The main purpose of this study is to understand the marketing approaches and strategies that are used to disseminating biodegradable fishing gears and distinguish the cognition and the non-cognition group's attitudes on the product. We used a technology acceptance model for analyzing product attributes and its impacts on fishers' purchase. The result of this research shows that 'perceived usefulness and easiness of use' have positive effect on 'purchase intention,' and then give impacts on 'purchase intention' for the entire respondents. For the cognitive respondents these factors have influence on 'attitude' but they do not affect 'purchase decision.' However, 'perceived usefulness and easiness of use' have much positive impact on 'purchase intention.' In the non-cognition group, the 'perceived intention' and 'company and country of manufacturers' have direct positive effect on 'purchase intention' through 'attitude' and also 'on 'purchase intention.' This research provides some meaningful policy implications on further development and technology marketing of biodegradable fishing gears.
Cosmetic industry is a typical industry for domestic demand and is closely connected with domestic demand growth. In 2006, domestic cosmetics market is showing high growth rate due to the recovery of domestic demand and the market reorganization of sales channels is proceeding rapidly due to the recent global economic slowdown, Due to the situation, many companies are launching low-priced brand shop. The purpose of this study was to clarify the impact of marketing strategy of cosmetic brand-shop on consumers' purchasing intention. As the result of analyses, it was found that product, place, promotion factors of cosmetic brand-shop affect brand image. Also only product factor affects corporate image, perceived quality. And using regression analysis between brand image, corporate image, perceived quality and customer behaviors. Brand image and perceived quality factors influence consumers purchasing intention. Brand image has a positive impact on corporate image. And corporate image affects the perceived quality.
This study was an exploratory research to classify the types of green fashion marketing of the fashion companies in South Korea and analyse the present cases of each type. To analyse the current cases of green fashion marketing strategies, we researched all sorts of newspapers, magazines, publications of fashion companies, and web sites from 2008 to 2009. As a result, we categorized 5 types of green fashion marketing as follows ; eco-friendly fabrics (natural fabrics, recycled fabrics, biodegradable fabrics), re-use or re-form(reuse after cleaning and/or repairing and reformation through transformation and combination of raw materials), green certifications(ISO 14001, GOTS, OES, etc.), eco-friendly management and operation, and green marketing promotions. Based on the results, we proposed the green marketing strategies for fashion companies to progress toward the proper direction of green marketing. First of all, companies should escape from the narrow view point limited to the product itself. Then they have to focus on developing and execution of sustainable merchandising, manufacturing, logistics, and waste strategies.
The purpose of this study is to design neckties that are motivated by Christmas symbol images that have been known to public most widely in the basis of Day marketing so as to develop the competitive commodities closed to consumers' emotion in the fashion industry. As a method of this study were to use Adobe Illustrator CS2, which is one of the vector graphic programs, to present the motif design such as Santa Claus, trees, presents and letters among Christmas symbols, and are to apply to neckties by giving a change with striped pattern, all over pattern and one point pattern. The results are as follows; Firstly, Santa Claus image was expressed by color contrast with red and white, which was perceived by red, green and white that are mostly used in Christmas. Secondly, tree images are expressed abstractly with color contrast where red and green are contrasted, and color way change was given for symbol color of Christmas. Third, in the image of gift, the image of share and image of colorfulness were considered for expression by making motifs of three dimensional hexahedron shape. Fourthly, in the image of type, motif was expressed by giving a change in horizontal and vertical writing types.
본 연구는 국공립 직업무용단체 11단체의 웹사이트를 마케팅믹스 관점에서 운영되어지고 있는 현황을 분석하여 웹사이트를 통한 관객개발 전략이 나아갈 방향성을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구 방법은 마케팅 믹스 개념에 대한 문헌조사를 실시하였으며, 연구대상은 일정한 급여를 정기적으로 부여하는 직업무용단 중 웹사이트를 운영하고 있는 국공립 단체를 선정하였다. 분석방법은 일반경영학에서 제시하는 마케팅 믹스(Production, Price, Promotion, Place) 4가지 요소를 응용하여 예술경영의 차원에서 마케팅믹스 요소들을 도출하여 각각의 영역이 웹사이트 구성내용에 어떻게 분포되었는지를 분석하였다. 분석된 자료는 선행연구 정미란(2007)의 “국내직업무용단의 웹사이트 콘텐츠 비교분석”과 신동윤 이성민(2004) “한국프로축구단 마케팅 믹스 요소 및 일반적 항목 웹사이트 내용분석”에서 제시한 분류방법을 수용하여 처리하였으며, 마케팅 믹스 4가지 요소가 나타난 빈도수와 내용을 분석하였으며, 그 결과를 도출하여 다음과 같은 전략을 제시하였다. 첫째, 국공립단체의 독립 웹사이트 운영을 통해 공연에 관심을 갖는 잠재관객의 관심도를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 인터넷을 활용하여 무용단체의 웹사이트 방문을 유도하기 위해서 다양한 검색단어에 관련단어를 넣으면 최대한 많이 공연단 웹사이트에 링크 되도록 하여 사람들에게 친밀감을 주어 관심을 갖도록 유도할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 웹사이트 상에서 회원들이 참여할 수 있는 공간의 확대를 통해 보다 많은 홍보를 유도할 수 있는 것이다. 넷째, 웹사이트에서 이벤트와 공연의 연계성을 확대하여 공연장에 관객이 직접 참여할 수 있도록 유도하면서 티켓 구매 효과를 증대할 필요가 있다. 다섯째, 무용단체의 웹사이트 운영에 있어서 관객과 단체 간의 실시간 커뮤니티장의 마련을 통해서 단체와 관객의 직접적인 만남을 유도할 필요가 있다.

This study examines the impact of the perception that employees of contract foodservice management companies have of internal marketing on service quality. Questionnaires were delivered to 291 employees employed in foodservice management companies. High perception item of internal marketing was 'value of formula education program' (3.36 points), whereas 'adequate allowance disbursement' (2.62 points) and 'various vacation benefits' (2.66 points) scored low. High service quality items for customers were 'kindness to customers' (3.89 points) and 'willingness to help customers' (3.89 points), whereas 'comprehension of customers' special requests' (3.63 point) and ['meeting customer expectations'] (3.64 points) scored low. The internal marketing conceived by employees of contract foodservice management companies has a positive influence on service quality. The most influential internal marketing variable to affect service quality was 'communication' followed by 'education/environment' and 'fringe benefits/[decisive] delegation'.
The study sought ways to promote the global recognition of Korean food items. The Korean cuisine is one of the healthiest and well-balanced in the world. But, in contrast to countries including the United States, France, China, Japan, Thailand and Australia that have adopted food promotion and marketing strategies, Korea lacks a similar strategy. Development of indigenous sauces by Korean food manufacturers and processors is one route in the promotion of Korean cuisine. Korean restaurant franchising could also aid in export of Korean food items. The food manufacturing/processing sectors must work in concert with the Korean government to globalize the Korean cuisine. 오늘날 금융 산업은 개방화와 자율화에 따른 외국금융브랜드의 진출 및 증가, 다양한 금융브랜드의 신설 등으로 급속도로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화의 추세 속에서 기업들은 점차 자사의 브랜드 차별화를 위해 다양한 마케팅 방법을 동원하고 있다. 그 중 최근의 금융 브랜드에서 사용하는 '컬러마케팅'은 중요한 브랜드 차별화 요소로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 일부 브랜드를 제외하고 기업의 경영성향을 내포한 브랜드의 컬러마케팅과 투자자의 투자성향에 근거한 컬러선호가 상이함이 있다고 보여진다. 이는 커뮤니케이션의 목적인 브랜드이미지 문제와도 관계가 있을 것이라고 생각된다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업과 고객 간의 효율적인 커뮤니케이션 방안을 제시하기 위해 현재 증권회사들의 브랜드 컬러마케팅과 개인금융 투자자의 투자성향 선호컬러의 상관관계에 대해서 확인해 보고자 하였다. 롤랑 바르트의 컬러의 기호학적 의미해석과 실제 투자자들의 투자성향별 집단의 선호컬러와는 차이가 있음이 확인해 볼 수 있었다. 즉, 공격적인 투자성향을 가진 투자자의 경우 열정적이며 적극성을 상징하는 적색이나 주황의 강렬한 컬러를 선호할 것으로 예상 하였으나 분석 결과 뜻밖에도 의외의 컬러를 선호하는 것으로 알 수 있었다. 이러한 분석들을 토대로 증권사의 경영성향과 투자자의 컬러성향과의 관계를 보다 면밀히 조사하고 체계화하는 과정의 일환으로 본 연구 결과는 향후 맞이하게 될 자본시장통합법에 따른 시장개방에서 금융브랜드와 고객과의 커뮤니케이션 수단의 기초적인 연구 자료가 될 수 있기를 기대한다.
대작게임의 범용화에 따라, 게임마케팅 및 게임평가에 대한 사용자 피드백들이 체계화된 데이터베이스에 저장이되고, 더불어 데이터베이스의 규모는 점점 커지고 있다. 데이터 마이닝은 방대한 자료의 분석을 통해, 그 속에 숨어있는 의미를 찾는 과정이다. 본 논문에서는 게임마케팅 활용시나리오에 따른 사용자지향 데이터 마이닝 도구인 XM-Tool/Miner의 개발을 대상으로 하고 있다. 개발된 XM-Tool/Miner은 문제 중심적 마이닝 도구를 목표로 하였으며, 대표적인 마이닝 알고리즘을 적용하였고, 또한 사용의 편이성에 초점을 맞추었다. 더 나아가 데이터 마이닝 기법뿐만 아니라 데이터의 샘플링과 성능향상을 통하여 방대한 데이터로부터 다양한 지식탐사가 가능해지고, 발견된 규칙 또는 지식의 유용성 측정을 통하여 대상마케팅 특성에 따라 효과적으로 반영되며 의사결정 및 CRM마케팅, 동향분석 및 예측 등에 유용한 정보를 추출하는 도구로 사용할 수 있다.
The principal objective of this study was to determine how the internal marketing of the contract foodservice management company affects job satisfaction and organization immersion, as well as the influence of the satisfaction of internal customers (employees) has on job satisfaction and organization immersion, and the function as a preceding variable that improves service quality. T-test, ANOVA, and linear regression analysis was conducted to analyze the hypotheses of the study. The summary of study as per the result of this corroborative study is presented as follows: It was verified that internal marketing affects organizational immersion and the job satisfaction of employees, and job satisfaction plays a crucial role in organizational immersion. Moreover, it was also confirmed that the higher the internal marketing is, the higher the job satisfaction and organization immersion will be, thereby improving the service quality provided by employees. If enterprise regards employees as internal customers and constantly and efficiently conducts internal marketing activities such as internal communication, training, welfare, compensation, delegation of power, supporting the management, etc, the organizational immersion and job satisfaction of employees will be heightened, thereby enhancing loyalty and pride in the organization to provide services with better quality.
This paper reviewed the relationship among internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction, and the mediating effect of service quality. Based on the responses from 163 hotel employees and 489 customers who encountered them, the results of hierarchical regressional analysis showed that all internal marketing factors have positive relationships with service quality, and service quality has positive relationship with customer satisfaction. Also, service quality has mediating effect between four internal marketing factors(education, compensation, delegation of authority, and internal communication) and customer satisfaction.
