선박의 안전운항을 위해서 설치되어 있는 많은 수의 등대를 관리하기 위해서는 유지비가 과다하게 지출되고 있는 것이 현재의 상황이다. 이러한 이유로 등대를 원격 제어하는 시스템이 실제 운용되고 있지만, 위성 망이나 RF 망을 이용하기 때문에 과다한 통신비용이 발생하고, 단지 측정 데이터만을 전송하므로 실제 등대의 상태를 파악하기 어렵다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 도서지역까지 확대된 이동 통신기술인 CDMA방식을 이용하여 등대를 양방향으로 원격 제어하고 감시하는 등대 원격 제어 시스템을 구축하여 그 효용성음 확인하였다.

The establishment and application of risk management system is one of the current issues in world-wide leading companies. Poor risk management might bring large-scale accident in construction industry by its features(large scale, diversity). Standardization system and standard for risk should be managed timely. In this paper, we do comparative analysis of standardization systems and standards concerned on risk, so thus present basic data for safety reinforcement and risk zero in the construction life cycle process.

Recently, many universities over the world are struggling to have the competitive edge. Some of them are implementing ISO management system for an efficient administration processes and safe and clean environment. For many years, ISO 9000 quality management systems have been widely adopted in the universities, while only a few universities are implementing ISO 14000 environmental management system in their educational system. Korean Astronomical Data Center (KADC, http://kadc.kao.re.kr) in Korea Astronomy Observatory (KAO) has constructed an archive of Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy Observatory (BOAO) 1.8m telescope data. The archive is consisted of photometric (1KCCD, 2KCCD) and spectroscopic data of 400GB amount for the period of 1997 to 2002,and the first web service is made of the data from 1997 to 2001. In the search page, primary search criterion of object name or coordinates is used. Users can also refine the search criteria using parameters such as observation date, observer(s), data type, and/or instrument. The data identified from the search can be uploaded to the FTP site for further downloading in FITS format. This archive is the first DB of astronomical data made in Korea.

This study suggests a safety management model for construction management (CM) suitable to domestic conditions so that inefficiency resulted from the operation of construction projects by public and private institutes according to different systems can be eliminated for the securing of systematic and efficient safety management. Unlike the large scale enterprises in those days, hower, many small & medium enterprises especially the enterprises which are engaged in the manufacturing industry-aren't participate in information's rank due to the lack of funds, manpower, insufficient management environments, and manager or staff's lack of cognition as to information. So, this paper make a base of establishment for ISP through the establishment of ERP that is used to management activity for small & medium manufacturing enterprises. A way for small & medium enterprises' ERP construction is SMERP S/W for the small & medium enterprises' ERP package which is offered by the Korea chamber of commerce & industry. And, that is applied to the real management environment.

Also, the paper studies the status of QMS building based on TL 9000 by researching and analyzing the positive cases of QMS established by companies on the basis of TL 9000 standards.
