신제품개발은 기업의 성장과 생존에 필수적인 활동이다. 특히 급변하는 경영환경에서 기업 규모가 작을수록 신제품개발에 대한 의존도는 높아진다. 본 연구는 기업가적 지향성과 흡수역량을 중심으로 중소기업의 신제품개발 성공률을 제고하기 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 시작하였다. 기업가적 지향성과 흡수역량은 경영전략차원에서 경쟁력 강화의 중요한 자원으로 연구되고 있지만, 이들 간의 관계 및 성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하려는 연구 시도는 미진하다. 이에 본 연구는 261개 중소기업을 대상으로 신제품개발 성공에 있어 기업가적 지향성과 흡수역량의 직접효과 및 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 기업가적 지향성의 하부요인 중에 혁신성은 신제품개발에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 위험감수성과 진취성은 유의미한 영향을 확인하지 못하였다. 흡수역량의 경우, 외부지식을 탐색하는 잠재적 흡수역량은 신제품개발에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았고, 기존 지식과 자원을 활용하는 실행적 흡수역량은 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업가적 지향성의 간접효과를 검증한 결과, 흡수역량이 혁신성을 불완전매개하고 진취성을 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기업가적 지향성이 신제품개발 성과에 직결되기 위해서 기업의 지식과 자원을 효과적으로 탐색, 활용하는 흡수역량이 요구될 뿐만 아니라 이 활동이 기업가적 지향성의 방향과 정렬되어야 함을 제시하고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 R&D성과를 높이기 위해 신제품개발프로세스 단계별로 연구개발을 수행하면서 고려되어져야 할 위험요인을 식별하고, 위험요인의 영향을 분석하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 논문은 대한민국의 대표 IT 기업인 삼성 및 LG전자의 계열사가 최근 5년 이내 개발한 IT 신제품에 대한 설문조사를 기반으로 하였다. 연구는 우선적으로 신제품개발프로세스에 따라서 위험요인을 식별하였고, 설문지를 통해 식별된 위험요인을 평가하였다. 위험의 영향을 분석하기 위해 R&D 성과를 기반으로 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 위험요인의 영향은 저 성과 그룹에서 높게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 고 성과 그룹은 R&D 성과를 높이기 위해 프로젝트를 관리하는데 있어서 위험을 중요한 일로 간주하고 있었으며, 효과적으로 위험요인을 잘 관리하였다. 결론적으로 R&D 성과를 높이기 위해 신제품개발프로세스 단계별로 위험요인을 식별하고 분석한 후, 영향력이 큰 위험을 집중적으로 관리하는 위험관리활동이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

민주름버섯목의 꽃송이버섯과에 속하는 꽃송이버섯(Sparassis crispa Fr.)은 백색이나 밤색 으로 물결치는 모양으로, 여름에서 가을 사이에 살아 있는 나무의 뿌리 근처나 그루터기 등에 뭉쳐서 자생한다. 버섯류 중에 β-glucan 함량이 높고, 항산화, 고혈압 및 알레르기 완화등에 효과가 있다고 알려져 있다. 꽃송이 버섯의 기능성 물질을 활용한 항산화 제품 개발을 위하여 꽃송이 버섯의 조단백, 아미노산, 무기성분, ergothioneine 그리고 β-glucan의 함량을 분석하 였다. 꽃송이버섯의 조단백질의 함량은 4.93%였으며, 총아미노산의 함량은 2,586.52 mg%로 그 중 필수아미노산은 1,214.55 mg%로 나타났다. 아미노산 중 필수아미노산인 leucine의 함량 이 가장 높게 나타났으며, leucine은 음식섭취를 하지 않을 때 glucose 대신 에너지를 생성하 는 유일한 amino acid이며, 혈당을 유지하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 꽃송이버섯의 무기성분 함 량은 칼륨(K)이 2,283.56 mg%로 가장 높은 함량을 나타냈으며 다음으로 마그네슘(Mg), 나트 륨(Na), 그리고 칼슘(Ca) 순으로 높게 나타났다. 꽃송이버섯의 ergothioneine 함량은 17.91 mg%로 나타났으며, 베타글루칸 함량은 45.43%로 높게 나타났다. 꽃송이버섯은 β-glucan 함 량이 높아 기억력 향상, 노화지연 등의 효력이 있는 것으로 보여져, 노인건강 유지식품으로 활용도가 클 것으로 생각된다. 사 사 : 본 연구는 산업통산자원부 지역특화기술융복합연구지원사업으로 수행되었으며, 이에 감사드립니다.

It seems most important for a manufacturing company to be well aware of its relationship with suppliers. This is why it is essential to analyze and control the structural relationship among CEO's characteristics, relations between suppliers and manufacturers and new product development performances affected by such relations. The present study may be summed up as follows: First, from the analysis of characteristics of manufacturing company's CEO and relations between suppliers and manufacturers, it could be verified that CEO's characteristics exercised influence upon sharing of product development process and upon cooperation for technical manpower, but not upon sharing of core technologies, signifying the fact that nothing could be more important than the role of CEO who has strong will to improve his or her relations with suppliers; and Second, from the analysis of relations between suppliers and manufacturers as well as relations between management and new product development performances, it became evident that both management performance and product development performance were affected by sharing of product development process. It was also known that cooperation for technical development process had influence upon the product development performance but not upon the management performance. Furthermore, the analysis showed that both management performance as well as product development performance were affected by sharing of core technologies.

국내에서 개발된 우수 친환경 농자재의 해외시장 진출을 위해서는 사전 충분한 자료 조사를 통하여 우선 진출 대상국가를 선정 하는것이 우선이며, 선정 대상국의 우수 딜러 발굴을 위한 전초 작업이 필요하다. 우선 대륙별 다양한 전시회 검토를 통하여 적합한 전시회를 정하여 꾸준히 참석함으로서 우수 딜러를 발굴하고, 해당 파트너와 함께 판매제품 개발을 위한 단계로 등록, 적합한 제품 선별, 현지 적용법 개발, 마케팅 기술 개발 등을 체계적으로 진행함으로서 성공정인 제품 론칭을 기대할 수 있다. 진출 국가들의 다양한 농자재 유통 관행 및 중앙정부 및 지방정부의 친환경 농자제에 대한 등록 및 판매 허가 방침에 따라 진출제품을 선정 하는 것이 필요 하며, 필요에 따라서 기존제품의 현지화를 위한 재개발이 필요 하게 된다. 이는 국내기준에서 개발된 우수한 제품이더라도 해외 진출국가에서의 효과적 론칭을 위해서는 현지에 안착하여 판매 활성화가 될수 있도록 현지화 제품 개발 및 용법 개발이 필수 조건이 됨을 의미한다. 이를 위해서는 수출을 하고자 하는 업체의 적극적이고 장기적인 투자가 요구 되어지, 이는 상당한 인내심과 열정이 요구되어지는 일이다. 물론 진출 국가별로 필요 개발 유형이 다향하게 존재하는 것은 사실이나, 전체의 모든 진출 국가별로 개별적 제품 개발이 이루어지는 것은 아니다. 예를 들어 친환경 병해충 방제 및 영양관리에 있어서, 방제가 필요한 병해충과 작물은 상당부분 공통적으로 요구되어지고 친환경 방제제 및 영양관리제 역시 특별한 차이 없이 요구 되어진다. 이러한 공통적 이슈를 커버할 수 있는 제품군을 선정하여 좀더 세부적으로 현지 적합성이 갖는 제품 개발을 해 나가는 것이 성공적인 해외 진출의 기본 사항이라 여긴다.

최근 시장의 글로벌화가 가속되고, 기업경쟁이 심화되는 환경에서 R&D는 기업의 지속적인 성장과 발전에 중요한 경영요소로 대두되고 있다. 이에 성공적인 R&D 활동을 위한 프로세스 및 세부활동들을 제안하고 검증하는 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있고 있으며 기업의 R&D 프로세스를 평가하고 개선하고자 하는 노력 또한 지속되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 대부분의 기존 연구에서는 R&D 프로세스의 평가에 대한 구체적인 평가체계가 부재한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 프로세스의 성숙도 평가 모델로 개발된 CMMI 평가체계를 기반으로 R&D 프로세스에 적합한 평가체계를 개발하고자 한다. 특히 본 연구에서는 R&D 프로세스를 3가지 유형－신제품, 서비스, 원천기술 개발을 위한 R&D로 구분하여 유형별 맞춤화된 프로세스 평가체계를 제안한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 유형 별 R&D 활동의 특징을 분석하고 이를 토대로 R&D 프로세스를 정의하고, 문헌 연구를 통해 각 유형에 적합한 R&D 프로세스별 세부활동을 도출한다. 그 후 CMMI 평가기법을 기반으로 한 R&D 프로세스 평가방법을 제안하며, 마지막으로 제안된 평가체계가 적용된 시스템을 구현하는 순서로 진행된다. 본 연구결과는 기업의 R&D 프로세스를 평가하고 개선하기 위한 구체적인 지침으로 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

The evaluated physicochemical and sensory properties of freeze-dried Shingo pears(Pyus pyritolia Niitaka), cultivated at Cheonan city, prepared using different sugar concentration of blanching solution we evaluated. Sliced Shingo pears(5 ㎜ and 7 ㎜ thickness) were blanched in sugar solution(0, 3, 5, 7, 10%) and freeze-dried to make dried fruits snack. The firmness of the pear snack sliced in 7 ㎜ portions was greater than the pear snacks sliced in 5mm pieces. However in sensory evaluation, pear snacks sliced in 5 ㎜ portions showed higher scores. pH and titratable acidity showed no significant difference in the blanching process. Concentration of total phenollic compound in fresh pear was 3.7 ㎎% but freeze-dried pear snacks showed higher values at 15 ㎎%. Sensory evaluation tests showed that the scores for texture decreased as the thickness of the snack and sugar concentration of blanching solution increased; however the score increased(p<0.05). Color intensity and overall acceptability scores were highest in pear snacks sliced in 7 ㎜ pieces and blanched with 7% sugar solution.

Recently the market of the food waste disposer has increased. Therefore, many companies in the development of food garbage disposer has been increasing interest. In this study, we used QFD (Quality Function Development) to find out the quality factors for the development of the food waste disposer reflecting the consumer needs. HOQ (House Of Quality) showing the correlation between consumer characteristic and engineering characteristic was written by investigating the consumer needs based on the consumer complaints and survey. In addition, we generated the CTQ (Critical To Quality) reflecting the weighting of the importance of the parts. As the research result, the important quality factors for the food garbage disposer were the grinding capability, drying, and odor emission features. The crushing motor associated with grinding and dehydration appeared as the most important quality factors among the parts. Second thing was the fan motor associated with odor. The findings will be able to contribute to the development of the food waste disposer reflecting the consumer needs.

The main objective of the present paper is to conduct a depth analysis of the structural relationship among cooperation of manufacturing corporations, their development of new products and performance in view of an empirical study. The findings of this study could be summed up as follows: First, from the analysis of relationship between cooperation of manufacturing corporations and development of new products, it was found out that there is a positive relationship among such factors of new product development as development process, organizational culture and substructure when cooperation among corporations becomes intensive. Second, the analysis of relationship between development of new products and financial outcomes showed that the factors of new product development like organizational culture and substructure do influence financial performance, while the development process don't. Third, in terms of relationship between factors of new product development and non-financial performance, it was analyzed that non-financial performance can be affected by such factors of new product development as development process, organizational culture and substructure.
