        강원도 인제군 소재 방태산 자연휴양림 일대에서 2010년 6월부터 10월까지 채집한 1,041개체의 지표성 딱정벌레류는 7아과 18속 34종으로 동정되었다. 아과별 종 수(species richness)는 길쭉먼지벌레아과 15종(44.1%), 딱정벌레아과 7종(20.6%), 먼지벌레아과 4종(11.8%), 가슴먼지벌레아과 3종(8.8%) 및 기타 아과 5종(14.7%) 등의 순이었다. 우점종은 Synuchs속 일종(260개체, 25.0%), 민줄딱정벌레(218개체, 20.9%) 및 수도길쭉먼지벌레(205개체, 19.7%)이었다. 고유종은 11종 564개체가 채집되었다. Principal component analysis(PCA) 결과, 서식처의 식생 및 주변 환경의 특성에 따라 종 구성 및 발생 밀도에 차이가 있었다. 특히 딱정벌레아과 및 길쭉먼지벌레아과와 같은 산지에 서식하는 지표성 딱정벌레들은 방태산 자연휴양림 내의 활엽수림 및 침엽수림을 선호한 반면, 무늬먼지벌레아과 및 먼지벌레아과 대부분은 초지와 인접한 지점에서만 출현하여 숲과 인접한 초지의 유무 등 서식환경의 차이가 지표성 딱정벌레류 분포에 중요한 요인이었다. 산림에서의 지표성 딱정벌레 군집 및 분포에 관한 분석 결과는 앞으로 환경변화에 따른 장기모니터링 및 산지 보존프로그램을 수립하는데 유용한 자료로 제공될 것이다.

        The flora of Baekseoksan was investigated from June to October, 2010. Vascular plants of investigated regions were composed of 90 families, 297 genera, 440 species, 4 subspecies, 57 varieties, and 12 forms, totally 513 taxa, and the Pteridophyta index (Pte-Q) was 1.41. Twelve taxa including endemic genus Hanabusaya among the 513 taxa were Korean endemic. Nineteen rare plants, one endangered plant and 77 specially designated plants by Ministry of Environment were also investigated. The naturalized plants were 21 taxa, and percent of naturalized plant species was 4.1%.

        설악산에 자생하는 관속식물상을 1984년부터 2010년까지 조사한 결과, 총 109과 463속 814종 1아종 122변종 57품종 총 994분류군이 분포하는 것으로 확인되었다. 조사된 994분류군 중 한국특산식물은 53분류군, 희귀 및 멸종위기식물은 60분류군, 식물구계학적 특정종은 V등급 42분류군, IV등급 27분류군, III등급 58분류군, II등급 57분류군, I 등급 64분류 군 등 총 248분류군이 분포하였다. 그리고 귀화식물은 60분류군이 확인되었는데 국화과가 전체의 31.7%로 가장 높게 분포하였으며, 귀화율은 6.0%로 나타났다. 또한 생활형조성은 반지중식물(27.6%), 지중식물(25.0%), 지상식물(21.8%) 등이 높게 나타났다.

        합리적 주목 관리의 기초자료를 얻고자 강원도 정선군 하이원 스키장 건설지역에 분포하는 주목 323개체(이식된 57 체 포함)에 대하여 수고, 근원경, 흉고직경, 줄기상태, 동공의 크기, 초두부 상태, 가지고사율, 엽생육상태, 신초생장, 2년생엽 탈락율, 뿌리상태 및 수형을 조사하였다. 조사항목들을 생육상태가 나쁠수록 높은 점수가 되도록 등급화하였다. 조사대상지에 생육 중인 주목은 주로 해발고가 높은 능선부나 북사면에서 자라고 있었다. 백운산 주목의 생육상태는 국내 다른 아고산지대의 주목과 구상나무의 생육상태에 비하여 상대적으로 양호한 것으로 판단된다. 피해주목들은 이식작업에서 뿌리제거, 잔존 목으로 슬로프 공사 시 복토, 터파기로 인한 뿌리 손상 등이 대부분이었다. 주목보존을 위한 몇 가지 방안이 제시되었다.

        Product liability(PL) is the producer's compensation to customers for damage incurred by product defects. This paper studies on the organizational culture, promotion process, system construction, system level, product safety review, product safety assurance, system operation, and its effectiveness and necessity of recognition for the PL system of small and medium-sized firms in Gangwon-Do province. The results show that the firms have product safety regulations, but the number of firms which its employees understand the regulations is less than the number of firms which do not understand. Also the number of firms which is preparing PL prevention and insurance, and counterplan for accidents seems to be not in large numbers.

        본 연구는 1999년 9월부터 2000련 8월까지 1년간 강원도 평창군 소재 평창강 일대의 15개 조사지점을 대상으로 계절별로 저서성 대형무척추동물을 채집, 분류, 동정하고 현지 수질을 생태학적으로 평가한 것이다. 총 4문 4강 10목 31과 77속 109종이 채집되었으며, 조사지점 중 진부면 간평리에서 53종(48.0%)이 채집되어 가장 많은 종들이 출현하였고 마하리와 창동리에서도 각각 51종(46.7%), 50종(45.8%)이 채집되었다. 그러나 수

        The aim of this study was to analyze differences in the perception of Gangwon-do residents using a satisfaction survey. The residents were found to be most satisfied with sectors such as parks/green spaces, landscape, and public order; however, they were least satisfied with transportation, culture, sports, medical services, and welfare facilities. Additionally, among all the items in the satisfaction survey, job satisfaction was the lowest. When comparing satisfaction trends observed in the city to those of the county, the overall satisfaction of the county was found to be slightly higher. This result could be attributed to young people being underrepresented in this survey in conjunction with the greater policy-level support for middle-aged people by from the government and Gangwon-do. Therefore, it would be worthwhile to create policies that primarily support young people and to also to create high-quality jobs with stable pay and employment prospects. This could minimize the outflow of youth and even encourage their inflow to similar small provincial cities. In Southern region and Seorak region of Gangwon-do, the satisfaction with gap between house price and region was low, which might be related to the increased demand for real estate throughout this area.

        This study aims to establish the measures required for strengthening the internal stability of and executing the systematic plan for Gangwon-do in relation to the “urban regeneration preliminary project” launched by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport. The results of this study are as follows. The unit project carried out via the Gangwon-do urban regeneration preliminary project presented the tendency for the standardization of the H/W and S/W projects such as the establishment of the community anchor space and the resident competency reinforcement project. Further, rather than focusing on the contents that could objectively measure the effects of the project, it concentrated more on the performance indicators that are required for verifying the execution of unit projects like the establishment of buildings and operating programs. It was found to be insufficient with regard to the practicality of the project, the correlation with the New Deal Project, and the validity of the project contents. To improve these aspects, Gangwon-do would be required to highlight its distinguishability from the other regions and increase its practicality by operating the field-centered urban regeneration educational program, inducing the participation of experts in each of the areas in case there is a need to execute a project plan and discover a project with placeness. It also needs to focus on strengthening its connection with the urban regeneration new deal project by discovering the resident leaders and professional manpower, and establishing the performance indicators needed for systematically monitoring the regional changes in accordance to the urban regeneration preliminary project.

        This study aims to suggest the direction of urban regeneration policies of Gangwon-do in accordance with COVID-19 outbreak, and the results are as follows. First, it is inevitable to urgently execute the project from the perspective of cities and counties in Gangwon-do, where the promotion of urban regeneration projects has been delayed due to COVID-19 incident. As a result, it is highly likely to cause the employees overloaded and have negative effect on achieving the goals of urban regeneration, so, it is necessary to provide support measures at the government and provincial level, such as the actual execution index and the adjusting time of start and completion of particular business. Second, as the uncertainty of COVID-19 continues, it needs to strengthen the operation and monitoring of urban regeneration support centers in Gangwon-do and examine the changes in business operation plans in advance. In particular, the decrease in visitors to traditional markets and restaurants is expected to have a direct effect on small business owners engaged in the service industry. Therefore, it is necessary to actively consider the utilization plans of smart city regeneration, such as online shopping and non-contact payment. Third, it is necessary to phase in smart urban regeneration training focused on information weakness to narrow the digital gap, in preparation for general lifestyle changes such as contactless and non-face-to-face interactions. At a time when new light is being shed on local areas, which are quieter than heavily populated cities, a project that reflects the regional characteristics and culture of Gangwon-do is necessary.

        This research was conducted to propose the basic direction of a smart city plan for the satisfaction of residents of Gangwon-do . Initially, the awareness of smart cities among the residents of Gangwon-do was as follows: The response “I have no idea” was 21.7% higher and “I do not know the details, but have heard of it” was 15.1% lower than the awareness among residents across the nation. Based on these results, it was confirmed that awareness was very low despite the government’s smartification reinforcement policy. In addition, the residents of Gangwon-do expected that their time would be saved and their living convenience would increase but were worried that their privacy would be invaded and that the conflict between generations would intensify. Thus, it is necessary to develop a plan to enhance the awareness of smart cities, as well as a plan to enhance digital awareness. Second, based on the importance of and satisfaction with the urban problem response system examined among the residents of Gangwon-do, it seems necessary to prioritize improvements in public space control and administrative problem responses involving deteriorated parks/plazas, pedestrian environment, and administrative processing inefficiency and fairness. Additionally, the first prioritization priority of the residents of Gangwon-do was “health/welfare/medical service” (27.7%); the second and third highest priorities were “transportation service” (26.3%) and “environmental service” (19.0%), respectively. In particular, as “transportation service” was highly preferred in the Chuncheon and Wonju regions and “health/welfare/medical service” was highly preferred in the Gangneung, Sokcho, and other southern regions, it was confirmed that the level of urbanization is deeply associated with smart services.

        강원도에 위치한 태기산(1,261.4 m)은 식물지리학적으로 매우 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있으나 외래식물의 유입, 산림의 개발 등으로 산림 훼손되고 심해지고 있다. 본 연구는 태기산의 정확한 관속식물상을 파악하기 위하여 2008년 4월부터 동년 8월, 2018년 3월부터 동년 10월에 걸쳐 총 21회의 현지조사를 실시하였으며, KH에 석엽표본으로 소장되어 있는 태기산 일대의 표본을 추가하여 목록을 작성하였다. 그 결과, 96과 338속 580종 4아종 66변종 12품종으로 총 662분류군이 확인되었다. 한반도 특산식물은 28분류군이었으며, 산림청지정 희귀식물은 총 8분류군, 적색목록은 11분류군이 조사되었다. 환경부지정 식물구 계학적 등급종으로는 127분류군이며, 침입외래식물은 생태계 교란종인 애기수영을 포함하여 총 45분류군으로 나타났다.

        Mt. Bonghwa reaches a height of 800 m (2,870 ft) and stands on the flank of Mt. Daeam-san, which has an elevation of 1,304 m (4,278 ft). It is important to survey the flora of Bonghwa-san in that it is a way to make out what kind of plant species exist in DMZ due to the geographical characteristics of Bonghwa-san adjacent to Korean DMZ. Therefore this study was conducted to elucidate the distribution of vascular plants and their value of Bonghwa-san. The vascular plants that were collected 10 times from May 2015 to April 2017 consisted of a total of 525 taxa; 93 families, 309genera, 458 species, 4 subspecies, 58 varieties and 5 forms. The observed rare plant species as designated by Korea Forest Service were 12 taxa including Echinosophora koreensis, Epimedium koreanum, Anemone koraiensis etc. Endemic species were 16 taxa containing Cirsium setidens, Heloniopsis koreana, Salvia chanryoenica etc. 31 taxa were recorded as naturalized plants and their naturalized rate and urban index were noted as 5.8% and 7.25%. Among the surveyed 525 taxa, edible, medicinal, pasturing, ornamental, timber, dye, fiber and industrial plants included 213 taxa, 172 taxa, 196 taxa, 50 taxa, 23 taxa, 10 taxa, 6 taxa and 3 taxa, respectively.

        본 연구는 강원도 도계광업소 수계에 발생한 적갈색침전물을 대상으로 침전환경을 파악하고, 중금속함량, 광물조성 및 그에 따른 분광학적 특성을 분석하였다. 적갈색침전물의 pH 범위는 7.59-7.94로 침전환경은 중성에 해당한다. X선형광분석 결과 철이 평균농도보다 높게 검출되었으며, 니켈, 구리 및 아연의 오염도가 높은 것으로 판명된다. X선회절분석 결과 돌로마이트, 방해석, 침철석, 자철석, 고령토, 엽납석, 석영 및 알루미늄 이소프로폭사이드의 광물이 확인되었다. 중금속 오염에 따른 분광학적 특성을 분석한 결과, 중금속함량이 증가함에 따라 가시광선 영역에서는 반사도가 증가하는 추세를, 적외선 영역에서는 반사도가 감소하는 추세를 보인다. 적갈색침전물의 분광특성은 침철석, 자철석, 고령토, 엽납석 및 알루미늄 이소프로폭사이드에 의해 발현되는 것으로 판단된다.

        This study was conducted to elucidate the distribution of vascular plants and their value of Mt. Samyeong. The vascular plants that were collected 10 times from October 2013 to July 2015 consisted of a total of 538 taxa; 92 families, 308genera, 466 species, 3 subspecies, 62 varieties and 7 forms. The observed rare plant species as designated by Korea Forest Service were 24 taxa. Endemic species were 25 taxa. 28 taxa were recorded as naturalized plants and their naturalized rate and urban index were noted as 5.3% and 8.7%. Among the surveyed 538 taxa, edible, medicinal, pasturing, ornamental, timber, dye, fiber and industrial plants included 220 taxa, 195 taxa, 167 taxa, 65 taxa, 25 taxa, 8 taxa, 6 taxa and 3taxa, respectively.

        This study was carried out to investigate the flora of Mt. Baegam (1,099 m) from March, 2014 to July, 2015. The vascular plants were summarized as 506 taxa, including 90 families, 293 genera, 435 species, 5 subspecies, 58 varieties and 8 forms. Among the investigated 506 taxa, 14 Korean endemic, 16 rare plants and 80 specially designated plants (Ⅴ degree: 3 taxa, Ⅳ degree: 7 taxa, Ⅲ degree: 22 taxa, Ⅱdegree: 21 taxa, Ⅰ degree: 27 taxa) by the Ministry of Environment were also included. The naturalized plants were 36 taxa including 3 ecosystem disturbance wild plant. The urbanization index and percent of naturalized plants species were estimated as 11.2% and 7.1%, respectively. Useful plants of 506 taxa listed consists of 207 taxa (40.9%) of edible plants, 200 taxa (39.5%) of pasture plants, 146 taxa (28.9%) of medicinal plants, 58 taxa (11.5%) of ornamental plants and 15 taxa (3.0%) of timber plants, respectively.

        In this study, we tried to assess the future projection of the climate as a tourism resource in Gangwon region based on Tourism Climatic Index (TCI) and two RCP scenarios(RCP4.5 and RCP8.5) datasets. TCI combines ve climatic aspects relevant for outdoor tourism activity: daytime comfort(CID), average (or daily) comfort(CIA), sunshine(S), precipitation(P) and wind(W). The mean annual variation of TCI at most of stations shows bi-modal peak pattern, but the variation at Daegwallyeong shows unique summer peak pattern. During the 21st century, TCI in summer has distinct declining trend, and this tends to be more rapid in higher emission scenario(RCP8.5) than in lower emission scenario(RCP4.5). We found Daegwallyeong is expected to experience the most distinguished change in the late 21st century as annual variation pattern of TCI is likely to shift from summer peak to bi-modal peaks. Spatial distribution of the future TCI shows that maximum changes are likey to occur along high mountains(Backdudaegan), and summertime( June to September) climate conditions for tourism activities are expected to be increasingly deteriorated, while wintertime conditions are expected to be preferable more or less. It notes that magnitude of the change in RCP8.5 scenario estimates 2-3 times larger than in RCP4.5 scenario. To identify causes of the long-term TCI trends, we analyzed the contribution level of each sub-index to the trends. Consequently, it reveals that the most primary contributor is CID. However, CIA, P, and S also can highly contribute in some cases.

        기상재해(Meteorological disasters)는 폭설, 한파, 호우, 태풍, 강풍, 폭염 등으로 대표되는 극한기상(Extreme Weather) 현상이 원인이 되어 피해를 발생시키는 자연재해이다. 극한기상으로 발생되는 산사태, 교통사고, 건축물 붕괴, 화재, 홍수 등과 같이 기상재해는 다양한 형태로 사회·경제부문에 영향을 미치게 된다. 국내에서 폭설로 인한 피해규모를 공표하는 자료들은 직접적인 피해정도를 가늠할 수 있는 정보로써 간접적인 피해정도를 가늠하기에는 한계가 있는 자료이다. 눈은 정상적인 상황으로 복구하기 위해서는 상당한 시간이 소요된다. 눈으로 인해 발생되는 자연재해는 재해기간 외에도 복구 기간에 발생하는 사회적인 편익과 비용이 발생하게 된다. 따라서 폭설기간 이후에 회복되는 기간의 추정은 간접적인 비용을 측정하기 위한 자료로써 중요한 의미를 가질 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 영동지역 고속도로 일별 유입교통량과 열차를 이용한 일별 방문객 수를 이용하여 극한기상상황으로 인해 피해가 발생된 폭설기간의 유입량 변화를 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 폭설이 종료된 이후에 언제쯤 다시 폭설이 시작된 이전과 같은 수준의 유입교통량으로 회복하는지에 대한 분석을 수행하고자 한다. 연구를 위해 2014년 2월에 발생한 대설사례를 중심으로 폭설이 고속도로 유입교통량과 열차 이용객 수에 미치는 영향을 시계열 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 영동지역에 소재한 9개 고속도로 톨게이트 유입교통량과 기상청 ASOS 최심신적설 관측치, 강릉역 이용객 수 자료를 이용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 기상재해로 인한 직·간접적인 비용을 측정하는데 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        This study was carried out to investigate the flora of indigenous habitat of Donghae-si and Samcheok-si in Gangwon-do, Korea. The vascular plants were collected 18 times (from March to October 2011), and were identified as 804 taxa; 127 families, 445 genera, 720 species, 8 subspecies, 69 varieties, 5 forms and 2 hybrids. In the flora of this area, the calcicolous plants were 55 taxa; Cheilanthes argentea, Clematis serratifoliam, Quercus variabilis. Epipactis papillosa, etc. The endangered plants designated and protected by the wildlife protection law, the Ministry of Environment, Korean were counted to one taxon; Cymbidium macrorhizum. The red list of vascular plants according to IUCN valuation basis were examined, endangered species (EN); Prunus yedoensis and Cymbidium macrorhizum, Vulnerable species (VU); Juniperus chinensis, Pulsatilla tongkangensis, Diarthron linifolium and Swertia wilfordii, Near Threatened species (NT); Paeonia japonica, Allium senescens, Epipactis papillosa and Pogonia minor, Least Concern species (LC); Asplenium ruta-muraria, Platycladus orientalis, Monotropa hypopithys and Eleutherococcus divaricatus var. chiisanensis, etc., Data Deficient species (DD); Paeonia lactiflora var. trichocarpa, and Not Evaluate species (NE); Prunus choreiana, Panax ginseng and Polygonatum infundiflorum etc. Korean endemic plants of this area were 26 taxa; Aconitum pseudolaeve, Corydalis hirtipes, Vicia chosenensis, Salvia chanroenica and Hemerocallis hakuunensis, etc. The floristic regional indicator plants found in this area were 130 taxa comprising 11 taxa of grade Ⅴ, 15 taxa of grade Ⅳ, 33 taxa of grade Ⅲ, 15 taxa of grade Ⅱ, 56 taxa of gradeⅠ. The naturalized plants were identified as 67 taxa and the percent of naturalized index (NI) was 8.3% of total 804 taxa vascular plants.

        TCI(tourism climatic index) is a measure of the suitability of climate for outdoor sightseeing, which combines seven climate variables. Based on the TCI, we analyse the present climate resources for tourism in Gangwon-do and assess the recent changes. We use daily meteorological data from 11 stations in Gangwon-do. First, we compare mean annual cycles of the TCI for 5 stations(Gangneung, Sokcho, Wonju Chuncheon, and Daegwallyeong). This comparison reveals that range of the annual cycle is from minimum 35(for Daegwallyeong in January) to maximum 80(for Wonju in May and September). Daegwallyeong which is located in highland is characterized by summer season peak pattern while other regions have low TCI values in hot summer. In long-term trend of the TCI, Gangneung has increasing trends in February, April and December, whereas it has significant decreasing trends in summer and fall(June to October). In case of Daegwallyeong, increasing trends are found in February, November and December, and relatively steep declining trends in summer season. The overall decreasing trend in summer season is a common feature in Gangwon-do. Decreasing trends at Gangneung in August and September might be mostly explained by the increasing trend of rainfall amount in those months. Meanwhile, increasing trends of the TCI in winter season might be a positive impact of climate warming on the tourism sector.
