        The purpose of this study was to minimize salt water intrusion into freshwater aquifers and limit the development of freshwater aquifers, by selecting an appropriate excavation depth of in the western coastal area of Jeju Island. The study site was mostly basaltic lava, which was mainly composed of trachy basalt. A vertical logging test was conducted to investigate the vertical distribution of the groundwater and saline groundwater interface in the study well. It was found that freshwater groundwater, saline groundwater, and freshwater groundwater are distributed from the surface to approximately 16 m, 16∼50 m, and 50∼60 m, below the ground, respectively. In order obtain saline groundwater and minimize the inflow of freshwater into this well, the drilling depth should be limited in the range of 16∼50 m from the surface. Thus, saline groundwater well development should be carried out with reference to the measurement results, which depend on the drilling depth and EC (electrical conductivity) obtained with drilling apparatus for geology and ground handling.

        선박사고는 환경적인 요인으로 인해 경사가 항상 존재한다. 선박의 경사는 선내 재실자의 피난 이동속도뿐만 아니라 선내 화재성 장에도 영향을 미치기 때문에 화재해석 시 경사조건을 고려하여 위험분석을 할 필요가 있다. 이에 이 연구에서는 FLUENT를 이용하여 선박의 횡경사와 종경사 변화에 따라 산정된 온도결과 값에 의해 화재에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 화원의 위치를 기준으로 횡경사가 –10°일 때 37초, 종경사는 –10°일 때 36초 이내에 피난을 해야 하는 반면, 횡경사가 +10°, 종경사가 +10°인 경우 피난에 영향을 미치지 않을 것으로 예측되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로, 선박화재 시 화재발생위치를 기준으로 횡경사와 종경사를 고려하여 피난유도 및 대책을 마련해야함을 확인하였다.

        The purpose of this study was to develop environmentally friendly black dye by comparing Ketapang and Gallnut, that have been traditionally used as a black dye. As a result of FT-IR and UV-Vis spectrophotometer analysis, Ketapang was characterized by condensed tannin, while Gallnut showed hydrolyzable tannin. Due to the dyeability characteristic analysis, the color fastness of the non-mordant dye was slightly lowered to grades 1-3. In the dry-cleaning fastness test, both non-mordant and iron mordant were excellent, in grade 4-5, and the daylight fastness was excellent grade 3-5 too. The L* values of Ketapang were 26.93 (pre-mordant) and 29.39 (post-mordant), which were higher than those of Gallnut, 41.90 (pre-mordant) and 43.02 (post-mordant), indicating that Ketapang was more easily colored as a black dye than Gallnut.

        최근 집중호우로 서울 강남구(’12), 부산(’13), 울산(’16), 인천, 부산(’17) 등 대도시 지역의 침수 피해가 증가하고 있다. 도시침수는 하천유역의 홍수 피해와는 달리 매우 짧은 시간에 피해가 발생하며, 시설물의 파괴보다는 주택, 차량, 상가 침수로 인한 재산 피해가 높은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 현재 우리나라의 호우에 대한 예 ․ 경보는 기상청에서 발표하는 호우 주의보 및 경보에 의존하고 있지만, 기상청의 호우 주의보 및 경보는 전국공통 지표를 사용함으로써 지역적 특성을 반영하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서울과 울산지역을 대상으로 지역별로 피해이력 기반의 한계강우량을 추정하였으며, 피해이력이 없어 한계강우량 추정이 불가능한 지역에 대해서는 유역특성이 반영된 Neuro-Fuzzy 모형을 통해 한계강우량을 예측하였다. 추정된 한계강우량을 통해 도시침수 위험기준을 설정하고 실제 침수사상에 적용한 결과 추정된 한계강우량은 실제 한계강우량과 1.8~20.4%의 오차를 보이고 있으며, 최소 28분에서 최대 70분의 대피시간을 확보 할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 도시침수 예 ․ 경보를 위한 위험기준으로 활용가능 할 것으로 판단된다.

        증강현실 토이게임은 이런 증강현실 게임의 개념 내에서 볼 수 있는 새로운 게임 장르의 일종으 로, 현실세계의 완구를 이용해서 게임을 진행하는 콘텐츠 혹은 하드웨어를 부르는 용어이다. 본 연 구는 이런 증강현실을 기반으로 하고 있는 토이게임 개발에 관한 모델을 위한 요소를 분석하는 것 을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 다른 게임과 다르게 나타나는 토이 게임의 세 가지 특징을 기존 관련 연구를 기반으로 분석했다. 그리고 선정한 요소들을 증강현실 토이게임을 개발할 때 고려할 중요 요소들을 도출했다. 도출한 요소들의 개발요소 적합도를 알아보기 위해 설문을 진행하고, 탐색적 요인분석 방법으로 분석해서 검증해 보았다. 그 결과 일부 문항을 제외하고 변수 선정의 합당한 결 과가 나왔으며 요소다차원척도법으로 분류해 본 결과 군집분석에서 합당한 것으로 분류되었다.

        The purpose of this study is to develop a farm management diagnostic checklist form, which can be applied to any crops. First, upper indexes and subordinate indexes were identified through survey with expert, and weighted values for each subordinate index were calculated through AHP analysis. Second, as a reuslt of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis, marketing management (0.276) was found to be the most important index of all upper indexes. In the case of subordinate indexes, reflecting management evaluation (0.252) of management consciousness, quality enhancement efforts (0.332) of production management, locating new sales outlets (0.323) of marketing management, agriculture accounting (0.300) of finance management, and adjusting shipping dates (0.274) of risk management were found to be the highest. Third, the interval division using weight of farm receiving prices was higher discrimination in comparison to equal interval division of weighted values for each index. The newly developed farm management diagnostic checklist can be applied to any crops, as it utilizes indexes such as management consciousness, production management, marketing management, financial management, risk management, etc. based on professional opinions. In addition, it allows an objective evaluation of farm management situations by utilizing the weighted value of farm receiving prices.

        Organic agriculture at Hongdong began with the conscious efforts of farmers who were influenced by Japanese experience and the environmental degradation by conventional agriculture in the mid-1970s. Based on their strong conviction, even though the lack of organic technique and information, those farmers started to implement organic agriculture which was beyond the production increase policy at that time. The solidarity among farmers could establish the foundation of organic agriculture through undergoing trial and error. Substantively interchange and communication between farmers and consumers played a prominent role to strengthen the organic agriculture at Hongdong as well.

        The limited use of barley for food is mostly due to undesirable color and unfamiliar flavor of barley based food products. So, preventing the browning is very important in order to increase the consumption of barley. ‘Yeongbaekchal’is a new naked waxy barley cultivar which is not get discolored. It was developed by the National Institute of Crop Science, RDA in 2013. It was derived from the cross between‘Radiant’which is a proanthocyanidin free and ‘Saechalssal’ which has characteristics of winter hardness, lodging tolerance, waxy endosperm and good cooking. The initial cross was done in 2006 and the selected line, ‘Iksan116’(HB16953-B-B-7), had no proanthocyanidin and showed good quality characteristics under yield trial test from 2012 to 2013. Heading and maturing date of ‘Yeongbaekchal’ were 3days late than those of ‘Saechalssal’. It had 90 cm of culm length and 5.0 cm of spike length. It showed 840 spikes per m2, 63 grains per spike, 25.1 g of 1,000-grain weight, and 831 g of test weight. ‘Yeongbaekchal' showed better resistance to BaYMV (Barley yellow mosaic virus) and similar water absorption rate and expansion rate with the check cultivar. Its average yield of the pearled grain in the regional yield trial was 3.42 MT/ha in paddy field, which were 5% lower than that of the check cultivar. It showed a little discoloration during the storage after cooked.

        In recent years, the population structure has been changed by the progresses of 6th-industrialization and transportation in farming areas. This study aims to suggest a regional development plan of farming areas in accordance with the demographic changes. Population structure indicators were derived from previous studies and literature review in order to identify the types of farming areas. Demographic indicators separated to depopulation and population growth in farming areas through a standardized scoring method. This research found that the division of economy is not only the most important division in any other regional development divisions but also necessary to develop new sources of non-farm income through traditional culture, natural environment. In the social division, it is necessary to secure the facilities for the formation of a sense of community to multicultural families and existing residents in farming areas. In the environmental division, it is desirable to improve the quality and satisfaction of life for residents such as the sidewalk and park that utilize ecological environment, culture, history for both depopulation and population region. In the physical division, there is a need for improvement of the facilities of basic living infrastructure service such as roads, water supply and sewerage systems. In the institution division, sustainable financial support of the central government policy for farming areas is crucial for the improvement of residential environment in the farming areas of depopulation and population region.

        Background : This study was carried out to survey the effect of IBA (indole-3-butric acid) concentration on root development characteristics in Viburnum dilatatum cuttings. Methods and Results : The cuttings were collected on July 28, 2016 from plants growing in Korea National Arboretum. Cuttings were treated with different IBA concentrations [0 (control), 10, 100, 1000, 2000 ㎎⋅L-¹] for 10 seconds. Rooting parameters (root number, the longest root length, root fresh weight, root dry weight, rooting percentage, and survival rate) were observed at 8 weeks after cuttings. Rooting percentage was 43, 33, 17, 47, and 40 % at 0, 10, 100, 1000, and 2000 ㎎⋅L-¹ of IBA, respectively. Root number (13.4) was highest under 1000 ㎎⋅L-¹ IBA. Root length (9.4 ㎝) and Root weight (fresh and dry) were highest under 1000 ㎎⋅L-¹ IBA. Conclusion : According to the results, 1000 ㎎⋅L-¹ IBA was the best treatment for increasing percentage rooting percentage and other root development characteristics of V. dilatatum cuttings.

        In this paper, the material characteristics of field applied green slope soil for development of vegetation shotcrete using mineral additive are evaluated. From the results, after a consolidation of certain level is proceeded, soil hardness and soil strength are not affected by ages. However, in order to ensure slope stability, the cohesion should be improved of green slope soil.

        This study was conducted to elucidate the photosynthetic response to the environment and establish optimum cultivation conditions for the Korean endemic plant, Aster koraiensis. Photosynthetic characteristics according to growth stage, light, CO2, and soil water potential were investigated. During the first year of transplanting, photosynthetic rates were drastically increased until June, after which they slowly declined, During the second year, photosynthetic rates declined throughout the entire growth period. The highest level of light compensation point was shown the early growth stage. Photosynthetic rates affected by intercellular CO2 concentration were maintained or decreased over the CO2 saturation point. The lowest CO2 compensation point was 16.1 μmol・mol -1 during March. The morphological changes of leaves were observed due to shading with chlorophyll contents increasing. Photosynthetic rates were higher at 0% and 50% shading treatments than at 75%. There were rarely any morphological changes of leaves due to soil moisture, however, changes to leaf compactness were observed. Photosynthetic rate, apparent quantum yield, and respiration rate increased, whereas water use efficiency decreased over -25 kPa of soil moisture.

        Korea is becoming a model country for the developing countries’ agricultural and rural development. Drawing implications for Vietnam from Korea’s experiences can help make development strategies and policies for other developing countries including North Korea as well as for Vietnam itself. Vietnam is facing an inefficiency in agricultural production and the gap between urban and rural growth has been widening. Farm sizes per household are small and farmlands are scattered. Diversification in rural industry is very restricted. To attack these problems, investment is urgently needed for rural infrastructure building as well as agricultural structure adjustment. In the process of rural development, there have been also encountered such problems as financial procurement, community’s spontaneous participation, manpower development for adjusting to industrial structural change. Korea’s experiences may be helpful for establishing rural development strategies and policies in Vietnam. Benchmark scopes can go beyond Saemaul Undong in 1970s. Korea’s pre- and post-Saemaul Undong era as well as the Saemaul Undong era can be referred. In the wake of globalization, Vietnam has not only experienced compressed rapid economic growth but also encountered policy tasks to eradicate poverty, to realize self-reliance and income increase, and to lessen urban-rural development gap, at the same time. Korea’s experiences show that priority needs to be put on the establishment of national and rural development strategies based on Vietnam-specific conditions, utilization of village’s resources including community tradition and social capital, fund raising for rural development, farmland development and mobilization, production and living infrastructure building, technology transfer for farmers and vocational training for new job seekers.

        The purpose of this study is to understand the master plan of “The project on a comprehensive village development with a unit of a based township” through the master plan analysis and to help understand the implications of this project in order to maintain rural villages that can make local residents satisfied with them and promote the project of comprehensive rural village development as a successful way based on a comparative analysis through the in-site survey. The processes of this study are as follows. First, the analysis of development planning created a drawing based on linking business strategy by each region. The current situation and characteristics of planned public spaces were analyzed through the analysis of location and distribution of public spaces and facilities. Second, the situation analysis was performed by the task of shooting based on the basic plan information, and the master plan and status were confirmed through interviews. Also, the analysis of location and distribution of public spaces and facilities was conducted by a created drawings based on a survey. Finally, the detailed information of public spaces and facilities was compared with the investigation by in-site survey and analyzed through the Master Plan Strategy and a detailed classification of the types of facilities among each regional issues. In addition, by overlapping the planned drawings with the results, the results of formations were confirmed and the planned positional changes and the distribution of facilities were analyzed. As the results of “The project of comprehensive village development with a unit of based township”, it was determined that there were many issues on cultural and welfare facilities in this project to meet the business objectives. Also, the facilities the residents needed, identified by interviews, were rural tourism facilities. According to the results, the residents cherished rural tourism facilities as much as basic living facilities. However, as the results of comparative analysis of public spaces and facilities, it was confirmed that mostly the plan was unfulfilled. Therefore, it is concluded that living, cultural and welfare facilities in the township can be maintained and expanded comprehensively as a purpose of “The project of comprehensive village development with a unit of based township” after not only planning process but also the project is fulfilled actually in rural areas.

        Background : Scrophularia koraiensis is a herbaceous perennials belonging to the family Scrophulariaceae. This study was carried out to survey the effect of LED on root develop characteristics in Scrophularia koraiensis seedling. Methods and Results : Seeds were collected from plants growing in the Mt. Kariwang Jeongseon, Gangwon-do in September 2014, and they were sown to 128 cell plug tray filled with Peatmoss (TKS-2) soil at March, 2015. The experiment was performed with three different LED (Blue, Red, Blue + Red) at July, 2015. Morphological characteristics of root (total root length, root projet area, root surface area, root diameter and root volume) were analyzed with WinRHIZO software. Seedling root growth of scrophularia koraiensis was surveyed to be the highest at the Blue + Red LED in all measuring. Total root length was measured high in the order of Blue + Red, Red, Blue LED. Conclusion : According to the results, Scrophularia koraiensis seedling showed the highest root growth in Blue + Red LED.

        The comprehensive rural village development projects (CRVDP) have been carried out as the core one of the rural development schemes in Korea since 2004. CRVDP included the various rural experience programs to increase rural income and in order to promote rural community development in the project area. This study analyzed the operating management conditions, types and characteristics of the rural experience programs targeting the 168 CRVDPs have been completed so that the recommendations and lessons which were found the usefulness, challenges and improvements to the CRVDP can be provided to be better the same kinds of rural development projects. We identified the relationships between performances such as increasing village income and utilization of rural amenity resources to the CRVDP and operational management types of the rural experience programs as well. Employing principle component analysis and cluster analysis technique, this study found 5 clusters of rural experience programs among 168 CRVDPs. The results of analysis of variance indicated that there were significant the mean differences between clusters such as the utilization of rural amenity resources(0.01), income of rural experience programs(0.1). According to the result of the Chi-squire test, there was very significant differences between internet homepage operation and clusters(0.01). Finally, the analysis of covariance about the income of rural experience programs showed that there were significant the mean differences between clusters(0.05).

        국내 여객선 이용자수는 매년 5% 이상 증가하여 2012년에는 1,453만명이 여객선을 이용하였으며, 동시에 해상재난 건수도 증가하 였다. 재난예방단계에서 선내 승객의 피난가능성을 예측하고 재난상황에 대비한 안전피난 관련 기술을 개발하는 것은 매우 중요한 사안이다. 이에 본 연구는 일반 승객의 피난가능성 예측을 위한 선내 피난모델 개발을 위해 승선생활이 익숙하지 않고 재난대응과 관련된 정규교육을 받지 않은 일반인의 피난경로특성을 파악하였다. 본 83명이 참가한 본 실험에는 33가지 경로선택설문이 제시되었고 응답결과를 분석하면 다 음과 같다. T, U, Y형의 2 분기경로에서 왼쪽 경로보다 오른쪽 경로를 선택하는 비율이 6~18% 높았다. 그러나 경로 상에 보행자 혹은 주행자 가 있으면 보행자 혹은 주행자가 있는 경로를 선택하는 비율이 높아지며, 상대적으로 주행자가 이동하는 경로를 더욱 선호하였다. ‘ㅓ’, ‘ㅏ’형 의 2 분기경로, 3 분기경로에서는 직진경로를 선택하는 비율이 높았다. 이 경우에도 다른 사람을 따르는 경향이 나타났지만 그 보다는 직진경 로를 선택하는 직진성이 더욱 강한 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 분기경로에서 상대적으로 밝은 경로를 선택하는 비율이 높았다. 계단에서는 같은 조건일 때 우측계단, 하향계단, 가까운 계단을 각각 더 선호하는 것으로 조사되었고, 일반 계단에 비해 에스컬레이터와 엘리베이터를 선택하 는 비율은 매우 낮았다.

        최근 국내에는 불규칙한 강우로 인해 수자원관리가 어려워 집중호우와 돌발홍수로 인한 피해가 급증하고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 피해를 최소화하기 위해 홍수 예경보 시스템구축을 위한 실시간 모니터링이나 강우-유출 모의 실험장치를 이용하여 모의 강우 적용 시 발생하는 유출량을 분석하여 그 대안을 찾고자 한다. 기존의 강우-유출 모의실험장치는 규모와 유지관리비용 측면에서 부담이 되는 실정이라 본 연구에서는 강우-유출 모의실험장치의 장단점을 보완한 소형강우모의장치의 설계와 개발 및 활용을 통해 인공강우 분사에 의한 시료의 포화와 지표 및 지하수 유출을 관측하였으며, TDR-300로 측정된 시료의 함수비는 강우강도를 112mm/hr로 설정하여 측정했고 실험 전, 후 차이를 비교 했을 때 모래의 경우 20.87% 증가하였고, 흙은 2.32% 증가하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한 물수지방정식으로 분석한 결과 총 유입량이 28891.5 cm3였고 모래의 경우 지표유출량이 발생하지 않았으며 침투량은 26941.5 cm3, 함수량은 1950 cm3 로 산정되었고 흙의 경우 지표유출량이 22080 cm3였고, 침투량과 함수량은 각각 3480 cm3, 3331.5 cm3 였다. 이를 통해 소형강우모의장치의 효용성을 평가하였다.
