The public safety management guidelines were introduced in 2019 and continue to be dedicated to advancing comprehensive measures for public safety management, with a primary focus on prioritizing the safety and well-being of the public within governmental institutions. To achieve this goal, our previous study developed a establishment procedure of risk assessment-based safety inspection system for public institutions that order construction projects and applied it to highway construction projects to evaluate its effectiveness. To enhance the practicality of the establishment procedure, it is essential to collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders regarding its performance and suitability. This study conducted a survey involving 200 participants who had experience with the establishment procedure, and performed statistical analyses to evaluate its performance and applicability. The survey results indicated that the participants reported a high level of satisfaction (scoring 4 and above on a 5-point Likert scale) in several areas: specialization of safety inspection items for different types of work (with a satisfaction rate of 65%), the evaluation process for safety ratings (64.5%), and their willingness to recommend the procedure to other institutions (75.5%). In the factor analysis with Varimax rotation, two factors emerged: (1) a specialization factor related to safety inspection items, and (2) a grading factor associated with safety evaluation results. Regression analyses of these factors unveiled significant positive relationships with improvements in safety and health performance, including the prevention of fatal accidents, heightened safety responsibility, and raised safety inspection standards. The establishment procedure of safety inspection system developed in our previous study can play a crucial role in reducing accidents resulting in fatalities and injuries at construction sites, ultimately contributing to a safer working environment for all involved parties.
본 연구는 감정노동자 심리분석을 통한 심리치유 방향에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구의 목적 은 감정노동 심리치유 프로그램 개발에 기여 하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 G도 북부지역 감정노동자 157명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구 기간은 2021년 4월부터 2023년 2 월까지 진행되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 28.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 일원분산분석 (One-way ANOVA) 및 피어슨의 상관관계 분석(pearson correlation analysis)을 하였다. 연 구결과는 직군별 감정노동 수준은 M 3.03∼3.96, 감정노동 인식은 M 2.40∼3.48 유의미한 차이가 없는 상태로 나타났다, 감정노동 실태 면에서 1직군(M 2.81), 2직군(M 2.88)은 다른 직군과 M 0.68∼0.4의 차이를 보이는 등 언어적 폭력에서 더 취약한 결과가 나타났다. 감정 노동의 수준 정도에 따라 감정 부조화 및 손상-고객 응대 부조화 및 갈등 순으로 직업 불 만족에 영향을 주고 있다는 유의미한 차이를 볼 수 있다. 정신적 평가결과에서도 감정노동 으로 인해 감정소진, 의욕 저하 등 심리적 문제가 발생하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이를 통해 향후 감정노동자 심리치유 발전에 기여하고자 한다.
본 연구는 정확한 열환경 평가를 위해 옥외 공간에서 체감하는 열쾌적성과 미기후 모델링을 통해 산출된 열쾌적지수의 차이점을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 대구광역시에 위치한 대학 캠퍼스 두 곳을 대상으로 하여 열쾌적성을 평가하는 두 가지 방법론을 적용하고 분석 결과를 비교하였다. 첫 번째 방법은 현장 설문조사를 기반으로 하여 시민들의 열쾌적성 정보를 수집하는 것이며, 두 번째 방법은 미기후 모델인 ENVI-met을 활용하여 열쾌적지수(PMV)를 수집하는 것이다. 또한, 열쾌적성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 그늘의 특성과 토지피복 특성을 기준으로 캠퍼스 내 상세 대상지를 선정하고 이러한 요인이 열쾌적성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 두 대학의 분석 일시와 장소가 달랐으나 방법론별 유사한 양상이 나타났다. 먼저, 설문조사 결과 그늘의 양이 증가할수록 쾌적한 것으로 나타났으며, 토지피복의 종류별 특성과는 다른 결과가 나타났다. 다음으로 모델링 결과 전반적으로 설문조사 결과와 비슷한 양상이 나타나지만 동일한 그늘의 특성을 가지는 세부 대상지에서 토지피복이 열환경에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 피복일 경우 열쾌적지수가 더 높게 나타났다. 결론적으로 설문조사 결과와 미기후 모델링 결과 간에 차이가 존재하며, 정책 반영을 위한 열쾌적성 정보의 수집 시 현장 기반의 체감 더위 정보의 수집을 통해 정확한 정보를 활용할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.
Fishery products play an important role in Korean food culture, and awareness of the safety of fishery products is increasing in the seafood market. Against this backdrop, Japan has announced a plan to release radioactive water to the sea from 2023. In the case of Korea, it is adjacent to the area to be discharged, so there are concerns about securing the safety of marine products. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the change in perception and impact of marine product consumers due to the discharge of contaminated water and to study appropriate countermeasures when discharging contaminated water from nuclear power plants. In this study, the current status of radioactive contaminated water discharge in Japan was summarized, and a survey was conducted on the change in the consumption perception of marine products according to the discharge of contaminated water to analyze the factors affecting the consumption change of domestic consumers. According to the survey, 85.3% of the respondents said that it will affect the purchase of domestic marine products if Japan starts discharging contaminated water from nuclear power plants. Moreover, 85.5% of the respondents said it will affect the purchase of imported marine products.
이 연구는 최근 4차 산업혁명의 도래로 인해 교정업무의 효율성을 확보하고 증가하는 교정수요를 충족하기 위한 방안으로 각광 받고 있는 스마트 교정 개념에 대해 정의 하고, 과학기술전문가와 현직 교정공무원을 대상으로 AHP 분석・설문조사를 실시하여 스마트 교정에 우선적으로 필요한 교정업무 분야와 개발이 필요한 과학기술의 우선순 위를 확인하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 새로운 교정업무 패러다임인 스마트 교정이 교정업무에 적용되기 위해 필요한 개선방안을 제안하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 국내외 스마트 교정에 대한 문헌연구를 실시하고, 과학기술에 대한 현황을 확인하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 국내 교정현실에 맞는 스마트 교정의 적용방안을 제시하기 위해 교정분야별 R&D 연구에 대한 중장기 계획 수립・기반조 성 방안・법률안 개정 방안을 도출하여 이에 대한 정책적 방안으로 제시하였다.
목적 : 젊은 성인의 안구건조 선별검사를 위해 OSDI 설문지를 이용하여 SPEED 설문지의 적합성을 알아보고자 하였다.
방법 : 본 연구는 19세에서 31세 사이의 대학생 134명을 대상으로 안구건조 평가와 관련하여 OSDI와 SPEED 설문지를 비교하였다. 또한, 눈물막파괴시간(TBUT)을 측정하였고, Keratograph 5M을 이용하여 비침입적 눈물 막파괴시간(NITBUT)과 눈물띠 높이(TMH)를 측정하였다.
결과 : SPEED와 OSDI 설문지의 Cronbach's α는 각각 0.861과 0.864였고, SPEED의 민감도와 특이도는 78.0%와 95.2%, OSDI의 민감도와 특이도는 86.1%와 100.0%로 나타났다. OSDI와 SPEED 사이에는 강한 상관 관계가 나타났다(r=0.819, p<0.001). OSDI와 SPEED를 통한 안구건조 진단은 각각 59.7%(n=80)와 64.2%(n=86) 였다. OSDI 점수에 영향을 미치는 요인은 콘택트렌즈 착용 (p=0.001), 성별(p=0.017), 스마트폰 사용 시간(p=0.031), 수면 시간(p=0.001)이었다. 또한, SPEED 점수에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성별(p<0.001), 스마트폰 사용 시간(p=0.001), 콘택트렌즈 착용(p=0.016)으로 나타났다.
결론 : 본 연구에서는 OSDI를 이용하여 안구건조 평가를 위한 SPEED 설문지의 적합성을 조사하였다. 연구결과는 SPEED 설문지가 젊은 성인의 안구건조증 평가를 위한 선별검사로 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다.
In order to understand basic data for improving the fishing system and fishing vessel structure in coastal improved stow net fishery, a questionnaire survey and on-site hearing were conducted from May 10 to June 11, 2019 to analyze opinions on the improvement of operation status and fishing vessel structure. The questionnaire survey consisted of ten questions on the operation status of coastal improved stow net fishery and six questions on the improvement of fishing vessel structure, and the results of each question were analyzed by the region, the captain’s age, the captain’s career and the age of fishing vessel. As a result of analyzing opinions on the operation status of the coastal improved stow net fishery, it was found that the average time required for casting net was 32.8 to 33.0 minutes and that the average time required for hauling net was 41.0 to 42.2 minutes which took 10 to 12 minutes more than for casting net. The most important work requiring improvement during fishing operation (the first priority) were ‘hauling net operation,’ ‘readjustment and storage of fishing gear,’ and ‘fish handling’ and the hardest factor in fishing management were in the order of ‘reduction of catch,’ ‘labor shortage’ and ‘rising labor costs.’ The most institutional improvement that is most needed in coastal improved stow net fishery was an ‘using fine mesh nets.’ Most of the respondent to the questions on the experience in hiring foreign crews was ‘either hiring or willing to hire foreign crews,’ and the average number of foreign crews employed was found to be 2.3 to 2.4 persons. The most important reason for hiring (or considering employment) foreign crews was ‘high labor costs.’ The degree of communication with foreign crews during fishing operation were ‘moderate’ or ‘difficult to direct work.’ The most important problem in hiring foreign crews (the first priority) was an ‘illegal departure.’ As the survey results on the opinion of structural improvement of coastal improved stow net fishing vessel, the degree of satisfaction with fishing vessel structure related to fishing operation was found to be somewhat unsatisfactory, with an average of 3.3 points on a five-point scale. The inconvenient structure of fishing vessel in possession (the first priority), the space needed most for the construction of new fishing vessel (the first priority) and the space considered important for the construction of new fishing vessel (the first prioprity) was a ‘fish warehouse.’ The most preferred equipment for the construction of new fishing vessel were ‘engine operation monitoring’ and ‘navigation safety devices.’ The average size (tonnage class), the average horse power and the average total length of fishing vessel for proper profit and safety fishing operation was between 13.8 and 14.0 tonnes, 808.3 to 819.5 H.P. and 23.4 to 23.5 meters, respectively. The results of the operation status of coastal improved stow net fishery and the requirement for improving the fishing vessel structure are expected to be provided as basic data for reference when we build or improve the fishing vessel.
In order to collect basic data for the improvement of fishing systems in coastal improved stow net fishery, a questionnaire survey and on-site hearing were conducted from May 10 to June 11, 2019 on the basic items of coastal improved stow net fishery and safety accidents that occurred during fishing operation. The questionnaire for the survey on the actual conditions of coastal improved stow net fishery consisted of a survey on basic matters (six questions) and a questionnaire (six questions) on safety accidents occurring during fishing operation. The results of the survey on basic items were analyzed by region (Incheon, Seocheon, Gunsan and Mokpo), by the captain’s age (less than 50 years of age, 50 to 60 years and more than 60 years of age), by the captain’s career (less than 20 years, 20 to 30 years, 30 to 40 years and more than 40 years) and by the age of fishing vessel (less than 10 years, 10 to 20 years and more than 20 years). According to the survey on basic items of coastal improved stow net fishery such as the captain’s age, the captain’s career, the age of fishing vessel, the fishing nets in use, the crews on board and the operation days per voyage by region, the average captain’s age was 55.7 years, the average captain’s career was 20.5 years, the average age of fishing vessels was 9.0 years, the average numbers of nets used by fishing boats was 14.0 sets, the average numbers of crew on board a fishing boat was 4.4 persons and the average numbers of operation days per voyage was 4.9 days (p < 0.05). As a result of the survey on safety factors during fishing operations, such as experience of ship accidents, major causes of ship accidents experienced, causes of ship accidents (first priority), experience of human accidents, major causes of human accidents, and causes of human accidents (first priority), more than 96% of the respondents experienced ship accidents including collisions with other vessels or fishing gear during fishing operations. The most significant cause of the accident was the other’s fishing gear installed in the fishing grounds. The first possible causes of ship accidents during fishing operations were found to be other fishing gear installed in fishing grounds, steering or engine failure, and inability to avoid accidents during casting and hauling nets. The survey of the experience of human accidents, such as injuries or sea falls, showed that more than 90% of the respondents experienced human accidents during fishing operations. The most important cause of accidents experienced during fishing operations was stucked in a fishing gear during casting and hauling nets. The first important causes of accidents during fishing operations were movement of the fishing gear during casting and hauling nets, damage of the fishing gear such as rope cutting. The results are expected to be provided as a basic data to prevent safety accidents occurring during fishing operation and improve the fishing system in the coastal improved stow net fishery.
Background: The Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy (FACIT) for Dyspnea was developed to assess multidimensional dyspnea using two subscales (experience of dyspnea and functional limitation) and a total score.
Objects: This study aimed to assess the reliability and validity of the Korean version of the FACIT-dyspnea 10-item short form questionnaire (FACIT-dyspnea-K). Methods: Subjects were 163 patients with cancer. Dyspnea-related scales (modified Medical Research Council scale [mMRC], European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30 [EORTC QLQ-C30], Hospital Anxiety and Depression [HAD], and WHO Performance Scale) were used to validate the FACIT-dyspnea-K.
Results: Internal consistency was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha values of 0.90 and 0.95 in factors 1 and 2, respectively. Convergence validity was determined by comparing the two factors and total score of the FACIT-dyspnea-K with conceptually related assessment tools measuring the physical and emotional effects of dyspnea, with which correlations ranged from 0.364 to 0.567. Criterion validity was established by significant differences in the FACITdyspnea- K score between groups when the patients were classified by performance status as assessed by the WHO performance scale. Furthermore, the FACIT-dyspnea-K showed notable correlations with other dyspnea scales (mMRC, EORTC QLQ-C30, and HAD) for cancer patients (r = 0.28 to 0.54). The test-retest reliability of the two factors and total score of the FACITdyspnea- K appeared to be excellent (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.96 to 0.97).
Conclusion: This study supports FACIT-dyspnea-K as a valid and reliable instrument to assess the dyspnea experience of cancer patients in clinical settings.
PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to find out how to perform a visual-based conjoint analysis of signs, specifically for those in subway systems.
METHODS: To identify the current problems with signs, we conducted installation case studies on subway signs and developed visualized materials for survey. The visualized survey cards were used to record the subjects’preferences in the conjoint analysis.
RESULTS: Based on the current problems of sign, we developed the profile cards and used the visualized survey cards to conduct the survey for conjoint analysis. From the conjoint analysis using the visualized survey cards, it was found that the values of Pearson’s R and Kendall’s tau are close to 1. This suggests that our model is a very fitted model for conjoint analysis.
CONCLUSIONS: We concluded that a conjoint analysis of subway signs could be reliably performed by using visualized survey cards.
