우리나라의 도로명주소는 2012년부터 본격적으로 정착되었고, 국가의 최소단위지역으로 국가기초구역도 2012년 고시, 2014년 부터는 본격적으로 활용될 예정이다. 도로구간, 주소, 그리고 국가기초구역은 긴밀하게 연계되어 있어 도로명주소 데이터와 국가기초구역 데이터를 연계한 통합적 데이터로 정비할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 도로명주소와 국가기초구역 정보를 연계한 국가기초구역 데이터 모델을 제안하고, 이를 시범적으로 구축해 봄으로써 그 적용가능성과 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 도로명주소를 사용하는 해외의 데이터모델을 분석하고, 우리나라 도로명주소, 국가기초구역 데이터의 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 기반으로 선형기반의 도로정보와 주소정보, 각종 구역정보를 포함할 수 있는 데이터모델을 설계하고, 서대문구를 대상으로 시범구축 하였다. 시범구축결과 첫째 도로구간이 미세하게 세분되는 것을 막기 위해 도로명주소 데이터의 도로중심선 정보를 사전에 정리할 필요가 있으며, 둘째 종속구간에 대해서는 주소범위를 부여하지 않도록 하며, 셋째, 국가기초구역 설정에 종속구간이 활용되는 사례가 있으므로 주소는 부여하지 않더라도 종속구간의 왼쪽과 오른쪽을 구분하고 해당되는 면형정보를 입력할 필요가 있다는 것을 확인하였다.
해상교통환경의 위험도를 평가하기 위한 기술로는 대표적으로 FSA, PAWSA, IWRAP 등이 있으며, 이러한 기술의 개발을 위해서는 해상교통환경에 적합한 위험요소를 선정하고 이에 대한 평가기준이 마련되어야 한다. 기존 기술에서 위험도는 사고의 출현빈도와 이로 인한 영향의 곱으로 정의되어 이에 따라 사고의 출현빈도 및 영향에 해당되는 위험요소들이 각각 구분되어 선정되고 있었다. 그러나, 본 연구는 각 위험요소에 요소별 출현빈도와 영향을 포함하여 이들의 합으로 위험도를 정의함으로써 기존 기술에서 사고의 영향에 해당되었던 위험요소들을 제외하는 한편, 위험요소 분류체계에 관한 기존 연구의 사례 검토를 통하여 위험도를 구성하는 위험요소를 20가지로 추출한 후 유사한 성격에 따라 5가지 카테고리로 분류하였다. 또한, 선정된 각 위험요소에 대하여 관련 통계자료 등을 이용 실용적으로 용이하게 평가할 수 있는 기준을 제시하여, 향후 국내 해상교통환경에 적합한 위험도 평가모델의 개발을 위한 기초를 마련하였다.
해상에서 제한속력은 항만 정온도(Calmness) 유지와 원활한 교통흐름 유도, 해양사고 방지에 목적이 있다. 우리나라는 현재 19개 항만에서 제한속력을 지정하여 사용 중에 있으나, 제한속력 적절성과 설정 기준에 대하여 문제가 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 현재 시행중인 제한속력에 대한 검토와 제한속력 설정 기준과 표준 모델 개발의 필요성을 확인하기 위한 기초 연구로서, 우리나라 항만과 접근수로에 대한 제한속력과 선박 통항 실태를 조사 분석하였다. 조사 분석 결과 전체 평균 48 %의 위반율을 보이고 있었으며 여객선과 5.000톤 이상의 중 대형 선박에서 위반율이 높았다. 또한 평균속력이 제한속력 보다 높은 지역이 있었으며 선박간의 속력 편차도 4.2-5.2노트로 조사되었다. 평균속력과 속력 편차가 높은 항만일수록 해양사고율도 높았다. 따라서 선박 통항속력 관리에 대한 제도적 검토와 개선이 필요한 실정이다.
The purpose of this study lies on reinterpreting the geography books in Joseon dynasty as records of the cities and consequently suggesting directions for further urban research. Geography books of Joseon dynasty are valuable references to understand the national policy, and imply that the focus of the contents is on the system. Especially, military system is an important concept to understand city type in that period, relationships between cities, selection of location, etc. The results of review are as following: First, military system is not a permanent fixture and therefore reflects changes in urban policies along with the history. The system suggests valuable clues on urban development as it is state-run, and closely associated with national land development. Second, counties and prefectures under jurisdiction of district called Eupchi(邑治) had cities as important as or even more important than local government such as Yeong-a(營衙), Jinbo(鎭堡), Yeok(驛: administrative cities). Such special regions need to be studied as other type of cities in Joseon dynasty by defining their architectural characteristics and roles. Third, the relationship of cities such as Eupch, Yeong-a, and Jinbo, was reorganized according to the local military system. Eupchi, administrative city, along with Yeong-a and Jinbo evolved into a military city as it became systematically organized. The characteristics of Yeok needs to be reconsidered in the context of such new inter-city relationship. Fourth, considerations which should be reviewed in the geography based on this concept can be mainly classified into architecture and landscape. This will also lay the foundation, and suggest new directions for further research for Eupchi, Yeong-a, Jinbo, and Yeok. Fifth, description of the geography looks simple at first sight, but with thorough understating on the system, there are chances to interpret objective reasoning of position and landscape in the overall flow of region, area, etc. Bongsu(烽燧), signal-fire, can be an object of comparison with geographical features and position. Furthermore, advantageous position is a historical and geographical element showing the major context of the region.

Methyl mercaptan (MT) is one of the 22 legal designated odorous compounds in Korea. It has been reported as the main malodorous compounds of odor problems found from foot-and-mouth disease in 2012. This study on the removal of MT using the pallet-type activated carbon fiber (ACF) was carried out to get an optimum inflow loading rate and an optimum residence time required for the effective ACF odor removal device. As a result of the study, if the loading rate of MT runs at or below 0.5 g-S/kg dry ACF/d, MT removal rate by ACF could reach about 95%. However, based on the effect of Dimethyl Disulfide (DMDS) which is the reaction product of MT partial oxidation, it was estimated that the deodorizer of ACF should keep the optimum loading rate of MT less than or equal to 0.2 g-S/kg dry ACF/d. When ACF deodorizers were processed with Space Velocity (SV) at 600 h-1, the effect of DMDS was found, even though MT was not detected at the outlet. Therefore, in order to meet the outlet gas of the odor concentration which is less than or equal to 100 D/T, it is recommended that the optimum values of SV and EBRT were less than 300 h-1 and more than 12 seconds, respectively.
최근 소형선박 국제표준규격(ISO-12215)이 제정되면서 소형선박-선체구조 및 치수-제5장 부속서 B에 의하여 길이 2.5미터 이상 6미터 미만 소형선박의 낙하시험에 의한 강도시험 기준을 적용할 수 있게 되었으나, 육안검사로 실시되는 현재의 방법으로는 선체 강도 평가의 객관적인 평가가 어려운 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 레저선박의 낙하시험의 정량적 평가가 가능한 평가시스템을 개발하기 위하여 레저선박의 낙하시험에 대한 국내 외 규정을 기반으로 한 낙하시험 평가시스템을 설계하였으며, 5미터급 알루미늄선박의 낙하시험을 통하여 시스템의 적용가능성을 검토하고 낙하 시 선박의 상태 및 낙하자세에 따라 발생되는 문제점을 확인하였다.
When they teach Chinese characters in school, the most popular method to read Chinese characters is to read the meaning and the pronunciation together. Ministry of Education and Human Resources posted 1,800 base characters for Chinese characters’ education but it arranged the characters only without designating the representative meaning. The representative meaning of Chinese characters is necessary not only to understand the character itself but also to interpret sentences. We define shape, pronunciation and meaning as three elements of Chinese characters and teach Chinese characters according to the elements. Generally speaking, a Chinese character can have many different meanings. The most important thing in teaching Chinese characters to beginners is to teach therepresentative meaning. As people learn Chinese characters focusing on the representative meaning and most of them think it has the defined meaning only, if we can designate the most popular and most widely used meaning as a representative meaning, it will make the most of Chinese characters. In case of notional word(實詞), they are read with representativemeaning anyhow. But form word(虛詞)s are read with Hun showing the function andsometimes part of speech itself becomes the Hun. For example, if ‘er(而)’ is applied to the interpretation of a sentence 不義而富且貴於我如浮雲[To be rich and precious without therighteousness is just like a floating cloud in the sky]’ should be interpreted like ‘What is not righteous and rich and precious is just like a floating cloud in the sky. If not, we need to explain the meaning of ‘connecting speech’ again. It is because ‘connecting speech’ is not the meaning of ‘er(而)’ but the ‘function’ of ‘er(而)’. There is a different case in preposition(介詞). We generally call ‘於’ as ‘EojosaEo’, but ‘Eojosa’ is the name of a part of speech rather than the meaning of ‘於’. Even when considering that ‘Eojosa’ is the name of part of speech, it is not correct because Revised Chinese Characters Educational Curriculum in 2007 classified ‘於’ as ‘preposition(介詞). Additionally, if the above sentence is interpreted just after teaching the letters, they will interpret as 不義而富且貴於我如浮雲[What is not righteous, rich and precious I Eojosa like a floating cloud]’. The same rule applies to similar letters. Accordingly, in this article it was tried to review the issue of representative meaning of 1,800 basic characters focusing on form words such as conjunctions, preposition(介詞) and auxiliary word(語助詞). Among 1,800 basic characters 而, 卽, 且, 則 are used as conjunctions, 於, 與, 于, 由, 以, 因, 自, 從, 乎 are used as preposition and 所, 也, 矣, 耳, 者, 哉, 之, 乎, 耶, 焉, 兮 are used as auxiliary word. Out of conjunctions, in 卽, and 且, meaning is applied during the interpretation so they are excluded from this review and 而and 則 were reviewed. In preposition, 與, 由, 以, 因, 自, 從 use meanings that are applied to the interpretation, 於, 于, and 乎 which use ‘a particle’ as Hun were reviewed. Among particles, excluding 所, 耳 and 者, 也, 矣, 哉, 之, 乎, 耶, 焉, and 兮 were reviewed. For the purpose of the study, it was tried to identify the most widely used meaning focusing on the texts in 2007 Revised Curriculum and then define the Hun as the most widely used meaning. If the representative Huns are designated in this way and students learn Chinese characters using such Huns, they may be able to approach to the usage of individual Chinese characters and we can teach Chinese characters to students more accurately.
PURPOSES : This study is to investigate the fundamental properties of limestone added cement concrete for application of pavement. METHODS : As the production of Portland cement causes environmental problems, engineers have sought more environment-friendly concrete construction materials. Limestone powder can be used for concrete as a partial replacement of Portland cement. One of the great applications of limestone powder added cement concrete might be a cement concrete pavement since the concrete pavement consumes massive quantity of Portland cement. Experimental variables were different replacement level of limestone powder by 0% to 25% with 5% increment. Before hardening of fresh concrete, setting time and plastic shrinkage characteristics were investigated in addition to other basic properties. Properties of hardened concrete included compressive, tensile and flexural strength as well as drying shrinkage. RESULTS : The addition of limestone powder did not significantly affect the properties of fresh concrete. Strength deceased as the replacement ratio increased and when the replacement ratio was greater than 10% decrease rate increased. CONCLUSIONS : It was found that the partial replacement of the limestone powder to cement in pavement materials can be positively considered as its mechanical properties show comparable performance to those normal concrete.
