        This study is a descriptive research study attempted to identify factors influencing depression of new nurses, focusing on job stress, self-efficacy, resilience, and social support factors of new nurses. The subjects of this study were 174 new nurses with less than one year of nursing experience, who worked at five university hospitals in the metropolitan area. A self-report questionnaire was used for the data collection of this study. The collected data were subjected to stepwise multiple regression to analyze the factors affecting depression using the SAS 9.4 program. As a result of the study, the average score of depression of the subjects was 13.01 out of 80, Factors influencing the subject's depression were identified including job stress(p<.001), self-efficacy(p=.044), resilience(p=.013), social support(p=.012), work department(p=.021), and work type(p=.001). It was found that the higher the job stress of the subject, the higher the degree of depression, while the higher the self-efficacy, resilience, and social support of the subject, the lower the degree of depression. In this study, it was confirmed that job stress, self-efficacy, resilience, and social support were factors influencing the depression of new nurses. In order to prevent depression of new nurses and actively manage with depression, it is suggested that arbitration programs for new nurses will be needed to reduce job stress of new nurses, strengthen self-efficacy, resilience and social support. It is also thought that strategies supporting for new nurses at the organizational level, such as the establishment of various social support systems, are needed

        COVID-19로 인한 팬데믹은 21세기 인류가 당면한 가장 큰 고난 중의 하나라고 할 수 있다. 전방위로 모든 산업에 심각한 피해 를 줬으며 특히, 산업현장의 노동자는 COVID-19로 변화된 근로 및 생활환경으로 많은 고통과 어려움을 지금도 겪고 있다. 선원은 팬데믹 이 시작된 후 일찍이 필수업무종사자의 지위를 국제사회로부터 인정받았다. 또한 국제적으로는 해사노동협약을 통해서 이들의 권리 보장 과 국제노동기준의 이행을 통해서 공정한 경쟁체제 확립에 노력하고 있다. 그러나 당사국이 준수해야 할 국제협약상의 의무와 국제기구 의 권고에도 불구하고 해사노동협약상의 선원권리는 침해받고 선원의 안전보건이 더욱 위협받는 상황이 팬데믹 동안 발생하였다. 이 논 문은 COVID-19에 대한 각국의 대응조치가 국제해운업계와 해사노동협약 이행에 끼친 영향분석과 함께 제4차 특별삼자간위원회를 통해서 채택된 2022년 해사노동협약 개정을 회의준비문서와 보고서를 중심으로 분석하였다. 채택된 8개의 해사노동협약 개정문은 선원의 권리와 안전보건에 있어서 향후 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것으로 기대되지만 선원의 최대근로시간, 최대승무기간 및 송환의 문제는 여전히 난제로 남 아 있기 때문에 국제사회의 노력이 지속되어야 할 것이다.

        We deduced the proper estimation methodology for the amount of carbon sequestration by damaged trees for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). The nine development projects related to renewable energy, damaged trees occur, assessment status and used method of evaluating the carbon storage of damaged trees were summarized. And after re-calculating the carbon storage of damaged trees through allometric equations, the difference between the two groups, re-calculated the damaged trees carbon storage and the damaged trees carbon storage in the report, was validated. As a result, damaged trees carbon storage in words was more than the re-calculated damaged trees carbon storage, and it was statistically significant (p<0.005). This result means that the existing method for calculating damaged tree carbon storage is overcalculated. It was judged that it was necessary to improve the calculation method. Therefore, allometric equations suitable for each dominated-tree species should be used when calculating the damaged tree carbon storage. Furthermore, we propose to establish a carbon storage calculation system based on actual data from the ecosystem so that researchers can efficiently and accurately the damaged trees carbon storage.         선박의 운항이 유인(有人)으로부터 무인(無人)상태로 변화함에 관한 새로운 기술의 등장은, 사람의 탑승을 전제로 하여 마련되었던 전통적인 법적 패러다 임의 근본적인 변화를 가져오게 될 것이다. 본 논문은 자율운항 선박의 AI 및 사이버보안과 같은 신기술이 영국 법제하에서 책임 및 해상보험에 어떠한 영향 을 미칠지에 특히 관심을 기울이고자 하였다. 자율운항선박의 개념에 관하여 간단히 소개를 한 뒤, 영국 법과 법원이 자율주행차량 및 자율운항기체에 관해 어떠한 입장을 가지고 있는지와 자율주행차량의 보험제도 등을 다루기 위해 새 로이 입법된 영국 Automated and Electric Vehicles Act 2018을 소개한다. 영국법제하에서의 AI 책임 문제에 관하여서는 AI의 법적 지위에 기반하여, 패러다 임 시프트가 일어나는 동안의 현실과 법제의 괴리를 해소하기 위한 제안을 하 고자 노력하였다. 마지막으로, 해상보험 관련법의 해석 관련, AI 및 사이버보안 등은 자율운항선박 감항성의 요인으로서 묵시적 보증의 요소가 될 수 있으며 나아가 예측가능하지 않은 수준의 사이버보안 문제 등도 부보가능한 위험으로 해석하여야 함을 밝히고자 하였다. 다시 말해, 본 논문의 목적은 신기술이 영국 법제하에서 자율운항선박 관련 영향을 미칠 수 있는 분야를 개괄적으로 제시하 고 그에 관하여 발생할 수 있는 법적 문제를 포괄적으로 정리하는 데에 있다고 하겠다.

        본 연구는 중학생이 지각하는 주 양육자와의 부모애착, 또래관계, 회복탄력성에 대한 인식의 차이를 알아보고, 또래관 계 및 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 중학생 304명을 대상으로 설문 자료를 수집하 였고, SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생이 지각하는 부모애 착, 또래관계, 회복탄력성은 보통 수준이었고, 개인 배경에 따라 다소 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 또래관계에 영향을 미치는 요 인은 부모애착의 신뢰감과 소외감이었으며, 셋째, 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 부모애착의 신뢰감과 또래관계의 신뢰감, 또래관계의 의사소통으로 나타났다. 결국, 중학생의 또래관계와 회복탄력성을 높이기 위해서는 부모 및 또래와 의 신뢰감을 높이고 또래 간에 긍정적인 의사소통이 이루어지는 것이 중요하다. 결론적으로 부모들은 부모애착에 대한 인식을 새롭게 하고 자녀와의 안정 애착을 함양하기 위해 노력하여야 하며, 학교, 사교육기관 및 교육기업, 지역사회 단 체들은 중학생들이 또래관계에서 신뢰감을 쌓고 긍정적인 의사소통을 통해 회복탄력성을 높일 수 있도록 인성교육과 자 존감 향상 프로그램을 기획하고 운영할 필요가 있다.

        Enhancing income for small-scale farmers in developing countries, is one of the major concerns for governments and many stakeholders. This is attributed by the fact that, a majority of smallscale farmers in the region are characterized by low income earners caused by agronomic related challenges, such as low productivity of input factors. In addressing this challenge, the purpose of this study was to assess the impact of outgrower scheme on its members’ income, using the propensity score matching approach. Through this approach the study assessed cross-sectional data, collected from small-scale tea farmers in the Mufindi district, founded in Tanzania. Results of the assessment on the impact of outgrower scheme on its members, suggest that the scheme has a negative and insignificant impact on its members’ income. This implies that, the outgrower scheme does not meet its intended objective of raising the income of its members, due to failure of improving quality as well as quantity of tea produced in the study area.

        The present study aims to categorize common word choice errors in Korean EFL writing and help teachers understand students’ word choice patterns. This study reassures that both L1 and its background cultures affect language learners’ choice of vocabulary in English learning. Korean first-year undergraduate students with low levels of English proficiency participated in this study. The students were required to carry out a writing log, a collection of nine pieces of weekly assignments of paragraph writing during the semester. They were allowed to use any type of automatic translation such as Google Translate or Papago for revision and editing. The errors that the students produced were classified into three categories, and significant findings were obtained regarding lexical errors caused by literal translation, cultural differences, and L1 word order. The findings are interpreted in terms of cultural and linguistic differences between the first and target languages. They can give ideas for teachers to instruct EFL writing strategies on students’ word choice errors.

        Anthropogenic disturbances on freshwater ecosystem are known to degrade biodiversity, especially on fish assemblage. In this study, we have conducted fish surveys to identify impact of a bridge construction on fish assemblages. A total of eight study sites were surveyed in the Danjang and the Dong Stream in southern part of South Korea from June to November in 2021. The fish samplings were carried out five times, using cast-nets (10×10 mm mesh size), scoop-nets (4×4 mm, 5×5 mm mesh size), set-nets (10×10 mm mesh size), and fish traps (3×3 mm mesh size), along with the Stream/River Ecosystem Survey and Health Assessment by the Ministry of Environment of Korea and basic water quality measurement. Also, we applied the species diversity index and length-weight relationship regressions on certain species to identify interspecific growth rate differences in accordance with study sites. As a result, a total of 782 individuals, 23 species and 10 families were collected. The dominant species was Zacco Koreanus and relative abundance was 50.89%. When applying the length-weight relationship regressions on certain species, the ‘b’ value for Z. Koreanus was lower at the downstream points than at the upstream points of the construction site. In addition, when comparing to the results of the past survey, relative density of demersal fish at the upstream and downstream points decreased from 26% to 1.4%, and from 18% to 6.3%, respectively. In conclusion, it is considered that bridge construction negatively affects the habitat of fishes, especially on demersal fishes. Therefore, appropriate conservation efforts such as installation of silt protector and sand sedimentation pond are needed to alleviate the disturbance in habitat such as occurrence of turbidity and destruction of micro-habitats.

        This study analyzed the performance of the national fishing port development project, which lacked ex-post impact evaluation despite a lot of investment in terms of fishery income opportunities. Using micro data from the Census of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, the sales amount of fishery products and the proportion of fishery-related businesses were used as performance indicators. The fishery households in the fishing port area (treatment group) and those not in the area (control group) were classified through data pre-processing, and factors unrelated to the fishing ports were controlled using the propensity score matching difference-in-difference method. The analysis target is six fishing ports with large investment in from 2010 to 2014. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the sales of fishery products increased significantly in four of the six fishing ports, and the proportion of fishery-related businesses increased in two fishing ports. The analysis method of this study can be fully utilized in the evaluation of the Fishing Community New Deal 300 Project, which is in need of performance analysis.

        본 연구는 경제적 충격이 개발도상국의 영양 섭취에 미친 영향 분석을 목표로 한다. COVID-19 팬데믹 발생 이후, 2020년 세계 경제 성장률은 –4.4%를 기록하였 고, 빈곤선 이하의 인구는 2019년 6억 4천만 명에서 2020년 7억 1천만 명으로 급 증하였다. 경기 침체와 빈곤 인구 급증은 개발도상국의 식량 불안정 상태를 유발 하였다. 본 연구는 ‘영양실조 유병률(Prevalence of Undernourishment, PoU)’을 영양 섭취를 대표하는 대리변수로 하여 COVID-19로 인한 경제적 충격이 영양 섭 취에에 영향을 미쳤는지 실증분석을 하였다. 연구의 분석 기간은 2014년부터 2020 년이고 개발도상국 33개국을 대상으로 하였다. 확률효과모형(random effect)으로 패널데이터를 분석한 결과, COVID-19의 발생과 저소득 개발도상국(low-income)은 정(+)의 관계로 영양실조 유병률을 증가시키는 요인으로 작용하였다. 반면 1인당 GDP, 안전한 식수를 사용하는 인구 비중, 농촌 거주 인구 비중은 부(-)의 관계로, 소득 및 인프라가 개선될수록 영양 섭취 부족 인구가 줄어드는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 개발도상국에 속하는 국가 간 실질적인 소득과 인프라 구축 간의 차이가 상당하며, COVID-19와 같은 감염병으로부터 경제적 충격을 받는 경우 이를 대응 할 수 있는 국제사회의 지원 및 경제발전을 위한 자발적인 노력이 병행되어야 할 것이다.

        The purpose of this study was to develop a 3D mesh-type impact protection pad with excellent motion adaptability and functionality by applying 3D printing technology. The hexagonal 3D mesh, which constitutes the basic structure of the pad, comprises two types: small and large. The bridge connecting the basic units was designed as the I-type, V-type, IV-type, and VV-type. After evaluating the characteristics of the bridge, it was found that the V-type bridge had the highest flexibility and tensile elongation. The hip joint pad and knee pad were completed by combining the hexagonal 3D mesh structure with the optimal bridge design. The impact protection pad was printed using a fused deposition modeling-type 3D printer with a filament made of thermoplastic polyurethane material, and the protection pad’s performance was evaluated. When an impact force of approximately 6,500N was applied to the pad, the force attenuation percentage was 78%, and when an impact force of approximately 8,000N was applied, the force attenuation percentage was 75%. Through these results, it was confirmed that the 3D-printed impact protection pad with a hexagonal 3D mesh structure connected by a V-shaped bridge developed in this study can adapt to changes in the body surface according to movement and provides excellent impact protection performance.

        Fishery products play an important role in Korean food culture, and awareness of the safety of fishery products is increasing in the seafood market. Against this backdrop, Japan has announced a plan to release radioactive water to the sea from 2023. In the case of Korea, it is adjacent to the area to be discharged, so there are concerns about securing the safety of marine products. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the change in perception and impact of marine product consumers due to the discharge of contaminated water and to study appropriate countermeasures when discharging contaminated water from nuclear power plants. In this study, the current status of radioactive contaminated water discharge in Japan was summarized, and a survey was conducted on the change in the consumption perception of marine products according to the discharge of contaminated water to analyze the factors affecting the consumption change of domestic consumers. According to the survey, 85.3% of the respondents said that it will affect the purchase of domestic marine products if Japan starts discharging contaminated water from nuclear power plants. Moreover, 85.5% of the respondents said it will affect the purchase of imported marine products.
