        The aim of this paper is to clarify the structural stability of Refracted Telescopic Boom in 30m Class with the Property of Working Range Insulation. The boom of insulation special vehicle consists of a 3-stage telescopic boom, 2-stage refracting boom, insulation boom and effector. The catia solid geometry of the boom was used to generate both a basic ADAMS model and the finite element meshes for the flexible components. The flexible bodies were generated by using the finite element program of ANSYS and then imported into the ADAMS model and their flexibility accounted to the dynamic analysis of boom. Embedding finite element representations within the ADAMS model, offers the advantage being able to perform the durability analysis and the resulting damage. Through this approach, the crack locations(hot spots) in a prototype can be predicted successfully, thereby validating the analysis procedure.

        In this study, two Fe-30Mn-0.2C-(1.5Al) high-manganese steels with different surface conditions were hydrogencharged under high temperature and pressure; then, tensile testing was performed at room temperature in air. The yield strength of the 30Mn-0.2C specimen increased with decreasing surface roughness(achieved via polishing), but that of the 30Mn-0.2C- 1.5Al specimen was hardly affected by the surface conditions. On the other hand, the tendency of hydrogen embrittlement of the two high-manganese steels was not sensitive to hydrogen charging or surface conditions from the standpoints of elongation and fracture behavior. Based on the EBSD analysis results, the small decrease in elongation of the charged specimens for the Fe-30Mn-0.2C-(1.5Al) high-manganese steels was attributed to the enhanced dislocation pile-up around grain boundaries, caused by hydrogen

        본 연구에서는 음료의 탁도와 맛의 교차-양상에 근거한 연상관계를 탐색하였다. 시각 자극물로 무채색의 막걸리와 탄산음료를 선정하였으며, 자극물은 각각 0.0625~32 g/L, 0.0078~4 g/L 범위 내에서 인지적 등간격을 이룰 수 있도록 열 단계로 나누어 제작하였다. 시각적 관능 평가 실험에서는 ‘단맛’, ‘짠맛’, ‘쓴맛’, ‘신맛’, ‘마시고 싶은’ 기본 미각 형용사와 더불어, 막걸리와 관련된 ‘누룩향이 나는’, ‘술맛이 나는’, ‘산뜻한’ 특징 미각 형용사와 탄산음료와 관련된 ‘부드러운’, ‘톡 쏘는’, ‘인공적인’ 특징 미각 형용사를 선별하여 리커트 3점 척도로 평가하였다(N=35). 실험 결과 기본 미각에 대한 판단에 있어 막걸리는 탁도가 증가함에 따라 기본 맛이 더욱 강하게 느껴지는 반면, 탄산음료의 경우 ‘신맛’에서만 양의 상관관계가 관찰되었다. 특히 막걸리의 ‘마시고 싶은’ 척도는 4.6~20 g/L 범위에서 가장 높이 관찰됐는데, 이는 시판되는 막걸리 탁도 범위와 일치하여 기억 탁도의 영향을 확인할 수 있었다. 음료 별 미각 형용사에 대해서는 ‘산뜻한’ 맛과 ‘인공적인’ 맛을 제외하고 두 음료 모두 탁도와 강한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 음료의 미각적 경험을 공유할 때 탁도를 활용한다면, 각 음료가 추구하는 맛을 보다 효율적으로 소비자에게 전달할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

        The membrane research in Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology (KRICT) has played a leading role in the development of membrane technologies. For the past 30 years, the membrane research in KRICT has focused on expanding the fundamental knowledge in membrane technology, supported by the deep chemistry background in KRICT. Particularly, it has explored developing novel membrane materials and processes. The global interest in the membrane technology now is higher than ever, with its unparalleled energy efficiency compared to alternative separation processes. Based on increasing demand for membrane technologies, the membrane research in KRICT has been conducting in four main topics: 1) water and wastewater treatment including seawater desalination 2) greenhouse gas capture, 3) ion conducting membranes for energy conversion and storage, 4) industrial gas and liquid separation/purification processes. In this presentation, research achievements in membrane preparation and application conducted by KRICT will be introduced.

        Modern men are much more interested in their appearance than ever before, as well as showing an increased need for uniqueness in order to construct their own sphere and pursue differentiation from others. Besides, changes in life style and the aesthetic sense are causing men to pursue various kinds of clothing benefits so that they want a suit with characteristics beyond the stereotyped design and style. They have started to be actively engaged in clothing purchases, forming a driving force for the growth of the male suit market. Hence, this study has significance in that it offers data conducive to consumers’ custom suit purchase by reviewing data on the present condition of the custom suit market and bespoke suits. In addition, it aims to give a summary on the theoretical bases of preceding studies, including the need for uniqueness, pursuit of clothing benefit and concern for the appearance of male consumers, as well as examining the factors that influence on their bespoke suit purchase intentions. Accordingly, this work intends to construct a basic environment for consumers to approach the custom suit market easily and pave the way for male suit markets through offering marketing data and information that is helpful for custom suit-related markets.

        본 연구에서는 고속으로 활주하는 선박의 승선감 향상 및 운항성능 특성 연구를 위해 30ton급 세관감시정의 측정위치에 따른 멀미도 해석을 수행하였다. 특히, 관공선내의 선원들은 유사시에 신속·정확한 판단이 요구되므로 측정위치에 따른 멀미도의 영향에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단하였다. 멀미도 평가는 ISO 2631-3(1985)을 기준으로 하였다. 평가 기준은 30분, 2시간, 8시간 이후 성인 100명 중 10명이 멀미를 한다 는 국제표준 지표이며 조우주파수와 수직가속도 성분으로 나타난다. 멀미도 해석은 Maxsurf Motion 모듈을 이용하였다. 30ton급 세관감시정은 고속활주형 선박의 특성을 갖기 때문에 선속에 따른 트림변화를 고려하였다. 입사각은 선체 전 방향에서의 영향을 고려한 범위로 선정하였다. 선 속의 경우 선박 운용상태(정박, 저속, 고속)을 고려하여 적용하였다. 측정위치의 경우 선원들의 주 활동 구역을 고려하여 선정하였다. 해석결과 멀미도의 영향은 30knot, 180°의 경우에 가장 크게 분석되었다.

        Social commerce is a kind of internet shopping mall in which consumers purchase the products with other consumers through mutual interactions including the development of SNS(social network service). Social commerce has expanded rapidly as a mainstream online shopping mall over the past five years driving consumers to purchase more fashion products providing the cheaper prices than open market internet shopping mall. The purpose of this study is to identify the important parameters of social commerce characteristics and consumer characteristics that affect repurchase intention and wordof-mouth intention. A 221 survey questionnaire was distributed to men in their 20’s and 30’s who live in Seoul metropolitan area. The data were analyzed utilizing Cronbach's α, factor analysis, and regression analysis using the SPSS 18.0 program. The results revealed, first, that in terms of social commerce characteristics, three variables(website reputation, interactivity, and product scarcity) influenced repurchase intention. Among them, website reputation identified as the most important factor influencing repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention. Second, with regard to consumer characteristics, interest and a tendency toward impulse buying affected the repurchase intention, and interest and internet shopping experience have influenced the word-of-mouth intention. Among three variables interest in social commerce identified as the key factor affecting both repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention. The results of the study provide the practical implications and suggest the business strategies to enhance social commerce in the future by identifying the key social commerce characteristics and consumer characteristics that influence male consumers’ buying behaviors.

        The total polyphenol and physiological activities of Pleurotus ostreatus 30% fermented ethanol using different drying methods and extraction periods were investigated. Based on the observed polyphenol content and physiological activity, freezedrying showed better results than hot air-drying method for P. ostreatus extracted with 30% fermented ethanol for more than 15 days. The total phenolic compound content of ‘Gosol’ following thefreeze-drying method for 15 days showed the highest value of 0.49±0.02 mg/mL. Freeze-drying with extraction for 30 days for ASI 2344 showed the highest antioxidant activity based on the DPPH radical scavenging rate of 35.50±3.29%. Freeze-drying ‘Gosol’ for 30 days resulted inthe highest anti-inflammatory and nitrite scavenging activity of 48.40±3.38%. Our results showed that P. ostreatus is a functional food.

        Previous studies have investigated the potential relationship between promoter polymorphism (-308, G/ A) of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α and various autoimmune diseases. However, results from published data were inconclusive. To verify relationship between TNF-α polymorphism (-308, G/A) and susceptibility to autoimmune diseases such as vitiligo, celiac disease, and rheumatoid arthritis, we have performed a metaanalysis with all relevant articles before October 2016. The electronic search of PubMed, google, and Embase databases was performed to identify eligible studies investigating the relationship of TNF-α polymorphism with autoimmune diseases including vitiligo, celiac disease, and rheumatoid arthritis. Genotype frequency data of TNF-α polymorphism (-308, G/A) were extracted and the meta analysis was performed by Comprehensive meta-analysis program with odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (95% CI). Genotype models were applied with dominant and recessive models and allele model analyzed. The final analysis included 37 publication papers with a total of 6,102 autoimmune disease patients and 6,987 control subjects. In result, a statistical significant correlation between TNF-α polymorphism (-308, G/A) and susceptibility to autoimmune disease was not detected in our meta-analysis (p>0.05 in all models). Our results suggest that the TNF-α polymorphism might not be related to the development of autoimmune disease. If further results in larger studies would be accumulated in the future, this relationship would be clarified.

        In recent years, single layer latticed domes have attracted many designers and researchers's attention all over the world, because single layer latticed domes as space structure are of great advantage in not only mechanical rationality but also function, fabrication, construction and economic aspect. One of the most important factor, in building of single-layer single-layer lattice spherical dome with 300m span, is to ensure the structural safety. Network pattern of single layer latticed domes can be infinitely taken into account. The typical network patterns are triangle, square, hexagon etc. Especially triangular network pattern has mechanically more advantage than the other network patterns because of having not only a large equivalent shearing rigidity but also a large equivalent bending rigidity and axial rigidity. Among the triangular network pattern, that is, 3 way grid pattern, there are many mechanical differences according to the arranging methods of members. In order to ensure the structural stability of single-layer latticed dome with 3 way grid, designers are required to maintain a constant member length and the member angle. In order to achieve this, it is important to search the member array that the standard deviation of the member lengths and angles is the smallest. This paper is to develop the arrangement of member and to verify its validity for single-layer latticed spherical dome with 300m span.

        Most previous studies on dinoflagellates in Korean coastal areas were conducted without morphological descriptions and illustrations of the observed dinoflagellates. This indicates that the species and diversity of dinoflagellates may have been respectively misidentified and underestimated in the past, probably due to cell shrinkage, distortion and loss caused by sample fixation. This study provides information on the morphological observations of four dinoflagellate orders (Prorocentrales, Dinophysiales, Gonyaulacales and Gymnodiniales) from Jangmok Harbour in Jinhae Bay, Korea. The unfixed samples were collected weekly from December 2013 to February 2015. A total of 13 genera and 30 species were identified using light and scanning electron microscopy, although some samples were not clarified at the species level. Harmful dinoflagellates, Prorocentrum donghaiense, Tripos furca, Alexandrium affine, A. fundyense, Akashiwo sanguinea and Cochlodinium polykrikoides, were identified based on the morphological observations. The results also reflect the occurrence and identification of dinoflagellates that had not been previously recorded in Jangmok Harbour.

        Morphological and culture characteristics of the novel Phellinus linteus variant KACC93057P collected in Korea were characterized in this study. The surface of the wasangular, sessile, tough-woody, concentrically zonate, and dark brown in color. Basidiocarppores were circular, with 5–7 pores per mm. The hyphal system was dimitic, and basidiospores were ellipsoid or oval, 4.5–6 × 4–5, exhibiting characteristics typical of P. linteus. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth was 25–30oC, and optimal pH for growth was 5–7. The mycelial growth rate of P. linteus KACC93057P was faster than that of other P. baumii isolates. On growth medium, KACC93057P formed aerial mycelia with density higher than that of other isolates. The internal transcribed spacer (ITS)-ribosomal DNA sequences were closely related to the sequences P. linteus complex.
