The purpose of this study is to find method to meet the greater retailer’s supplier assessment requirement So, this study analyze the greater retailer’s requirement for supplier assesment and research global standard which is used instead of supplier assessment requirement that is recognized by global retailers initiative. Next, this study analyze domestic aquaculture certification requirement and compare the global standard with the domestic requirement by using The Most Similar Systems Design. As a result, this comparing has founded all of two domestic certifications are similar to global standard’s Good Aquaculture Practice module but those are a little bit different from System Element module. Therefore, this study suggest tree alternative. First, make up for the weak points in the current domestic aquaculture certification system. Second, the introduction of global aquaculture management system certification as supporting by government. Third, development of new standard in accordance with global food standard. This study has major implications for research into development of domestic aquaculture standard.

해양안전심판원에 따르면 선박의 등록 척수는 점차 줄어드는 추세이지만, 전체 해양사고 척수와 충돌사고 척수는 증가 추세를 보이고 있다. 2008년부터 2012년까지 최근 5년간 해양사고 발생 현황을 분석해 보면, 해양사고에서 충돌사고가 37 %로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 이러한 충돌사고에서 어선이 58 %로 가장 많이 발생되었는데, 그 중에서도 20톤 미만의 소형선박의 충돌사고가 26 %로 가장 많은 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 충돌사고의 절반이 넘는 56 %의 선박이 충돌직전까지 상대선박을 발견하지 못한 것으로 분석되었는데, 이러한 사실은 충돌사고가 대부분 경계소홀로 인하여 발생한 것임을 알 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 충돌사고를 줄이기 위해 어선의 운항특성 및 운항과 관련된 제반 규정을 검토하여 어선의 승선 인원, 교육 및 훈련, 그리고 항해장비 측면에서 개선 및 보완할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

최근 건강에 대한 관심의 증가와 고령화 사회의 진입으로 인해 센서 기반 스마트 의류는 다양한 어플리케이션과 타입으로 개발되고 있다. 센서기반 스마트 의류는 인체로부터 생체 신호를 측정, 모니터링을 주 목적으로하는 기능성 의류의 한 분야로 신호의 정확성, 기기의 착용성, 센서의 인체 적합성 등의 인체-기기-의류간의 상호작용을 고려하여 디자인되어야 한다는 점에서 기존의 스마트 의류와 다른 특성을 지닌다. 센서기반 스마트 의류의 이러한 특성은 의복의 제작 단계에 있어 요구공학의 단계를 기반으로 개발 목적에 대한 요구의 명확한 문서화 뿐 아니라, 각 단계 진행을 위해 기기분야와 의류분야간의 상호운용성 평가가 이루어져야 하는 필요성을 갖을 것으로 예상된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 요구공학이 적용된 센서 기반 스마트 의류 프로세스의 효용성 평가를 위해 실증적 수행 분석을 통해 스마트 의류의 기본 프로세스를 도출하고, 요구공학 분석기법의 단계를 도입하여 두가지 스마트 의류 프로세스를 도출하였다. 제시된 두 프로세스의 실증적 단계별 진행을 통해 프로세스의 효율성 및 디자인의 질적 평가를 수행하였으며, 요구공학이 적용된 센서 기반 스마트 의류의 프로세스의 효용성을 제시하였다.

새로운 발명에 대한 특허를 받기 위해서는 발명을 완전하게 공개함은 물론 그것을 만들고 사용하는 방법도 공개한 명세서를 제출하여야 한다. 이는 일반대중이 발명자에게 부여한 제한적 독점권에 대한 대가를 받기 위해서이다. 통상의 발명에 대한 실시가능요건의 공개는 통상의 지식인으로 하여금 실험을 필요로 하더라도 통상의 지식인이 선택과 조정을 하는데 있어서 명세서가 적절한 지침을 주기만 한다면 공개내용은 충분한 것이다. 그러나 발명을 실시하기 위해서 필요한 선택과 조정을 하기 위해서는 통상의 지식 이상을 요구하거나 통상의 지식인에게 너무나 많은 양의 작업을 요구한다면 그 공개내용은 충분하지 못한 것이다. 따라서 문제는 구체적 상황에 따라서 명세서가 과도한 실험을 요구하느냐 아니면 합리적인 실험을 요구하느냐에 달려있다.

This article proposes the principle of human dignity as an indispensable requirement for sustainable regional economic integration, especially in East Asia. The contribution of free trade to economic growth and development is widely acknowledged. The economic survival of workers and farmers lacking international competitiveness has been, however, endangered, because of the expansion of trade liberalization and investment based on economic integration. Economic integration that ensures human dignity will promote successful and sustainable regional economic integration, by balancing economic prosperity and social integration. In this context, this article reviews the value and concept of human dignity as a goal and principle for regional economic integration. The author contends that neither sustainable prosperity nor a high level of economic development is itself a goal of economic integration, but merely a means by which to improve human dignity. Economic integration should, therefore, serve not only to maintain sustainable prosperity, but also to maximize human dignity.

It is well known that ISO 9001 and TQM have significant effects on business success. We analyzed the effects of ISO 9001 requirements and TQM on financial performance with Structural Equation Modeling. Hypotheses are proposed and tested based on existing beliefs, proposition and prior research concerning quality. Survey data were collected from 291 manufacturing companies with ISO 9001 certifications. The data show that ISO 9001:2008 requirements have significant positive direct effects on TQM practices, but do not have positive direct effects on financial performance. As expected, TQM has significant positive direct effects on financial performance. One of the important results is that efforts to meet ISO 9001:2008 requirements enhance TQM practices which, in turn, helps to improve financial performance. Findings in this study support the claims that ISO 9001:2008 would be a good step toward total quality management and is a meaningful component of TQM.

A survey on the quality improvement and preference for green onion kimchi by Chinese and Japanese consumers was conducted by 30 Korean specialists in order to develop an improved green onion kimchi product. The long green onion shape, kimchi juice, seasonings, off-odor of fermented sea food, and stimulatory flavor of green onion were the main issues considered for the improvement of green onion product. Usage of the favorite ingredients of the Chinese and Japanese consumers was also suggested. The percentages of Chinese and Japanese who already knew green onion kimchi were 54.1% and 30.3%, respectively, whereas 46.8% of Chinese and 28.1% of Japanese have actually tried green onion kimchi in Korea. There was no significant difference in the preference for green onion kimchi between Chinese (3.25/5.0) and Japanese (3.17/5.0) consumers. For recommendations for improving the quality of green onion, Chinese consumers thought off-flavor, fibrous texture, and fermentation level were more significant while the Japanese considered red color, various taste, MSG content, and length of green onion. Seasoned tofu with green onion and rice were suggested as complementary foods to green onion kimchi by the Chinese and Japanese, respectively.

국내 주요 무역항에서는 예선운영 및 업무처리요령에 근거하여 지방해양항만청장이 예선의 사용기준을 정하여 운영하고 있다. 그러나 예선의 사용기준 및 소요마력에 대한 산출 방식이 각 항만마다 상이하고, 일부 항만의 경우 예선 사용마력에 대한 사용척수와 총 사용마력이 달라 예선 운용에 혼선이 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 국내 주요 무역항의 예선 사용기준을 상호 비교하여 문제점을 도출하고, 예선의 총 소요마력 산출 근거를 기초로 선박규모별 예선 사용에 대한 일원화된 기준을 제안하였다. 또한, 현행 예선사용기준은 풍속이 10m/s 미만인 통상적인 경우에 해당되므로 갑작스런 돌풍 및 태풍 등으로 인한 재난대비 차원에서 그 이상의 풍속에 대한 기준도 제시하여 예선 운영세칙에 포함할 젓을 제안하였다.

A success of network integration project depends on how well we are able to provide a network implementation fulfilled with customer's requirements within an established budge. As its environment have become enlarged and distributed, the interested parties will be increased and as its customer's technologies have become generalized through a lot of learning opportunities, the requirements will be increased and its qualities will be better. Therefore, it is getting difficult to satisfy their requirements and maintain its qualities. Effectively managing conditions that are able to have effects on resources and schedule at the early requirement analysis stage due to the requirement changes at the end of the project, we are about to offer a service quality and requirement management that can fulfill with customer's requests.

Dongbu HiTek had a focal group depth interview with pesticide sales dealers and farmers in 2007. With results, dealers assessed a white fly as a most difficult pest in up-land crop cultivation, and answered the increase and change of pests and pathogen from climate change as a most concerned event. Farmers pointed that important jobs in vegetable cultivation were the control of pest and pathogen (34%) and the prevention of pest and pathogen (24%). And difficult works was the control of pest and pathogen (24%), and the climate change (18%). When choosing the insecticide, the long lasting activity (44%) and the completeness of control (34%) were the important factors. Among customers’ claims related with white fly, claims on insufficient efficacy was dominant and occupied 86% in spite of efforts of producers, and it reflected that commercial agrochemicals did not meet the expectation level of the farmers. Common agrochemicals for the control of white fly are Neo-Nicotinoids in Korea today and CGAR of it is about 13% average increased per year from 2003. As Bio Type Q showed higher resistant level to the Neo Nicotinoids than other Bio type (Nauen et al. 2002), Bio Type Q would spread easily and counter-plan is needed.. Market size of agrochemical for white fly is assumed to be about 9.6 million US dollars. The market size is smaller than that of aphids or lepidopterous pests, but the market would increase because of suffering and failure in control due to resistance and resurgence problems. As the increase of vegetable consuming, host crop for the white fly is also increasing. As green house cultivation area of host vegetable increases, natural enemies to foreign invading pest like sweet potato white fly are limited. Also it is important that that management of pest and pathogen in green house environment. It is essential to build pest management model and to develop and commercialize agrochemicals according to the critical customer (farmer) requirement.

현행 전문계 고등학교의 교육과정이 초급 GIS 전문 인력을 양성하기에 미흡하므로 이 점을 보완할 교육내용을 선정할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 GIS 초급 인력 양성을 위해 전문계 고등학교에서의 GIS 교육내용을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 GIS 전문 업체 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 현재 GIS 업체와 GIS 기술자들이 겪고 있는 문제점과 그들의 업무, 전문계 고등학교출신 기술자에게 요구되는 업무를 조사하였다. 그리고 조사결과를 바탕으로 하여 현장의 수요에 부응하는 전문계 고등학교에서의 GIS 교육내용을 개발하였다. 그 결과 GIS 이론, 기술, 응용과 관련된 과목이외에도 'CAD 실습', '프로그램 개발', '수치지도 실습', ‘컴퓨터 기초 실습’등과 같은 독립적인 과목이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 전문계 고등학교 출신자들이 GIS 관련 업체로 진출하기 위해서는 전 학년에 걸친 대대적인 과목의 재구성이 필요하며, GIS 업체와의 긴밀한 협동 체제를 구축하여 산학협동과정을 운영할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 GIS 업체의 수요에 맞추어 정규 교육기관인 전문계 고등학교의 GIS 관련학과에서 현장의 요구에 입각한 GIS교육내용을 개발하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

이 글은 2002년부터 2006년까지의 5년간에 걸쳐서 특허발명의 유효성에 관한 특허법원의 판결을 분석하여 본 것이다. 우리 특허법 제29조 제2항에서 규정하는 선행공지기술들의“결합의 용이성” 이 진보성 판단의 기준이 되는 것이고, 따라서 법원은 그 판단을 위한 기준을 제시할 필요가 있다. 그러나 우리 법원의 실무는 무효사유 판단에 있어서, 특히 진보성 판단과 관련하여 미국의 TSM 기준과 같은 구체적 기준을 제시함에 미흡한 점이 많다. 대법원 판례를 비롯하여 특허법원의 판결들도 기계적으로 선행공지발명과 판단 대상이 된 특허발명의 구성요소를 단순히 대비만 하고 있는 경우가 대다수이다. 특허법원의 일부 판결이 진보성 판단의 구체적인 기준을 제시하려고 노력하고 있는 것으로 보이지만, 아직까지 매우 부족한 실정이다. 최근 들어 특허법원에서는 다수의 선행공지문헌에 의하여 특허발명의 진보성이 부정되는 경향이 강화되었다. 이러한 경향은 특허를 무효화할 가능성을 높이는 방향으로 작용하게 될 것이다. 그리고 특허를 얼마나 엄격하게 심사하는지의 정도도 중요한 것이지만, 더욱 중요한 것은 법적 안정성을 가질 수 있도록 구체적인 판단기준을 제시하는 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 다수의 선행공지발명에 의하여 특허발명의 진보성을 부정하면서도 진보성 판단에 관한 구체적인 기준을 제시하지 않는 경우에는 법적 안정성이 훼손될 우려가 있다. 따라서 이제는 법원이 향후에는 이러한 기준을 제시하는 데에 더욱 적극적으로 나서야 할 때라고 할 것이다.

It is noted that the disaster such as fire, explosion, collapse has been rapidly increased caused by strength deterioration of steel structures at petrochemical plant during fire. In this regard, it is stressed out that the legal requirement for fire proofing for steel structures at petrochemical plant should be carefully reviewed since the current legal requirement such as Industrial Safety & Health Law, Architectural Law has a conflict and different way of approach. In addition, it is our point of view that the present law should be revised to consolidate into single law including engineering design criteria to reflect unreasonable legal requirement. It is further our point of view that the performance certificate for fire proofing like UL-1709, basis of maintenance should be appropriately and reasonably provided in line with global practice.
