy. Consequently, utilizing environmental DNA to explore the genetic traces of freshwater jellyfish enables rapid screening of areas with a high likelihood of freshwater jellyfish occurrence. This approach is deemed to provide crucial information for understanding the distribution and ecology of freshwater jellyfish in Korea.

        'Hanabell' is a new ornamental crabapple cultivar bred in 2020 at the Apple Research Institute, National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science, Rural Development Administration. It was selected from seedlings obtained through the open-pollination of Malus baccata collected from Mt. Palgong, Gunwi-gun, and Gyeongsangbuk-do. Line selections were conducted from 2009 to 2016, and characteristic tests were evaluated from 2017 to 2019. The tree vigor and form of 'Hanabell' were determined to be medium and spreading, respectively. The flowering season of 'Hanabell' starts on April 17th and ends on May 2nd, lasting approximately 15 days. The size of 'Hanabell' flowers is approximately 48 mm, larger than that of general apple flowers, and they have a high ornamental value due to the abundance of blooms each year. Furthermore, 'Hanabell' possesses a distinct floral scent that releases a significant amount of benzyl acetate (C9H10O2) into the air during flowering, attracting bees. Subsequently, 'Hanabell' was officially submitted for variety protection to the KoreaSeed & Variety Service in 2021(Applicationno.2021-144).

        The effects of punching treatment on mycelial culture and fruiting body productivity were investigated in a new Lentinula edodes cultivar, “Jadam”, in sawdust medium for the stable production of oak mushroom. As the punching volume and number increased, the weight loss rate and color difference increased and the L value decreased. After spawn inoculation, the sawdust medium temperature and CO2 concentration reached their highest values at 33 and 19 days of incubation, respectively. The O2 concentration showed the lowest value on the 14th day of incubation, which was the opposite pattern to the CO2 concentration. As the punching volume and the number increased, the medium temperature and O2 concentration increased, and the CO2 concentration decreased. Higher punching volumes and numbers resulted in higher temperatures and lower CO2 concentrations. The best fruiting body yield was 5 × 70 mm - 30 (punching diameter × depth - number), and the total yield after three cycles was 644.7 g.

        참두메부추(Allium spirale Willd.)는 관상 및 식용식물로 서 가치가 높다. 그러나, 참두메부추의 육묘를 위한 생육조 건에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 육묘 플러그 셀 크기, 차광율 및 시비처리가 참두메부추의 유묘 성장에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 실험 결과, 플러그 셀 크기는 용 적이 가장 큰 105셀에서 생육이 가장 우수하였다. 생육지표 중 초장과 근장은 60% 차광처리에서 상대적으로 높게 측정 되어 생육이 우수하였다. 속효성 고형비료[DO-Peters(N:P:K= 20:20:20)는 셀 당 100mg을 시비했을 때 근수와 근장의 수치 가 가장 높게 조사되었으며, 속효성 액체비료 Peters(N:P:K= 20:20:20)는 8mL씩 주 2회 시비한 처리구에서 초장과 엽수 의 수치가 가장 높았다. 따라서 참두메부추 유묘의 초기 생육 에 있어서 속효성 고형비료는 100mg, 액체비료는 8mL를 주 2회 시비하는 것이 적절하였다. 참두메부추는 원예상토가 충 진된 105셀 플러그 트레이에 종자를 파종한 후 DO-PRO 100mg 또는 Peters 8mL를 주 2회 엽면시비하면서 60% 차 광조건에서 재배하는 것이 효과적이었다.

        A new spore-less cultivar Lentinula edodes ‘Daedam’ was bred from monokaryotic strains of ‘LE15401-24’ and ‘LE192118-10’. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth of ‘Daedam’ on potato dextrose agar was 22~25oC. Total cultivation period of the new cultivar, from inoculation to its first harvest, was 134 days, similar to that of the control cultivar ‘Hwadam’. Total yield of ‘Daedam’ was 222g per 3kg substrate, and was lower than that of control cultivar(266.0g). The fruiting body of ‘Daedam’ had a thick and small pileus and a longer stem compare to control cultivar. As a result of a analyzing the productivity of ‘Daedam’ on the different substrate types, the biological efficiency was 26.7% in the 1.2kg cylindrical substrate(CS), which was higher than that of the 3kg rod-type substrate(RS). 'Daedam' had a similar yield compared to 'Hanacham' in first fruiting body production, but the cultivation period was 40 days shorter. Therefore, 'Daedam' can only harvest fruiting bodies once, it is thought that it can be used as spore-less oak mushroom cultivar for short-term cultivation instead of 'Hanacham' in mushroom farms.

        This study was conducted to reduce the phenomenon of the biased cultivation of certain mushroom varieties and to develop a competitive variety of Pleurotus nebrodensis. We have collected and tested characteristics of genetic resources from domestic and overseas varieties since 2015. We bred the domestic variety ‘Boram’. The optimal temperature was 26~29oC for mycelial growth and 15~18oC for fruit body growth temperature. This variety was similar to the control variety (Uram) in terms of the number of cultivation days and yield per bottle. The shape of the new cultivar was round, whereas that of the control group was spatula-like. The yield was 181.1 g/bottle, which was statistically similar to that of the control variety. When incubating the parent and control varieties, the replacement line was clear. Moreover, polymerase chain reaction analysis of mycelial DNA resulted in different band patterns between the parent and control varieties, confirming the hybrid species.
