본 논문은 녹색을 발광하는 가넷 형광체 (Lu1-xGdx)3(Al1-yGay)5O12:Ce3+에 관하여 연구하였다. 모든 시편은 입방구조를 가진다. x 증가에 따라 x = 0.20 일 때 559 nm의 peak에서 x = 0.40 일 때 576 nm의 peak로 발광 스펙트럼의 적색편이가 일어나고, x = 0 일 때와 비교하면 x = 0.40 일 때 휘도가 24 %정도 감소한다. 그리고 광여기스펙트럼 또한 유사한 적색편이를 보여준다. y 증가에 따라 y = 0.20 일 때 534 nm의 peak에서 y = 0.40 일 때 524 nm의 peak로 발광 스펙트럼의 청색편이가 일어나고, y = 0 일 때와 비교하면 y = 0.40 일 때 휘도가 46 %정도 감소한다. 그리고 광여기스펙트럼 또한 유사한 청색편이를 보여준다. 본 논문의 가넷 형광체 (Lu1-xGdx)3(Al1-yGay)5O12:Ce3+는 우수한 녹색과 노란색의 색채조정 능력으로 백색발광소자의 색변환 형광체로써 적용될 수 있다.

The mobile SNS is a promising e-service platform of the future. However, measuring its service quality is a challenge. An appropriate model for measuring service quality is required. This paper proposes e-service quality models for analyzing mobile SNS platform quality, based on previous service quality researches. An empirical study is performed on the proposed models. The results show that constructs of existing e-service models such as responsiveness and assurance do not fit the mobile SNS platform, and that loyalty and value are better measures for mobile service quality.

The purpose of this study is to increase applicability of high strength steel, HSA800 to the structure. Selected study of structure is to consider high strength steel, and following parts, 1) Tensile member with no consider of buckling, 2) Truss existing both tension and compression members with small slenderness ratio. This studied structure is included tension column hang on to the upper bridge truss. The structure element quantity with apply HSA800 instead of SM570 is reduced about 38.9% of tension column and 29.7% of bridge truss. In addition, the number of element's division is reduced about two sections due to reduction of self weight that the crane is able to lift up. This improves to reduce erection sequence and construction period which can save about a month. All connections are reviewed as welding and bolt. Also, the cost of welding is reduced about 41.3% due to apply HSA800. In conclusion, applying HSA800 to the hanging structure aggressively can secure economic and constructability.

본 연구는 기존의 회귀분석과는 달리 시계열 분석과 인공신경망 모형을 이용하여 장래 해상교통량을 예측하였다. 특히, 시계열 분석을 통한 예측값을 인공신경망 모형에 추가 입력변수로 적용하여 장래 해상교통량 예측을 제고하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 인천항의 1996년부터 2013년까지 월별 관측값을 대상으로 하였다. 모형의 예측력 검증을 위해 1996년부터 2012년까지 관측값을 대상으로 구축한 모형으로부터 2013년을 예측하여 실제 관측값과의 비교로 적합한 모형을 판별하였다. 인천항의 2015년 장래 해상교통량은 매월 평균 교통량보다 5월과 11월에 각 5.9 %, 4.5 % 많았으며, 1월과 8월은 매월 평균 교통량보다 각 8.6 %, 4.7 % 적은 것으로 예측되었다. 따라서 인천항은 계절에 따른 월별 교통량의 차이를 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구는 해상교통 현장관측 조사시 계절에 따른 교통량의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

For service innovation, it is crucial to measure the quality of service and identify the factors which affect it. In this study, for that purpose, a composite research model based on SERVQUAL and the technology acceptance model is proposed. The model is applied to three different service areas-Internet shopping, Internet banking, and cloud service. Analysis has been performed using the SEM methodology. The analysis shows that reliability, responsiveness and assurance affects the service quality in different ways for each, the result of which enables us to identify quality-determining factors in various service areas.

다이오드 정류기가 AC-DC 컨버터로 산업현장에서 널리 응용되고 있다. 그러나 입력전류에 많은 저차고조파가 포함되어 전력변환 장치의 공급전압을 왜곡시켜 전력의 품질을 저하시키므로 이를 완화시킬 수 있는 적절한 설비가 필요하다. 이러한 문제점들을 개선하기 위해 본 논문에서는 정류기의 출력단에 보조 전원장치를 설치하여 고조파를 저감하는 장식을 제안하였다.

전기추진선박의 추진시스템에 주로 사용되는 3상 정류기의 입력전류는 다양한 저차 고조파를 포함하고 있다. 이러한 고조파 저감을 위해서 대전력이 필요한 대형 선박에 사용되는 전력변환장치는 12펄스 출력의 정류기가 현재 사용되고 있지만 여전히 12±1차의 고조파가 발생되는 문제점이 있다. 또한, 속도 및 토크 제어기법으로 널리 사용되고 있는 직접토크제어기법의 경우에는 토크 리플이 심하고 전동기의 입력전류는 인버터의 스위칭에 의해 고조파를 크게 포함하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 직접토크제어기법을 이용하는 전기추진시스템의 12펄스 정류기에 보조 전원을 공급하여 고조파를 저감하고 토크 제어성능을 향상시켰으며 실선시스템 환경에서 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 유효성을 입증하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop measures for establishing and enforcing legal nutrition labeling for Takju based on results from consumer awareness surveys, statistical model development, and evaluation of nutrients. The statistical model developed with consumer survey results showed that consumers would like to know the nutrients they intake from drinking Takju, as their awareness about Takju was low. Specifically, consumers would like to see information regarding alcohol content, calories, carbohydrates, and saccharides on the label. Structural equations from the research model showed that consumers who had some knowledge of Takju also had positive thoughts of the nutrition fact labels for Takju. Evaluation of nutrients in Takju showed that the starch sources and other ingredients used in Takju fermentation did not influence nutrient facts, and nutrient concentrations also varied among the different Takju. In addition, this research suggests methods for consumers to make reasonable selections and to inform them of the nutrition fact labeling for Takju. Benners and pop-up were manufactured to promote voluntary participation of companies and to provide nutrition facts from Takju. Eventually, a measure was suggested to establish and enforce nutrition labeling, using results from consumer and nutrient surveys of Takju.

Assessing service quality and satisfaction is the essential part of service science. In this study, for G2B electronic commerce service composed of information systems and human resources, a composite research model for exploring factors of service quality satisfaction is proposed. The proposed model uses SERVQUAL’s five quality dimensions as independent antecedent factors and usefulness and ease-of-use of the technology acceptance model as mediating factors. A case of a G2B purchase service is empirically studied using the proposed model. The result shows that the proposed composite model is good and appropriate for explaining the characteristics of G2B services.

전파를 이용한 실내 위치인식 기술은 현재 다양한 환경에서 연구되고 있다. 그 중 철골구조로 이루어진 선박은 전파의 반사에 의해 수신율은 높지만 레인징 오차가 크게 발생한다. 이러한 환경에서 발생하는 위치측정 오차를 줄이기 위하여 본 연구에서는 IEEE 802.15.4a의 CSS 기반으로 변형 이변측위와 초전센서를 이용한 선내 위치인식보정 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 선내 복도와 같은 좁은 통로에서 CSS의 특성분석을 통하여 이동노드와 고정노드 사이의 적합한 수신거리를 추정하여 고정노드의 수를 줄이고 또한 전파의 반사와 회절에 의한 레인징 오차가 크게 변동하는 코너영역에서 제안한 변형 이변측위기법과 초전센서를 이용하여 이동구간을 추적하여 위치를 인식하였다. 실험결과 제안한 알고리즘이 일반적인 방법 대비 86.2 %의 선내 위치인식 정확도와 효율이 향상됨을 확인하였다.

전기추진시스템 분야에서 AC/DC 컨버터는 상대적으로 간단한 다이오드 소자를 이용하는 정류기가 가장 널리 사용되고 있으며 이 정류기는 입력 전류에 큰 고조파를 포함하고 있어서 고조파 저감을 위한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서 제안된 방식은 다이오드 정류기의 출력 전류를 정류기와 추진전동기 입력측에 주입하여 정류기와 추진전동기 입력 전류에 포함되는 고조파 성분을 줄이고 또한, 와이-델타 변압기를 정류기 및 추진전동기 입력회로에 설치되는 전류주입장치의 분배회로에 사용하여 주입전류와 전원 및 부하를 서로 절연함으로써 전류파형 개선과 전기적 안전성을 확보하였다. 제안한 방법을 현재 사용 중인 전기추진선박에서 적용하여 시뮬레이션 하였으며 기존의 전력변환장치와 비교하여 그 타당성을 입증하였다.

This study was investigated to determine the contamination levels of total aerobic bacteria, coliform group, E. coli and food-borne pathogens of side dishes from 2 traditional markets (100 samples) and 2 super markets (100 samples) located on Ulsan. The levels (range) of total aerobic bacteria was 4.75 log CFU/g (1.60~6.92 log CFU/g) in traditional market and 4.62 log CFU/g (2.00~6.46 log CFU/g) in super market, respectively. Coliform was detected in 64 and 66 samples sold at traditional markets and super markets, respectively. E, coli was detected in 4 and 6 samples sold at traditional markets and super markets, respectively. The food-borne pathogens, namely Bacillus cereus and Listeria monocytogenes were detected in 1 sample sold at traditional markets, respectively, and Bacillus cereus was detected in 4 samples sold at super markets. However, other pathogens such as Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Yersinia enterocolitica, Clostridium perfringens, Camphylobacter jejuni and Pathogenic E. coli were not detected. The Saengchae and Seasoned Jeotgal were relatively vulnerable compared to the others in the food-borne pathogens.

Selenium (Se) is known to prevent from several cancers, while iron (Fe) is known to be associated with high risk of cancers. The role of Se on colon carcinogenesis was investigated in an animal model induced by azoxymethane (AOM) and dextran sodium sulfate (DSS) in low Fe mice. Six-week old ICR mice fed on a low Fe diet (4.5 ppm Fe; generally 10 times lower than normal Fe) with three different Se (0.02, 0.1 or 0.5 ppm) levels for 24weeks. The animals received weekly three (0~2nd weeks) i.p. injections of AOM (10 mg/kg B.W), followed by 2%DSS with drinking water for 1 week to induce the colon cancer. There were five experimental groups including vehicle,positive control (normal Fe level, AOM/DSS), Low Fe (LFe) + AOM/DSS+Low Se (LSe), LFe + AOM/DSS + medium Se (MSe) and LFe + AOM/DSS + high Se (HSe) groups. HSe group showed a 66.7% colonic tumor incidence, MSe group showed a 69.2% tumor incidence, and LSe group showed a 80.0% tumor incidence. The tumor incidence was negatively associated with Se levels of diets. Tumor multiplicity in Hse group was significantly low compared to the other groups (p < 0.05). With increasing Se levels of diets, the primary anti-proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)-positive cells were decreased and apoptotic bodies were increased in a dose-dependent manner. Sedependent glutathione peroxidase activity and its protein level were dependent on the levels of Se of diets. Malondialdehyde level in liver was lowest in Hse group among experimental groups. These findings indicate that dietary Se is chemopreventive for colon cancer by increasing antioxidant activity and decreasing cell proliferation in Fe-deficient mice.

선박에 적재된 곡류, 철강재 등의 산적화물에 여러 가지 이유로 손상이 발생될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 코일 운반선의 화물손상 원인 중 특히, 결로에 의한 손상과 그에 대한 방지대책에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 결로란 주위 온도가 이슬점 이하로 떨어져 물체 표면에 공기 중의 수증기가 물방울로 맺히는 현상을 말하며 일반적으로 실내외 온도차가 큰 건축물이나 선박의 화물창에서 많이 발생한다. 특히, 비슷한 시기에 기온차가 있는 전 세계를 운항하는 선박에서 흔히 발생할 수 있는 현상이다. 본 연구에서는 코일 운반선의 결로에 의한 화물손상 방지 대책에 대해 고찰하고 화물손상을 방지하기 위해 제습장치와 가열온풍장치를 병용하는 새로운 방법의 제안과 습도, 습기량, 제습장치 용량, 결로수량, 화물 및 공기와 외기의 온도 차이에 따른 화물창 내 공기와 화물 가열에 필요한 열량, 가열장치 용량 등의 산정법을 제시한다.
