This study focuses on analyzing the impact range of toxicity, overpressure and radiant heat (pool fire and boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion, BLEVE) resulting from a propylene oxide leakage accident and proposes mitigation strategies to minimize damage. A risk assessment was conducted by designing accident scenarios based on variables such as substance quantity and wind speed. The results indicated that toxicity and BLEVE were the primary risk factors, and the risk level increased as the substance quantity increased and wind speed decreased. For future mitigation strategies, it is suggested that a quantitative analysis of vapor dispersion rates and dilution and effects under various environmental conditions be conducted, along with preliminary research on optimizing absorbents and catalytic materials.

본 연구는 중국상업은행을 대상으로 COVID-19로 인한 위기를 극복하는 과정에 긍정적인 영향 을 미친 변수가 무엇인지를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 분석표본을 대상으로 맘퀴스트지수 (Malmquist index) 생산성 분석을 실시하여 COVID-19 전후 생산성이 모두 양호했던과 모두 불량했던 그룹 으로 구분한 후, 각 그룹별로 패널 (panel) 분석을 수행하여 수익성 결정요인을 비교하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. COVID-19 전후 지속적으로 높은 생산성을 유지한 중국상업은행 은 자산건전성이 높을수록, 수지비율이 낮을수록, 규모가 작을수록 그리고 이자수익이 높을수록 수 익성에 긍정적인 영향을 발휘하여 COVID-19를 극복한 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 두 그룹 간 생산 성변화 차이가 은행의 경영자원 배분과 경영특성에 의한 것임을 시사한다. 향후 중국상업은행은 수 익구조 개선, 비즈니스 모델의 혁신, 디지털전환에 대한 적극 대응을 해나가야만 지속가능한 성장 을 도모할 수 있을 것이다.

This study seeks to explore how key restaurant attributes differently influence customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction across pre-pandemic and post-pandemic periods, as well as across various economic segments. By employing impact asymmetry analysis (IAA), the research identifies the primary drivers of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction, examining their uneven on customer satisfaction in Korean restaurants. The findings underscore the non-linear and asymmetric nature of customer responses to various service attributes, highlighting the significant influence of economic factors and the pandemic on dining expectations and experiences. This research deepens our understanding of the factors shaping customer satisfaction dynamics, particularly in the context of the evolving post-pandemic restaurant industry.

본 연구는 정신장애인이 인식하는 사회적 지지가 증상으로 인한 일상 생활 제한을 매개하여 사회에서 존중받고 있다는 인권 인식의 경로를 검 증하여 정신장애인의 인권 향상을 위한 대안을 마련하기 위해 수행하였 다. 이를 위해 2021년 한국장애인개발원 장애인 삶 패널조사 4차 자료 중 263명의 정신장애인 자료를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0과 Amos 23.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정 신장애인이 인식하는 사회적 지지는 가족, 주변인, 사회복지종사자 순이 었다. 둘째, 사회적 지지, 일상생활 제한, 인권 인식은 유의미한 상관성 을 나타내었다. 셋째, 사회적 지지는 일상생활 제한을 낮추어 인권 인식 에 긍정적 영향은 나타내는 완전매개 모형이었다. 이상과 같은 결과를 바탕으로 정신장애인의 지지체계 강화를 위한 제안과 서비스 제공자의 인권 기반 실천 접근의 중요성, 권익옹호를 위한 자원 활성을 위한 함의 를 제언하였다.

Zinc tin oxide (ZTO) thin films were deposited using atomic layer deposition (ALD) to ensure precise thickness control and uniformity. However, the low-temperature processing of ZTO often results in increased defect states, leading to degraded electrical performance. To address this issue, metal capping layers (Al or Au) were added to the ZTO active layer. The capping layers modulate electron energy levels at the interface, increase carrier density, and reduce interface traps, thereby improving electrical properties. Aluminum (Al) and gold (Au) were evaluated for their impact on key performance metrics, including electron mobility (μsat), threshold voltage (VT), subthreshold swing (SS), and on/off current ratio (ION/OFF). Results show that Al-capped ZTO thin-film transistors (TFTs) exhibited enhanced performance due to the lower work function of Al (4.0 eV), which facilitates electron injection and reduces contact resistance. In contrast, Au-capped ZTO TFTs showed decreased performance due to electron depletion caused by the higher work function of Au (5.1 eV). Optical analyses, including UPS and UV-Vis, revealed the band structure and work function of the ZTO thin films. This study concludes that the choice of capping material and its design parameters play a critical role in optimizing TFT performance, offering valuable insights for the development of next-generation high performance TFT devices.

본 연구는 2023년 중소기업 기술통계조사 데이터를 바탕으로, 혁신형 중소기업의 R&D 투자 강도, R&D 인력 비중, R&D 외부 협력 범위가 재무적 및 비재무적 혁신성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 업력의 조절 효과를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 재무적 성과는 R&D에 의한 매출 비율로 측정되었으며, 토빗 회귀분석(tobit regression analysis)을 통해 분석하였다. 비 재무적 성과는 지식재산권 보유 및 등록 현황으로 측정되어 음이항 회귀모형(negative binomial regression model)을 활용하여 분석하였다. R&D 투자 강도와 R&D 인력 비중은 재무적 혁신 성과에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 업력과의 상호작용 효과 또한 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 반면, R&D 외부 협력 범위는 재무적 혁신 성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 업력과의 상호작용에서는 유의미한 긍정적 효과가 확인되었다. 비재무적 혁신 성과의 경우, R&D 투자 강도는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못했으나, 업력의 조절 효과는 젊은 기업에서 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. R&D 인력 비중은 비재무적 성과에 부정적 영향을 미쳤으나, 젊은 기업에서는 학습 속도와 흡수 능력을 통해 이러한 부정적 효과가 완화되었다. R&D 외부 협력 범위는 비재무적 성과에 긍정적 영향을 주었으며, 협력 범위와 비재무적 성과 간 역 U자형 관계가 존재함을 확인하였다.

이 연구에서는 환노출이 기업의 투자비효율성과 갖는 관계를 확인한다. 표본 기간은 2007년부터 2022년까지 16년 동안이며, 분석 대상 기업은 한국의 유가증권시장과 코스닥시장에 상장된 비금융업종 기업이다. 분석결과, 환노출이 존재하는 기업에서 과대투자와 과소투자를 포함한 비효율적인 투자가 감소하여 투자효율성 이 향상된다. 이러한 결과는 환노출이 존재하는 것으로 확인되는 경우 경영자는 기회주의적 행동을 하기보다는, 위 험을 인지하고 기업 성과를 극대화할 수 있는 투자 결정을 내리기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 환노출이 외부 감시 메커니즘으로 작용하여 투자비효율성을 감소시킨다는 분석결과는 환노출 추정 모형과 환노출과 투자비효율성 간 의 관계 추정모형 선택과 무관하게 일관성 있게 나타나는 결과이다. 그러나 글로벌 금융위기 동안에는 환노출과 투 자비효율성 간에 유의적인 관계를 확인할 수 없다. 이는 글로벌 금융위기가 초래한 환노출의 직접적인 영향인 환 위험의 증가로 인한 불확실성의 확대와 경영자와 외부이해관계자 간의 정보비대칭 확대로 인한 경영자의 비효율적 인 투자 선택 가능성 증가 효과가, 환노출의 간접적인 영향인 시장의 규율효과에 의한 비효율적 투자 감소효과를 상쇄시키기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 이 연구는 환노출이 기업 투자비효율성에 미치는 영향을 경영자와 외부 감시 메커니즘의 관계 관점에서 분석함 으로써 환노출이 기업에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 영역을 확장시키고 있다는 측면에서 학술적 의의를 갖는다.

본 연구는 혁신적 리더십과 센스메이킹이 조직의 운영 및 시장 민첩성에 미치는 영향을 AI 역량의 매개 효과를 중심으로 분석하였다. 두 요인은 신기술 도입에서 구성원의 적극적 참여를 이끌어내는 핵심 동력으로 간주된다. 또한 기업 규모, 경로의존성, AI 역량 수준 등 조직 특성에 따른 변수 간 관계 차이를 다중집단 분석을 통해 포괄적으로 탐색하였다. 분석 에 활용된 데이터는 251명의 국내 기업 직장인을 대상으로 한 온라인 설문을 통해 수집하였 으며, 분석에는 부분최소제곱 구조모형 방정식(PLS-SEM)이 활용되었다. 연구 결과, 혁신적 리더십과 센스메이킹은 조직의 AI 역량과 민첩성에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤고, AI 역량은 유의 한 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 조직이 혁신적 리더십을 강화하고 센스메이킹 과정을 지원함으로써 AI 역량을 높이고, 이를 통해 조직 민첩성을 향상시킬 수 있음을 시사 한다. 다중집단 분석 결과, 대기업에서는 혁신적 리더십이 AI 역량 및 운영 민첩성에 미치는 영향이 더욱 두드러졌으며, 경로의존성이나 AI 역량 수준에 따라서도 각 변수 간 영향력이 상이하게 나타났다. 이는 조직이 산업 환경과 규모 등을 고려하여 맞춤형 AI 도입 전략과 리 더십 접근 방식을 채택해야 함을 강조한다. 본 연구는 AI 역량이 조직 민첩성을 강화하는 핵 심 요소임을 확인하고, 혁신적 리더십과 센스메이킹의 역할을 강조하였다. 나아가 조직 특성 별 차이를 종합적으로 확인한 다중집단 분석을 통해 변화하는 환경에서 경쟁 우위를 확보하 기 위한 전략적 방향성을 제시한다.

This study aims to examine how the marketing characteristics of Wanghong (Chinese internet influencers) influence Chinese consumer attitudes and purchase intentions toward fashion products. Specifically, it investigates how the factors of expertise, trustworthiness, and attractiveness play a critical role in shaping consumer behavior in the digital marketing landscape. The study employed a survey-based quantitative approach, collecting data from 272 Chinese consumers engaging regularly with Wanghong marketing content. A structured questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale was developed, incorporating validated measurement items from previous studies. The collected data were then analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate that while expertise negatively influences consumer attitudes, trustworthiness and attractiveness have a positive impact. Furthermore, trustworthiness and attractiveness were found to significantly enhance purchase intention, while expertise was found to have no significant effect. Additionally, the findings showed that consumer attitudes toward Wanghong-mediated marketing play a mediating role in the relationship between Wanghong characteristics and purchase intention, with the results suggesting that consumers perceive highly knowledgeable Wanghong as distant or overly commercial, reducing their willingness to engage. In contrast, Wanghong who exhibit trustworthiness and personal appeal are more effective in driving consumer interest and purchases. These findings provide valuable insights for fashion brands aiming to optimize influencer marketing strategies in China, emphasizing the importance of relationship-driven and authenticity-focused marketing.

본 연구는 대기업, 중견기업, 중소기업의 상사 코칭리더십이 부하 직원의 직 무성과에 미치는 영향에서, 부하 직원의 혁신행동이 직무성과에 미치는 매개효 과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 후속 연구에서 활용할 기초 자료를 제공하 는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 국내 직장인 324명의 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 상사의 코칭리더십이 부하 직원의 혁신행동과 직무성과 모 두에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상사의 코칭리더십이 부 하 직원의 혁신행동을 매개하여 부하 직원의 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 코칭리더십이 직무성과에 미치는 경로에서 혁신행 동이 매개 역할을 수행하며, 대기업뿐만 아니라 중견기업과 종소기업에서도 코 칭리더십의 영향이 유사하게 작용함을 시사한다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 향후 대기 업에 비해 조직의 시스템이 상대적으로 열악한 중견기업과 중소기업에 근무하 는 상사의 코칭리더십에 대한 후속 연구가 이어지기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the psychological impact of stroke, particularly post-stroke depression, anxiety, and cognitive impairment, while emphasizing the need for early intervention and personalized care to improve long-term outcomes for survivors. It explores the prevalence of these conditions, which are often underrecognized, and the varying effectiveness of intervention strategies such as pharmacological treatments, psychotherapy, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation. The findings reveal that neurological damage significantly affects mental health, complicating recovery, but highlight that early, individualized care plans tailored to patient needs can improve outcomes. The review underscores the importance of integrating mental health support into stroke rehabilitation to enhance recovery and calls for future research to address gaps in mental health care within these frameworks, advocating for a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to better support stroke survivors and their families.

이 논문은 해외원조가 네팔의 경제 성장에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 사 회 부문, 경제 부문, 생산 부문, 다중 부문의 네 가지 주요 부문으로 세 분화되었다. 실증 결과를 얻기 위해 2002년부터 2023년까지의 시계열 연간 데이터를 사용하여 자기회귀시치분포(ARDL)모형을 사용하였다. 이 논문의 실증 결과는 해외 원조와 경제 성장 간의 장기적인 관계를 확인 시켜주었다. 집계된 해외 원조는 네팔의 경제 성장에 부정적이고 통계적 으로 유의미한 영향을 미치었다. 반면, 외국 원조를 부문별로 세분화하면 그 영향이 달라졌으며, 사회 부문과 경제 부문에 대한 원조는 경제 성장 을 촉진하는 데 기여하는 반면, 생산 부문과 다중 부문에 대한 원조는 경제 성장에 부정적인 영향을 미치지만 통계적으로 일관되지 않았다. 따 라서 이 연구는 공여국과 수원국 모두에 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 이 연 구의 결과는 외국 원조로부터 상당한 혜택을 얻으려면 사회 및 경제 부 문에 대한 투자가 측정 가능한 성장 성과를 내기 때문에 우선순위를 두 어야 함을 시사한다. 그러나 생산 및 다중 부문 원조로부터 긍정적인 영 향을 실현하려면 잘 정의된 목표 계획을 수립하고 실행하여야 한다. 따 라서 혜택을 보장하고 지속 가능한 발전을 촉진하는 정책 개입을 설계하 고 집행하는 것이 필수적이다.

본 연구의 목적은 대학의 진로 계획 프로그램이 음악 전공 대학생의 취업 안정성에 미치는 영향에 대해 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구 는 산둥성 Q 대학교 음악대학에서 실행하는 진로 계획 프로그램을 사례로 로 선택하였다. 본 연구에 필요한 자료 수집은 인터뷰, 현장 관찰 그리고 관련문헌 수집을 통하여 이루어졌으며, Glaser의 지속 비교 분석법을 사 용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 진로 계획 프로그램을 제공하는 것은 학생들에게 직업 계획을 효과적으로 세우도록 도움을 주 었다. 이는 학생들이 직업에 대한 의식을 분명하게 확립하고 시야를 넓힐 뿐만 아니라，학생들이 이성적 숙고에 따라 직업을 선택함으로써 개인을 발전시키는데 도움을 주었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 직업 선택과 입사 준 비 그리고 취업에 이르기까지 학생들의 직업의 안정성을 보장하는 데 있 어 진로 계획 프로그램의 중요성을 보여주었다. 그러므로 진로 계획 프 로그램이 학생들에게 현실적인 도움이 될 수 있도록 보다 적극적으로 운 용할 필요가 있음을 보여준다.

This study investigated the relationship between teacher support in the areas of learner autonomy, relatedness, and competence, and motivational beliefs regarding achievement goal orientations and perceived task value in Chinese EFL college classrooms based on self-determination theory. A questionnaire was administered to 712 college students, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0. The findings indicated that teacher support for autonomy, relatedness, and competence was positively correlated with mastery goal orientation and performance-approach orientation, while it was negatively correlated with performance-avoidance orientation. Furthermore, these forms of teacher support positively influenced students’ perceived task value. Achievement goal orientation mediated the relationship between the three types of teacher support and student engagement. However, perceived task value only mediated the relationship between teacher autonomy support and student engagement. This study offers valuable insights for enhancing English teaching practices by promoting student motivation through addressing their psychological needs in EFL college classrooms.

This study analyzes the impact of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) activities on Corporate Financial Performance(CFP) using machine learning techniques. To address the linear limitations of traditional multiple regression analysis, the study employs AutoML (Automated Machine Learning) to capture the nonlinear relationships between ESG activities and CFP. The dataset consists of 635 companies listed on KOSPI and KOSDAQ from 2013 to 2021, with Tobin's Q used as the dependent variable representing CFP. The results show that machine learning models outperformed traditional regression models in predicting firm value. In particular, the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) model exhibited the best predictive performance. Among ESG activities, the Social (S) indicator had a positive effect on CFP, suggesting that corporate social responsibility enhances corporate reputation and trust, leading to long-term positive outcomes. In contrast, the Environmental (E) and Governance (G) indicators had negative effects in the short term, likely due to factors such as the initial costs associated with environmental investments or governance improvements. Using the SHAP (Shapley Additive exPlanations) technique to evaluate the importance of each variable, it was found that Return on Assets (ROA), firm size (SIZE), and foreign ownership (FOR) were key factors influencing CFP. ROA and foreign ownership had positive effects on firm value, while major shareholder ownership (MASR) showed a negative impact. This study differentiates itself from previous research by analyzing the nonlinear effects of ESG activities on CFP and presents a more accurate and interpretable prediction model by incorporating machine learning and XAI (Explainable AI) techniques.

이 연구는 인공지능(AI)이 문화콘텐츠와 미디어 산업에 미치는 영향을 다각적으로 분석하고, AI의 창의 적 생산, 미디어 소비 변화, 윤리적·사회적 쟁점에 대해 논의하였다. 그리고 AI가 콘텐츠 제작에서 창의성과 효율성을 높이며, 창작자와의 협력을 통해 새로운 형태의 콘텐츠 창출을 가능하게 한다는 점을 확인하였다. 또한 AI 기반 추천 시스템을 통해 개인화된 미디어 소비 경험이 제공됨으로써 사용자 만족도와 소비 지속 성이 강화된다는 사실을 밝혔다. 그러나 AI 도입은 저작권 문제, 알고리즘 편향성, 문화적 다양성 보존, 사회적 고용 변화 등 다양한 윤리적·사회적 과제도 야기하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 법적, 기술적, 정책 적 접근이 필요하며, AI의 투명성과 공정성을 확보하는 것이 필수적임을 강조하였다. AI와 인간이 협력하 여 공정하고 신뢰할 수 있는 콘텐츠 제작을 지향할 때, AI는 문화콘텐츠와 미디어 산업의 발전에 이바지할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 AI와 문화산업의 융합을 둘러싼 다양한 이슈를 종합적으로 검토함으로써 향후 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

In the field of oscillating hydrofoil research, the choice of hydrofoils is still mainly based on traditional NACA airfoils. The article explores the hydrodynamic characteristics of other airfoil structures to further improve the applicable range of hydrofoil working environments. By applying the swept structure of fish tail fins through biomimetic methods to oscillating hydrofoils, a motion model of the swept oscillating hydrofoil is established, and the relevant mathematical expressions and parameter definitions are described. Through numerical simulation methods, the effects of the pitch axis position and the tip-to-root ratio on the performance of the swept oscillating hydrofoil are analyzed. The simulation results show that the pitch axis position has a significant impact on the various force characteristics and energy acquisition efficiency of the hydrofoil, while the tip-to-root ratio mainly reflects the degree of sweep of the hydrofoil, thereby affecting the lift-to-drag ratio and the moment coefficient of the swept hydrofoil. Selecting the appropriate pitch axis position and tip-to-root ratio will enhance the lift of the hydrofoil while reducing the drag experienced.

본 연구는 유럽연합(European Union, EU)의 디지털 서비스법(Digital Services Act, DSA)과 브뤼셀 효과(Brussels effect)가 X(舊 Twitter) 플랫폼에 미친 영향을 데이터 분석을 통해 평가한다. DSA는 디지털 플 랫폼에 대한 규제 강화와 콘텐츠 관리의 투명성을 요구하며, X는 이를 통해 불법 콘텐츠와 혐오 발언에 대한 처리 방식을 개선하고 있다. 본 연구는 2023년부터 발행된 DSA의 투명성 보고서를 기반으로, 국가별 콘 텐츠 조정 효율성과 자동화 및 수동 검토 시스템의 성과를 분석한다. 이 를 위해, 데이터 수집 및 전처리를 거쳐 Python을 활용한 통계적 분석 을 적용하였다. 또한, 유럽 국가별로 발생한 집행 차이와 그로 인한 문제 점을 살펴보고, 글로벌 디지털 규제의 확산 가능성에 대한 정책적 시사 점을 제시한다.

본 논문은 독일의 에너지 전환 정책이 경제성장과 화석연료 의존도에 미친 영향을 분석하며, 특히 그린플레이션과 화석연료플레이션에 중점을 둔다. 본 논문은 2010년부터 2022년까지의 분기별 데이터를 활용하여, 화석연료 가격(브렌트유 및 천연가스)과 주요 경제지표(가계 전기요금, 소비자물가지수, GDP 성장률) 간의 관계를 상관관계 분석과 다중회귀분 석으로 평가하였다. 분석 결과, 천연가스 가격과 가계 전기요금 간에는 0.85의 강한 양의 상관관계가 확인되어, 천연가스 가격 상승이 직접적으 로 전기요금 상승에 영향을 미쳤음을 보여준다. 또한, 천연가스 가격과 소비자물가지수 간에도 0.72의 유의미한 양의 상관관계가 나타나, 화석 연료 가격 상승이 물가상승 압력을 가중시킴을 시사하였다. 반면, 화석연 료 가격과 GDP 성장률 간에는 -0.56의 음의 상관관계가 나타나, 에너지 비용 상승이 경제성장에 부정적 영향을 미쳤음을 보여준다. 다중회귀분 석 결과, 천연가스 가격이 가계 전기요금에 미치는 영향은 브렌트유 가 격보다 더 강력한 것으로 확인되었으며, 이는 독일의 에너지 구조가 천 연가스 의존도가 높음을 반영한다. 이러한 결과는 에너지 공급망 다변화 와 재생 가능 에너지 확대를 통해 에너지 안보를 강화하고 화석연료 의 존도를 줄이는 것이 중요함을 시사한다.
