        본 연구에서는 소비자들이 선호하는 휴대폰 제조사 브랜드를 평가하기 위하여 무형 자산 평가기법을 적용하여 비교 분석 하였다. 기존의 연구는 기초적인 통계적 사실에 근거하여 단편적으로 평가를 하였다. 하지만 휴대폰 제조사 선호도 평가는 무형자산 평가와 깊은 관련이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 연구와는 다르게 무형자산 평가기법을 적용하여 휴대폰 제조사 브랜드 선호도를 평가하고자 한다.

        Recently, the development of technology has been rapidly proceeding with information technology in various fields. Due to their abstract properties, proper evaluation of intangible assets is very difficult compared to evaluation of tangible assets. Intangible assets are knowledge, technology, and design etc. In general there are two approaches to evaluate the intangible assets such as qualitative and quantitative approach. The qualitative approach contains scoring approach, profile approach, checklist approach, and quantitative approach. Quantitative approach contains cost approach, market approach, income approach, and real-option approach. As an initial step for evaluation of safe work environments, this study compares and analyzes evaluation methods of intangible assets.

        Recently, obesity that is increasingly becoming a major cause of various diseases and safety accidents in work places is emerging as a serious social problem. It is due to economic growth and improvement of living environments. Many researches are trying to find the root cause of obesity. Thus, the main objective of this study is to analyze obesity index of citizens in Seoul which is a metropolis of Korea and a densely populated district. The data used in this study included 179 men and 152 woman subjects who are living in Seoul. Somatotype using Rohrer Index can be classified by 3 types (thin, standard, obesity). In order to analyze a detailed somatotype of citizens, age groups are divided into 30~34, 35~39, 40~49, and 50~59 years according to gender, respectively. In order to compare and analyze data, Coefficient of Variance, Cronbach's Alpha, Rohrer Idex and Drop Value were used in this study. The results of this study can be applied to the comfortable and safe work environments for workers.

        This study investigates the retention of Japanese as a second language in Korean elders' Japanese, which has been in a frozen state since 1945. Transcripts of conversations with young and middle-aged Japanese native speakers and questionnaires were used in the research. The following conclusions regarding aspect of Japanese existences were found as a result of this study: (1)In the case of the animate predicate, the dialect form ORU is the most frequently used. (2)Judging from the degree of contact with Japanese and their current Japanese ability, they use it together with ARU in lower than middle group, but use only ARU at the lowest group. (3)ORU, acquired from Japanese teachers, is often used to refer to teachers, but is neutral in formality. (4)The retention of ORU and the convergence to ARU are assumed to have occurred from 1945 until the present. (5)It is observed that ‘the fossilization of ARU’, ‘the cognitive linguistic reconstruction of RU-forms’ and ‘the use of ARU by L1(Korean) interference’ are the linguistic factors that brought about the retention of a system of Japanese existences.

        Ultimate goal of this research is to develop a web-based forecasting system of industrial accidents. As an initial step for the purpose of this study, this paper provides a comparative analysis of 4 kinds of algorithms including CHAID, CART, C4.5, and QUEST. In addition, this paper presents the logical process for development of a forecasting system. Decision tree algorithm is utilized to predict results using objective and quantified data as a typical technique of data mining. The sample for this work was chosen from 10,536 data related to manufacturing industries during three years(2002~2004) in korea.

        There are two parts(middle and southern) according to dividing line of district in Korea. Middle part contains Kang Won, Chung Chung, Gyeong Gi, Seoul, In Cheon and Dae Jeon. Southern part contains Gyeong Sang, Jeol La, Je Ju, Bu San, Dae Gu, Ul San, and Gwang Ju. It is known that there are some differences between middle and southern part on weather. The climatic differences might affect human body. Thus, the mall objective of this study is to analyze effects of climatic differences which influence somatotype characteristics on residents in two regions. In order to compare and analyze data, Rohrer index and drop-value were used. Also, this paper provides typical ratios according to dividing line of district.

The main objective of this paper is to provide analysis of obesity index of residents in six metropolitan cities. According to analysis of Rohrer Index, there were significant differences regionally between men and women in metropolitan cities. Through analysis of Drop Value, it was found that there were significant differences regionally between men and women in metropolitan cities on circumferences of chest, waist and buttocks. The result of this research can be utilized in manufacturing and design of uniforms and equipments for safety.

        In general, it is fact that most educational institutions have lots of problems about shift of education facility and equipment because of insufficient budget. However, most high school girls live a lot of period in the school and most of them wear student uniform. Thus, it is necessary that educational environment has to be improved by actual body size of high school girls. The main objective of this study is to provide numerical guideline for the improvement of educational environment about high school girls (17~19 years) through comparison and analysis on physical standard of nation (report published in 1997). The sample for this work chosen from data which were collected and measured by Size Korea during two years (2003~2004). In order to analyze feature of the somatotype of high school girls, analysis was performed about 734 subjects on 25 body parts such as height (7 parts), width (4 parts), thickness (4 parts), circumference (5 parts), length (4 parts) and body weight. For the specific comparison on somatotype, Rohrer index and Mollison's comparison graph were used. The result of this study can be utilized in various fields such as design of classroom, student uniforms, facilities and equipments for education, etc.

        Because the damages of corrosion resulting from the chloride ion are very serious, many research studies have been performed to measure the penetration depth of the chloride ion. However, there is a problem with data selection obtained from collection during experiments. After careful study, it appears that the collected data are not conformed to a normal distribution. The result of this study will play a very important role, as a first step for the development and construction of a forecasting system to help determine a reliable service lifetime of marine structures.

        The main objective of this study is to analyze characteristics on the somatotype of modern adult women In order to standardize of products. The sample for this work chosen from data which were collected and measured by Size Korea during two years(2003~2004). In order to analyze feature of the somatotype of modern adult women, analysis was peformed in 1,371 subjects(645 twenties women, 725 thirties women) about 21 body parts such as height(4 parts), width(3 parts), thickness(3 parts), circumference(7 parts), length(3 parts) and body weight. According to the result of analysis, it was found that the twenties group was near in slender somatotype, whereas the thirties group was near in fat somatotype compared to standard somatotype.

        The main objective of this study is to provide feature analysis of industrial accidents in manufacturing industries using CART algorithm, a data mining technique. In this study, data on 10,536 accidents were analyzed to create risk groups, including the risk of disease and accident. Also, this paper used the gains chart produced by the decision tree. According to the result, gains chart can be used for a risk analysis for industrial accidents management. The sample for this work chosen from data related to manufacturing industries during three years (2002~2004) in Korea. The resulting classification rules have been incorporated into development of a developed database tool to help quantify associated risks and act as an early warning system to individual industrial accident in manufacturing industries.

        So far, there is no technique of quantitative evaluation on danger related to industrial accidents. Therefore, as an endeavor for obtaining technique of quantitative evaluation, this study presents feature analysis of industrial accidents in manufacturing field using QUEST algorithm. In order to analyze feature of industrial accidents, a retrospective analysis was performed in 10,536 subjects (10,313 injured people, 223 deaths). The sample for this work chosen from data related to manufacturing businesses during three years (2002~2004) in Korea. The analysis results were very informative since those enable us to know the most important variables such as occurrence type, company size, and occurrence time which can affect injured people. Also, it is found that classification using QUEST algorithm which was performed in this study is very reliable.
