        We collected 32 maize inbred lines from eastern cereal and oilseed research center in Canada to develop new maize varieties. We also evaluated genetic diversity, genetic relationships, and population structure using 35 SSR markers. A total of 269 alleles were revealed in 35 loci with an average of 7.69 and a range between 3 and 15 alleles per locus. The genetic diversity values varied from 0.176 to 0.889 with an average of 0.691. The polymorphic information content varied from 0.171 to 0.879 with an average of 0.659. Population structure analysis indicated that 32 Canadian maize inbred lines comprised four major groups and one admixed group based on a membership probability threshold of 0.80. The four major groups contained 13, 2, 5 and 2 maize inbred lines, respectively. From genetic relationships analysis, the all inbred lines were divided into three main groups at 26% genetic similarity. Group I included 22 inbred lines, and Group II included 9 inbred lines. Group III consist of only one inbred line. The results in this study would be useful for the improvement and development of new cultivars, planning crosses for hybrids or development of inbred line in maize breeding program

        목적: 본 연구에서는 운동에 참여하는 대학생들이 지각하는 사회심리적 분위기가 스포츠인성에 주는 영향을 규명 했다. 방법: 연구 참여자는 330명(남자=235명, 여자=95명)의 대학생들이며, 측정도구로는 케어링 질문지, 동기분위기 질문지, 그리고 스포츠인성 질문지가 사용되었다. 자료 분석 방법으로는 각 측정도구에 대한 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 인과 관계를 분석하였다. 결과: 동기 분위기는 스포츠인성의 다섯 개 하위 요인들(공감성, 공정성, 스포츠퍼슨십, 반사회적 태도, 그리고 일치성)에 유의한 영향을 끼쳤다. 구체적으로, 숙달 분위기는 반사회적 태도에 부적인 영향을 주었고 스포츠인성의 다른 네 개의 하위 요인들에는 정적인 영향을 주었다. 수행 분위기는 반사회적 태도에 정적인 영향을 주었고, 스포츠인성의 다른 하위 요인들에는 부적인 영향을 주었다. 케어링 분위기는 스포츠인성의 하위 요인들 중에서 스포츠퍼슨십에만 통계적으로 유의미하게 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 모델 적합도 지수 결과, 본 연구 모형은 좋은 모델 적합도를 나타냈다(χ2/df=2.163, TLI=.930, CFI=.943, SRMR=.048, RMSEA=.060). 결론: 본 연구는 사회심리적 분위기의 개념 소개 및 스포츠인성 측정도구의 타당성을 증명함은 물론 운동에 참여하는 대학생들을 대상으로 사회심리적 분위기와 스포츠인성과 의 인과 모형 관계를 적절하게 제시했다.

        Background : Codonopsis lanceolata is a perennial plant of Campanulaceae with characteristic flavor and aroma and this plant has saponin, flavonoid, and inulin, which are reported to have physiological activity and antioxidant activity. In contrast, breeding or study of C. lanceolata varieties had not been done for a long time. Genetic polymorphism and phylogenetic relationship analysis of the plants by region of the crops can help the collection of genetic backgroud data for variety development. Methods and Results : In this study, we collected 26 C. lanceolata lines (95 individual plants) from 26 regions in Korea. We genotyped the collected lines using SSR markers developed in the previous study and analyzed the population structure based on the results. Population structures were analyzed using model-based STRUCTURE software (version 2.3.4) using the following parameters: Number of clusters (K) set = 1 to 12; Number of Iterations = 5; Length of Burning Period = 100,000; Number of MCMC (Markov Chain Monte Carlo) Reps after Burnin = 100,000. As a result, Of the 26 collections, were genetically grouped into 6 or 7 groups. Conclusion : The 26 C. lanceolata collections (95 individual plants) were genetically grouped but not grouped by collected regions. These results suggest that C. lanceolata has diverse genetic backgrounds and this data could be used as a basis for genetic polymorphism analysis of Codonopsis species.

        전 세계적으로 지진발생이 빈번하고 많은 인명피해와 사회기반시설물의 피해가 발생하고 있다. 지진에 대한 보수, 보강기법에 대 한 연구가 많이 있었지만 대부분은 강성보강형태로 반복적인 하중이 구조물에 작용하면 2차적 피해가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 강성보강이 아 닌 연성보강형태의 보수, 보강기법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 철근 콘크리트 기둥 부재에 적용할 수 있는 보강 공법으로써 폴리머계의 고인성 과 고연성 효과를 나타내는 경질형 폴리우레아를 내진보강용 재료로 선택하였고 재료의 열화 및 내화학적 특성에 대한 내구 성능을 평가하였 다. 내구 성능 평가는 폴리우레아의 산 환경 및 자외선 노출 시험을 실시하였고, 폴리우레아를 도포한 콘크리트의 탄산화 노출 및 동결융해 시 험을 실시하였다. 내진보강용 폴리우레아는 모든 시험을 통하여 내구성능과 저항능력이 우수한 것으로 판단되며 추후 내진 보강 재료로써 유 용하게 사용될 것으로 사료된다.

        본고에서는 독일통일 이후 사회구조의 변화에 대한 분석, 통일 및 사회구조의 변화에 대한 여론조사결과에 기초하여 정치교육의 과제에 대해 논의하였다. 이 글에서 주장하고자 하는 핵심명제를 여섯 가지로 정식화하여 제시하였다. 첫째, 독일통일 이후 사회구조의 변화는 후속근대화라고 특징지을 수 있으나 여전히 여러 가지 문제점을 포함하고 있어 아직도 완결된 것이 아니다. 둘째, 민주적인 갈등문화 혹은 논쟁문화의 정착이 요청된다. 셋째, 민족적 연대의식의 강화와 더불어 정치적인 동일시의 기반·준거가 무엇인가의 질문과 문제를 다루어야 하며, 이 맥락에서 헌정애국주의의 착근을 강조할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 헌정애국주의의 착근을 위해 정치교육의 활성화가 요청되며, 담당기관이나 단체 사이의 네트워크가 요청된다. 다섯째, 다문화사회에 함축되어 있는 차이와 다양성의 측면, 사회통합의 과제 및 국가·국민·민족정체성의 확립 혹은 재정립의 문제를 어떻게 연결시키고, 그 두 가지 차원 혹은 준거 사이의 긴장관계를 어떻게 설정할 것인가 하는 근본적인 질문에 대하여 담론의 활성화가 요청된다. 여섯째, 통일과 사회구조의 변화 그리고 정치교육을 위한 그 함의와 같은 주제를 연구하는 데 있어서는 당사자와 참여자의 내부적 관점 혹은 이믹(emic)의 관점에서 바라보는 태도와 내러티브 접근방법이 더 많이 요청된다.

        The internal displacement of the corrugated steel plate structure reduces structural stability. In this study, we developed a smart checking system to evaluate the stability of the corrugated steel plate culvert structure by laser scanning and image mapping. It is expected that output data can be used in inspecting deformation rates between designs and measured 3D shapes. Also, it can solve the problems in current visual inspection and systemize the inspection tasks scientifically.

        Concrete structures built by 3D printing technology is formed as the several concrete layers. Thus, 3D printing technology for concrete structure could have less strength than the design. In this study, fracture energy (fracture toughness) tests for layered concrete in various condition was performed. depending on required time for stacking new layer. Based on the results of performed tests, it was found that fracture energy was decreased due to increased non-bonded time

        In the sliding slab track of railway bridge, a lateral support block is used to control the lateral displacement. Therefore, it is important to analyze the behavior of dowel rebar and the lateral support block of the sliding slab track. In this study, high strength concrete and steel rebar was selected to analyze the behavior of dowel rebar and shear behavior of high strength dowel rebar and the lateral support block were compared to the equations developed by Soroushian et al. (1986) and CEB-FIP (2010).

        In this study, cement mortar (KS F 4042) used for repairing concrete structures was evaluated for compressive strength and bond strength according to the mixing ratio of polymer. From the experimental results, it was confirmed that as the polymer content increases, the bond strength properties increase, but the compressive strength decreases slightly at a certain rate.

        This paper aims to develop a wireless unified-maintenance system(WUMS) to obtain real-time structural response of civil structures. The WUMS integrates the GPS module, the strain module and the acceleration module based on the standalone controller, and includes the RF module for remote measurement and the battery for long term operation. In order to evaluate the performance of the WUMS, a response test using a modal shaker and a modal test using a model bridge were performed. The test results using USMS were compared with those measured by wired system. Finally, the developed WUMS was appropriate to obtain the structural response of the civil structure in real-time, unified, and wirelessly.
