This study examined management problems about the current rural sewage treatment facilities where is outside of sewage treatment boundary in Chungnam province. It suggested that optimum plan based on this investigation as follows. Management cost of sewage treatment facilities considering the circuit operation person was charge of about 51.8% personnel expenditure, 31.0% electricity power cost, and 9.9% repairing expenses. So, the presumptive cost will be to ￦191/㎥․d for the facility capacity a year. Recently the core operation and management has converted to environment related section or consignment company but a work subjective section administers the facilities that is a 75 districts of total 161 business zone yet. It is desirable to conclude a commission contract with the company which is operate the facilities including circuit operation person for sewage treatment plants. And it recommend that one who has qualified or certificate requirement for the sewage treatment should be stationed at the related section because there are no experienced men in many treatment facilities. Rural sewage treatment facilities and small sewage treatment plant whose capacity is more than 500㎥/d ought to be controlled by collecting sewage tax involved the related special budget according to local government regulations and the charge would be to notify the actual usage. Also, it is necessary to introduce unmanned automatic operating system in order to reduce labor costs, advance progressive management, and operate integrated management of facilities.

본 연구의 목적은 도시 하수처리를 위한 막결합형 A2O공정에 관해 실제적인 정보를 얻고자 하는 것이다. 공경 0.25;μm의 평판형 정밀여과막을 공기가 주입되는 호기조에 침지시켜 처리수는 저압으로 여과된다. 인공폐수를 대상으로 최적의 처리수질과 장기운전의 안정성 확보를 위한 내부반송율과 MLSS 농도 등의 최적 운전인자를 산정하고자 하였다. 내부반송은 각각 호기조에서 무산조로 반송한 것을 type 1, 무산조에서 혐기조로 반송한 것을 type 2라고 규정지었다. 플럭스는 15 LMH, type 1을 2Q로 고정하고 실험하였을 때 최적의 운전 조건은 MLSS 농도는 11,000 mg/L, type 2가 IQ로 나타났다. 이때, BOD CODcr, T-N, T-P의 제거율이 각각 97.3%,;94.2%,;64.0%,;63.0%로 타 내부반송율보다 효과적이었다.

In order to study the change of pollution loads flowing into Mokpo harbour after the operation of Mokpo Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant (MMSTP) and to evaluate the contribution of MMSTP operation to the improvement of marine water quality of Mokpo harbour, the pollution loads flowing into Mokpo harbour from land in dry weather were surveyed and estimated on the bases of the seasonal flow rates and the seasonal water qualities of streams and effluents located around Mokpo harbour from summer, 1997 to spring, 1998 before the operation of MMSTP, and the pollution loads of the inflow and the effluent of MMSTP were also surveyed and estimated from winter, 1998 to spring, 1999 after the operation of MMSTP. The treatment rates of MMSTP were shown to be about 49% in COD, 76% in TSS, 79% in VSS, 3% in T-N, 7% in DIP, 29% in T-P and -32% in DIN. The change rates of pollution loads flowing into the inner harbour of Mokpo due to the operation of MMSTP were shown to be about 56% In COD, 78% in TSS, 84% in VSS, 45% in DIN, 22% in T-N, 34% in T-P and -14% in DIP. The contribution rates of MMSTP operation to the reduction of total pollution loads flowing into the entire Mokpo harbour were found to be about 3% in COD, 3% in 755,5% in VSS,1% in DIP, 3% in T-P and -1% in DIN.

본 연구는 하수를 공업용수로 재이용하기 위한 분리막 시스템 적용에 관한 연구이다. 정밀여과와 역삼투시스템으로 구성된 bench scale 실험장치를 이용하여 하수처리장 현장에서 실험을 수행한 결과, 정밀여과 시스템은 이온성분은 제거할 수 없었으나 SS를 70% 이상 처리할 수 있어 처리수는 직접냉각수로 재이용이 가능하였다. 그리고 역삼투 시스템은 SS는 물론 이온성분도 95% 이상 제거할 수 있어 처리수는 간접냉각수 및 제품세척수로 사용이 가능하였다. 100 m3/일 용량의 pilot Plant를 제작하기 위해서는 정밀여과 모듈은 20개, 역삼투 모듈은 12개가 필요하였다.

식물플랑크톤의 종분포와 현존량의 수질에 대한 지표성을 이용하여 수원시 하수종말처리장 주변수역의 6개 정점을 선정하여 식물플랑크톤의 식물상을 밝히고, 특히 주로 특정 서식처에 분포하는 종을 조사함으로써 조사 수역의 오염 정도를 조사하였으며, 또한 계절별 현존량을 측정하여 하수종말처리장 주변수영의 오염정도와 연중 변화에 대하여 측정하였다. 본 연구 결과는 Engler의 분류체계에 따라 정리한 결과 4문 4강 11목 6아목 22과 2아과 54속 155종 20
