        PURPOSES : This study aims to suggest how to utilize "standby data" of shared mobility that does not contain personal information and examine whether "standby data" can derive existing shared mobility operation analysis items similarly. METHODS : An existing Personal Mobility (PM) traffic pattern analysis was performed by identifying the user (User ID) and the user's route in a time frame. In this study, the PM traffic pattern analysis focuses on a vehicle (ID of the standby vehicle) and its standby location. We examined whether the items derived from the User ID-based traffic pattern analysis could also be derived from the standby Vehicle ID-based analysis. RESULTS : The analysis showed that all five items (traffic volume by time slot, peak time, average travel time, average travel distance, and average travel speed) of the existing User ID-based PM travel analysis result could be derived similarly using the standby Vehicle ID-based PM traffic analysis. However, the disadvantage is that the average driving distance is calculated as a straight-line distance. It seems possible to overcome this limitation by correcting the average driving distance through linkage analysis with road network data. However, it is not possible to derive the instantaneous maximum speed or acceleration/deceleration. CONCLUSIONS : In an era in which various means of transportation are being introduced, data sharing is not preferred because of legal issues.Consequently, it is difficult to understand the use of new means of transportation and formulate new policies. To address this, data sharing can be active based on standby data that is not related to personal information.

        PURPOSES : This study proposes a method for comparative analysis, based on geographic information systems (GIS), that can be used when introducing demand-responsive transit in areas where public transportation is not available. METHODS : To analyze areas where public transportation is neglected, bus stop location information, building location information, and administrative district boundary data for the census were acquired. Geocoding was used for address-based raw data to create a spatial database. Based on the collected data, the proportion of households separated by a certain minimum distance from a bus stop was aggregated and constructed through near analysis. When introducing a demand-responsive transit system, the operational cost was calculated and compared with the existing city bus transportation cost. RESULTS : Results show that the operating costs of introducing demand-responsive transit can be compared and analyzed using the proposed method, for a case study of Daejeon Metropolitan City. CONCLUSIONS : It is economically efficient to avoid the entry of route buses and introduce demand-responsive transit in areas isolated from public transportation where the number of people getting on and off is extremely low.

        PURPOSES : This study aims to conduct a sensitivity analysis to determine the major factors affecting traffic accidents involving elderly pedestrians. METHODS : In this study, a regression tree model was built based on a non-parametric statistical model using data on traffic accidents involving elderly pedestrians. Using this model, we analyzed the degree of change in the probability of pedestrian fatalities. RESULTS : Results of the model analysis show that the first major factor combination affecting traffic accidents involving elderly pedestrians is speeding, night time, and road markers. The second combination is night time and arterial roads (national and local highways). The last combination that may lead to such accidents is heavy vehicles and federally funded local highways. CONCLUSIONS : Preventive measures, such as speed control, proper lighting, median strips, designation of pedestrian protection zones, and guidance of detours, are necessary to manage high-risk combinations causing accidents of the elderly.

        PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to experimentally analyze the flexural strength characteristics of cement mortar mixtures simultaneously incorporated with graphene oxide (GO) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fibers, and to understand the composite effect of those on enhancing resistance against the initiation and progression of micro-cracks, as well as the control of macro-cracks in flexural behavior. METHODS : Cement mortar(w/c=0.5) specimens for flexural strength test, mixing 6 mm and 12 mm PVA fibers at 1% and 2% volume ratios, were fabricated. Additionally, specimens incorporating GO at a cement weight ratio of 0.05% were prepared for each mixture to analyze the effect of GO. Therefore total eight types of mixture were prepared. The fabricated specimens were subjected to flexural strength tests after curing in waterbath for 7 and 28 days. Concurrently, digital images for analyzing deformation in accordance with loading history were obtained at a rate of 20 Hz using the DIC technique. Through displacement and strain calculation via DIC, the flexural behavior characteristics of the mixtures combined with GO and PVA fibers were precisely analyzed. Furthermore, the composite effect on flexural behavior characteristics when GO and PVA fibers are incorporated was discussed. RESULTS : For the PVA fiber-reinforced cement mortar mixture, the incorporation of 0.05% GO increased the crack initiation load by up to 23%, and the maximum resistive load after cracking by up to 24%. Moreover, introducing GO into the PVA fiber-reinforced mixture increased the flexural strain just before cracking by approximately 30 to 50%, while the maximum resistive load after cracking exhibited similar strain levels with or without GO incorporation. Therefore, under flexural behavior, the integration of GO might delay crack initiation by increasing the strain concurrent with the rise in flexural stress before crack occurrence. It also seems to contribute to reducing crack expansion by synergistically interacting with PVA fibers after crack occurrence. CONCLUSIONS : It was experimentally examined that the flexural strength of PVA fiber reinforced cement mortar is improved by incorporating GO. Moreover, GO enhances resistance of crack occurrance and reduces crack propagation in combination with PVA fibers. This study suggests that simultaneous incorporation of GO and PVA fibers can synergistically improve the performance of cement composites.

        In the case of a school building, even though it is a regular structure in terms of plan shape, if the masonry infill wall acts as a lateral load resisting element, it can be determined as a torsionally irregular building. As a result, the strength and ductility of the structure are reduced, which may cause additional earthquake damage to the structure. Therefore, in this study, a structure similar to a school building with torsional irregularity was selected as an example structure and the damping performance of the PC-BRB was analyzed by adjusting the eccentricity according to the amount of masonry infilled wall. As a result of nonlinear dynamic analysis after seismic reinforcement, the torsional irregularity of each floor was reduced compared to before reinforcement, and the beams and column members of the collapse level satisfied the performance level due to the reduction of shear force and the reinforcement of stiffness. The energy dissipation of PC-BRB was similar in the REC-10 ~ REC-20 analytical models with an eccentricity of 20% or less. REC-25 with an eccentricity of 25% was the largest, and it is judged that it is effective to combine and apply PC-BRB when it has an eccentricity of 25% or more to control the torsional behavior.

        PURPOSES : This study predicts the concentration of suspended road dust (PM10) by analyzing meteorological, traffic, and atmospheric environmental data acquired at various angles, and attains a comprehensive understanding of the influencing factors of suspended road dust. METHODS : Experimental field methods were applied and statistical analyses were conducted. Field experiments were conducted using a vehicle-based measurement of suspended dust (PM10) to measure its concentration at the measurement site while maintaining a constant driving vehicular speed. Statistical analysis demonstrated the effects of the concentration of suspended dust on changes in meteorological and environmental factors and lanes per traffic volume at the time of measurement. Finally, a multiple linear regression model was applied to identify the factors which affected the generation of suspended dust. RESULTS : The analysis of suspended road dust concentrations according to the lanes per traffic volume and environmental factors showed that suspended dust concentrations increased at increasing driving speeds. In addition, the background concentration at the monitoring station was higher at high-wind speeds (>3.0 m/s) than at low-wind speeds (<1.6 m/s), but the suspended dust concentrations were higher at low-wind speeds. During the temperature inversion period from evening to morning, the suspended effects of traffic and meteorological factors were greater than the background concentration at the station. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that excluding yellow-dust days, which are known to affect atmospheric pollution levels, the accuracy of the model improved and resulted in increases in background PM10, vapor pressure, sea-level pressure, visibility, after-rainfall time, and in decreases in insolation and precipitation during low-wind speed conditions. CONCLUSIONS : At low-wind speeds, 5 days after rain, and when the relative humidity was higher than 72%, suspended dust was found to be higher than atmospheric PM10 concentration and may increase at increasing driving speeds and section lane traffic volumes. However, the volume of measured data in this study is limited to determining the patterns of suspended dust, as the silt loading of the operational road or the effects of prominent variables were not considered in this study. However, we identified prominent factors related to road-suspended dust for real-time road-dust predictions.

        본 연구는 팀발명의 정도에 있어서 상당한 차이를 보이면서 전자산업, 자동차산업에서 가장 많은 특허를 출원해온 삼성전자와 현대자동차 발명자들을 대상으로 네트워크 특성들이 발명 자들 간 혁신성과 차이를 가져오는지를 분석하였다. 네트워크 내에서 더 많은 발명자들과 연결 되어 있을수록 더 높은 혁신성과를 보였다. 기존 문헌들이 산업내 및 산업간, 그룹내 및 그룹외 파급효과를 조직 수준에서 다루었는데, 본 연구는 이러한 논의를 발명자 수준으로 확장하였다. 본 연구는 네트워크로부터의 파급효과풀을 새롭게 추가하여 네트워크 내외, 그룹 내외, 산업 내외의 3가지 차원에서 파급효과풀들을 구성한 후 각 파급효과풀들이 미치는 효과를 분석하였 으며 서로 간에 비교하였다. 발명자 수준에서 다양한 파급효과풀들이 혁신에 미치는 효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 발명자의 네트워크 특성들과 파급효과풀들이 발명자의 혁신 성과에 대한 예측에 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

        이 연구의 목적은 독일통일과정에서 통일의 기폭제 역할을 해온 ‘베를 린 장벽’(Berliner Mauer) 붕괴의 역할을 분석하면서 이를 참고로 한반 도 통일의 함의를 도출하자는 데 있다. 이 분석은 베를린 장벽의 구축으 로부터 붕괴되기까지의 과정을 네 가지 외부적 행위요인(전승4국, 3+1체 제, 고르바초프, 2+4회담)과 세 가지 국내적 행위요인(베를린 장벽, 동서 독 주민, 샤보브스키)에 초점을 두고 이들 간의 상호관계적 측면에서 비 교분석하고자 한다. 이 연구는 베를린 장벽의 붕괴가 독일통일을 이룬 단초적 선례가 되는 만큼, 통일한국에서도 비무장지대(DMZ)의 역할이 무엇인지도 동시에 고찰한다. 즉 독일통일과정이 동서독 당국 간의 정상 회담이나 협상 차원만은 아니었듯이, 우리도 남북한 통일을 위해서는 베 를린 장벽 붕괴의 역할을 해낸 통일독일 사례처럼 DMZ 문제에 있어 이 를 벤치마킹할 필요성이 있다.

        Laver aquaculture, which occupies a large proportion in the aquaculture industry in Korea, is still highly dependent on human labor. Therefore, it is necessary to study the development of an automatic system to improve the working environment and increase the efficiency of aquaculture production systems. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the economic feasibility of an improved system in a study for the loading-unloading and automatic weighing systems in laver aquaculture industry. Economic analysis of the developed unloading and automatic weighing system were implemented under various conditions to calculate more accurate benefits and costs. As a result of this study, the economic feasibility was found to be very high in the three models: net present value (NPV), benefit-cost ratio (B/C), internal rate of return (IRR). Moreover, the results of sensitivity analysis showed that the economical efficiency of the automatic loading, unloading, and weighing system in laver aquaculture was very high.

        This study deals with the maximum thermal load analysis and optimal capacity determination method of tank culture system for applying seawater source heat pump to save energy and realize zero energy. The location of the fish farm was divided into four sea areas, and the heat load in summer and winter was analyzed, respectively. In addition, two representative methods, the flow-through aquaculture system and the recirculation aquaculture system were reviewed as water treatment methods for fish farms. In addition, the concept of the exchange rate was introduced to obtain the maximum heat load of the fish farms. Finally, power consumption for heat pumps was analyzed in the view point of sea areas, tank capacity, and exchange rate based on the calculated maximum thermal load.

        이 글은 남한 동해안에 유입된 북한 생활쓰레기로부터 시작된다. 그동안 북한 쓰레기가 남한에 유입된다는 사실은 해양쓰레기 실태조사 관련 연구 에서 주로 이루어졌다. 환동해권 해양쓰레기 유입 등에 관한 연구에서도 주로 한국과 일본, 극동러시아 등의 유입 현황에 관한 연구는 있지만, 북 한은 논의의 대상에서 제외되었다. 본 연구는 기존의 해양학 관점이 아닌 북한학 관점에서 남한 해안에 유입된 북한 쓰레기 문제를 다루었다. 북한 생활쓰레기 중 상품포장지는 직접적으로 북한 상품 생산 현황과 브랜드 등을 알 수 있으며, 간접적으로는 북한 내 경제 상황과 상품 유통 지역망 등을 알 수 있기 때문이다. 동해안 지역에서 수거한 북한제품 포장지를 살 펴보면 대부분 생산공장은 평양으로 표기되었다. 이를 통해 평양에서 생산 한 제품이 동해안 지역으로 유통됨을 알 수 있다. 또한 동해안 지역은 북 한을 대표하는 대도시인 원산, 청진, 함흥, 라선 등이 있는데, 실제로 상품 포장지에는 이 지역 생산공장이 표기되는 사례도 있었다. 김정은 집권 이 후 매년 국가적 차원에서 국가디자인전시회를 개최할 만큼 산업미술을 강 조하는데, 특히 상품의 고유한 특징을 표현하는 상표도안을 강조한다. 본 연구에서는 동해안 주요 도시에서 생산한 제품을 중심으로 같은 품목이지 만 공장별로 어떻게 상표도안이 다른지 살펴봤다. 북한 쓰레기에 대한 북 한학적 시각과 해양학적 시각의 학제간 연구를 통해 남한에 유입되는 북 한 생활쓰레기에 대한 연구의 폭을 넓혀갈 필요가 있다.

        이 연구는 정부의 사회문제 해결형 연구개발사업 진화과정을 통해 사회문제 해결형 R&D 모델이 한국 사회에 자리 잡는 과정을 분석한다. 기업, 과학기술계, 시민사회에도 없었던 사회문제 해결형 R&D 모델이 정부연구개발사업을 통해 형성되고 이 모델에 따라 혁신 활동을 수행하는 조직공동체가 전개되는 과정을 살펴볼 것이다. 이를 위해 새로운 혁신모델인 사회문제 해결형 R&D 모델, 그것을 지원·수행하는 조직공동체, 새 모델을 지원하는 제도가 공진화하는 과정을 분석하는 개념적 틀을 제시한다. 그리고 이 틀을 기반으로 사회문제 해결형 연구개발사업이 진행되면서 새로운 혁신모델이 형성·발전되는 과정을 살펴보고 그 의미를 논의할 것이다. 종합에서는 사회문제 해결형 R&D 모델의 활성화를 위한 과제와 정책 방안을 다룬다.

        본 논문에서는 우리나라 경제성장과 연구수행 주체별 공공 연구개발투자, 기업 연구개발투자, 대학 연구개발 투자 간의 장·단기 인과관계를 실증 분석하였다. 이를 위해 1976년부터 2020년 동안의 시계열 자료를 바탕으로 단위근 검정, 공적분 검정, 백터오차수정 모형(VECM)을 통한 인과성 검정을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 우리나라 경제성장과 공공 연구 개발투자, 기업 연구개발투자, 대학 연구개발투자 간에는 장기적으로 인과관계가 존재하는 장기균형관계가 있다는 것을 도출하였다. 그러나, 공공 연구개발투자가 경제성장에 단기적으로 영향을 미치는 데에 비해 기업 및 대학 연구개발투자는 경제성장에 단기적으로 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 더불어, 경제성장 및 공공 연구개발투자, 기업 연구개발투자와 공공 연구개발투자, 대학 연구개발투자와 공공 연구개발투자 간에 단기적으로 양방향의 인과관계가 있는 것으로 도출되었다. 마지막으로 단기적으로 공공 연구개발에 인과관계가 있는 것은 GDP 경제성장이며, 대학의 연구개발에 단기적으로 인과관계가 있는 것은 공공 및 기업의 연구 개발투자인 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구를 통해서 공공 연구개발투자, 기업 연구개발투자, 대학 연구개발 투자와 경제성장 간에는 높은 상호 유기적인 관계가 존재한다는 것을 실증적으로 도출하였다. 향후 연구개발투자가 경제성장에 미치는 파급효과를 높이기 위해서는 대학과 기업의 연구개발투자가 상호 촉진되고, 기업의 연구개발투자가 공공 연구개발투자에 긍정적 영향을 미쳐 공공 연구개발투자가 향후 경제성장에 기여할 수 있도록 하는 정책개발이 필요할 것이다.

        Purpose: This study aimed to explore advanced response policies and psychological and emotional support measures for early infected people in the event of an infectious disease by analyzing the experiences of self-employed women who experienced confirmation in the early stages of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) pandemic. Methods: Data were collected through in-depth interviews with six experiences of self-employed women confirmed with COVID-19 in the early stages of the pandemic selected through the intentional sampling process, and then analyzed and interpreted through Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Results: Through analyzing the meaningful statement of the study participants, several themes were identified, including “The pressure of dying from an incurable illness”, “The fear of quarantine and the fear of death”, “The difficulty of being a self-employed woman”, “The pain of social stigma”, “The driving force of one’s overcoming”, and “Expansion of perspective due to new experiences”. Conclusion: The study found that participants experienced anxiety and fear during the transfer process and admission to the facility after confirmation, due to the lack of guidance and face-to-face interactions. The non-face-to-face treatment increased their anxiety, as they could not receive accurate information about their health conditions and care. This highlights the impact of inaccurate information regarding COVID-19 and media reports focusing on severely ill patients and deaths. In addition, the study participants experienced social stigma caused by COVID-19, resulting in changes in their interpersonal relationships and life attitudes. Implications are suggested based on the results of this study.

        As a filler metal for lowering the melting point of Ag, many alloy metal candidates have emerged, such as cadmium, with zinc, manganese, nickel, and titanium as active metals. However, since cadmium is known to be harmful to the human body, Cd-free filler metals are now mainly used. Still, no study has been conducted comparing the characteristics of joints prepared with and without cadmium. In addition, studies have yet to be conducted comparing the typical characteristics of brazing filler metals with special structures, and the joint characteristics of brazing filler metals with available frames. In this study, the characteristics of junctions of silver-based intercalation metals were compared based on the type of filler metal additives, using a special structure, a filler metal sandwich structure, to protect the internal base metal. The general filler metal was compared using the structure, and the thickness of the filler metal according to the thickness was reached. A comparison of the characteristics of the junction was conducted to identify the characteristics of an intersection of silver-based brazing filler metal and the effect on joint strength. Each filler metal’s collective tensile strength was measured, and the relationship between joint characteristics and tensile joint strength was explored. The junction was estimated through micro strength measurement, contact angle measurement with the base metal when the filler metal was melted, XRD image observation, composition analysis for each phase through SEM-EDS, and microstructure phase acquisition.

        멕시코의 영화 감독 알레한드로 곤잘레스 이냐리투 (Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu)는 자신의 영화에서 영화 속의 다양한 요소들을 입체적으로 연결하여 내러티브를 이끌어가는 방식을 즐겨 사용하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이런 방식으로 만들어진 그의 영화들 가운데 다수의 작품이 하이퍼 링크 시네마로 분류된다. 이냐리투 감독의 하이퍼링크 시네마에 등장하는 배경음악들은 미니멀한 사운드를 가지고 있는 것이 특징이다. 이 미니멀한 음악들은 영화 속의 복잡한 스토리 구조에 동 일한 분위기를 부여하여 자칫하면 산만해질 수 있는 내러티브의 진행에 중심을 잡아주는 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 이것을 토대로 이냐리투 감독과 함께 활동해온 작곡가 구스타보 산타올라야 (Gustavo Santaolalla)의 영화음악을 연구의 대상으로 한다. 이 가운데 2007년 아카데미 시상식 (Academy Awards)에서 음악상 (Best Original Score)을 수상한 영화 「바벨 (Babel), 2006」을 중점적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 알아본 영화「바벨」에 쓰인 배경음악의 기능은 다음 과 같다. 첫째, 민속악기의 사용과 선법을 통해 시공간적 배경을 확인시키고, 서로 다른 공간을 동일한 서사로 엮는다. 둘째, 영화 속 인물들이 느끼는 정서에 테마가 구성되어 각각의 인물들을 연결시킨다. 셋째, 영화에 시공간적 연속성을 부여하여 각각의 이야기들을 연결시킨다. 영화「바 벨」에서 쓰인 구스타보의 음악은 위의 기능들이 독립적으로 또는 복합적으로 작용하여, 영화를 이루는 시각적 요소들만큼이나 내러티브의 전개와 해석에 크게 기여하고 있다. 작곡가 구스타보 는 선법의 사용과 최소한의 악기 구성만을 이용한 미니멀한 사운드로 이를 모두 구현해 내고 있 다.
