본 연구는 조직구성원들의 긍정심리자본 개발 및 조직의 리더육성을 위한 긍정리더십 역량 측정도구를 개발하고 타당화하는데 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구에서 제시된 긍정리더십 역량모형을 바탕으로 후속 연 구를 진행하여 타당성이 확보된 측정도구를 개발하였다. 연구 절차는 DeVellis의 척도 개발 절차를 적용 하여 예비문항 개발 및 검증, 측정도구 검증 단계를 거쳐 타당성을 확보하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선행연구에서 제시된 3대 영역, 9개의 긍정리더십역량 구성요인의 측정도구로 사용할 예비문항을 개발하여 검증한 결과 41개 문항으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 측정도구 타당성 확보를 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 요인적재량 기준에 미치지 못한 문항이 삭제되었고, 유사한 개념끼리 통합되어 3대 영역, 7개의 긍정리더십 역량 요인, 24개 측정 문항으로 구성 되었다. 이후 공인타당성, 측정동일성 검증, 동일방법편의 검증의 과정을 거쳐 최종 확정된 긍정 리더십역량 측정도구는 개인영역은 자기인식, 긍정적 자기관리, 솔선수범 등 9문항, 관계영역은 구성원 존중, 구 성원 이해 등 8문항, 조직영역은 구성원 개발, 구성원 성과관리 등 7문항으로 총 24개 문항으로 구성되었다. 본 연구는 최근 변화되는 경영환경속에서 긍정리더십 역량 측정도구를 타당화하였다는 점에서 학문적 의의가 있으며, HRD 현장에 긍정리더십 역량을 측정하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 인적자원관리에 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 실천적 의의가 있다.
Offshore wind power development has been promoted in countries around the world to cope with global warming. Despite its many advantages, offshore wind power affects the marine environment during construction and operation. As a result, the reduction of fishing areas, changes in the habitat of marine animals, damage to fishing gear, and impeding the safety of fishing activities are occurring. If the offshore wind power generation project is carried out, a fishing damage investigation is nescssary. There are only four fishing damage investigations related to offshore wind power, which are being conducted similarly to the existing fishing damage investigation related to offshore construction. Therefore, this study reviewed and analyzed the report on fisheries damage investigation related to offshore wind power conducted in Korea and suggested problems and improvement measures accordingly.
목적 : 본 연구는 척수손상 환자 평가 및 중재에 대한 지침과 체계적 문헌고찰을 기반으로 작업치료사들을 위한 가이드라인을 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다.
연구방법 : 수용개작과 직접 개발방식을 적용하여, 핵심 질문과 가이드라인 개발 범위를 결정하고, 가이드 라인 검색을 수행하며, 선정된 가이드라인을 평가하고 권고를 선택한다. 해결되지 않은 임상 질문에 대 한 추가적인 권고사항을 개발하고, 가이드라인 초안을 완성하고, 전문가 그룹에 의한 평가를 수행하며, 최종 가이드라인을 완성한다.
결과 : 개발된 가이드라인은 평가영역에서 17개 항목, 중재영역에서 58개 항목으로 총 75가지 항목으로 구성되었다. 각 항목은 권고 강도(A~D)에 따라 평가되었으며, 권고 강도가 높게 나타난 항목은 35개이 다. 신체기능개선중재, 욕창관리중재, 상지보호 전략, 일상생활활동 등에서 권고 강도가 높게 나타났다.
결론 : 개발된 가이드라인은 작업치료사들에게 근거기반 치료적 접근과 직무 역할의 확립을 돕는 중요한 도구로서 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.
This study aims to develop a cultural heritage curriculum for climate change and present educational directions for cultural heritage and climate change impact in the future. In this study, the role and necessity of cultural heritage education for climate change were first discussed based on previous studies on climate change and cultural heritage. Next, the current status analysis of educational cases related to climate change and cultural heritage was conducted based on educational manuals, curriculum, and heritage competency systems associated with climate change. Finally, we propose a plan to develop a curriculum to cope with climate change and cultural heritage for graduate students in higher education institutions based on the four components of developing a curriculum. In future studies, we intend to propose guidelines for designing educational manuals and specific curricula for each educational target to cope with the climate change of cultural heritage presented in this study.
This study aims to establish a development strategy for higher education in Indonesia’s marine and fisheries sector and to present a direction for international development cooperation through evaluating policies and current problems related to higher education in marine and fisheries sector. To achieve the goals of human resources development in marine and fisheries sector, Indonesian government needs to secure non-salary expenditures to strengthen support for areas directly related to the effects of education, such as improving educational facilities, expanding scholarships, and so on. Education institution needs to develop effective teaching methods and systematic practice-based curriculum that reflects the needs of the local fishermen community and fisheries industry. In addition, it is necessary to support the supply of manpower throughout the fisheries industry. Fisheries industry needs to stop relying on the government or education institutions to secure excellent human resources and actively participate and cooperate in the education field so that excellent human resources can flow into the industry. Based on this strategy, international development cooperation for human resources development in Indonesia’s marine and fisheries sector should focus on qualitative rather than quantitative expansion of higher education institutions.
목적 : 본 연구는 지역사회 장애인 운전교육 현장에서 사용가능한 운전교육통합서식지를 개발하고자 실시 하였다.
방법 : 실행연구 모형에 따라 계획, 실행, 관찰, 반성 과정을 통해 서식지를 개발하였다. 장애인 운전교육 을 담당하는 연구 참여자(운전재활지도사)들과의 면담, 교육관찰 및 보유자료를 통해 자료를 수집하였으 며, 질적 분석의 일반적인 절차를 따라 자료를 분석하였다.
결과 : 장애인 운전교육통합서식지를 개발하는 과정에서 운전재활지도사들과 운전재활 분야 전문가들의 의 견을 반영하여 개선점을 도출할 수 있었다. 최종적으로 과정별로 분리되어 있는 서식지를 통합하여 운전 교육통합서식지로 개선하였다.
결론 : 본 연구는 국립재활원의 장애인 운전교육 현장에서 사용하는 서식지를 개선하는 과정을 실행연구로 제시하였다. 이를 통해 개발된 장애인 운전교육통합서식지는 운전교육 기록을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
PURPOSES : This study aims to analyze the impact of demand risk on two public-private partnership (PPP) projects, namely BTO and BTO-a. The main aspects covered in this study are: i) identification of key risk issues considering the structure of PPP projects, and ii) game theory-oriented scenario building and simulation of demand risk allocation from participants’ perspectives.
METHODS : Using the institutional analysis and development (hereafter IAD) framework, a hypothetical structure is formulated to examine the interactions of demand risk. It develops a series of demand risk allocation models for PPP projects (i.e., BTO and BTO-a). The risk structures from the IAD step are the demand risk allocation issues. Using game theory-oriented simulation, this study evaluates demand risk based on scenario building.
RESULTS : First, this study highlights the imbalanced rate problems of returns between the BTO and BTO-a projects proposed by the market. This may lead to improvement measures geared towards problematic methods for determining the rate of return among domestic PPP projects. Second, compared with the BTO type, this study expects that the BTO-a type may exhibit more effectiveness, which can increase the probability of project success in both the public and private sectors. Third, judging from game-theory-oriented approaches, this study confirms the function of the BTO-a as a method to adjust moral hazard in the private sector.
CONCLUSIONS : Government management standards for BTO-a projects were derived based on the simulation results. It is necessary to select an appropriate project method based on rationality by balancing the IRR for each project method. Legal regulations should be applied separately to each part of the government guarantee. In addition, this study emphasizes that the introduction of ex-post value-for-money (VFM) analysis is essential for the efficient management of government expenses.
Reinforcement learning (RL) is widely applied to various engineering fields. Especially, RL has shown successful performance for control problems, such as vehicles, robotics, and active structural control system. However, little research on application of RL to optimal structural design has conducted to date. In this study, the possibility of application of RL to structural design of reinforced concrete (RC) beam was investigated. The example of RC beam structural design problem introduced in previous study was used for comparative study. Deep q-network (DQN) is a famous RL algorithm presenting good performance in the discrete action space and thus it was used in this study. The action of DQN agent is required to represent design variables of RC beam. However, the number of design variables of RC beam is too many to represent by the action of conventional DQN. To solve this problem, multi-agent DQN was used in this study. For more effective reinforcement learning process, DDQN (Double Q-Learning) that is an advanced version of a conventional DQN was employed. The multi-agent of DDQN was trained for optimal structural design of RC beam to satisfy American Concrete Institute (318) without any hand-labeled dataset. Five agents of DDQN provides actions for beam with, beam depth, main rebar size, number of main rebar, and shear stirrup size, respectively. Five agents of DDQN were trained for 10,000 episodes and the performance of the multi-agent of DDQN was evaluated with 100 test design cases. This study shows that the multi-agent DDQN algorithm can provide successfully structural design results of RC beam.
LiCl-KCl eutectic possesses unique properties such as a low melting point, high thermal conductivity, and good electrical conductivity. These properties make it suitable for various applications, including nuclear power generation, pyroprocessing in nuclear waste management, and thermal energy storage systems. In most experiments using LiCl-KCl, the molten salt composition is an important factor; therefore, periodic analysis through sampling is necessary for monitoring compositional changes. Although manual sampling is typically used, it is time-consuming and can introduce errors due to low reproducibility. To address this issue, we have developed an automatic molten salt sampling device using the cold-finger method. This method involves immersing the tip of a tungsten rod in hightemperature LiCl-KCl, removing it after a few seconds, and allowing the adhered molten salt to solidify instantly. A collector then scratches and drops the solidified sample. These processes are carried out automatically using servo motors, enabling the sampling device to move around the molten salt system. We have optimized the sampling conditions, such as insertion and withdrawal rate, immersion time, and the interval between continuous sampling, based on the molten salt temperature. The temperature was set between 500°C and 850°C, considering the operating temperatures of the applications. In addition to sampling speed, the sampling depth is a key condition for determining the sampling mass. Therefore, we examined the amount of sample depending on the sampling depth and, particularly, considered the change in salt height when sampling is performed continuously. As a result, we determined the number of sampling iterations required to reach the target sample mass. Furthermore, to minimize the initial salt loss, we noted that sampling from the salt surface resulted in less representative samples. To determine the reliability, we compared the results of surface sampling with those obtained when sampling at the middle of the salt. This study will enable highly reproducible and reliable sampling by providing a prototype for an automatic sampling device for molten salt along with guidelines.
