본 연구는 최근 급속하게 성장한 방송 사업자들 간의 거래 과정에서 발생하는 갈등 요인을 조망함으로써 공정 경쟁을 위한 기초적인 논의와 규제 방향에 대한 지향점을 제공하는데 주요 목적이 있다. 특히, 공정 경쟁의 문제는 시장에서의 경쟁을 통한 이윤 창출 부분과 밀접한 관련이 있다는 점에서 유료 방송사업자들(PP와 SO)의 행위에 대한 인식 조사를 중심으로 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 크게 두 가지의 연구 문제를 설정하였다. 첫 번째는 공정 경쟁에 대한 실제 심결 사례를 분석함으로써, 현행 공정거래법 상의 불공정 거래 행위의 특성과 법적 적용 과정에서 나타나고 있는 문제점을, 두 번째는 방송위원회의 불공정거래 행위 실태 조사를 통해 실제 방송사업자들이 인식하고 있는 공정 경쟁의 현실을 조망해보고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 전반적인 차원에서 기업 결합과 관련한 심결 사례가 부각되고 있으며, PP의 경우 부당 광고 및 경품 제공을 통한 부당한 고객유인이, SO의 경우 거래상 지위의 남용과 같은 시장 지배적 지위 남용, 부당한 고객 유인 등이 주요 불공정거래행위의 특징으로 나타나고 있다. 또한 공정거래법 상의 제재조치는 표면화되고 구체적인 행위 결과에 집중하는 경향이 있어 비공식적인 관행을 중심으로 시장이 왜곡될 가능성이 존재하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 정부의 공정 경쟁 유도 방안은 힘의 불균형에 입각하여 형성되고 있는 시장 거래 관행을 바로잡고, 시장의 집중과 시장 지배에 따른 힘의 불균형을 최소화하는 방향에서 모색되어질 필요가 있다고 하겠다.

The purpose of the study was to apply and to expand the six sigma to reduce waiting times for computed tomography (CT) examination which manipulated by the department of radiology. It was preceded by DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). In the stage of definition, it wereselected for total 5 critical to quality (CTQ), which were the kindness, the waiting time, the examination explanation, the waiting day and the waiting stand environment, that increased the reserved time of CT examination. In the stage of measurement, the number of examinations and of reservation waiting days performed and resulted in final CTQ(Y) which measured each 1.68 and 1.85 sigma. In the stage of analysis, the examination concentrated on morning time, non-scheduled examination of the day, the delayed time of booking, frequent telephone contacting and equipment malfunction were determined as variable key causes. In the stage of improvement, it were performed with expansion of the examination in the morning time, integration of laboratories that used to in each steps, developing the ability of simultaneous booking schedule for the multiple examinations, developing program of examination request, and the customer management team operations. For the control, the number of examinations and reserved waiting days were measured each 3.14 and 1.13 sigma.

Project implementation plan is a blueprint that confirms project performance activities and specifies required man-hour, period and resource imput ratio. Various figures, the results of implementation plan, are predicted through estimation, and because of superiority of objectivity and repeatability, numerical formula-based estimation model is often used overseas. COCOMO model is the representative estimation model whose theories and formulas are publicized and it predicts the total man-hour required for software system development. This model is publicized in "Software Engineering Economics" written by Professor Barry Boehm of the U.S., and is the most widely applied numerical formula-based estimation model. This study is conducted to provide a series of methods that are optimal for KTDS environment by choosing COCOMO II model among various types of COCOMO models. In establishing implementation plan, COCOMO II model alone is not sufficient, it is necessary to link with and apply standard WBS system and standard man-hour. In establishing specific implementation plan, phased standard WBS system in order of the first phase of all the activities implemented in the project, Activity, Task, and Role, and the man-hour put into this should be distributed according to standard ratio from COCOMO II model's total man-hour. This study provides explainations by establishing standard WBS system and linking with COCOMO II model.

목적 : 본 연구를 통해 뇌졸중 편마비 성인에게 일상생활보조도구를 적용했을 때 작업수행 및 만족도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 : 대상자는 뇌졸중으로 인해 왼쪽 편마비 장애를 가진 60세 여성이다. 상담 및 평가를 통해 한 손 사용자를 위한 도마와 손잡이가 긴 목욕도구(바디샤워)를 3개월 동안 적용하였다. 보조기구의 효율성을 확인하기 위해 Modified Bathel Index(M BI)와 캐나다작업수행측정(Canadian Occupational Performance Measurement, COPM)을 사용하였다. 결과 : MBI에서는 목욕하기 영역에서 점수 향상이 있었고, COPM에서는 작업수행의 문제로 설정한 목욕하기 및 식사준비하기 의 두 영역 모두에서 작업 수행도 및 만족도 점수가 증가하였다. 결론 : 적절한 보조기구의 적용은 장애인이 장애 발생 전에 수행하던 역할을 다시 수행하도록 하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 일상생활활동의 수행과 만족도를 증진시켜 준다. 따라서 작업치료사는 뇌졸중 편마비 성인의 작업 수행 증진을 위해 적절한 일상생활보조기구 평가 및 훈련에 대한 다양한 접근을 해야 할 것이다.

목적 : 척수손상으로 인한 지체장애인에게 보조공학 중재로써 컴퓨터접근 보조기구를 적용하고 그 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법 : 컴퓨터접근 보조기구 무료보급 사업을 통해 1명의 성인 척수손상 지체장애인에게 최적의 컴퓨터접근 보조기구를 보급, 적용하였다. 보조공학 중재 효과를 파악하기 위해 보조기구 적용 후 주관적 수행 향상 및 보조공학기기의 심리사회적 변화 척도(Psychosocial Impact of Assistive Devices Scale, PIADS)를 실시하여 결과를 분석하였다. 결과 : 대상자는 컴퓨터접근 영역의 보조공학 중재 후 컴퓨터 사용의 주요 불편함이 해결되었고, 컴퓨터 작업 수행 능력이 증가 되었다고 보고하였으며 삶의 질에서도 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다고 하였다. 결론 : 컴퓨터접근 보조기구의 적용은 척수손상 중도 지체장애인의 컴퓨터 작업 수행을 개선시키고 삶의 질을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 컴퓨터접근 보조기구의 적합한 적용은 중증장애인의 삶의 질 향상에 큰 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 정신내적 어려움을 겪고 있는 학교부적응 아동에게 대상관계이론을 적용하여 상담한 사례를 분석하였다. 본 사례는 내담자의 부모와의 과거 경험을 탐색하여 어린 시절에 형성된 분열된 대상관계가 현재의 대인관계에 미친 영향을 분석하고 이를 새로이 통합시키고자 하였다. 내담자는 가족 내에서 부모의 무의식적 가정을 확인하였고 그 결과 어떠한 부정적인 소인을 가지게 되었는지 인식하게 되었다. 18회에 걸친 상담을 통하여 내담자의 많은 부분을 의식의 세계로 옮겨오고 표출할 수 있었으며 내담자는 부분적으로 통합된 대상관계를 내재화하였다.

Since 1990, BSC system has been adopted all over the world as an important tool for organizational performance management. However, despite its merits and contribution for/to the organizational performance management, it is often reported that this system has some problems and limitations in several aspects. The purpose of this article is to depict the usefulness of BSC as well as its limitations, and suggest some direction for enhancing its effectiveness. To attain this purpose, several aspects of current BSC system are analyzed through case study and questionnaire when necessary, focusing on the public organizations.

Unknowingly, the relationship between IT departments and their internal customers becomes that of client-supplier based on the mechanisms of marketing and competition. In addition, due to enhanced focus on the customer in the planning, development, and delivery of information service, IT service management(ITSM) has become increasingly important. These days IT management is focusing particularly on the 'de-facto' standard ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) for implementing ITSM. It is linked as a part of CobiT’s 'deliver and support' domain, which is a framework of IT governance, and ISO/IEC 20000 is a unique international certification standards on the ITSM. This paper proposes the strategy and procedure for ITSM implementation based on ITIL with consideration of IT governance structure for manufacturing industries. It also presents a case study to share the lessons learned and results of an ITSM project.

Today's fierce competition and global economic recession make most of manufacturing companies in the world difficult to gain a profit. In order to survive such a environment and increase competitiveness, manufacturing companies have to continuously eliminate their wasteful factors through an efficient process analysis, improve quality of products, increase the flexibility of manufacturing processes. In this paper, we consider a case study for the Shanghai New Auto which is a subcontractor of MOBIS in China, to improve productivity by using therblig method, one of the motion analysis, to minimize the work-in-process inventories and to shorten the manufacturing cycle times. We also try to relocate the facility layout to increase the efficiency and flexibility of manufacturing processes.
