        The primary focus in the nuclear power market revolves around the advancement of small modular reactors (SMRs) featuring fourth-generation nuclear technology. Microreactors, a subset of SMRs, are characterized by their portability due to their very small size. Despite the accelerated development of microreactors, there are currently no regulations concerning their transportation. To pave the way for future regulatory requirements, existing laws and standards were initially examined. This included a review of basic standards, special conditions of the Road Traffic Act, road transport regulations for nuclear material shipments, and physical protection regulations. Additionally, summaries were provided for design standards related to acceleration loads and vibration tests during road transport and land-based nuclear power plant designs. The anticipated outcome of this study is comprehensive coverage of considerations for designing a transport system for micro-nuclear reactors, providing developers the flexibility to selectively apply them to their specific needs. Furthermore, it is anticipated that this information can serve as fundamental data for establishing licensing requirements in the future.

        In contemporary global warfare, the significance and imperative of air transportation have been steadily growing. The Republic of Korea Air Force currently operates only light and medium-sized military cargo planes, but does not have a heavy one. The current air transportation capability is limited to meet various present and future air transport needs due to lack of performance such as payload, range, cruise speed and altitude. The problem of population cliffs and lack of airplane parking space must also be addressed. These problems can be solved through the introduction of heavy cargo planes. Until now, most studies on the need of heavy cargo plane and increasing air transport capability have focused on the necessity. Some of them suggested specific quantity and model but have not provided scientific evidence. In this study, the appropriate ratio of heavy cargo plane suitable for the Korea's national power was calculated using principal component analysis and cluster analysis. In addition, an optimization model was established to maximize air transport capability considering realistic constraints. Finally we analyze the results of optimization model and compare two alternatives for force structure.

        In supply chain, most partners except the top level suppliers have inbound and outbound logistics. For example, toll manufacturing companies get unprocessed materials from a requesting company and send the processed materials back to the company after toll processing. Accordingly, those companies have inbound and outbound transportation costs in their total logistics costs. For many cases, the company may make the schedule of distributions by considering only the due delivery dates. However, the inbound and outbound transportation costs could significantly affect the total logistics costs. Thus, this paper considers the inbound and outbound transportation costs to find the optimal distribution plans. In addition, we have considered the inventory holding costs as well with transportation costs. From the experimental results, we have provided the optimal strategies for the distributions of replenishment as well as deliveries.

        Recently, the electron transport layer (ETL) has become one of the key components for high-performance perovskite solar cell (PSC). This study is motivated by the nonreproducible performance of ETL made of spin coated SnO2 applied to a PSC. We made a comparative study between tin oxide deposited by atomic layer deposition (ALD) or spin coating to be used as an ETL in N-I-P PSC. 15 nm-thick Tin oxide thin films were deposited by ALD using tetrakisdimethylanmiotin (TDMASn) and using reactant ozone at 120 °C. PSC using ALD SnO2 as ETL showed a maximum efficiency of 18.97 %, and PSC using spin coated SnO2 showed a maximum efficiency of 18.46 %. This is because the short circuit current (Jsc) of PSC using the ALD SnO2 layer was 0.75 mA/cm2 higher than that of the spin coated SnO2. This result can be attributed to the fact that the electron transfer distance from the perovskite is constant due to the thickness uniformity of ALD SnO2. Therefore ALD SnO2 is a candidate as a ETL for use in PSC vacuum deposition.

        In contemporary global warfare, the significance and imperative of air transportation have been steadily growing. Nevertheless, the Korean Air Force currently operates only with small and medium-sized military cargo planes, lacking larger aircraft. Consequently, the efficiency of their operations is constrained by the limited air transport capacity and the aging of their existing fleet, among other factors. Therefore, we have to consider to make future air transportation capability. Although the 2nd large-sized cargo-plane acquisition project is ongoing, its quantity is very small. In this study, we propose an optimal prediction model that takes into account practical constraints such as parking space availability, pilot availability, wartime daily maximum loads, while simultaneously maximizing both the effectiveness and efficiency of transport capacity for future warfare envirionment.

        수송은 양식어류의 양식과정에서 필수적으로 수행되며, 선별과 같은 물리적인 스트레스 요인 중 하나이다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 해산어류인 넙치를 이용하여 수송 시 염분, 수온 및 마취제의 영향을 확인하기 위해 수송 시 해수 염분(35‰, 15‰)과 수온은 20℃ (natural water temperature, NWT), 15℃ (cooling water temperature, CWT)로 설정하였으며 마취제(anesthesia, Anes., Sigma USA)는 50 ppm 희석하여 염분, 수온, 마취제 요인들을 혼합한 실험구를 설정하였 다. 실험구는 각각 NWT+35‰, CWT+ 35‰, NWT+15‰, CWT+15‰, NWT+15‰+Anes. 및 CWT+15‰+Anes.으로 설정하였다. 스티로폼 상자(66×42×20 cm)를 수송용기로 사용하였으 며, 해수 3 ℓ와 액화산소를 주입한 비닐봉지에 넙치 8마리씩 수용하여 수송하였다. 연구 결과 수송 전 코티졸 농도는 2.4±0.1 ng ml-1로부터 CWT+35‰ 구(16.7±12.8 ng ml-1)를 제외한 나 머지 실험구에서 유의하게 높아졌다. K+ 농도는 수송 전 3.1±0.0 mEq l-1로부터 NWT+15‰ 구에서 4.5±1.1 mEq l-1로 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 나머지 실험구에서는 모두 유의하게 높은 값을 보였다. 혈액성상의 변화에는 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 수온과 마취제는 스트레스를 유발 로 인한 삼투압조절에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. AST, ALT에는 영향을 미치지 않았다.

        This study compares the characteristics of a compact TiO2 (c-TiO2) powdery film, which is used as the electron transport layer (ETL) of perovskite solar cells, based on the manufacturing method. Additionally, its efficiency is measured by applying it to a carbon electrode solar cell. Spin-coating and spray methods are compared, and spraybased c-TiO2 exhibits superior optical properties. Furthermore, surface analysis by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) exhibits the excellent surface properties of spray-based TiO2. The photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE) is 14.31% when applied to planar perovskite solar cells based on metal electrodes. Finally, carbon nanotube (CNT) film electrode-based solar cells exhibits a 76% PCE compared with that of metal electrodebased solar cells, providing the possibility of commercialization.
