        2000년대 초반부터 온라인게임의 과금방식이 부분유료화로 정착됨에 따라, 새로운 수익모델로서 게임사업자가 이용자들에게 직접 유료 아이템을 판매하는 방식이 등장했다. 그리고 수익을 늘리기 위해 아이템을 확률형으로 제작하여 판매하는 방식을 고안하였다. 2010년을 전후로 발매된 모바일게임들도 동일한 방식을 채택하였다. 확률형 아이템은 구매하여 사용하기 전까지는 결과를 알 수 없고 우연에 따라 그 결과가 도출된다. 그 특성상 과소비⋅과몰입⋅사행성 요소를 배 제할 수 없다는 점에서 규제의 필요성이 인정된다. 이러한 지적에 따라 업계에서 자율규제를 시도하였으나 일부 업체들을 제외하고는 가시적 성과를 내지 못했고, 결국 2015년 3월 9일에 정우택 의원 포함 10인의 국회의원들이 게임산업법을 개정하여 확률형 아이템의 확률을 공개하도록 하는 안을 발의하였다. 그러나 개정안에는 ① 확률을 게임물내용정보에 편입시키는 문제, ② 적용대상의 불명확성 문제, ③ 부칙으로 인한 개정안의 실효성 문제가 있다. 본고는 업계의 자율규제안도 가시적 성과를 보이지 못했고, 규제의 실효성을 확보하고자 제출된 개정안도 법학적⋅법정책적 한계를 보인다는 점을 지적한다. 이에 대안이자 앞으로 추가적인 연구가 필요한 부분으로서 현행 게임물 등급분류제도를 통한 규제 및 새로운 법문언을 간략히 제시한다.

        The purpose of this present study is to measure the changes of regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) was continually monitored by laser-doppler flowmeter (Transonic Instrument, USA) through the data acquisition system composed of MacLab and Macintosh computer. Contractile force was measured with force displacement transducer under 1.5 g loading tension. Rhus verniciflua stokes increased the changes of rCBF in rats, significantly. The rCBF of Rhus verniciflua stokes was decreased by pretreated propranolol, l-NNA and methylene blue. But atropine indomethacin did not change the rCBF. Contractions evoked by PE 0.1μM were significantly inecreased by Rhus verniciflua stokes. Propranolol significantly altered the effect of Rhus verniciflua stokes, but l-NNA, ODQ and indomethacin did not change the relaxation of Rhus verniciflua stokes. These results suggest that Rhus verniciflua stokes can increase the rCBF and relax EP induced contraction of isolated rat aorta, and that is related to sympathetics and nitric oxide.

        This experimental study was designed to investigate the effects of Chrysanthemi Flos extract (CFE) on the change of cerebral hemodynamics〔regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and mean arterial blood pressure(MABP)〕in normal and cerebral ischemic rats, and to determine the mechanism of action of CFE. This study was also designed to investigate whether CFE inhibit lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity in neuronal cells and cytokines production in serum of cerebral ischemic rats. The results were as follows ; 1. CFE increased rCBF and increased MABP significantly in a dose-dependent manner. 2. The CFE-induced increase in rCBF was significnatly inhibited by pretreatment with indometh acin(IDN), an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase and methylene blue(MTB), an inhibitor of guanylate cyclase. 3. The CFE-induced increase in MABP was significnatly inhibited by pretreatment with IDN and MTB. 4. CFE 100㎍/㎖ significantly inhibited lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activity in neuronal cells. 5. rCBF was significantly and stably increased by CFE (1㎎/㎏, i.p.) during the period of cerebral reperfusion, which contrasted with the findings of rapid and marked increase in control group. 6. In serum, by drawing from femoral arterial blood after middle cerebral arterial occlusion (MCAO) 1 hr and reperfusion 1 hr, sample group was significantly decreased IL-1β production compared to that of the control group. 7. In serum, by drawing from femoral arterial blood after MCAO 1 hr and reperfusion 1 hr, sample group was significantly decreased TNF-α production compared to that of the control group. 8. In serum, by drawing from femoral arterial blood after reperfusion 1 hr, sample group significantly increased TGF-β production compared to that of the control group. 9. In serum, by drawing from femoral arterial blood after reperfusion 1 hr, sample group increased IL-10 production compared to that of the control group. These results suggested that the mechanism of CFE was mediated by cyclooxygenase and guanylate cyclase, and CFE had inhibitive effect on the brain damage by inhibited LDH activity, IL-1β and TNF-α production, but accelerated TGF-β production and IL-10 production.thought that CFE should have an anti-ischemic effect on the improvement of cerebral hemodynamics and inhibitive effect on the brain damage.

        As an attempt to develop new functional health beverage by using medicinal herb, green ginger(Zingiber officinale Roscoe), we investigated the effect of Zingiber officinale on blood pressure and regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) of rats with Zingiber officinale extracts. Zingiber officinale extract increase rCBF significantly. The drink produced consisted of Zingiber officinale extract 1.825%, maltitol syrup 17.0%, citric aicd 0.06%, ascorbic acid 0.02%, stevioside 0.001%, ginger flavor 0.11% and water. Brix, pH and acidity of product were 13.7, 4.4 and 0.09, respectively. This drink had good score by the sensory evaluation. The above results showed that development of such functional beverage using Zingiber officinale can used as a functional material improving blood circulation in beverage industry.

        The purpose of this study is to measure the changes of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and blood pressure (BP) of Cortex Acanthopanacis in rats, and to determine the effect of Cortex Acanthopanacis on phenylephrine (PE) induced contraction of isolated rat thoracic aorta. The measurement was continually monitored by laser-doppler flowmeter (Transonic Instrument, USA) and pressure transducer (Grass, USA) in anesthetized adult Sprague-Dawley rats through the data acquisition system composed of MacLab and Macintosh computer. Contractile force was measured with force displacement transducer under 1.5 g loading tension. The result of this experiment was as following; 1. Cortex Acanthopanacis did not effect the changes of rCBF and blood pressure significantly. 2. Contractions evoked by phenylephrine were decreased significantly by Cortex Acanthopanacis 3. L-NNA, ODQ, atropine and indomethacin significantly altered the relaxation of Cortex Acanthopanacis. 4. Propranolol did not change the relaxation of Cortex Acanthopanacis. These results indicate that Cortex Acanthopanacis did not change the rCBF and BP, but Cortex Acanthopanacis can relax PE induced contraction of isolated rat thoracic aorta and that this increasing contraction related to endothelium and various mechanism.

        The purpose of this study is to measure the changes of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and blood pressure (BP) in rats, following the intravenous injection of Catalpa Ovata Water Extract (COWE). The measurement was continually monitored by laser-doppler flowmeter (Transonic Instrument, USA) and pressure tranducer(Grass, USA) in anesthetized adult Sprague-Dawley rats through the data acquisition system composed of MacLab and Macintosh computer. The result of this experiment was as following : COWE increased the changes of rCBF and BP significantly. After pretreatment with propranolol and indomethacin, the changes of rCBF were inhibited significantly, but not by L-NNA and methylene blue. Also, after pretreatment with propranolol, the changes of BP were inhibited significantly, but not by L-NNA, methylene blue and indomethacin. According to above result, it is considered that Catalpa Ovata increased the rCBF and BP, related to adrenergic β-receptor.

        The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Semen Cuscutae on phenylephrine(PE) and KCl induced contraction of isolated rat thoracic aorta. Contractile force was measured with force displacement transducer under 1.5 g loading tension. Contraction evoked by PE (ED50) was relaxed significantly by Semen Cuscutae. The mean percent relaxing of PE induced contraction was 60.6% (p<0.01) after 300 ㎕/㎖ Semen Cuscutae, but the mean percent contraction of KCl induced contraction was 10.4% (p<0.05) after 300 ㎕/㎖ Semen Cuscutae. Vasorelaxation by Semen Cuscutae was significantly reduced after with and without endothelial cells. Pretreatment of aortic rings with L-NAME (100 μM), a nitric oxide synthase inhibitor, indomethacin (3 μM), an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase, methylene blue (10 μM), guanylyl cyclase inhibitor, propranolol (1 μM), a β-adrenoceptor antagonist, atropine (1 μM), a muscarinic receptor antagonist and diltiazem (10 μM), a Ca2+-channel blocker was recovered the effect aorta. These results indicate that Semen Cuscutae can relax EP induced contraction of isolated rat thoracic aorta and that this increasing contraction related to epithelium and various effect

        The objective of this study is to measure the changes of regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) and blood pressure(BP) in rats, following the intravenous injection of drug. The measurement was continually monitored by laser-doppler flowmeter (Transonic Instrument, USA) and pressure tranducer(Grass, USA) in anesthetized adult Sprague-Dawley rats for about 2 to 2 and a half hours through the data acquisition system composed of MacLab and Macintosh computer. The result of this experiment was as following 1. Poria increased the changes of rCBF in rats, significantly. 2. The rCBF of Poria was significantly decreased by pretreated propranolol, but not by pretreated L-NNA. 3. Radix Cynanchi Wilfordii decreased the changes of rCBF in rats, significantly. 4. The rCBF of Radix Cynanchi Wilfordii was not changed by pretreated propranolol and L-NNA. 5. Poria and Radix Cynanchi Wilfordii increased the changes of rCBF in rats, significantly. 6. The rCBF of Poria and Radix Cynanchi Wilfordii was significantly decreased by pretreated propranolol, but not by pretreated L-NNA. 7. Poria decreased the changes of BP in rats, significantly. 8. The BP of Poria was significantly increased by pretreated propranolol and L-NNA. 9. Radix Cynanchi Wilfordii did not change the BP in rats. 10. The BP of Poria and Radix Cynanchi Wilfordii did not change by pretreated propranolol but was increased by pretreated L-NNA. According to the result above, Poria and Radix Cynanchi Wilfordii have a different effect on each other, extract together. It is considered that the effect of Poria and Radix Cynanchi Wilfordii increased that of each drugs, the increasing rCBF of Poria and Radix Cynanchi Wilfordii is mediated by adrenergic β-receptor.

        Banana에 존재할 수 있는 carbamate 농약류, 유기염소제 및 유기인제 농약을 GC/MSD에 의해 동시에 분석할 수 있는 방법을 연구하였다. 이를 위해서 일반적으로 carbamate 분석에 이용되는 HPLC 대신에 GC를 이용하기 위해 carbamate 농약류의 -NH group H를 모두 열안전성이 좋은 trifluoroacetyl group으로 치환시켰다. 또한, 시중에서 유통되는 9종의 sample을 분석한 결과 carbamate 농약류, 유기염소제 및 유기인제 등 8종의 잔류농약은 검출되지 않았다.

        Yogurt is mostly consumed dairy food and considered as a nutritious food because of its probiotics such as lactic acid bacteria (LAB). LABs are known to possess antioxidant, anticarcinogenic and antimicrobial effects. Corni fructus has healthy and pharmacological effects such as the inhibition of apidogenesis and angiopoiesis. Thus, the purpose of this study was to evaluate quality characteristics and antioxidant activity of yogurt supplemented with water and ethanol extracts of corni fructus. Yogurt was manufactured with addition of 0.1%-0.2% (w/v) water or ethanol corni fructus extracts, respectively. For quality characteristics, pH, chromaticity, viscosity and syneresis were determined during refrigeration storage (1, 7, 14, and 21 day). For antioxidant activities, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2'-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS) radical scavenging activities were examined during storage. The pH showed no significant difference between groups but showed decreasing pattern for all groups during storage period. In chromaticity, redness increased, and lightness decreased as the amount of corni furctus extracts increases. Yogurt with corni furctus ethanol extracts showed more color changes than yogurt with corni furctus water extracts. Viscosity increased in corni furctus extract added groups, compared to control. Syneresis was approximately 2-fold higher in corni fructus extract added groups, while there were no significant changes between control and extract added groups. Both DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities were significantly higher than control group in corni fructus extract added groups, compared to control. In conclusion, addition of corni fructus extracts in yogurt improved quality characteristics during storage and antioxidant properties.
