According to the preceding survey on insect pests of the green perilla, Perilla frutescens var. japonica HARA, The major pests were Aphis egomae Shinji, Pyrausta panopealis (Walker), Tetranychus urticae Koch, Polyphagotarsonemus latus Banks, Tetranychus kanzawai Kishida at Guemsan, Chungnam, 2004. Aphis egomae causes nearly 100% injury of the green perilla in uncontrolled green houses. A field study was conducted to estimate economic injury levels (ElLs) and control thresholds (CTs) for A. egomae injuring green perilla in green houses. Different densities of A. egomae ranged from 1 to 80 aphids per 100 plants in early inoculation. The mean injurying rate of plant was 2.4% to 40.5% at the end of June at differently inoculated levels. The economic loss time calculated by the ratio of cost managing aphid to market price (C/V) (C: cost managing aphid, V: Market price) in early season (from May to 13. June) was 5.8% and in peak season (from 13. June to 30. June) was 9.3%. Economic injury level in early and peak season was 5.3 aphids per plant and economic injury levels in peak season were 0.6 aphids per plant and 7.6% injured rate of plant. The control thresholds calculated by 80% level of economic injury level in peak season were 0.5aphids per plant and 6.1% injury rate of plant, respectively.

This study is to investigate the recognition and preference of tofu food among general consumers and housewives in order to develope new tofu menu. The questionnaires are consisted of general questions, style of dining out, frequency of dining, health status, preference of tofu, reason for prefer tofu. A total of 262 questionnaires were analyzed for statistical analysis. The statistical analysis was completed using SAS program (Version 8.2) for descriptive analysis and χ2 -test. Main results of this study were as follows: Most of the respondents prefer Korean food, 70% of the respondents are general consumers while 73.5% of the respondents are housewives. The frequency of dining out was 1-2 times per week. The two groups bought pre-cooked food one to two times per week. Fourity seven percent of the general consumers and 50% of housewives did not like the taste of tofu due to plain flavor. The respondents overall preferred many different ways to prepare tofu dishes. The results also indicated that tofu dishes are used as side-dishes. Thirty three percent of house wives had tofu with miso soup and pan-fried tofu, while 29.6% of the general consumers had soft tofu stew. 34% of the general consumers preferred stuffed tofu with shrimp, while 35.5% of the housewives liked it. 17% of the general consumers liked grilled tofu with crab meat sauce while only 14.5% of the housewives preferred the menu. Tofu teriyaki was preferred among 8.2% of the general consumers while 13.2% of the housewives liked tofu teriyaki.

광양항은 부산항과 더불어 우리나라 컨테이너 화물 처리 Two Port System의 한축으로 개발 중인 동북아 중심항만(Hub Port)으로서 향후 2011년까지 총 33개의 컨테이너 선적 등이 개발 추진 중에 있어 해상교통량이 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 또한 거대선·위험화물운반선·고속여객선의 통항이 빈번하여 대형사고의 발생우려가 상존하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 광양항을 이용하는 선박의 입출항 항로 등에 대한 해상교통환경을 면밀히 분석·평가하고, 통항로 및 항행보조시설 등의 적정성 검토를 통하여 미래 지향적이고 안전한 해상교통환경을 조성하기 위한 체계적이고 종합적인 항로를 설정한다.

현행 목포항의 항로는 달리도 등대 수역과 고하도 만곡부 지점을 대각도로 변침해야 함으로 국·내외의 항로선계지침을 충족하지 못하고 있다. 또한 항로 주변에 천소가 존재하고 제2항로의 신설로 인한 통항선박의 항법문제, 항로표지의 재배치 및 신실 등이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 목포항 접근수역에 대한 자연환경, 해양사고, 해상교통량 및 해상교통흐름실태조사, 어업현황 등을 조사·분석하고, 전문가 및 이용자에 대한 설문조사 및 국내외 항로설계지침과의 적절성 등을 검토하여 개선안을 도출하고자 한다. 또한 개선안에 대한 해상교통류시뮬레이션 및 선박조종시뮬레이션을 실시하여 타당성을 검증한다.

In order to get more accurate GPS position with the changes of the inner configuration setting of GPS receiver, the authors carried out measurements of the position at known it with one antenna and two GPS receivers manufactured by same company. We have investigated the accuracies of positions according to the change of the maskangle and receiving mode of output data in inner configuration of GPS receivers, and analyzed the relationships between numbers of satellites visibility and maskangles, and values of HDOP and maskangles. When the maskangles in inner configuration were set below 20 degree, the accuracies of positions were high. But if they were became bigger than 25 degree, standard deviations ot position errors and HDOPS of positions were became bigger. Numbers of satellites visibility(y) and maskangles(x) have relations with a formula, y = -0.1662x+9.9225, and values of HDOP(y) and maskangles(x) have relations with a formula, y = 0.6035 e0.0517x. The results of position accuracies observed by two GPS receivers to the known position at same time were that average errors of position fixs by GPS receiver configured with NMEA0183 mode were 6.7m and standard deviations were 1.5m, and them by GPS receiver configured with binary mode were 5.0m and standard deviations were 1.1m respectively.

This paper is to propose tolerance intervals for expected time at the given reliability and confidence level for continuous and discrete reliability model. We consider guaranteed - coverage tolerance intervals, that is, reliability - confidence level tolerance intervals. These proposed methodologies can be applied to any industrial application where the customer's operating specification require a high level of reliability.

지역의 자연환경을 평가하기 위하여 식물개체의 평가수법을 검토하였다. 기존의 평가 시스템을 기초로 새로운 평가항목의 시안을 제시하였다. 평가항목은 대장(1979)과 오전과 중촌(1989)의 체계에 준하여 총 9항목으로 하였다. 이들 항목은 다시 질, 양, 기능, 활력도 등 네가지 다른 범주로 분류되었다 이들 평가방법은 지역의 환경평가에 즈음하여 공간계획을 증진하고 행정적 문제를 완화하는데 이용될 수 있다. 또 식물개체의 보전등급 설정에도 응용될 수 있다.
