        Recently, studies have been actively conducted on seismic design and improvement of the seismic performance of bridges, buildings, factories, and plants. In particular, heavy items that are being manufactured or waiting to be shipped from factories (such as generators, engines, and boilers) must be equipped with seismic stoppers to prevent them from moving or falling during an earthquake. Seismic stoppers should be suitably determined by the size and weight of these heavy items; however, they have no general design standard. In this study, structural analyses and seismic tests were conducted to evaluate the performance of newly designed seismic stoppers. Structural analysis was performed on three stopper models to estimate the external load at which the yield stress of the material was not exceeded. Based on the analysis results, a seismic test of the stopper was carried out in accordance with the AC156 test method. Finally, product specifications for all three seismic stopper models were determined and their static/dynamic load performance was evaluated.

        At present, ECDIS has been widely used in ship positioning, collision avoidance and navigation, and has developed into an important part of integrated navigation and automation system. However, most ECDIS software focuses too much on system function and technical level when realizing powerful navigation AIDS, neglecting the problems that the crew are most concerned about, such as realizing the human-computer interface operation quickly and simply as well as obtaining the information of human-computer interaction effectively and accurately. In order to improve the design of Electronic Chart Display and Information system(ECDIS)human-computer interface and its usability effectively, a new method for evaluating ECDIS human-computer interface is proposed. Starting from the concept and connotation of usability, five-factor personality model is used to measure the users’ personality type in reference to the essence of usability (user’s emotional experience) and calculate the basic emotional variant of users. Then, according to the users’ emotional stimulation after finishing the given ECDIS task and combining with the system Usability scale (SUS), a tool dedicated to usability testing and five dimensions of usability evaluation proposed by Jakob Nielsen, father of usability, the emotion relationship model of usability and users is established by using partial least square method ( PLS ), and the validity of the model is verified with an aim to locate the key indicators that affect the usability of the ECDIS human-computer interface, It will be more helpful to improve the usability of ECDIS human-computer interface.

        PURPOSES: This study developed a new backfill method for mini trenching. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the new backfill method in the field. METHODS: In this study, asphalt pavement was created to verify mini trenching. Trenching test sections were then made in various trench widths in the asphalt pavement. The trench widths were 10 cm, 15 cm, 20 cm, and 25 cm. For the trenching test section, a general backfill method and new backfill method (2-layer SCB) were devised and applied. To evaluate the test section, a vehicle loading test and FWD (falling weight deflectometer) test were performed. RESULTS : In the vehicle loading test, the duct vertical strain of the general section was up to 22 times larger than that of the 2-layer SCB section. According to the results of the FWD test, the D0 deflection of the 2-layer SCB section was smaller than that of the general section. These results indicate that 2-layer SCB has a good structural performance. With the use of FWD data, BLI (base layer index) and MLI (middle layer index) were analyzed. BLI is an indirect index for evaluating base layer. The BLI of the 2-layer SCB section was smaller than that of the general section, because the bottom layer (cellular mortar) of the 2-layer SCB is superior to that of the general section. MLI, on the other hand, is an indirect index for evaluating subbase layer. As the trench width increases, MLI increases. The MLI of the 2-layer SCB section was smaller than that of the general section. These results indicate that the damage is relatively greater when the trench width increases and that the 2-layer SCB strengthens a relatively weakened subbase. CONCLUSIONS: In this study, the performance of the 2-layer SCB was analyzed. The results of the study showed that good performance was obtained when 2-layer SCB was applied to a mini trenching section.

        본 연구는 특허 인용 정보를 활용하여 국가연구개발사업의 특허를 평가할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 가장 대표적으로 특허의 가치나 질을 나타내는 특허의 전방인용 수(피인용 수)를 활용하고, 특허 인용 네트워크에서 개별 특허가 얼마나 중 요한 역할을 하고 있는지를 나타내는 네트워크의 중심성 지수를 활용하여 국가연구개발사업 의 특허와 민간부문의 특허를 비교하였다. 분석 결과 국가연구개발사업의 특허는 특허의 특 성과 출원인의 특성, 기술분야의 특성, 연도 효과를 통제하고도 전방인용 수, 연결중심성, 매 개중심성, 페이지 랭크 모두 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 국가연구개발사업의 특허는 민간부문의 특허에 비해 후행기술에 직접 더 많은 영향을 주며, 선행기술과 후행기술을 직접 연결한 다. 또한 국가연구개발사업의 특허는 민간부문의 특허에 비해 기술의 효율적인 발전에 기여 하며, 중요한 기술들을 연결하는 것으로 나타났다.

        가상현실 기술이 발전하면서 다양한 영역에서 여러 목적으로 활용되고 있다. 하지만 사용자로부터 메스꺼움, 어지러 움 등과 같은 멀미 증상에 대한 부작용도 함께 보고되고 있다. 이런 멀미 증상을 사이버멀미라고 말하며, 사용자에게 불편을 야기시켜 불쾌감과 스트레스와 같은 부정적 영향을 줄 수 있으며, 현재 사이버멀미의 발생 원인과 해결책에 관한 공식적인 표준이 없다. 본 연구에서는 이런 한계점을 극복하기 위해 정량적, 객관적 사이버멀미 평가법을 제안하였다. 10명의 20대 남성 대상으로 이동과 회전을 하는 가상현실을 경험하게 하면서 128채널의 뇌파를 측정하였다. 11개 영역에서 Delta와 Alpha 상대 파워를 계산하고, ROC curve를 통해 area under the ROC curve (AUC)가 가장 높은 값을 가지는 다중회귀모형을 도출하였다. 이렇게 도출한 다중회귀모형은 11개의 설명변수로 피험자가 응답한 사이버멀 미의 정도와 비교하여 95.1 % (AUC = 0.951)의 정확성으로 사이버멀미를 구분하는 것이 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 정리하면 본 연구에서는 128 채널의 뇌파를 통해 멀미에 대한 객관적 반응을 확인하였으며, 뇌의 특정부 위에서 반응이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과와 분석법을 활용하면 추후 사이버멀미 관련 연구에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        본 논문의 주 관심사항은 전산유체역학과 기존 모형시험 데이터를 활용하여 주어진 선박의 저항 및 추진성능을 추정하고 그 결과를 이용하여 에너지효율설계지표(Energy Efficiency Design Index, EEDI)를 평가하는 방법을 제시하는 것이다. 대상선박의 모형선 크기에 서의 전 저항을 계산하기 위해 점성 유동 해석을 수행하였다. 유동계산은 STAR-CCM+를 사용하였으며 자유표면, 트림과 싱키지를 고려하 였다. 점성 유동 해석 결과를 바탕으로 대상선박의 유효동력을 산정하였다. 준 추진효율 계수는 기 보유한 모형시험 데이터베이스를 이용 한 추정식 및 유사선박의 시험자료를 활용하여 산정하였다. 최종적으로 EEDI 산정식에 대하여 유체동역학적 결과, 선박의 정보, 사용하는 연료에 대한 CO2의 환산계수, 연료소모량 등을 바탕으로 일반화된 계산 프로그램을 작성하였다.

        PURPOSES: The objective of this study is to evaluate the structural capacity of asphalt pavement in subsurface cavity sections using falling weight deflectometer (FWD) backcalculation method. METHODS: It is necessary to analyze the reduction of structural capacity in asphalt pavements due to the occurrence of subsurface cavities. The FWD testing was conducted on the cavity and intact asphalt pavement in the city of Seoul. The GAPAVE, backcalculation program for FWD deflections, was utilized to determine the layer moduli in asphalt pavements. The remaining life of asphalt pavements in cavity sections were predicted using the pavement performance model for fatigue cracking. The backcalculated layer moduli between cavity and intact sections were compared to determine the reduction of structural capacity due to subsurface cavity. The relationship between the reduction of layer modulus and cavity depth/length was analyzed to estimate the effect of cavity characteristics on the structural capacity degradation. RESULTS: According to the FWD backcalculation results, the modulus of asphalt layer, subbase, and subgrade in cavity sections are generally lower than those in intact sections. In the case of asphalt layers, the backcalculated modulus in cavity section was reduced by 50% compared to intact section. A study for the prediction of remaining life of cavity section shows that the occurrence of subsurface cavity induces the decrease of the pavement life significantly. It is found that there is no close relationship between the backcalculated modulus and cavity length. However, the reduction of asphalt layer modulus is highly correlated with the cavity depth and was found to increase with the decrease of cavity depth. CONCLUSIONS : This reduction of structural capacity due to the occurrence of cavities underneath asphalt pavements was determined using FWD backcalculation analysis. In the future, this approach will be utilized to establish the criteria of road collapse risk and predict the remaining life of cavity sections under numerous varied conditions.

        High variance observed in the measurement system can cause high process variation that can affect process capability badly. Therefore, measurement system analysis is closely related to process capability analysis. Generally, the evaluation for measurement system and process variance is performed separately in the industry. That is, the measurement system analysis is implemented before process monitoring, process capability and process performance analysis even though these analyses are closely related. This paper presents the effective concurrent evaluation procedure for measurement system analysis and process capability analysis using the table that contains Process Performance (Pp), Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (%R&R) and Number of Distinct Categories (NDC). Furthermore, the long-term process capability index (Pp), which takes into account both gage variance and process variance, is used instead of the short-term process capability (Cp) considering only process variance. The long-term capability index can reflect well the relationship between the measurement system and process capability. The quality measurement and improvement guidelines by region scale are also described in detail. In conclusion, this research proposes the procedure that can execute the measurement system analysis and process capability analysis at the same time. The proposed procedure can contribute to reduction of the measurement staff’s effort and to improvement of accurate evaluation.

        In this research, we evaluate on the disassemblability of recycling process for vehicle front door using the symbolic chart method and machine-learning algorithm. It is applied to the front door of 1600cc class vehicle, and then the conventional steel door and CFRP door were compared. Based on the principle symbolic chart method, the number of processes can be different according to decomposer proficiency of suitability of recycling process, so the evaluation method is required to supply this issue. The machine learning algorithm, and artificial intelligence method were applied and the applicable tools for each experiment were used to compensate the variations in the number of processes according to different proficiencies. Because CFRP front door has integrated components compare to steel door, so its disassemblability processes were decreased to 80 from 103 of the conventional steel door’s. It can be confirmed that the disassemblability was increased from the suitability of recycling equation. In case of the steel, disassemblability was approximately 60.6, in case of the CFRP is approximately 72 for car front door. Therefore, it can be concluded that the disassemblability of CFRP was better in the evaluation of suitability of recycling.

        This study analyzes the certification system and international standard trend for cold storage and proposes evaluation method for the development of KS in accordance with international standards so that high quality products can be supplied to consumers. The international standard for cold storage can be divided into three categories: refrigerator unit, refrigerator warehouse, and cold chain. Each similar standard was analyzed and studied. Among them, AHRI's international standard is the most advanced standard, so test methods and conditions are matched. Finally, the performance evaluation technology and the performance evaluation technology for the refrigerator unit suitable for the domestic situation using the analyzed method were proposed.

        Most structures require high reliability to ensure safety and soundness. The materials used for these structures are not only defective in the manufacturing process and construction process, but also cause generation and progress of defects due to operation of various complex use environments. In order to improve the reliability of the structure, it is very important to detect and estimate the defect size. The method of evaluating these defects without damaging the structure is a non-destructive method. In this paper, an aluminum probe of AC potential drop(ACPD) method is applied to the evaluation of two-dimensional artificial defects in ferromagnetic materials. Since the potential drop of the defect end is larger than that of the sound area, the defect can be detected and its position can be clearly confirmed, and the potential drops are changed according to the depth of the defect. The potential drop ratio (Vjmax/Vs) of the defective area has a large value for the defect. The relationship between the potential drop ratio (Vjmax/Vs) of 10 kHz and the defect depth can reduce the error in predicting the depth.

        하천의 생태 환경적인 측면을 고려하여 여러 가지 친환경적인 호안공법이 적용되어 시공되는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 친환경적인 호안공법으로는 식생공이 대표적이나 중량물을 시공하는 호안공법과 달리 식생매트를 고정핀으로 고정하는 방식의 식생매트와 같은 호안공법의 경우 중량물을 설계하는 여타의 공법과 달리 적합한 설계방법이 없어 경험적인 방법을 통해서 제 품의 개발과 시공이 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 식생매트공법에 사용되는 고정핀과 고정핀이 정착된 지반을 모델링하고 유한요소법을 활용하여 호안식생매트의 안전성을 평가하였다. 해석결과 핀의 상단 부분에서 인발에 저항하기 위해 인장응력이 유발되고 있으며, 헤드 부분은 거의 응력이 작용하지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 핀의 Von Mises 응력값이 인장강 도에 비해 낮게 나타나 파괴모드가 재료 자체의 항복 또는 파쇄에 의한 파괴가 아닌 핀과 지반사이의 뽑힘이 전체 거동을 지배 한다고 평가하였다. 본 연구는 유한요소법을 통해서 식생매트공법의 안전성을 변위와 발생응력에 대하여 평가하였다.

        In vivo 측정법은 비용이 많이 들고 연구기간이 길며 동물복지 측면에서 여러 문제점이 있다. 이에 대한 대안으로 지난 수십년간 in vitro 소화율 측정법이 개발되어 왔다. 본 총설에서는 대표적인 단위동물로써 사양되고 있는 돼지의 소화기관 특징 및 소화작용에 대한 논하였다. 또한, 최근에 개발된 daisy II incubator 를 이용한 in vitro 방법을 통해 돼지에서 주요 곡류사료로 이용되고 있는 옥수수, 쌀, 소맥 및 대맥의 회장 및 전분 건물소화율을 측정하였다.

        PURPOSES : The purpose of this paper is to develop an evaluation method for aged reclaimed asphalt pavements using RAP mortar specimen and FTIR method. METHODS: To evaluate the low-temperature behavior of aged reclaimed asphalt pavements, an indirect tensile strength test was adopted with an RAP mortar specimen. The RAP mortar specimen without a rejuvenator was fabricated with two fine aggregate types as a function of passing sieve sizes. The fabricated RAP mortar specimen was frozen for 24 h at -20℃. The indirect tensile strength was measured as a function of different absolute viscosities. The indirect tensile strength and displacement were varied as functions of the dosage of the rejuvenator. The spectroscopy analysis of four asphalt binders was performed under attenuated total reflection. The four asphalt binders comprised of a virgin binder, two extracted RAP binders, and a mixed virgin and extracted RAP binder. To evaluate the oxidation of the binder, the carbonyl index was calculated. RESULTS : The four extracted RAP binders were measured with an extremely wide range of absolute viscosity from 30,000 poise to 170,000 poise. The indirect tensile strength of the RAP mortar decreased as the absolute viscosity increased. This means that at lower temperatures, the indirect tensile strength can indicate the oxidation of RAP. Also, the indirect tensile strength and displacement changed sensitively as the dosage of the rejuvenator was changed. Based on the FTIR principle, a good relation was observed between the dosage of the rejuvenator and the FTIR absorbance peak. It can be used to estimate the dosage of the rejuvenator in hot reclaimed asphalt mixture. Also, the carbonyl index of the RAP binder was calculated to evaluate asphalt oxidation using the FTIR principle. CONCLUSIONS : There is a good relation between the indirect tensile strength of RAP mortar and its absolute viscosity. This indicates that RAP mortar can be used to estimate the properties of aged RAP. Also, the usage of rejuvenator can be evaluated with both the indirect tensile strength and FTIR absorbance peak. The carbonyl index can be used to predict asphalt oxidation.

        There are two methods for evaluating two or more mutually exclusive projects. One is a total investment approach and the other is an incremental investment approach. The former can rank projects by the criterion of the net present value, but the latter can’t do it. An incremental investment approach is only possible when all pairwise alternatives are compared. Thus an incremental investment approach is superior in ranking them over an incremental investment approach. To do so, a principle of comparison must be established. Comparisons of profitability are reasonable when operating the same amount of investment over the same period of time. One principle is that all projects are invested in the largest of the projects. Another principle is that all projects are invested during the longest project life of the projects. In this paper, even if the principle is followed, it will be shown that the external rate of return fails to rank them. However, the productive rate of return criterion would prove to be able to rank them like the net present value standard, provided that the principle of comparison is kept. In addition, rate of returns can be assessed so that all mutually exclusive projects can be compared at once, such as on the criterion of the net present value. That is, it can be also compared with many other returns, such as the profit rates on financial investments or real investments.

        The flow of the 4th Industrial Revolution calls for the innovation of the traditional business models of the manufacturers. Servitization is a corporate strategy to respond to changes in the business environment. These days, the value that the market demands can be created on the basis of the product-service integration. Thus the manufacturers must pursue the fundamental innovation of the current strategy and business models. It is necessary to create common values with customers through providing product-service integrated offerings beyond the development, production, and delivery. The purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation indicators for selecting suppliers when the manufacturer who offers the value of product-service integration needs to obtain the resources from outside. The case company in this study is the manufacture firm conducting the retail IoT business as a new business. The Delphi method is used to develop the evaluation indicators for selecting suppliers. This study suggests the academic implications providing the perspective of Servitizaiton by using Delphi method, and the practical implications applying the creating value method of Servitization by collecting the opinions from both value providers and value consumers in the process of developing the evaluation indicators.

        목적: MR8 로 제조된 안경렌즈에서 굴절력별로 나누어 투과율을 측정하여 광학적 시험 및 청광 영역을 David L.의 분석법을 적용하여 분석하였다 방법: 시중에서 판매되고 있는 MR8 로 제조된 –8.00D, -7.00D, -6.00D, -5.00D, -4.00D, -3.00D, 0.00D의 렌즈를 선정하여 UV-VIS Spectrophotometers(SolidSpec 3700)로 200~1000nm까지 5nm 간격으로 투과율을 측정하고, 청광영역(380~500nm)을 David L.의 청광분석 방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 연구에 선정한 MR8렌즈들 모두 UV영역을 거의 모두 차단하였다. –8.00D의 렌즈가 청광영역에서 투과율 59.56%로 가장 낮게 측정되었고 또한, David L. 분석에 따른 청광영역1과 2에서 낮은 값이 측정되었다. 적외선 영역에서는 모든 렌즈의 투과율이 점진적으로 감소하였다. 그리고 시감투과율에서 평균 23.67%~26.33%의 계산값을 얻었고 –4.00D부터 점진적으로 감소하였다. 결론: David L.의 분석법을 적용하면, 청광 1영역에서는 최소 41.28%, 최대 46.60%가 측정되었으며, 청광 2영역에서는 최소 87.30%, 최대 97.55%가 측정되었다. 그리고 청광 3영역에서는 최소 86.83%, 최대 96.55%가 측정되었으며 평균 94%였다. 시감투과율에서는 측정된 렌즈 중 –3.00D렌즈가 26.33%으로 가장 높은 값이 계산되었으며, -8.00D렌즈가 23.67%으로 가장 낮은 계산 값을 얻었다.
