본 연구에서는 지역 영역 기상 수치 예보 모델의 여러 수평 영역 및 수평 해상도에 따른 이상적인 열대저기압 의 진로와 베타자이어의 민감도를 조사하였다. 모델의 이상적인 초기 조건은 경험적인 함수로 생성된 3차원 축대칭 모 조 소용돌이와 허리케인 활동 시기의 평균 대기 조건으로 구성된다. 이때 모델 설정에 따른 이상적인 열대저기압의 변 화를 분석하기 위하여 배경 흐름은 제거되었다. 수치 모델의 수평 영역 및 수평 해상도에 따른 이상적인 열대저기압의 민감도 실험을 수행하기 위해, 지역 영역 수치 모델로서 W RF (Weather Research a nd F orecasting) 모델을 사용하였다. 모의된 열대저기압의 바람장으로부터 베타자이어를 추출하기 위해, DFS (Double-Fourier Series) 국지 영역 고차 필터 를 사용하였다. 모델의 수평 영역의 크기가 감소할수록 베타자이어의 구조와 강도가 약해졌으며, 이는 열대저기압 진로 의 차이를 발생시켰다. 수평 영역의 크기를 본 연구의 실험에서 가장 작은 영역인 3,000 km3,000 km로 설정하였을 경 우에 베타자이어 통풍류의 서진 성분이 크게 감소하였으며, 수평 영역을 더 넓게 설정한 실험들에 비해 열대저기압의 진로가 동쪽으로 편향되었다. 본 결과는 열대저기압과 관련된 바람장 전체를 포함하지 못할 정도로 매우 작은 수평 영 역을 사용할 경우, 열대저기압의 진로가 적절히 모의 될 수 없음을 시사한다. 반면, 5,000 km5,000 km와 6,000 km 6,000 km의 수평 영역에서는 그 민감도가 매우 작게 나타났다. 수평 해상도가 감소할수록 이상적인 열대저기압의 진 로는 매우 서쪽으로 편향되었다. 베타자이어의 크기와 강도도 수평 해상도가 감소할수록 크고 더 강하게 나타났다.

예이츠와 히니는 아일랜드의 호수와 바다에 서식하는 물고기와 어부의 이미지를 시적 글쓰기에 활용한다. 예이츠의 ｢물고기｣와 ｢어부｣는 삶의 희망과 불안을 썰물과 밀물로 탐구하며 삶의 지혜를 어부를 통해 낭만적으로 표현한다. 히니는 ｢송어｣, ｢농어｣, ｢연어잡이가 연어에게｣에서 바다와 호수의 생태적인 면과 이상 및 현실의 경계를 접목하여 해당 어류들이 사이를 치열하게 넘나든다. 히니의 물고기는 장어처럼 바다와 강의 경계를 상징하고 물과 흙 이미지의 결합인 진흙과 연결된다. 예이츠의 물고기와 어부는 경험과 지혜를 토대로 이상향을 향해 쌓아 올린 탑과 같다면, 히니의 물고기와 어부는 물과 흙의 경계에서 과거 기억과 현실, 그리고 시적 상상이 어우러져 균형을 유지하려는 수평기를 떠오르게 한다.

예이츠의 초기시는 신비한 요정의 나라와 영웅의 세계에 몰입하는 신화의 이상적 세계로의 회귀 경향이 현저히 나타난다. 아일랜드의 신화나 전설 속의 영웅의 모습을 재현함으로써, 그는 신화를 통해 이상적 세계를 탐색하여 고통스러운 현실에 희망을 심어주고 민족정신을 찾을 수 있게 하는 가능성을 열어준다. 고대 켈트족의 신화와 전설, 민담에 현실의 고통을 가미하여 재현함으로써 시인의 초기시에 나타나는 신화 세계로의 회귀 경향은 아일랜드 고유의 민족문학 건설이라는 현실성을 지니게 된다. 이러한 경향은 예이츠가 “문화민족주의”를 주장하는 가운데 현실적인 인물인 농민들의 가치를 강조함으로써 초기시에 나타난 신화의 단점인 지나치게 현실과 괴리된 이상향만을 추구한 점을 보완한다. 그가 볼 때 아일랜드 농민들은 초자연적인 경험을 통해 영국의 물질주의와 이성주의에서 벗어나 초자연의 신비를 지닌 켈트족의 옛 아일랜드를 부활하고 영국의 지배에서 벗어나 새로운 세계로 나아갈 수 있는 비전을 제시한다.

장자는 백가쟁명의 산물로서, 각 편의 작자들은 주로 유가와 묵가를 동 시에 비판하면서 자신들의 이념을 선양하였다. 장자학파에서 보기에 제자백 가는 모두 윤리적 가치판단과 논리적 시비판단의 측면에서 부분만 보고 전체 를 보지 못한 방술(方術)에 불과한 것이다. 이에 당시 일반화된 이상적 인간상 가운데 특히 “인의”(仁義) 관념에 기초한 “군자”와 “성인” 관념을 비판하는 동 시에 개념의 수정과 확대를 통하여 재정립을 도모하였다. 장자학파는 기본적 으로 언어적 표현을 인위적 산물로 배척하면서도 자신들의 “주장”을 드러내 기 위해서는 부득이 메타언어를 활용하지 않을 수 없었다. 따라서 외편과 잡 편에서 제가를 비판하는 과정에 원용되는 “성인”(聖人) 개념은 비판과 긍정의 이중성을 보인다. 반면에 내편의 우화에서는 장자학파의 이상적 인간상으로 정립되어 “지인”(至人)이나 “신인”(神人)과 대등한 개념으로 활용되고 있다. 장자의 외편과 잡편에서는 “성인”과 마찬가지로 “지인”이나 “신인” 관념 또한 현실과 일정한 관계를 유지하고 있다. 우리는 모두 이상과 현실을 동시 에 향유하며 살아간다. 현실 속의 인간은 주어진 조건, 莊子에 보이는 의미에서의 “천명”으로 인하여 여러 가지 형태의 “유대”(有待)를 벗어날 수 없기 때문이다. 그러기에 “무대”(無待)의 이상적 인간형의 처세 방식 또한 “무기”(無 己), “무공”(無功), “무명”(無名) 등으로 다양하게 표현된 것으로 이해된다. 일상 인에게는 “유대”로 평가된 송영자(宋榮子)와 열자(列子)의 처세 방식 또한 어 려운 일이다. 따라서 장자를 “자연주의”로 비판한 순자는 오히려 자연과 인위 의 구분을 명확히 하는 사람을 “지인”이라고 칭하였다. 장자학파의 역설적 논리에 근거하면 꿈을 도모하는 것 또한 자연스러운 것 이 아니라 오히려 인위적일 수밖에 없다. 이에 이상과 현실의 상호 괴리를 경 계하면서 “진인”으로 대표되는 현실적으로도 바람직한 처세를 유지할 수 있 는 인간상을 제시한 것으로 보인다. 따라서 후세의 도교에서 “진인”이 대표적 인간상으로 정립된 것은 도가의 “무위자연”의 관념이 현실적 인간의 “불로장 생”으로 바뀐 데 연유하는 바 클 것이다.

Society’s emphasis on a thin body ideal may intensify an individual’s negative perceptions of fatness. The purpose of the present study was to examine the relationship between sociocultural attitudes toward appearance (awareness and internalization of the female ideal) and anti-fat attitudes among middle-aged Korean women. In addition, the aim was to examine whether the body internalization of female ideals was a mediator in the proposed model. Participants included a sample of 264 middle-aged Korean women who completed a series of measures online. The following information was collected through online questionnaires: awareness and internalization of the female ideal, attitudes toward fat, body weight perception, and demographics. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The measurement model and the structural model testing provided an acceptable fit to the data, and all proposed pathways in the research model were statistically significant. Awareness of the female ideal was significantly and positively associated with internalization, and it significantly and positively predicted both constructs of anti-fat attitudes. Additionally, awareness of the female ideal was significantly and positively indirectly associated with attitudes toward fat peopledislike and willpower mediated by internalization. Overall, these findings suggest that society’s emphasis on female appearance and a thin body can ultimately result in significant stigmatization of overweight/obese individuals. This study emphasizes the importance of establishing a healthy appearance standard to reduce anti-fat prejudice.

하디가 인식한 신이란 그 존재가 회의적이거나 존재한다 하더라도 인간사에 관심이 없거나 오히려 적대적인 존재이다. 『쥬드』는 이상적 신의 부재에 근원 한 염세주의 사상과 죽음의 문제를 인물들의 관계를 통해 재현함으로써 인간사 의 잔혹한 현실을 형상화한다. 하지만 상세한 텍스트 분석은 이 작품이 비극의 틀 안에서 아이러니에 의해 형성되는 희극성을 지닌 작품이라는 점을 드러낸다. 대조의 양상에서 형성되는 희극성은 현실과 이상의 대조로 인한 인물간의 대립 과 삶의 부조리를 상징적으로 재현한다. 이점에서 텍스트에 내포된 희극성은 독자로 하여금 희극과 비극의 모호한 경계선 위에서 작품의 비극적 의미를 더욱 효과적으로 인식하도록 하는 장치로서 작용한다. 결국 『쥬드』에 나타나는 비극성 속의 희극성은 희극적 완화(comic relief)로서 극적 효과를 높인다. 희극적 완 화의 효과는 작품에 나타나는 단순한 개인의 비극이라는 주제의 측면뿐 아니라, 이상적 신의 부재로 인한 냉혹한 우주 속에서의 인간의 삶과 죽음, 그리고 현실 의 부조리라는 비극적 효과를 강화시키며 작품의 비극성을 끊임없이 재음미하게 하는 역할을 한다.

The purpose of the study was to theoretically develop a measurable instrument of an ideal L2 self with six sub-factors: the degree of desire, the vividness of mental imagery, learning strategy, the degree of plausibility, the frequency of thinking about the future, and the degree of fearfulness. All factors were supposed to be part of one of the categories of human emotion, cognition, expectation, and desire. Through the process of scale construction, the study confirmed that this instrument had statistically reliable and valid factorial structures. After an exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, ideal L2 self was able to justify the hierarchical sub-scales. The analysis of the structural equation modeling revealed the strong influence of ideal L2 self on the language learner’s effort, learning desire, and learning autonomy. Therefore, this instrument helps us systematically understand the concept of ideal L2 self and observe other factors related to ideal L2 self as well as effectively highlights the discrepancy between Gardner’s integrative motivation and the ideal L2 self.

본 연구는 우리나라에 있는 자연사박물관 전문 인력들에 대한 현황을 분석하여, 향후 건립될 국립자연사박물관 에서 근무할 전문 인력들을 어떻게 양성해야 하는 지에 대한 제안을 하고자 한다. 지난 20여 년간 여러 학술단체와 전 문가 그룹의 국립자연사박물관 건립을 위한 다각적인 노력은 지속적으로 이루어져왔다. 그 중에서도 한국지구과학회는 자연사박물관과 과학관에 관한 여러 논문 발표를 통해 활발한 논의와 연구를 수행해오고 있다. 향후 건립될 국립자연사 박물관은 숙련된 전문인력들을 필요로 하며, 한국지구과학회에서는 이와 관련된 맞춤형 전문과정을 설치하여 다양한 분 야에 맞추어 양성해야 한다.

본 연구에서는 사람들이 공인에게 기대하는 바가 무엇인지 알아보고 이것이 공인으로 인식되는 사회 집단에 대한 실제 평가와 어떤 차이를 보이는지를 사회연결망 분석을 통해 알아보았다. 전자는 이상적 공인에 대한 인지적 표상이고 후자는 본 연구에서 밝혀진 바, 대표적인 공인으로 인식되는 정치인과 연예인에 대한 고정관념이라고 할 수 있다. 정치인과 연예인에 대한 사람들의 실제 평가는 이상적 공인의 모습과 상당한 거리가 있었다. 이상적 공인에 대해서 사람들은 도덕성과 따뜻한 인품, 능력과 성실함을 기대하고 있었지만 정치인에 대한 고정관념은 전반적으로 매우 부정적이었고 연예인에 대한 고정관념에도 이상적 공인의 표상에 나타나지 않은 부정적 특성들이 많이 포함되어 있었다. 본 연구에서는 각 집단에 대한 인지적 표상뿐만 아니라 정서적 반응에 대해서도 알아보았는데 사람들이 이상적 공인에 대해서는 긍정적 정서를, 정치인에 대해서는 부정적 정서를, 연예인에 대해서는 긍정적 정서를 중심으로 부정적 정서도 일부 함께 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 이러한 결과를 어떻게 이해할 수 있는지 논의하고, 이상적 공인 및 실제 공인의 특성에 대한 연구의 중요성과 앞으로의 연구방향을 제시하였다.

This study was carried out to investigate the dining-out behavior of breakfast and preference on the menu of female college students. 500 questionnaires were distributed and 417 were used for statistical analysis(SAS program). This survey was conducted from June, 2000 to October, 2000. 72.8% of the respondents thought there were problems in eating breakfast. The problems were 'skipping breakfast frequently(33.1%)', 'short eating time(20.9%)', 'simple menu(18.8%)'. Preference of dining-out breakfast menus were 'bread & milk(43.8%)', 'conventional menu(34.7%)', 'snack(15.5%)', soup or 'porridge(6.0%)'. A general preference of breakfast menus were conventional (63.7%), 'bread & milk(21.1%)', 'milk and breakfast cereal(8.7%)', 'soup or porridge(6.5%)'. Increase on the amount of monthly allowance decreased the preference of conventional type of breakfast(P<0.05). The questions about the breakfast were 'what is the best menus for breakfast(49.2%)', 'alternative to rice(17.1%)', 'the amounts of breakfast(12.1%)'. But there was no significant difference among these variables. In conclusion, development of convenient & well-balanced breakfast model and nutritional education are needed to increase the nutritional status of female college students.

This study was carried out to investigate breakfast behaviors of female college students. 500 questionnaires were distributed and 417 were used for statistical analysis(SAS program). This survey was conducted from June, 2000 to October, 2000. 44.7% of the respondents considered lunch to be the most important meal. 51.6% students thought that people must eat breakfast. 41.6% of the students always eat breakfast but 22.1% do not eat breakfast. Conventional type of breakfast was found to be the most popular (67.6%). But ￦400,000 monthly allowance group(P<0.05) and self prepared breakfast group preferred Western style breakfast. The main reason for eating breakfast was for health(34.6%). The group of students with less monthly allowance were more likely to skip breakfast due to lack of time (p<0.01). Physical discomforts after skipping breakfast were: lack of strength(42.5%), stomach ache(36.3%), giddiness(9.1%), and recovered temper(12.1%). In conclusion, it is needed that a convenient and nutritional education should be developed for college students' health.

불소고분자(ETFE, ECTFE, PVDF)내로 방향족 유기용매(벤젠, 톨루엔, 클로로벤젠)의 비정상 흡수실험에서 non-Fickian (혹은 비이상적인) 확산이 관측되었다. 본 연구에서는 Fick's 법칙에 바탕을 둔 확산모델식(Crank, Long ＆ Richman, Berens ＆ Hopfenberg, Neogi, Li)을 이용하여 방향족 유기용매의 흡수실험에서 관측된 비이상적 흡수데이터론 분석하였다. 모델식의 매개변수 값은 실험데이터와 모델 예측 값의 차이를 최소화하는 least square 법을 이용하여 결정하였다. Fickian 확산으로부터 약간 벗어나는 ETFE 흡수데이터는 앞에서 언급한 모델식들을 이용하여 모두 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었다. 특히 Neogi 모델식은 ETFE-용매계의 고유확산계수(0.4~0.8times10-5cm2/day) 및 평형 확산계수(0.13~0.31times10-4cm2/day), 고분자구조의 이완 속도상수 값을 예측해주었다. PVDF의 전형적인 sigmoidal 흡수데이터에 대해서는 Crank 모델이 비교적 잘 적용되었으며, 초기 확산계수와 평형 확산계수간의 비(Dinfty/Di)는 80~200의 값을 나타내주었다. 가속적인 흡수데이터를 나타내주는 ECTFE의 경우에는 모든 모델식들의 예측 결과가 상당히 벗어났다. Fickian 확산으로부터 많이 벗어나는 비이상적인 흡수데이터로부터 확산 이동성질과 고분자구조의 이완현상에 대한 정보를 얻기 위해서는 열역학이나 continuum mechanics에 바탕을 둔 새로운 모델식을 적용해야 할 것으로 사료된다. 사료된다

최근 들어 지식인들 사이에서 가장 많이 논의되는 것은 ‘세계화’(globalization)에 관한 것이다. 이것은 정보 통신 발전에 힘입어 시, 공간이 가까워짐으로써 생긴 현상으로서 경제 문화의 국경선 넘기 및 ‘지구가족’ 이라는 동료애를 강조하는 특성이 있다. 한편 이것을 사회주의 국가의 붕괴로 인한 최근현상으로 보는 이도 있고, Anthony Giddens 같은 이는 그것을 15세기부터 확산된 자본주의의 연장 및 현대화, 서구화, 그리고 심지어는 미국화와 동일한 개념으로 정의 내린다. 따라서 이것 역시 현대화처럼 여러 문제점을 내포할 수 있다. 특히 오랜 식민으로 제 문화를 잃어버린 나라들에 있어서 ‘세계화’는 또 다른 형태의 식민화로 인식될 여지가 있기 때문이다. 이 논문은 ‘glocalism’을 이 거대한 세계화의 조류 속에서 살아남는 방법으로 제시하면서 가장 이상적인 모델을 찾아보려 했다. 그런데 세계화의 날개를 타고 아일랜드를 문학관광국으로 만든 현대 아일랜드 문학 역사는 이상적 ‘glocalism’의 한 예로 볼 수 있고 그 중에서도 그 구체적 예를 윌리엄 버틀러 예이츠와 셰무스 히니에서 찾을 수 있다고 생각한다. 그들의 시를 세 단계로 나눈다면, 그 첫 단계에서는 고유문화 및 민족 정신을 고취시키는 지역화(localism)를 강화시키는 단계이고, 두 번째는 자신의 문화가 갖는 ‘hybridity’를 인정하고 한편으로는 저변으로 평가되었던 자신들을 중심으로 이동하는 세계화(globalism)로의 확장단계다. 그리고 마지막 단계는 이 둘을 양립시킨 이상적 ‘glocalism’의 단계로서, 이 단계는 이제까지의 대립구조가 사라지는 ‘Utopia’를 만들 수 있는 가능성을 열어놓는다. 아울러 이 논문은 예이츠와 히니 시의 ‘glocalism’ 과정에서 포스트 콜로니얼 저항 담론도 함께 찾아 보려했다. 그런데 예이츠의 저항은 19세기말부터 20세기 문화 비평가들이 가졌던 산업자본주의 문화가 지닌 속악한 속물성에 대한 것이다. 그의 시의 첫 단계로부터 마지막까지 아일랜드고유의 지역문화의 우수성을 주장함으로써 지역문화의 세계화를 주장한다. 그러나 그에게서는 히니에게서 보여지는 상실감과 정치적 저항은 보이지 않는다. 셰무스 히니는 급진적 저항성을 띤 작가로 평가되지는 않지만 그의 시에는 정치적 저항과 억압에 대한 자유추구의 정신을 찾을 수 있다. 각 단계에 속하는 작품을 통해 구체적으로 검증한 결과 다음과 같은 결론에 이르렀다. 예이츠나 히니의 ‘glocalism’은 민족 고유문화 발굴작업을 통한 지배문화에 대한 저항에서 시작해 단순히 지배문화를 수용한 것이 아니고 주체적 사고하의 수용인 전유를 거쳐 세계화의 날개를 달았다. 그 다음은 지역문화가 지닌 편협성을 배제시켜 지배문화와 지역 문화를 양립할 수 있게 했고 새로운 창조가 가능한 호미바바(Homi Bhabha)식의 ‘a third space’(제 3의 공간)를 향해갔다. 즉, 이 두 시인의 ‘glocalism’ 단계에서 저항, 전유, 새로운 휴매니즘의 창조라는 포스트콜로니얼 저항담론을 찾을 수 있었다. 물론 예이츠의 경우에는 정치적 저항보다는 후기 산업사회와 문화에 대한 저항이었고, 전유에 있어서도 전유의 주체가 히니와 달랐다. 한편 이 두 작가를 통해 추론된 이상적 ‘glocalism’이란 무조건 세계화를 수용한 것이 아니고 지역주체들이 지역성의 장점을 발굴해 세계화 속에 내포된 억압에 유연하게 저항할 때 가능했다. 아울러 그것은 지역 문화가 갖는 편협성을 청산해 세계화와 양립시킬 수 있는 공간을 마련할 가능성을 제시할 때야 완전할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

It might seem quite strange to look for the image of an ideal woman in “A Prayer for my Daughter”. But Yeats would have wanted his daughter to lead such an ideal life, regardless of the circumstances in which she was placed, for Europe at that time was on the verge of war. And so we can easily surmise her future image would be that of an ideal woman. Though we are likely to misunderstand that Maud Gonne was the ideal beautiful woman, the image which appears in the poem is not certainly that of Maud Gonne. She appears to be a woman whose life was ruined as a result of her outward appearance. Therefore, the poet prays for his daughter to be beautiful, but not too beautiful to distraught stranger’s eye or too beautiful to become proud of her beauty in appearance itself. Yeats emphasizes a good and kind heart. He found an example of that in Olivia Shakespear. She seldom appears in Yeats’s poetry or prose, but in some letters we can find she played an important role in Yeats’s life. After her death, Yeats wrote to Dorothy Wellesley that she had been the centre of his life in London for more than forty years. During those many years they enjoyed a close friendship. Yeats’s wife, George Hyde Lees, was a good wife and it is very hard to think of Yeats’s later poetry without her. After his marriage, he felt that he was satisfied and at peace, for his wife was considerate and self-sacrificing. The good and kind heart of both his wife and Olivia Shakespear has become an indispensable factor for his depiction of this image of an ideal woman. Yeats believed Lady Gregory was like his mother, friend, sister and brother. She became to Yeats an ideal aristocratic image. The poet explains her state in terms of a linnet, the Horn of Plenty and a hidden laurel tree, which mean kindness, wealth and custom respectively. Even though his daughter has an aristocratic attitude, she will lead a comfortable life, for she has a generous spirit which originated from ceremony and custom. In conclusion, we can say that Yeats developed this image of an ideal woman from the persons he knew well. He desires that his daughter has somewhat less beauty than Maud Gonne, such sincere and good heart as his wife and Olivia Shakespear, and the wealthy and generous spirit of Lady Gregory. He has certainly produced a “Unity of Being” in this poem.

The purpose of this study was to determine which of several crutch-fitting techniques best predicts ideal crutch length. Ideal crutch length is defined as the length of the crutch, including accessories, obtained during stance when the crutch tip is 6 inches (15.2 cm) lateral and 6 inches(15.2 cm) anterior to the fifth toe and the axillary pad is 2.5 inches(6.4 cm) below the axillary fold. Forty four volunteers were measured for crutches using each of the following methods:(1) 77% of actual height, (2) actual height minus 40.6 cm, (3) actual height minus 45.7 cm, (4) olecranon to opposite third finger tip, (5) olecranon to opposite fifth finger tip, (6) 77% of arm span, (7) arm span minus 40.6 cm, (8) anterior axillary fold to heel plus 5.1 cm, (9) anterior axillary fold to heel plus 10.2 cm, (10) ideal crutch length. Of the techniques studied, the two involving anterior axillary fold to heel were found to be good predictors: anterior axillary fold to heel plus 5.1 cm and anterior axillary fold to heel plus 10.2 cm. Finally, two additional length estimates were derived using linear regression analyses. These estimates provided the best overall predictors based on anterior axillary fold to heel and actual height.

Rice is the staple food of at least half of the world's population. Due to global warming, the weather is difficult to forecast nowadays. Therefore, it is necessary to breed various breeding to respond to such changes in the environment. This study was conducted to analyze the QTL about plant form, culm length, ear number and ear length by using 120 lines by anther culture, a cross between the Indica variety Cheongcheong and Japonica variety Nagdong. DNA marker was selected on the QTLs gene, and the following results were obtained. CNDH (Cheongcheong Nagdong Doubled Haploid) lines frequency distribution table curves about culm length, ear number and ear length exhibited showed a continuous variation close to a normal distribution. QTL analysis result, on culm length qPlL1-1 and qPlL1-2 were detected on the chromosome 1 and qPlL5 was detected on the chromosome 5. However, on ear length qPL2, qPL3 and qPL10, were detected on the chromosome 2, 3 and 10, while on ear number qPN1-1 and qPN1-2 were detected on the chromosome 1, qPN9 was detected on the chromosome 9. The QTLs related to culm length was found to chromosomes 5 and LOD scores were 3.81. The QTLs related to ear length was found to chromosomes 2 and 3 LOD scores were 7.13 and 3.20. The QTLs related to ear number was found to chromosome 9 and LOD scores were 4.27. Twenty two (22) Japonica cultivars and 12 Indica cultivars were analyzed polymorphisms, using selected 9 markers from the result about plant form analysis. RM5311, RM555 and RM8111 about the culm length, the ear length and number of ear were selected on the standard of Cheongcheong and Nagdong. Each rate of concordances about the culm length, the ear length and number of ear are 44.11%, 41.17% and 44.11%.
