파크골프는 실버세대들이 신체적, 비용적으로 부담 없이 즐길 수 있는 생활체육으로서 자리매 김하고 있다. 이에 파크골프 참여자들의 열정적인 참여행동이 운동몰입 및 운동성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴 보고자 하였다. 대상은 파크골프 참여자 243명을 대상으로 하였고, 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0 및 AMOS 18.0 을 이용하였다. 또한, 빈도분석, 신뢰도, 확인적 요인분석 및 상관분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 SEM을 통해 경로분석을 실행하였고, 부트스트래핑을 활용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 첫째, 열정적 행동과 운동몰입 의 관계는 조화열정은 운동몰입에 영향을 미치지 않았고, 강박열정은 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 열정은 운동성과에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 운동몰입은 운동성과에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 열정과 운동 성과의 관계에서 운동몰입이 부분적 매개 역할을 하였다. 따라서 열정이 저하되지 않도록 파크골프장의 환 경을 개선해 준다면 운동몰입 및 운동성과는 향상될것이다.

본 연구는 퍼스널트레이너-고객 간의 라포형성이 운동성과에 미치는 영향관계를 커뮤니케이션 스타일을 중심으로 인과 관계(SEM)를 밝히고자 하였다. 이에 2022년 10월 1일부터 4월 28일까지 표본계 획에 의해 PT고객 187명을 대상으로 모바일 프로그램 ‘서베이몽키’를 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 도출 하였 다. 첫째, 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 라포형성에 영향(+)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 커뮤니케이션 스타 일은 운동성과에 부분적으로 영향(+)을 미치며, 통제형은 영향관계가 성립되지 않았다. 셋째, 라포형성이 운동성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 PT는 일반적인 서비스가 아닌 인적 서비스이기에 그 중요성이 더욱히 강조되어야 될 것이다. 또한, 치열한 PT시장에서 우위를 점하는 것은 바로 고객이 반응할 수 있는 표현방식 언어적 측면과 비언어적 측면을 적절하게 반영된다면 운동성과와 경영성과 둘 동시 영향 을 줄 것으로 판단된다.

한국교회는 일제에 의해 자주와 인권이 짓밟혔을 때 천도교와 연합하여 독립만세운동을 일으키고 이에 적극 참여했다. 세계사와 구속사를 이원론적으로 해석하는 자들은 만세운동이 기독교 신앙과 무관하다고 주장한다. 그러나 하나님의 선교(missio Dei)는 구원받은 피조물 위에 그리스도의 주권을 세우는 하나님 나라를 목표로 하며, 교회사뿐 아니라 전체역사를 그 영역으로 삼기 때문에 한국교회가 참여한 만세운동을 신학적으로 해석할 필요가 있다. 이 논문은 하나님 의 선교 관점에서 3·1운동과 익산4·4만세운동을 중심으로 기독교와 의 관련성과 선교역사적 의미를 준비과정과 피해상황에서 서술하고자 한다.

In this experiment, we determined the effect of curcumin supplementation in freezing buffer for miniature pig sperm cryopreservation. Each ejaculate was diluted with modified Modena B extender and mixed with lactose-egg yolk (LEY extender, 80% v/v lactose solution [310 mM], 20% v/v egg yolk, and100 μg/mL kanamycin sulfate) and LEY-glycerol Orvus ES Paste (LEYGO, 89.5% v/v LEY, 5% v/v glycerol, 1.5% v/v Orvus ES Paste), 100 mM trehalose supplemented with 0, 10, 50, 100, and 500 μM of curcumin from turmeric, respectively. Following equilibration, the 0.5 mL French straws were frozen and plunged into LN2 tank for 7 days at least. Sperm parameter and oxidative byproducts were determined by the computer assisted sperm motility analysis (CASA) and fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) as compared with each groups.Supplementation of curcumin had no effect on sperm motility, progressive motility and curvilinear velocity. However, average-path velocity and straight-line velocity were significantly higher in 10 μM curcumin group (100.9±8.8 μm/s, 61.7±2.9 μm/s, respectively) than control group (77.8±3.9 μm/s, 46.4±3.0 μm/s, respectively) (p < 0.05). In addition, the level of the O2 radical and H2O2 were comparatively decreased in curcumin groups by evaluation of ethidium and DCF fluorescence. According to the results, curcumin can improve sperm kinetic variables and alleviate ROS induced cryoinjury to pig sperm.

For evaluating the boar semen quality, sperm motility (MOT) is an important parameter because the movement of spermatozoa indicates active metabolism, membrane integrity and fertilizing capacity. Estrogen receptors 2(ESR2) is involved in estrogen related apoptosis in cell cycle spermatogenesis, but their functions have not been confirmed in pig until now. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze their association with sperm motility and kinematic characteristics. DNA samples from 105 Duroc pigs with records of semen motility and kinematic characteristics [Total motile spermatozoa (MOT), Curvilinear velocity(VCL), Straight-line velocity(VSL), the ratio between VSL and VCL(LIN), Amplitude of Lateral Head displacement(ALH)] were analyzed. A SNP in coding region of ESR2 g.35547A > G in exon 5 was associated with MOT (p < 0.05) in Duroc population. Therefore, we suggest that the porcine ESR2 gene may be used as a molecular marker for Duroc boar semen quality, although its functional effects were not defined yet. These results might shed new light on the roles of ESR2 in spermatogenesis as candidate gene for boar fertility, but still the lack of association across populations should be considered.

◉ 목적 : 본 연구는 가상현실 프로그램이 운동성 저하아동의 운동성, 주의집중력에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 것이다. ◉ 연구방법 : BOTMP II(Bruininks-Oserstsky Test of Motor Proficiency II)와 활동성평정척도(Werry-Weiss-Perter’s Activity Rating Scale ;WWPARS ;이하 WWP) 검사를 통하여 운동성의 결함, 주의집중력 결함을 가진 2명의 아동을 대상으로 부모의 동의를 얻어 5주 동안 A아동 6회, B아동 8회에 걸친 가상현실 프로그램을 실시하였다. 아동마다 연구자 2명씩 개입하여 약 50분씩(Wii-fit, Wii-sports resort) 실시하였고, 초기 평가 후 각 6, 8회에 걸친 연구를 진행하여, 마지막 차에 최종평가를 실시하였다. 최종평가는 BOTMP II, 활동성평정척도(WWP)를 사용하였다. ◉ 결과 : 각 아동마다 BOTMP II, 활동성평정척도(WWP) 평가결과 A 아동은 BOTMP II, 활성평정척도(WWP) 모두 긍정적 효과가 있었다. A아동은 BOTMP II 결과 총점 63점에서 71점으로 증가하여 운동성이 향상되었고, 활동성평정척도(WWP) 검사결과 총점 11점에서 6점으로 감소하여 집중력이 향상되었다. B아동은 BOTMP II 결과 총점 52점에서 55점으로 증가하여 운동성이 향상되었고, 활성평정척도(WWP) 검사결과 총점 16점에서 19점으로 점수가 증가하여 집중력이 향상되지 못했다. ◉ 결론 : 가상현실 프로그램이 운동성과 주의집중력에 문제를 가진 아동에게 적용되었을 때 운동성을 향상시키고, 주의집중력에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 기초로 대상자들의 수를 늘리고 장기간에 걸쳐 아동의 변화를 확인할 수 있는 가상현실 프로그램 연구가 지속적으로 필요하다고 사료된다.

The objective of this study was to investigate the motility and kinematics of boar sperm that while stored at 4C. The samples of fresh boar semen were place into an extender, Androhep, and stored at . In three of these samples, cryoprotectants were added. The sperm's motilities and kinematics were evaluated by using microscope () and the viability status was evaluated by using with eosin staining method. The 5 sample groups are; Goup A:Androhep (extender), stored at . Group B:Androhep (extender), stored at . Group C:Androhep (extender), + 3% glycerol (cryoprotectant), stored at . Group D:Androhep (extender), + 3% DMSO (cryoprotectant), stored at . Group E:Androhep (extender), + 3% ethylene glycol (cryoprotectant), stored at . In group A, the sperm's motility was reduced. On day one the sperm's motility was () and day 5 the motility was (). In group B, C and D the sperm's motility were reduced to 0 on day 5. In group E the sperm's percentage of motility decreased. On day one the sperm's motility was () and day 5 the motility was (). When comparing cryoprotectant in samples of boar sperm there is a slight improvement in the results when the use of Androhep Lite (extender), + 3% ethylene glycol (cryoprotectant), stored at are used. Based on these results, ethylene glycol can protect sperm from heat shock at , but not satisfactory level. However, it showed the possibilities of liquid semen preservation at by using cryoprotectant.

Research in the area of equine artificial insemination (AI) has led to its increased application in field trials. However, procedures for equine semen collection, cooling and freezing of semen and artificial insemination need further improvement. In experiment 1, we investigated the percentage of total motility (TM) and progressive motility (PM) of sperms at after-collection, cooled-diluted, cooled-transported or frozen-thawed semen. In experiment 2, mares were inseminated with either cooled-diluted, cooled-transported or frozen-thawed semen. In experiment 3, we examined the effect of buffer (skim-milk extender), which was infused into the uterus at the time of AI with frozen-thawed semen. In experiment 4, we compared AI pregnancy rates for mares ovulating spontaneously versus after treatment with hCG. In experiment 1, the average percentage of TM was decreased from 75.3% to 14.4% at the stage of after-collection to frozen-thawed semen (p<0.05). The average percentage of PM was 58.2% and 59.6% at after-collection and cooled-diluted, but it was significantly increased 71.7% after frozen-thawed (p<0.05). In experiment 2, the pregnancy rates after AI using cooled-diluted, cooled-transported and frozen-thawed semen were 60%, 50% and 37.5%, respectively, and similar among treatments. In experiment 3, the pregnancy rate of mares infused with buffer at AI was 40% which was higher than that with no buffer (10%). In experiment 4, the pregnancy rates of mares were similar between ovulated spontaneously (25%) and ovulated with hCG (50%). The results suggest that equine semen that has been cooled-diluted, cooled-transported or frozen can be successfully used to establish AI, pregnancy and foal production. Also, the pregnancy rates after AI can be increased by infusing buffer into the uterus at AI or by inducing ovulation with hCG, but further study is need.

These experiments were conducted to examine the effects of theophylline, pentoxifylline and heparin on frozen-thawed Hanwoo sperm for enhancing motility and viability of sperm. Frozen-thawed semen collected from one bull was treated in TALP(tyrode-albuminlactate-pyruvate) containing varous concentrations of theophylline and pentoxifylline. After incubated at 5% CO2 in air atmosphere for 6 hours, the motility of sperm after the treatments was characterized by CASA(computer aided semen analysis) system. When monitored notility(MOT) and curvilinear velocity(VCL), theophylline and pentoxifylline exerted their optimal action at the concentration of 30 mM and 3 mM, respectively. No difference of sperm motility was observed when the sperm was treated with both substances compared with a single treatment of each substance. Comparison was then made for evaluating the effect of theophylline and / or pentoxiophylline on the motility and viability of significant treatment effects of each substance, high MOT and VCL values were detected in sperm treated with theophylline. In the case of sperm viability examined by an eosin-nigrosin staining, however, a significant decrease was found after the combined treatment of theophylline+pentoxyphilline than after the treatment with heparin alone or no treatment(P<0.05). In conclusion, theophylline, pentoxiphylline or heparin can be used for enhancing the motional characteristics and viability of frozen thawed Hanwoo semen. Considering characteristics of these substances, theophyline may be useful in the artificial insemination system, which requires vigorous sperm motility. While, heparin supporting sperm viability in vitro can be effectively used for improving in vitro-fertilization system.

목적: 본 연구는 사회적 상호의존성과 팀성과의 관계에서 팀원관계와 응집력의 이중매개효과를 검증하였다. 방법: 대학 운동선수 135명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, Hayes (2018)가 개발한 매크로 프로그램을 통하여 이중 매개효과에 대한 통계적 검증을 실시하였다. 결과: 사회적 상호의존성이 높을수록 팀원관계는 향상되고, 향상된 팀원관계는 응집력을 강화시켜 팀성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 이중매개효과는 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 단일매개변수(사회적 상호의존성 → 팀원관계 → 팀성과, 사회적 상호의존성 → 응집력 → 팀성과)에 대한 간접효과의 통계적 유의성은 존재하지 않았다. 결론: 따라서 사회적 상호의존성을 통해 팀성과를 높이기 위해서는 팀원관계와 응집력를 함께 고려한 중재전략을 개발하고 적용해야 할 것이다.
