        This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES(Manufacturing Execution System) server and PDA terminal through RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) system and bar-code system in automative transmission shipment place of the finished assembly parts. The proposed model shows that the new method by RF-Tag system can more efficiently perform to reduce processing time and loading time for shipment, compared with the current approach by bar-code system. It is noted in case of the method by RF-Tag that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the shipping lead time per truck for carrying by the current method was 35 minutes, the shipping lead time by the new method was 15 minutes. (b) While the accuracy for carrying by the current method was 50%, the accuracy by the new method was 99%.

        This study aims to find an appropriate window for apartment to provide proper sound insulation. To achieve this goal, measured windows with various thicknesses of the sound insulation performance of inner air space and sound absorption materials in the inner air space. As a result of this study the improvement of the sound insulation performance of windows was shown through the analysis and the measuring of window these characteristics. These results may be applied to the manufacture of window frames and provide basic data for the improvement of the sound insulation performance of windows.

        착빙 및 착설에 의한 송전선의 갤로핑 발생 메커니즘의 규명을 위해 본 연구에서는 실제규모의 송전선 풍진동 모사를 가능 하게 하는 실험방법과 실험장치를 개발하였다. 개발된 실험장치는 8줄의 탄성와이어로 지지되는 송전선단면 모형으로 구성되며, 수직 , 수평 및 비틀림 방향으로 저주파수에서 큰 변위의 진폭으로 진동이 가능하다. 풍동실험을 통하여 본 실험방법의 유효성을 확인 하였고 실제 송전선의 갤로핑현상의 재현이 가능하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

        본 연구에서는 가축전염병의 전국적 확산에 직접적으로 관련이 있는 축산차량 이동 상황을 파악하고자 국가동물방역통합시스템(KAHIS)에서 보유하고 있는 축산차량 이동 데이터를 이용하여 현재 운영 중인 도축장의 서비스 범위를 분석하였다. 축산차량 이동 데이터는 2014년 기준으로 1년에 3,200만 건 이상 생성되는 빅데이터(big data)이다. 분석결과 개별 도축장의 서비스 범위는 각 도축장의 거래처와 주변 소비시장의 입지 등에 따라 전국적인 범위로 형성되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 가축 질병이 발생하는 순간 이미 질병의 전파 범위가 전국단위가 될 수 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구 결과는 전염성이 높은 가축질병이 발생할 경우 차단방역의 범위를 설정하는 정보로 활용될 수 있으며, 가축 질병 가상방역훈련(CPX)을 위한 기초자료로도 활용될 수 있다. 분석 도구로는 데이터분석으로 특화된 R과 공간분석 도구인 GIS를 활용하였다.

        Since we reported a viral disease extremely fatal to A. dichotoma, had landed on Korea in 2015, we have investigated this disease nationwide and it was turned out the viral disease has spread in the majority of the larva-rearing farms all over the country. The transmission of this disease is most severe when the larvae are harvested and stored for overwintering. During this period, even a few virus-infected larvae can easily transmit the virus and about two hundreds of larvae stored in a container can be killed. In a peroral infection experiment, 80% of infected larvae were killed but survived larvae became adults fully functional physiologically. These survived beetles were confirmed as live virus carrier. Also, about 75% of larvae hatched from the eggs laid by the infected beetles were infected and killed by the virus. This vertical transmission is due to the feeding and secretion activity of the infected parents.

        Quiet environment is essential for improving quality of living and rest. For example, noisy neighbors degrade quality of sleeping of residents. Due to emphasis on energy saving of buildings, more insulation and tighter sealing is applied for windows, doors, and walls of new buildings. As results, not only energy dissipation of new building is reduced, but also interior of new buildings have become significantly quieter. However, sound and heat insulation performance of existing buildings is relatively worse, when compared to that of recent buildings. As elapse of time, gap between bricks or concrete of building and sealing grows larger, worsening of sound and heat insulation performance of buildings is unavoidable. To provide quiet room for quality control of products or other purposes in noisy environment, indoor noise chamber is required in practice. In present work, sound transmission through indoor noise chamber is measured using different noise sources. For the worst case, noise source and sound transmission of door slam noise is shown.

        The goals of automatic fire detection equipment in Japan and South Korea are the detection in early fire stage, alarm and finding the location of the fire. Japan also has similar operation system and signal transmission method compared with South Korea. The standards of fire detection equipment in Japan are established their own standards. The automatic fire detection equipment in Korea has been developed with benchmarking the Japanese system in early 1950’s and follows the decree on the basis of Japan’s fire services. NFPA 72, which is automatic fire detection equipment in U.S.A. and verified through the experiment and test, expects to reflect to our automatic fire detection equipment after modification and supplement.

        Poria cocos is a well-known traditional Chinese traditional medicine (TCM) that grows around roots of pine trees in China, Korea, Japan, and North America. Poria cocos has been used in Asian countries to treat insomnia as either a single herb or part of an herbal formula. In a previous experiment, pachymic acid (PA), an active constituent of Poria cocos ethanol extract (PCE), increased pentobarbital-induced sleeping behaviors. The aim of this experiment was to evaluate whether or not PCE and PA modulate sleep architectures in rats as well as whether or not their effects are mediated through GABAA-ergic transmission. PCE and PA were orally administered to individual rats 7 days after surgical implantation of a transmitter, and sleep architectures were recorded by Telemetric Cortical encephalogram (EEG) upon oral administration of test drugs. PCE and PA increased total sleep time and non-rapid eye movement (NREM) sleep as well as reduced numbers of sleep/wake cycles recorded by EEG. Furthermore, PCE increased intracellular chloride levels, GAD65/67 protein levels, and α-, β-, and γ-subunits of GABAA receptors in primary cultured hypothalamic neuronal cells. These data suggest that PCE modulates sleep architectures via activation of GABAA-ergic systems. Further, as PA is an active component of PCE, they may have the same pharmacological effects.

        This study presents a flexible and highly stretchable textile circuit line for the signal and power transmission of smart clothing systems that provide wearing comfort and high mobility to where’s. A textile based circuit network on smart clothing requires 30% stretch ability so as not to constrain body movement. The advantages of a textile band type transmission line is the easy configuring of several separate transmission lines on a single band to construct a sensor module network. Conductive transmission line yarns have to be protected from deformation when textile transmission lines are stretched according to body movement. To ensure the elastic property of the smart clothing, textile transmission lines need to stretch more than 30% using the additional spandex yarns in warp. Four strands of conductive yarns were inserted in a single transmission line and each transmission line indicated 0.03Ω/cm in resistance. The resistance change rate of the textile transmission line during elongation was measured using a universal testing machine (Instron 5543) and Milliohmeter (Agilent 4338). The resistance of the transmission lines unchanged until breakage occurred at the 140% strain level. Resistance started to change at the 180% strain level where conductive yarns start to deform and break. In conclusion, the proposed textile transmission provides a comfortable wearing sensation that maintains a stable electrical performance during any type of body movement and is suitable for the wearable circuit of a highly stretchable smart wear system.

        FRP members which have light weight, high specific strength and stiffness, and good corrosion resistance are used widely in the electrical transmission system. Recently, FRP instead of steel, wood, and concrete tower is installed and in use. In this paper, we investigated the feasibility of replacement of traditional materials (steel, wood, and concrete) in electrical transmission towers by the fiber reinforced polymer plastic (FRP) members through the literature review. It was found that the FRP electrical transmission towers were applied in many countries due to its various advantages.

        본 연구는 스톡홀름 Saltsjon 해변가와 보존지역, 신도시에 영향을 주는 색채마감의 요인에 대해서 분석하였다. 사실 상 환경에 영향을 주는 색채디자인은 보존지역뿐만 아니라 신도시에도 중요한 영향을 끼친다. 칼라디자인 맵을 이용해 서 지역별로 건축물 색채의 시각적인 평가 및 선호도를 제시하였다. 이러한 시도는 해변가 및 신도시뿐만 아니라 역사적 인 보존지역에도 색채를 조절하는데 중요한 도구가 된다. 색상, 명도, 채도는 색채 측정기와 색채 팔레트를 이용해서 측정하였다. 체크 부분은 주로 건축물 외관 및 지붕으로 하였다. 시각적 평가 제안인 색채경관은 해안가 및 도시의 이미지를 만드는데 중요한 목표가 된다. 이러한 비교를 통해 색채이미지 축은 색채 전이로 인해 경향을 분석할 수 있는 좋은 방법이다. 분석 결과 도시 색채에 있어서 태양복사의 양에 따라 다양한 색채 구성표가 만들어져 많고 화려한 색채 구성이 이루 어졌다. 도시의 색에 있어서 건물 벽보다는 지붕과 관련된 변수가 도시경관에 긍정적 효과가 있었으며 현대 건물의 재료 는 빛의 산란에 의해 색의 범위가 확대되어 색채의 전이 축이 넓게 나타났다. 젊은 세대는 새로운 지역에서는 무겁고 밝은 색채계획을 함께 선호하였으며 보전지역에서는 자연스러운 색채를 선호하였다. 스톡홀롬 가치 결정 요인분석에 있어서 색채의 고유한 특성은 스톡홀롬의 도시경관의 가치에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있으며 이후 건물 개조 및 신축에 있어서 적용해야 할 것이다.

        This study suggested comprehensive structural characterization methods for the commercial blue light emitting diodes(LEDs). By using the Z-contrast intensity profile of Cs-corrected high-angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscope(HAADF-STEM) images from a commercial lateral GaN-based blue light emitting diode, we obtained important structural information on the epilayer structure of the LED, which would have beendifficult to obtain by conventional analysis. This method was simple but very powerful to obtain structural and chemical information on epi-structures in a nanometer-scale resolution. One of the examples was that we could determine whether the barrier in the multi-quantum well(MQW) was GaN or InGaN. Plan-view TEM observations were performed from the commercial blue LED to characterize the threading dislocations(TDs) and the related V-pit defects. Each TD observed in the region with the total LED epilayer structure including the MQW showed V-pit defects for almost of TDs independent of the TD types: edge-, screw-, mixed TDs. The total TD density from the region with the total LED epilayer structure including the MQW was about 3.6 × 108 cm−2 with a relative ratio of Edge- : Screw- :Mixed-TD portion as 80%: 7%: 13%. However, in the mesa etched region without the MQW total TD density was about 2.5 × 108 cm−2 with a relative ratio of Edge- : Screw- :Mixed TD portion of 86%: 5%: 9 %. The higher TD density in the total LED epilayer structure implied new generation of TDs mostly from the MQW region.

        This paper describes the development of algorithm for direct data transmission between Raw VLBI Data Buffer (RVDB) and Huge Capacity Data Server (HCDS) operated in Korea-Japan Correlation Center (KJCC). The transmitted data is the VLBI observation data, which is recorded at each radio telescope site, and the data transmitting rate is varying from 1 Gbps, in usual case, upto 8 Gbps. The developed algorithm for data transmission enables the direct data transmission between RVDB and HCDS through 10 Gbps optical network using VLBI Data Interchange Format (VDIF). Proposed method adopts the conventional UDP/IP protocol, but in order to prevent the loss of data during data transmission, the packet error monitoring and data re-transmission functions are newly designed. The VDIF specification and VDIFCP (VDIF Control Protocol) are used for the direct data transmission between RVDB and HCDS. To validate the developed algorithm for data transmission, we conducted the data transmission from RVDB to HCDS, and compared to the transmitted data with the original data bit by bit. We confirmed that the transmitted data is identical to the original data without any loss and it has been recovered well even if there were some packet losses.

        기존의 기술 진화 경로 연구는 주로 거시적 동향 분석 수준에서 이루어져 왔으 며 포괄적인 기술정책 방향 수립에는 시사점이 있었으나, 기업 기술 및 특허전략에는 활용 가치가 낮았다. 2000년대부터 논문 및 특허 등의 데이터를 활용해 미시적인 기술의 진화 경 로를 분석하고, 기업 기술전략에 적용하려는 연구가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 대부분 과거 진 화 경로의 서술에 그치고 있으며 기술의 진화 또는 파생-융합 등의 변화에 대한 분석은 전문 가의 정성적 판단에 상당부분 의존하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 특허 인용 네트워크를 구축해 미시적 기술의 진화 경로를 도출하고, 기술의 진화와 파생을 동적 기술트리를 통해 분석하는 방법론을 제시한다. 동적 기술트리 분석은 기술의 핵심요소를 체계화하고, 신기술 요소의 신 규성과 확장성을 평가해 차세대 기술진화와 파생에 대한 정량적 판단을 가능하게 한다. 이를 통해 차세대 신기술과 파생기술에 대하여 파악, 평가, 비교하고 나아가 예측의 토대를 구축 한 것이 본 연구의 의의이다. 본 연구의 결과는 기술 및 특허전략과 포트폴리오 구축의 신뢰성을 높일 수 있는 좋은 도구가 될 것이다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법론을 이용하여 최근 전력 산업에서 기존 교류 송전의 대안으로 주목을 받고 있는 초고압 직류송전 시스템 기술을 대상 으로 실증분석을 수행하였다.

        This study used transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to investigate the micro-morphological features of two formaldehyde to urea (F/U) mole ratio liquid urea-formaldehyde (UF) resins with three hardener levels as a function of the curing time. The micro-morphological features of the liquid UF resins were characterized after different curing times. As a result, the TEM examination revealed the presence of globular/nodular structures in both liquid UF resins, while spherical particles were only visible in the low F/U mole ratio resins. The high F/U mole ratio liquid UF resins also showed extensive particle coalescence after adding the hardener, along with the appearance of complex filamentous networks. When the resins were cured with a higher amount of hardener and longer curing time, the spherical particles disappeared. For the low mole UF resins, the particles tended to coalesce with a higher amount of hardener and longer curing time, although discrete spherical particles were still observed in some regions. This is the first report on the distinct features of the crystal structures in low F/U mole ratio UF resins cured with 5% hardener and after 0.5 h of curing time. In conclusion, the present results indicate that the crystal structures of low F/U mole ratio UF resins are formed during the curing process.

        The conventional shifting map is developed to enhance the driving performance and fuel economy. According to the driver’s pedaling of accelerator, TCU controls gear ratio in view point of economy or driving performance. In this paper, various reverse engineering is applied to the driving test results of heavy duty AMT vehicle. With the test results, the performance of propulsion source is estimated and basic performance of vehicle is analized. Also the method to derive the shifting schedule according to power or fuel efficient, is developed and compared with the actual shifting map, and various shifting states is estimated. The developed numerical analysis model will be a stepping stone for the shift pattern development and various shift control research

        In this study, nano-scale copper powders were reduction treated in a hydrogen atmosphere at the relativelyhigh temperature of 350℃ in order to eliminate surface oxide layers, which are the main obstacles for fabricating anano/ultrafine grained bulk parts from the nano-scale powders. The changes in composition and microstructure beforeand after the hydrogen reduction treatment were evaluated by analyzing X-ray diffraction (XRD) line profile patternsusing the convolutional multiple whole profile (CMWP) procedure. In order to confirm the result from the XRD lineprofile analysis, transmitted electron microscope observations were performed on the specimen of the hydrogen reduc-tion treated powders fabricated using a focused ion beam process. A quasi-statically compacted specimen from the nano-scale powders was produced and Vickers micro-hardness was measured to verify the potential of the powders as thebasis for a bulk nano/ultrafine grained material. Although the bonding between particles and the growth in size of theparticles occurred, crystallites retained their nano-scale size evaluated using the XRD results. The hardness results dem-onstrate the usefulness of the powders for a nano/ultrafine grained material, once a good consolidation of powders isachieved.
