본 연구의 목적은 전문대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지와, 사회적 기술이 구직효능감에 영향을 주는지를 확인하고, 사회적 지지와 구직효능감간의 관계에서 사회적 기술의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대 상은 경기지역의 전문대학교 남, 녀학생으로 구성된 231명이었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 지지, 사회적 기술, 구직효능감 관계에서는 정적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 사회적 지지수준을 높게 지각할수록, 높은 구직효능감을 보였으며, 사회적 기술의 수준이 높을수록 구직효능감의 수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째. 사회적 기술 중에 하위요인인, 협동 사회적 기술, 자기조절 사회적 기술은 사회적 지지와 구직효능감과의 관계에서 조절효과를 나타내지 않았으나, 공감 사회적 기술과 주장성 사회적 기술의 경우, 사회적 지지와 구직효능감간의 관계에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 공감 사회적 기술과 주장성 사회적 기술의 특성을 많이 가진 학생들이 사회적 지지와 상호작용하여 구직효능감을 상승시키는 효과를 가져오는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과의 의의와 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this article was to research the effects of physical environment on risk perception in customers at raw-fish restaurants in the Northeastern area of Kangwon province, South Korea. In this research, reliability analysis, factor analysis and path analysis were carried out. Physical environments were divided into four factors and risk perception into three factors. ‘Exterior facility’ had a negative influence on performance (p<0.001) and financial risk (p<0.001). ‘Interior facility’ negatively affected performance risk (p<0.001), financial risk (p<0.001) and time risk (p<0.001). ‘The others’ negatively influenced performance risk (p<0.05). Lastly, ‘press copy’ negatively influenced performance risk (p<0.001). Based on these results, various physical environments affected the risk perception in customers at raw-fish restaurants, and satisfaction level of customers was based on risk perceptions. As a result, food-service companies need to manage the physical environment as a marketing strategy, as well as reduce risk perception to increase customers loyalty.

This study aimed to determine consumer satisfaction according to selection attributes of specialized coffee shops and also understand the effects of consumer satisfaction on recommendation intention and revisit intention. Through positive analysis, the study produced the following results. In the factor analysis of selection attributes of specialized coffee shops, there were six factors: ‘quality’, ‘brand image’, ‘economic feasibility’, ‘menu diversity’, ‘the atmosphere and convenience of the shop’, and ‘service’. Among these factors, ‘brand image’, ‘economic feasibility’, and ‘menu diversity’ were found to exert a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Second, consumer satisfaction had a significant influence on recommendation intention and revisit intention. Third, consumer intention to revisit specialized coffee shops showed a significant influence on recommendation intention.

This study was conducted to analyze the differences in consumer behavior of coffee product according to monthly income in franchised coffee shop's consumer in Korea. A total of 293 questionnaires were used out of the 330 that had been distributed for analysis; those that lacked reliability were excluded. Frequency, ANOVA, and Duncan's multiple range test was conducted to analyze the hypotheses of the study. The findings are summarized as follows. There were significant differences in consumer behavior with regard to seeking health, eco-friendly products, product brand, and product taste as well as preferred coffee menu and coffee consumption expenditures. High income consumers rather than low income groups showed much higher score for concerning health, concerning diet, concerning calorie, concerning instant, concerning caffeine and concerning nature, organic in coffee consumer behavior. In amount spent on purchasing coffee products according to income, low income consumers rather than high income groups had much higher financial expense burden.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of satisfaction and clinical competence on simulation-based practice in woman’s hospital and to figure out the factors that level of satisfaction affect to clinical competence. Method The subjects in the experimental group were 93 students who did simulation-based practice and subjects in the control group were 70 students who practiced in woman’s hospital. Data was analyzed using ex post factor experimentation during second semester in 2013. Results: There was statistically no significant difference between the two groups, but positive correlation between the main variables. The most significant affecting factors to clinical competence in experimental group were satisfaction of contents and duration(R2=.24). The most significant affecting factors to clinical competence in control group were satisfaction of evaluation and practice stressor (R2=.32). Conclusion Since there was no difference between the two groups, once the difficult part in clinical practice of maternity nursing is practiced repeatedly, student’s competence can be improved. Hence the continual study was required.

While Korea had achieved radical growth of construction industry, it also had accumulated problems in material, human and economical loss due to its low quality of safety level. Therefore, not only enterprises but also the nation is putting in a great deal of efforts for construction safety. However, its effect is not satisfiable. This research aims for change of construction cite by introduction of professional Safety Patrol Management System(SPMS) and consideration of its necessity. To consideration of its necessity, we compared and anaylzed average numbers of indicated dangers and safety accident incidences in each construction cites and we researched changes in worker's safety sense. It will establish the suitable design standards and suggest the basic database for estimating disaster and accident ratio.

논문은 해사노동협약 중 전문과 본문에 관한 연구를 통하여 협약의 이행 집행 및 적용에 관한 해석론적 고찰을 하고 관계자의 이해증진을 도모하는 것 을 목적으로 한다 이 논문의 주요 결론은 다음과 같다 해사노동협약의 전문의 법적 성질은 일체의 법적 구속력을 가지는 내용을 포 함하고 있지 않고 동 협약 요건의 내용에 대한 해석 시 유용한 지침을 제공할 수는 있다 본문에 대한 검토에서는 첫째 우리나라 선원법상 선원의 정의는 협약에 따 른 정의보다 좁게 규정되었으므로 이를 바로잡을 필요가 있다 둘째 선박소유 자의 정의와 관련하여 국내외에서 선박의 운항책임 및 협약에 따른 의무와 책임의 위탁 또는 하청시 누가 선박소유자인가에 대하여 제기된 여러 가지 의문 에 대한 해석론을 제시하였다 셋째 기본적 권리와 원칙과 관련해서는 각 회원 국이 해사노동협약을 비준하기 위하여 그 선결조건으로서 의 기본협약을 비준할 것이 요구되는 것도 아니고 에 그 이행을 보고할 의무가 부과되는 것도 아니다 넷째 협약에 따른 의무를 다하기 위해서는 협약의 발효일까지 입 법 등의 조치 뿐만 아니라 집행을 위한 행정적 조치를 완료하여야 한다 다섯 째 비차별조항의 법적 의의와 입법례 일반국제법과의 관계 비차별조항의 효 용 등에 대한 필자의 사견을 제시하였다 여섯째 코드 나 편의 법적 성질은 강행규범은 아니나 상당한 고려를 하여 이행하여야 한다는 점에서 단순한 권고 규정이 아니라는 점을 지적하였다 일곱째 협약을 발효시킨 최초 개국은 개 별국가가 발효일 전에 미리 발급한 해사노동적합증서를 해사노동협약을 충족 한다는 추정적 증거로 인정할 것이 장려된다 여덟째 코드의 개정과 관련하여 간략한 개정절차의 적용범위 개정안의 제안 요건과 그 후의 회람 총회에 의한 승인 개정안의 수락 간주 및 발효 개정안에 대한 수락국과 반대국의 차별적 적용 내용에 대하여 검토하였다 이 논문에서 연구한 내용이 협약의 이행과 집행 및 적용에 있어 정부 선박 소유자 선원의 이해를 증진하는데 일조할 수 있기를 기대한다

최근 치열해지는 시장경쟁과 함께 가속화⋅다양화되는 기술혁신의 환경 변화 로 인해 기업들은 기존의 제품혁신이나 한정된 서비스의 제공만으로는 고객들의 요구와 기 대를 충족시킬 수 없게 되었으며, 비즈니스모델(BM) 혁신을 통해 그 해법을 찾고자 하고 있 다. 본 연구에서는 BM혁신과 관련된 이론적 논의를 검토하여 연구개발서비스업 내 BM혁신 의 필요성과 성공 요건에 관한 명제들을 도출하고, 자동차 R&D서비스업에서 선도적 글로벌 기업인 AVL과 ETAS의 BM혁신에 대한 사례를 연구함으로써 명제들을 검증하고 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 특히, BM이 혁신을 통한 가치 창출의 과정에서 중요한 역할을 하는 점을 감안하여, 본 연구는 연구개발서비스업 분야에서 기술적 역량을 갖춘 기업이 BM혁신을 통해 어떻게 성과를 도출할 수 있는가에 대해 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과에 따르면, 사례기 업들은 고객을 위한 가치 제안과 기업의 이윤 창출을 극대화하기 위해 제품(기술)-서비스 융 합에 기반한 BM을 수립하고 자사에 적합한 보완적 자산을 차별적으로 활용함으로써 BM혁 신을 효과적으로 수행하였다. 본 연구는 국내 기술혁신경영분야에서 BM혁신에 대한 논의를 활성화하며, 국내 연구개발서비스업과 연구개발전문기업들이 향후에 혁신적 BM에 기반해 효과적으로 발전하기 위한 시사점을 제공하는데 기여하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships among brand awareness, switching intentions, purchasing behavior, and revisiting intentions. Brand awareness consisted of three factors: brand image, physical environment, and affiliation of coffee brand. Good brand image was associated with reduced switching intentions, whereas negative images were associated with higher switching intentions. Consumer purchasing behavior was most affected by interior decoration, including furniture, decorations, etc. Switching intentions had a negative relationship with revisiting intentions. Finally, purchasing behavior and revisiting intentions showed a positive correlation. As limitations, the only participants were university students, who are not representative of all consumers at coffee shops. Moreover, this study did not divide coffee shops into franchises and individually owned.

The purpose of the present study is to learn about English conversation instructors, in particular, to find out (1) who they are; (2) how they cooperate with English teachers at schools; and (3) what needs they have to serve better as English teaching staff at schools. An online survey was administered to all English conversation instructors at elementary and secondary schools in Korea. Around 4,630 English conversation instructors- 2,920 at elementary schools and 1,710 at secondary schools- participated in the study. The collected data were analyzed: (1) to describe the characteristics of English conversation instructors; (2) to examine how they are sharing teaching duties with English teachers; and (3) to assess the needs for their competency development. The needs of English conversation instructors were analyzed by calculating the gap between the current competence and the expected competence. The difference of English conversation instructors competence development needs at the elementary level and at the secondary level were then further analyzed through Analysis of Variance. The results of this study can be used as basic data to establish the training system for English conversation instructors’ competence development.

This study focused on the review of the korean fire investigation system and will provide the means for having the legal investigation right. The most important thing is to give fire department a perfect legal investigation right on fire including police areas(seeking and examining the case at first stage). And it should be stated in criminal law. With the joint effort between Fire department and Police department, we can develop the reformation, enlightening programs for the arsons or fire related criminals. Through this, it systematically have to be good for fire prevention and can be helpful to enhancing professionalism of fire examination.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in the dissatisfaction with and design preferences for mountain gear among the segments divided by specialization activity-pursued for recreational mountaineering. Data were collected by questionnaire survey from 900 subjects with the experiences of mountaineering and purchasing mountain gear in the past year, and 891 were used for the data analysis. The results of the study were as follows: Three factors were formulated based on mountaineering specialization activity-pursued: expertise-pursued mountaineering, mountaineering with psychological attachment and activity-oriented mountaineering. Four segments were identified based on the specialization activity-pursued: the emotionally-committed, the continuously-participated, the expertise-pursued, and the passively-participated. Significant differences were found in dissatisfaction with and design preference for mountain gear among the segments. The expertise-pursued tended to be more dissatisfied with color and fabric than the others, and preferred various mountain gear design of shape, color combination and construction line. On the other hand, the passively-participated tended to prefer simple and comfortable style with solid color and simple color combination.

본 연구는 2011년에 수행된 충청남도 보령시 도시생태현황지도(biotopemap)에서 도출된 정보를 활용하여 야생동물 조사지점을 선정하는 단계에서 활용하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구에 활용된 정보는 야생동물 전문가의 지식과 경험으로부터 도출되었으며 6가지 환경변수(Outside distance from food vegetation, Outside distance from farm land, Outside distance from forest, Human density, Outside distance from road, Outside distance from water)로 구현되었다. 6개의 환경변수는 도면중첩방법으로 모형화 되었으며 모형은 출현정보와 비교한 결과 94.72%의 상관관계를 도출할 수 있었다. 출현이 많을 것으로 예측된 지역은 농촌지역 산림 계곡부 였으며 조사범위의 한계(면적, 일정, 예산)속에서 양질의 야생동물 조사결과를 도출하기 위해 활용될 수 있다. 하지만 산림내부가 제외되어있는 점, 모든종이 같은 서식지를 선호하지 않는 다는 점 등의 한계점을 갖고 있었으며 추후 이 부문에 대한 후속연구들이 필요하다.

본 연구는 전문대학의 수업특성을 반영한 강의평가 문항개발을 목적으로 한다. 문항개발은 일련의 사전작업을 거쳐 전문가집단 의견조사를 기반으로 하는 델파이조사를 주요 방법으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서 제안된 강의평가 문항은 이론․강의식 수업용 문항과 실습․실기식 수업용 문항으로 자기평가 항목(3문항), 수업만족도 평가항목(8문항), 수업특성별 항목(3문항) 자유기술 항목(2문항)으로 구성되었다. 본 연구의 과정이 가지는 의의는 대학 수업의 주체인 교원들의 의견을 반영할 기회를 마련하고자 전문가 집단을 구성하고, 연구결과발표를 통한 의견 수렴 등의 과정을 통해 도출된 안이라는 점을 들 수 있다. 아울러 대학 수업의 특성을 반영하여 수업방법에 따른 강의평가 문항개발을 시도하였다는 점도 의미를 가진다고 할 수 있다. 향후, 학생들의 응답특성 및 유형에 따른 강의평가 결과 활용에 대한 연구가 추가적으로 요구되며, 그보다 앞서 운영적 측면에서 볼 때 신뢰로운 제도가 될 수 있도록 운영방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

This study was designed to develop a scale to measure primary school English teachers’ professionalism based on affective factors. The Swailes' (2003) scale was used to best reflect the local context where teachers in primary schools teach English to young learners. Three surveys were sent to a total of 1,008 primary school English teachers. Three different focus groups were used to refine the survey items in the modification process from the first to the third survey. The data were analyzed using exploratory factor and confirmatory factor analysis. These results showed the validity of fifteen items for investigating primary English teachers’ professionalism: four items related to 'professional commitment', three related to 'professional autonomy', three items related to professional belief in public service, three items to profession as referent, and two items to professional regulation. It is hoped that the scale items developed in this study can be used to identify the standard of professionalism of primary English teachers and provide policy makers or school decision makers with data that can be used to enhance professionalism within the community of primary English teachers.

The study analyzes English for Specific Purposes(ESP) needs of law school students and lawyers for developing English for Legal Purposes(ELP) courses in Korea. In order to investigate pedagogic needs of the learners and target needs of the domain experts, 74 law school students and 50 lawyers who were in charge of legal cases were interviewed and surveyed. The content of the questionnaire consisted of pedagogic and target needs about lawyer's tasks and open questions and comments about English education for law school students. The results of the analysis showed that learners' main need for studying English is conducting legal research and in communicating with others. The results of the language function analysis indicated that understanding legal terminology, reviewing provisions of law, writing a legal memo, legal translation, evaluating information to determine compliance with standards are considered important. The results also showed the differences in the importance ranking of function and type of language skills between the learner group and the domain expert group.
