        The National Competency Standards(NCS) has been developed a good curriculum to reflect the demand in the industry. NCS is defined as systemizing the knowledge, skill, and attitude required to perform a task in the industry. It is an effort to reduce the gap between educational requirements and occupational requirements. However, when NCS is applied, the task level is changed to the title of qualification according to the policy outcomes for the government project. And, the NCS has been emphasizing the purpose of license acquisition, rather than using the standard for tasks in the industry. It means that the misuse of NSC hinders utilizing it as the original purpose of standardizing a task. It requires the customer to study the required competency unit with a no-choice option. Moreover, it makes it hard for companies or industry autonomically run the NCS. Therefore, we define the operational range in terms of the education field, the qualification field, and the career field to diffuse and apply NCS, and suggest the effective utilization method.

        In this study, the effect of improving indoor air quality according to the installation of plants was evaluated in classrooms where students spend much time. The purpose was to prepare sustainable and eco-friendly measures to improve the indoor air quality of school classrooms. A middle school in Bucheon was selected as an experiment subject, and IAQ monitoring equipment based on IoT was installed to monitor indoor air quality. After measuring the basic background concentration, plants and air purifiers were installed and the effects of improving indoor air quality using plants and air purifiers were evaluated based on the collected big data. As a result of evaluating the effects of indoor air quality improvement on the installation of plants and air purifiers, the reduction rates of PM10 and PM2.5 in descending order were plant- and air purifier- installed classes, air purifier-installed classes, and plant-installed classes. CO2 levels were reduced in the classrooms with only plants, and increased in two classrooms with air purifiers. The increase in CO2 concentration in the classrooms with plants and air purifiers was lower than in those with only air purifiers.

        본 연구에서는 두 종류의 도너-억셉터 (D-A) 타입 고분자들을 Stille coupling 반응을 통하여 중합한 뒤, 이들 을 고분자 기반 유기 태양전지의 광활성 층으로 적용하였다. Benzodithiophene 전자 주게와 pyrazinoquinoxaline 전 자 받게를 활용하여 고분자들을 합성하였고, 전자 주게와 전자 받게가 직접 연결된 고분자를 PB-TMPQ 그리고 둘 사 이에 티오펜 π-bridge가 도입된 고분자를 PB-TTMPQ라 각각 명명하였다. 기본적인 화학 구조의 검증과 더불어, 고분 자들의 광학적 및 전기화학적 특성에 대한 분석 또한 실시하였다. 최종적으로 inverted-type 구조의 소자를 이용하여 고분자들의 광전지 특성들을 분석하였으며, PB-TMPQ와 PB-TTMPQ의 전력변환 효율은 각각 1.01%로 0.83%로 관측 되었다. 따라서, π-bridge의 도입이 pyrazinoquinoxaline 기반 고분자의 광전지 특성을 큰 영향을 미친다는 것이 확인 되었으며, 이러한 결과는 향후 pyrazinoquinoxaline 기반 고분자의 구조-물성 간 상관관계 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것 이다.
