리더와 구성원의 관계적 측면에서 리더십을 이해할 필요가 있다는 주장이 제기되고 있으며, 관계적리 더십으로써 포용적리더십이 주목받고 있다. 포용적리더십은 구성원과의 상호작용에서 개방성, 접근성, 이 용가능성을 보이는 리더로 정의된다. 최근 다수의 연구에서는 포용적리더십의 효과에 대해 관심을 가지고 실증하고 있다. 하지만 포용적리더십의 긍정적인 효과에도 불구하고 이론적 근거 및 메커니즘을 설명하는 연구는 아직 미흡하다. 또한, 리더십행동이 구성원의 태도와 성과에 영향을 미치는 정도는 상황요인에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로 포용적리더십의 효과를 보다 온전히 이해하기 위해서는 상황요인에 대한 탐색이 요구된다. 그러나 포용적리더십의 상황요인을 밝히는 연구는 드물다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 포용적 리더십과 구성원의 직무성과 간의 관계에서 권력거리의 조절효과를 실증하였다. 실증분석을 위해 국내의 다양한 기업에 근무하는 306명을 대상으로 수집한 설문응답 자료를 분석하였다. 실증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 포용적리더십과 직무성과 간에 유의한 관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 포용적리 더십과 직무성과의 관계에서 심리적안전감의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 권력거리가 높을 수록 포용적리더십이 심리적안전감에 미치는 영향력이 강화되었다. 본 연구의 실증 결과를 바탕으로 이 론적, 실무적 시사점을 논의하였고, 연구의 한계와 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 간편화된 소성 접선 곡선을 적용하여 노측용 가드레일 시스템의 충격 성능을 평가하기 위한 유한요소 충돌해석을 수행하였다. 충돌해석은 Cowper-Symond 모델을 적용하여 변형률 속도 영향에 대한 결과의 정확성을 향상시켰다. 수치 해석 결과는 소성 접선 곡선을 고려한 향상된 모델의 중요성을 보여준다. 다양한 매개변수에 대한 해석 결과는 서로 다른 모델에 대하여 동적 응답 및 탑승자 안전지수를 중심으로 비교 검증하여 도출하였다.

본 연구에서는 해상에서 빈번하게 발생하는 추진기 로프 감김 사고를 예방하기 위해 개발된 로프절단장치의 안전성 및 효용성 에 대한 연구를 시도하였다. 먼저 이론식과 유한요소 해석을 통하여 실선 실험에 사용될 세 종류의 로프절단장치의 볼트의 강도 및 장치가 축계에 미치는 비틀림응력을 계산하였다. 그 결과 로프절단장치에 사용된 볼트는 안전수명설계 및 손상허용설계의 관점에서 적절하게 설계된 것으로 확인되었으며, locking-up 발생 시 축계에 미치는 영향도 미미하여 안전성 또한 만족할 수 있는 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 안전성 검증을 마친 세 종류의 절단장치가 설치된 선박을 활용하여 실제로 해상에서 로프 및 어망을 절단하는 실험을 진행하였으며, 그 결과 대체적으로 실험에 사용된 20~50 mm 굵기의 로프를 잘 절단하였으나, 소형 축계에 장착된 절단장치의 경우 굵은 로프를 절단할 때는 효용성이 저하함을 알 수 있었다.

Individual safety is a fundamental concern. People generally try to avoid danger or mishaps in the workplace, and to consider safety as a primary condition for satisfactory employment and agreeable shopping experiences. Organizations can assure that workers, clients, the public, and the environment perceive that they are in safe environments by providing highly secure services. Secure working environments and safety-focused human resource environments are essential antecedents to safe performance and outcomes. Dangerous workplace environments cause employees to feel stress and anxiety. Thus their performance decreases and accidents and injuries increase. Workplace safety is the most important factor influencing service and performance, especially for allowing frontline salespersons to focus on providing customer satisfaction. In this study of workplace safety, we apply the service quality dimension to examine its relationship with employee perceptions of job satisfaction and their related job performance. We discuss theoretical and practical implications based on the results.

In recent years, there have been many serious disasters caused by the lack of basic safety and health measures at workplaces, such as chemical poisoning accidents and fire and explosion accidents at large shipyards. At the same time, interest and awareness of the safety of our people is rising. There are several schemes to preemptively remove industrial accidents. Among them, the safety and health diagnosis system that provides the safety and health of the workplace is proposed as an alternative and the system is expanding quantitatively every year by suggesting problems and remedial measures. Therefore, it is very important to secure the safety and health of the workplace through the safety and health diagnosis. However, due to the lack of laws and regulations on safety and health diagnosis system, dumping of diagnosis amount due to the existence of too many diagnosis agencies, lack of expertise of diagnostic workforce, etc. there has been serious disasters in the diagnostic workspaces. In this regard, the reliability of the safety and health diagnosis is questionable. Therefore, in this study, I intend to improve the reliability of safety and health diagnosis by reviving the intention of safety and health diagnosis legislation

선박의 기계식 환기시스템은 화재발생 시 연기의 생성과 확산 특성에 영향을 미치고, 이는 피난자의 피난경로 상의 가시도를 방해함으로써 피난자의 연기로 인한 피해를 증가시킬 위험성이 크다. 이에 이 연구에서는 선박 거주구역에서 화재발생 시 기계식 급·배기시스템이 연기확산에 미치는 영향과 위험성에 대하여 FDS를 활용하여 평가하고 화재 시 급·배기시스템을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 연구결과 화재가 발생한 장소에 급·배기시스템이 함께 작동되고 있는 경우에는 현재 권장되고 있는 급·배기시스템을 멈추는 방법보다 작동을 유지하는 것이 효과적이고, 배기시스템만 작동되는 곳에서 화재가 발생한 경우에는 화재가 발생한 구역 이외의 구역에서 급기시스템을 함께 작동시키는 것이 피난시간을 확보하는데 효과적인 것으로 예측되었다. 그러나 화재가 발생한 곳에 급기시스템만 있는 경우에는 급기시스템이 연기확산을 가속시키기 때문에 급기방식을 중단시켜 연기의 확산을 최대한 억제할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다.

PURPOSES : The purpose of this study was to develop safety performance functions (SPFs) that use zero-inflated negative binomial regression models for urban intersections in central business districts (CBDs), and to compare the statistical significance of developed models against that of regular negative binomial regression models. METHODS : To develop and analyze the SPFs of intersections in CBDs, data acquisition was conducted for dependent and independent variables in areas of study. We analyzed the SPFs using zero-inflated negative binomial regression model as well as regular negative binomial regression model. We then compared the results by analyzing the statistical significance of the models. RESULTS : SPFs were estimated for all accidents and injury accidents at intersections in CBDs in terms of variables such as AADT, Number of Lanes at Major Roads, Median Barriers, Right Turn with an Exclusive Turn Lane, Turning Guideline, and Front Signal. We also estimated the log-likelihood at convergence and the likelihood ratio of SPFs for comparing the zero-inflated model with the regular model. In he SPFs, estimated log-likelihood at convergence and the likelihood ratio of the zero-inflated model were at -836.736, 0.193 and -836.415, 0.195. Also estimated the log-likelihood at convergence and likelihood ratio of the regular model were at -843.547, 0.187 and -842.631, 0.189, respectively. These figures demonstrate that zero-inflated negative binomial regression models can better explain traffic accidents at intersections in CBDs. CONCLUSIONS : SPFs that use a zero-inflated negative binomial regression model demonstrate better statistical significance compared with those that use a regular negative binomial regression model.

Because National Fire Safety Codes is mixed performance criteria and specification, and it defines the fire extinguish equipment type and standards that need to be installed in a building as one method. Therefore, to fully reflect the fire risk characteristics of the building, such as the wooden building there is a limit. In this study, suggested to the performance criteria drawn methodologies through fire load of wooden buildings studies, theory on performance and performance analysis to fire extinguish equipment of the wooden buildings is installed according to current fire safety codes.

This study was carried out to improve the performance of sewer trenchless entire repair method by using the multifunctional safety high-pressure hose. Because the flexural strength and flexing modulus of elasticity increased in the range from 60℃ to 80℃ of the setting temperature, the unform quality was secured to satisfy the standard quality and consolidate the strength, by supplying steam to the entire sewer through the safety high-pressure hose simultaneously. After the steam was supplied, the temperature of the condensate water with a large amount occurred , compared with a small amount, was very low. So, the setting time was shorter over than one hour by reducing the unsatisfied cure state and excluding the condensate water. The standard quality increased by approximately 15% at upper, central, and lower points of the same sewer was gained from the test result of CIPP(cured in place pipes) constructed at the optimum setting temperature. The steam and air were supplied evenly to the sewer by controlling the safety high-pressure hose in the tense and relaxed state and by using the exclusive function of condensate water. The availability and safety for the constructed process were achieved.

The study examined the relationship between workers’safety awareness, safety performance and the components of the intelligent image analysis system in accordance with preventing the workers from safety hazard in dangerous working area. Based on the safety performance model, we include safety knowledge, safety motivation, safety compliance and safety participation, and we also define three additional factors of the intelligent image analysis system such as functional feature, penalty and incentive by using factor analysis. SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) analyses on the data from the total of 73 workers showed that functional feature of intelligent analysis system and incentive were positively related to safety knowledge and safety motivation. And mediation effects of the relationship were verified to safety compliance and safety participation through safety knowledge as well.
