Cellulose triacetate (CTA) was prepared from cotton linter and pulps which contain various contents of α-cellulose. CTA which contains 2.8 of degree of substitution (DS) and 222 of degree of polymerization (DP) was obtained from V-81 pulp under the heterogeneous system. The DS was measured by the titration method, and the DP was obtained by measurement of viscosity. FT-IR spectometer (FT-IR 6300, JASCO) was used to analyze the chemical structure of raw materials and cellulose triacetate, and X-ray diffractometer (X-pert MPD PW3040, Philips) was used to confirm the crystal structure and to calculate the relative crystallinity index (RCI). As α-cellulose content in pulp increased, the acetylation yield increased. Besides with a kind of pulp, it contains insoluble residue which was mainly formed due to the formation of glucomannan triacetate and xylan diacetate during the esterification.

표고속(Lentinula )에 속한 종들의 배양적 특성을 규명하고자 국내 미기록종인 L. aciculospora, L. boryana, L. raphanica 3균주와 대조군으로 국내 기록종인 L. edodes 1균주를 실험에 사용하였다. 대조군인 L. edodes 균주는 ME1배지에서 91.8 ㎜/7일로 최대 균사생장을 보였으며 균사배양 최적온도는 24℃, 최적pH는 6으로 나타났고 최적 탄소원과 질소원은 Glucose와 Malt extract, 최적비타민은 Myo-inosiol로 나타났다. 첫 번째 국내 미기록종인L . aciculospora 균주는 PDA 배지에서 36.5 ㎜/7일로 최대 균사생장을 보였으며 균사배양 최적온도는 22℃, 최적pH는 6으로 나타났고 최적 탄소원과 질소원은 Glucose와 Malt extract, 최적비타민은 Myo-inosiol로 나타났다. 두 번째 L. boryana 균주는 MCM 배지에서 55.0 ㎜/7일로 최대 균사생장을 보였으며 균사배양 최적온도는 22℃, 최적pH는 7로 나타났고 최적 탄소원과 질소원은 Glucose와 Urea, 최적비타민은 Riboflabin으로 나타났다. 세 번째 L. raphanica 균주는 ME1 배지에서 70.0 ㎜/7일로 최대 균사생장을 보였으며 균사배양 최적온도는 28℃, 최적pH는 5로 나타났고 최적 탄소원과 질소원은 Sucrose와 Potassium nitrate, 최적비타민은 Riboflabin으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 NaCl 농도가 느타리버섯 균사생장 및 자실체 발생과 생육에 미치는 영향에 관한 것으로 PDA배지에서의 NaCl 농도에 따른 균사생장은 0.5%처리까지는 버섯균사 생장에 별다른 영향을 주지 않았으나 1.0% 처리에서는 생장하는 속도가 무처리에 대비하여 감소되기 시작되어 5.0%에서는 균사생장이 전혀 이루어지지 않았다.톱밥배지에서는 PDA배지에서와 유사한 경향을 보였으나 균사생장의 감소속도는 완만하였다. 톱밥 병재배시 NaCl 농도별 시기별로 관수 처리한 결과에서는 균긁기 직후 처리에서는 버섯 품질과 수확량에서 3.0%처리부터 떨어지기 시작하여 10.0% 처리에서는 무처리의 47%정도 밖에 수확할 수 없었다.버섯 발이 직후 처리에서는 균굵기 직후의 처리와 유사한 경향이나 발이전 침수보다는 상태가 양호하였으며, 10.0% 처리에서도 무처리의 90%정도로 그 피해가 적었다.버섯생육도중 관수처리시는 10.0% 처리 이외는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 10.0% 처리도 발이전 처리 및 발이후 처리보다는 생육특성이 양호하였다.자실체의 형태적 특성에 있어서는 처리시기별, 처리농도 별로 커다란 차이를 발견할 수 없었다.느타리버섯에 사용되고 있는 지하수의 수질을 분석한 결과 일부의 농가에서 부분적으로 먹는 물의 기준치에 초과하는 농도를 보이고 있으나 이것이 직접적으로 버섯재배에 어떤 영향을 주는지에 대해서는 확인할 수 없었다.

Physical methods of treatment using the filtration method is hydrocyclone. The advantage of hydrocyclone is to create a simple structure and a easy separation of good performance. A commercial CFD code CFX 11.0 is applied to analyze hydrocyclone. According to the shape changes of the hydrocyclone, separation performance was compared. The results show that when you reduce the height of hydrocyclone, hydrocyclone separation efficiency is lowered.

목적 : 본 연구는 단축형 코너스 평가척도를 통해 일반아동에서 ADHD 성향을 나타내는 아동의 분포를 파악하고, ADHD 성향을 나타내는 아동의 자기효능감과 자기통제력을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 본 연구는 유치원과 학교를 다니고 있는 7-13세 일반 아동과 부모 420명을 대상으로 2007년 12월부터 2008년 5월까지 단축형 코너스 평가 척도와 자기효능감, 자기통제력 설문을 실시하였다. 대상자 모두에게 설문의 취지를 설명하였고, 부모가 연구 참여에 동의한 아동에 대하여 조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 모두 420부를 배부하여 그 중 229부가 회수되었다(54.5%의 회수율). 일반아동에서 ADHD 성향을 나타낸 아동의 분포비율은 빈도분석을 사용하였고, 일반아동과 ADHD 성향 아동의 자기통제력과 자기효능감의 점수는 독립표본 t-검정을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 일반아동에게 단축형 코너스 평가 척도를 실시한 결과 210명 중 33명(15.7%)이 ADHD 성향을 나타냈다. 또한 ADHD 성향을 나타낸 아동이 일반아동에 비해 자기효능감과 자기통제력 점수가 낮게 나타났다(p<.05). 결론 : 본 연구를 통하여 ADHD 성향을 나타내는 아동의 수가 상당수를 차지하고 있으며, ADHD 아동의 자기효능감과 자기통제력이 일반아동에 비해 낮음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 따른 체계적인 치료 방법이 모색되어야 할 것이며 이를 위해서는 학교에 ADHD 아동의 문제점을 빠르게 파악하고 치료할 수 있는 전문가(작업치료사)의 개입이 필요하며, 이러한 문제점 해결을 위하여 학교작업치료 분야를 활성화하는 밑거름이 되었으면 한다.

We designed new compositions for lead free and low temperature sealing glass frit of ZnO-V2O5-P2O5 system, which can be used for PDP (Plasma Display Panel) or other electronic devices. The ZnO-V2O5-P2O5 system can be used as a sealing material at temperatures even lower than 430˚C. This system, however, showed lower bonding strength with glass substrate compared to commercialized Pb based sealing materials. So, we added TiO2 as a promoter for bonding strength. We examined the effect of TiO2 addition on sealing behaviors of ZnO-V2O5-P2O5 glasses with the data for flow button, wetting angle, temporary & permanent residual stress of glass substrate, EPMA analysis of interface between sealing materials and glass substrate, and bonding strength. As a result, sealing characteristics of ZnO-V2O5-P2O5 system glasses were improved with TiO2 addition, but showed a maximum value at 5 mol% TiO2 addition. The reason for improved bonding characteristics was considered to be the chemical interaction between glass substrate and sealing glass, and structural densification of sealing glass itself.

Fe based (FeCSiBPCrMoAl) amorphous powder, which is a composition of iron blast cast slag, were produced by a gas atomization process, and sequently mixed with ductile Cu powder by a mechanical ball milling process. The Fe-based amorphous powders and the Fe-Cu composite powders were compacted by a spark plasma sintering (SPS) process. Densification of the Fe amorphous-Cu composited powders by spark plasma sintering of was occurred through a plastic deformation of the each amorphous powder and Cu phase. The SPS samples milled by AGO-2 under 500 rpm had the best homogeneity of Cu phase and showed the smallest Cu pool size. Micro-Vickers hardness of the as-SPSed specimens was changed with the milling processes.

Fe based (FeCSiBPCrMoAl) amorphous powder, which is a composition of iron blast cast slag, were produced by a gas atomization process, and sequently mixed with ductile Cu powder by a mechanical ball milling process. The experiment results show that the as-prepared Fe amorphous powders less than 90 m in size has a fully amorphous phase and its weight fraction was about 73.7%. The as-atomized amorphous Fe powders had a complete spherical shape with very clean surface. Differential scanning calorimetric results of the as-atomized Fe powders less than 90 m showed that the glass transition, T, onset crystallization, T, and super-cooled liquid range T=T-T were 512, 548 and 36, respectively. Fe amorphous powders were mixed and deformed well with 10 wt.% Cu by using AGO-2 high energy ball mill under 500 rpm.

나도진주거저리(Platydema recticorne Lewis)는 한국과 일본에만 분포하는 균식성 종으로 일본에서 유충의 형태와 유충먹이로서 구멍장이버섯류(Polyporus spp.)라고만 밝혀져 있었다. 이에 현장에서 한국산 나도진주거저리 집단을 관찰하고 그의 일부를 실내 사육하여 생활사와 숙주선호성을 밝혔다. 야외관찰의 결과, 번식장소와 먹이로서 목질화 되고 수명이 긴 민주름버섯류를 선호하였다. 그 가운데서도 특정 종에 대한 숙주 특이성이 있는 것으로 관찰되었는데, 특히 활엽수림에 나는 버섯으로 도장버섯속(Daedaleopsis)에 속하는 도장버섯(Daedaleopsis congragosa)과 삼색도장버섯(Daedaleopsis tricolor)을 가장 선호하였다. 그 외에도 구름버섯속(Coriolus), 줄버섯(Bjerkandera adusta)과 아교버섯(Merulius tremellosus) 등을 차선으로 선호하였다. 선호도가 가장 높은 도장버섯속(Daedaleopsis)에서 2006년 월별로 나도진주거저리의 출현율을 조사한 결과, 5월이 가장 높았고, 버섯의 부패단계별로 구분해서 관찰해 보았을 때, 4단계인 도장버섯속에서 출현율이 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 형질이 다른 버섯들을 대상으로 나도진주거저리의 숙주 선호실험을 실시한 결과, 나도진주거저리의 숙주선택에 영향을 주는 요인으로 자실체의 부패정도, 두께와 수명 정도인 것으로 나타났다. 목질화된 버섯 속에서 유충 생활을 하여 관찰이 어려움에도 불구하고 실시된 실내사육(25.5～26.1℃; 63. 5～64.5% RH)의 결과, 알에서부터 성충까지 약 53일이 소요되었고, 월동은 성충과 유충이 혼재된 상태로 숙주버섯의 자실체 속이나 숙주버섯이 붙어있는 나무껍질 밑에서 진행되었다.

특산속 식물인 모데미풀의 자생지 식생을 비롯해 환경 및 토양 특성을 조사하여 보존 및 복원 시 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 모데미풀의 자생지는 770~1,440m에 위치하고, 경사는 0~20˚로 완만하였으며, 주로 계곡부 북사면에 불연속적인 군락을 형성하고 있었다. 식생분석결과 78개 방형구 내에서 조사된 분류군은 총 111종류였다. 중요치는 모데미풀이 27.05%로 가장 높았으며, 모데미풀과 비슷한 환경을 선호하는 분류군으로
