The purposes of this research are presenting a new business model by introducing USN/ZigBee and measuring productivity using BSC(Balanced scorecard), and becoming a cornerstone by presenting a prototype of ServiceScience which is getting more attention from Industrial Engineering and Management. The new business model consists of development of leak current monitoring sensor using USN/ZigBee and the adoption of RCM(Reliability-Centered Maintenance) using knowledge-based system at current distribution. Additionally, for the measurement of this new model's productivity, ESC is used, and the strategic map and measurement indices are produced. The main contributions of this paper are showing a concrete model of ServiceScience and demonstrating this model can be extended to similar areas like are gas, water etc.

본 논문은 PDP TV에서 주위 환경을 고려한 색 재현 방법을 제안한다. 관찰자의 시공간적인 위치에 따 라 주변 환경이 변하기 때문에, 디스플레이의 색 재현 과정에서 주위 조명은 반드시 고려되어야 한다. 주변 환경을 고려하기 위한 기존의 방법은 각 채널에서 전압의 이득을 조절함으로써 계조와 포화도를 향상시키기 때문에 인간의 순응 현상을 구현하는데 한계가 있으며, 이에 따라 다양한 주위 조건하에서 인지된 색을 재현하는데 어려움이 있었다. 따라서 이를 해결하기 위해, 본 논문은 PDP의 물리적 특성인 플레어 현상을 고려하였으며, 밝기에 기반하여 특성화 과정을 수행하였다. 또한, 센서로 획득된 주위 조명의 색온도 및 밝기값의 정보를 이용하여 색 순응현상을 적용하였다. 특히 암실에서는 색순응 현상을 적용함으로써 저전력 구동이 가능하였으며, 실험을 통해 제안한 방법이 기존의 방법에 비해 시각적 평가에서 더 우수함을 확인하였다.

전력송전시스템에서 변전소는 에너지공급의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 다수의 변압기를 동시에 운영하는 병렬 운전을 한다. 이 논문에서는 변압기의 병렬 운전 방식을 고려하여 변전소를 다중피해상태로 모사할 수 있는 신뢰성 해석 방법을 개발하였다. 그리하여 변전소의 다중피해상태를 고려한 전력망의 지진 신뢰도 평가 결과를 파괴와 생존의 이중피해상태만을 고려한 기존의 신뢰도 평가 결과와 비교하였다. 몬테 카를로 방법을 사용한 국내 345kV 전력망에 대한 지진 신뢰성 평가 결과, 망 전체의 신뢰성 지수들은 이중 및 다중피해 상태에 의한 망 전체의 피해정도 차이가 그다지 크지 않음을 나타내었다. 수요절점신뢰성 지수에서는 이중피해상태만을 고려한 피해정도 가 다소 높게 나타나는 경향이 있었다. 특히 이중피해상태에 의한 공급 지장 전력량 기대치는 다중피해상태에 의한 것보다 상당히 높게 나타났다.

지진 하중을 받는 전체 네트워크 시스템 및 네트워크 구성 절점에 대한 신뢰성 지수를 구할 수 있는 지진 재해 신뢰성 평가 방법을 전력 송전 네트워크 시스템을 대상으로 개발하였다. 전력 송전 시스템에 대하여 절점과 링크로 구성된 네트워크 모형을 개발하였으며, 절점인 변전소의 지진 취약도 곡선은 변전소 구성 기기의 개별 취약도 곡선으로부터 구하였다. 입력 지진 모형으로서 점 지진원 모형을 사용하였고, doubly truncated Gutenberg-Richter 관계식과 감쇠공식을 적용하였다. 몬테 카를로 시뮬레이션을 적용하여 전력 송전 네트워크 시스템의 신뢰성을 평가한 결과 한국의 전력망에 대한 지진 재해의 효과는 무시할 수 있는 수준은 아닌것으로 평가되었다.

본 논문에서는 국내의 지진자료를 이용하여 지진특성을 추정하기 전에 적용할 수 있는 사전자료처리기법을 종합적으로 검토하였다. 사전처리 기법으로는 계기보정, 센서검교정상태 확인, 윈도우에 의한 스펙트럼 왜곡 최소화, non-causal ringing에 의한 초동 왜곡 보정 기법을 분석하였으며, 자료 선택시 주파수 영역의 S/N비 확인 및 포화된 자료의 사용가능성 여부를 제시하였다.

Recently Korea has been achieved highly effective economic growth but it has triggered the high demands of Energy and it makes running out of energy. In addition to the recent oil shock has driven the republic of Korea in hot water. The main reason is that the most electricity production system is based on the heating generation. Accordingly, for the demands of domestic electricity, the generation of electricity(water power, heating power and atomic energy) should be constructed as a pending problem. Especially, the Korea which has very distinctive four seasons might have many problems to establish the generating systems. This study Provides the gate to be out of the energy Problem as a result of the construction of our proper generating systems.

This study was conducted to investigate the consumers' Dining-out preference and behavior for the chilled meat consumption strategy . A total of 328 persons in Seoul, Kyunggi areas were selected by stratified random sampling method and were responded to this study questionnaire which was composed of six parts with 65 statements about chilled meat consumption. 1. The frequency of Dining-out is characterized that 'once a month' is the highest pattern of consumers(46.3%) : In that cases, the married people showed 'once a month'(52.7%) and 'once biweekly'(23.3%), but the unmarried people showed the more frequent pattern as 'once a week'(27.3%) and 'twice a week'(27.3%). And the frequency of Dining-out in relation with the education level revealed that 'the graduate people' are the highest (37.5%). 2. Generally the first food for the Dining-out is 'Kalbi'(26.2%), and the others were 'pork grilling','chilled meat grilling','fish sasimi','chinese foods','pizza' etc.... But there were some variation in relation with incomes and housing types: For the agriculture/physical labor class, they prefers the 'pork griling'(25.0%), the office work class prefers the 'Kalbi' For the house-owner group, they prefers the 'Kalbi', but the house-renting/lodging group, they prefer the 'chinese food' or 'pork grilling' etc.... 3. In choosing the Dining-out place,'quality of food'(54.3%) and 'hygiene'(21.0%) were rated as the first important factor. 4.'Soups', 'Noodles' and 'Cooked rice in casserole' were chosen as good lunch menu : for male, they prefer the 'Soups', but females prefer 'Cooked rice in casserole'. 5. People with commercials/services(44.7%) and agriculture/physical labor(50.0%) ate their lunch in private restaurant, but peoples in the office work(57.0%)/public service personnel(70.4%) and industry use refectory; and it showed significant difference. 6. Consumers prefer the chilled meat as a Dining-out menu, but they didn't recognize the difference between chilled meat and frozen meat 7. For Dining-out menu, many people proper the beef, but the price of beef was so high than pork, agriculture/physical labor class choose the pork grilling instead of beef : commercials/services/office worker prefer the beef chilled meat . 8. The first admirable cooking method for chilled meat is direct radiation grilling with charcoal and many of consumers prefer tender, marbling, some chewy and juicy, flavor, soft as a quality of meat but physical labor class prefer the some tough and chewy texture.
