지구 온난화와 기후변화에 대응하기 위해 국제적으로 재생 에너지의 개발이 확대됨에 따라 풍력발전의 비중도 점차 늘어가고 있다. 태양광발전에 비해 24시간 생산이 가능하지만 대형 풍력발전기를 대규모로 설치하기 때문에 주변의 레이더나 통신 장비들의 동작 에 간섭을 일으키는 지에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 해상풍력 발전단지 외해를 항해하는 선박이 VHF 대역으로 조난 통신을 송신할 경우, 육지의 기지국에서 신호를 수신할 수 있는지를 분석하였다. 대상지역 주변의 수치지형도, 풍력발전기 캐드 모델, 풍력발전 단지 배치도를 바탕으로 주변 해역 및 발전단지를 수치해석이 가능하도록 모델링하였다. 광범위한 지역에 대한 전파 분석에 적절한 고주 파 해석기법 중 PO, SBR 기법을 적용한 전용 프로그램으로 전자파 간섭 여부를 분석하였다. 해상풍력 발전단지 외곽에서 송신한 VHF 대 역 전자파에 대해 육상 기지국에서는 약간의 수신전력 저하는 있지만 기준치 이상의 전력을 수신하였다. 선박과 육상 기지국 사이의 가 시선을 완전히 가리는 경우에 수신 전력의 저하가 발생하였으나, VHF대역이 파장이 길어 회절이나 반사 등의 효과로 육상 기지국까지 충 분한 전파가 도달하는 것으로 판단된다.

In the event of an defective wire in the low-speed CAN communication of vehicle, the problem had to be solved by relying on fault codes or using expensive measuring equipment. An experiment was conducted to analyze waveforms of communication circuits with wire conditions such as normal, short circuits in the main body, and mutual short circuits. When the controller drives the CAN transceiver and transmits a message, the voltage and current waveforms were measured using an OEM oscilloscope to check for abnormalities in the circuit. As a result, it was confirmed that when a defective wire occurs in low-speed CAN communication, the CAN driver can switch to the fail-safe mode to exchange normal messages.

This study aims to critically analyze how gendered spaces and gender images are expressed verbally and non-verbally in the latest information and communication advertisements. The results showed that the gendered space appeared although it had nothing to do with the information and communication devices or advertisement content. The gender-specific spatial distinctions and restrictions fully reflected the stereotypes of gender roles. Sexist images also emerged in the verbal and non-verbal expressions with images of women being reproduced in a more negatively compared to that of men. Regarding frequency, many aspects limited and revealed “the differing interests and characteristics of gender”, which were expressed both verbally and non-verbally. The emphasis on women's appearance stood out non-verbal, albeit superfluously. It is a problem that these gender images and perceptions are fixed or reproduced through mass media.

Recent developments in information and communication technologies (ICT) can be applied in stores, and the number of fashion stores that have introduced and utilized ICT are increasing. By applying a literature review and empirical research, the types of ICT service factors of fashion stores were identified and categorized. The effect of their importance on consumer behavioral intentions was analyzed. Next, using factor analysis on the ICT service factors, five factors were identified and named as follows: smart space services, smart payment services, virtual image services, product information services, and smart access services. The importance of these factors was then analyzed. The importance of each factor and detailed questions was rated above average. After examining the effect of ICT service on behavior intention, issues such as purchase intention, revisit intention, and word of mouth intention were found to have significant influence. This study is meaningful in that it derives the importance factors of ICT services that can be used in fashion stores in a situation where retail techniques become important and expand, and provides marketing strategies related to consumer behavior according to detailed factors. With retail tech becoming more important and expanding, it is necessary to provide various services that consumers value by utilizing ICT in fashion stores. Considering the results of this study, ICT technology and services of various fashion stores can be effectively utilized and retail tech utilization performance can be improved.

Communication facilities play an essential role in disaster situations. Therefore, communication facilities need to have structural and functional safety during and after earthquakes. Recently, technology for partial seismic isolation has been increasing to protect data facilities and communication equipment installed in buildings from earthquakes. However, excessive displacement may occur in the seismic isolator during an earthquake due to the resonance between the building and the seismic isolator having long-period characteristics, which may cause overturning and separation of the installed equipment. In this study, analytical and experimental studies were conducted to evaluate the safety of seismic isolators installed in high-rise buildings. It was confirmed that damages might occur in buildings' seismic isolator, with resonance characteristics of less than 1 Hz.

In order to identify the CAN message sent from the ECU, the CAN waveform and operating current were measured during the operation of the CAN driver.CAN ID was identified in the same phase as the measured voltage waveform and operating current, and reverse engineering was performed .And, by measuring CAN bus wire EMI noise, it was tested whether CAN ID was identified.CAN ID verified ECU data using CAN analyzer.

In this paper, each controller's unique ID and PICO oscilloscope were used to measure the voltage waveform of each CAN communication line, and compare and analyze the serial decoding results. Using the voltage change level of the CAN communication line, it was possible to check whether the CAN-High line and the Low line were disconnected. And it was possible to infer the circuit disconnection point between the controller and the controller only with the unique ID information of each controller. And when the CAN-High circuit was disconnected, the voltage of the high line was measured at the same voltage level as the Low line.

페로몬에 기반한 해충방제 기술은 페로몬이 동정되는 곤충의 수가 지수적으로 증가함에 따라 더욱 성공가능성이 높은 전략이 되고 있다. 이 연구는 애기유리나방, [Synanthedon tenuis (Butler) (Lepidoptera: Sesiidae)]의 성페로몬((Z, Z )-3, 13-octadecadien-1-ol.)에 의한 화학 통신교란(pheromone-mediated chemical communication disruption, PCD)의 효과에 대한 것이다. 본 PCD법은 우리나라 전남 순천과 경 남 진주의 2곳의 단감 과수원에서 2016년과 2017년에 총 4회 수행되었으며, PCD의 효과는 성페로몬 처리구와 무처리구에서의 평가용 트랩 포 획수로 나타내었다. 성페로몬 처리구의 평가용 트랩에 유인된 수컷 성충수는 무처리구에 유인된 수보다 유의하게 적었으며, 유인수 감소효과는 95.2~100% (평균 98.8±1.2%)이었다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 성페로몬에 기반한 애기유리나방의 방제가 가능할 것으로 판단된다

본 연구에서는 우리나라 대형통신기업을 대상으로 2000년에서 2019년까지의 경영효율성을 측정하고 비교하였다. 그리고 도출된 경영효율성지수와 경기변동간의 상관관계에 대하여 실증분석을 하였다. 발견 된 사실들을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 1)우리나라 대형통신기업은 지난 20년간에 걸쳐 경영효율성수준이 하락하는 경향을 보여주었다. 2)통신 3사 중에서 SK텔레콤이 가장 높은 경영효율성을 보여주고 있고 KT 가 가장 낮은 효율성을 보여주고 있다. LG유플러스는 중간수준의 경영효율성을 보여주었다. 3)우리나라 통신3사는 규모의 수익 면에서 수익감소적인 경향을 보여주고 있으며 2010년 이후로 이러한 경향은 더욱 뚜렷해지고 있다. 4)통신3사의 경영효율성과 경기변동과의 상관관계에서는 매출역모형에서는 순경기순 환적으로 나타나고 있으나 부가가치모형에서는 역경기순환적으로 나타나고 있다. 5)통신기술의 도입과 통신시장 세계화에 대비하여 대형통신기업들의 경영효율성을 높일 수 있는 정책대안을 시급하게 강구해야할 것으로 생각된다.

최근 4년 간 발생한 해양사고 통계자료(중앙해양안전심판원, 2018)에 의하면 충돌사고의 대부분이 어선을 포함한 소형선에서 발생하고 있으며 경계소홀, 항행법규 미준수 등의 인적 요인이 충돌사고의 주요 원인이 되고 있다. 이에 따라 사고 예방을 위해 교육, 훈련을 확대 강화하고 있지만 소형선에 대한 사고는 여전히 일어나고 있는 실정이며 인적 요인으로 유발되는 사고를 줄이고자 기술적 방안 이 지속적으로 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서도 상대적으로 고속인 소형선에 송·수신 주기가 빠른 WAVE 통신기술을 적용하여 충돌 회피시스템 구성하므로 인적 요인으로 인해 발생하는 사고를 감소시키고자 하였다. 그에 따라 통신 범위의 적정성 판단하고 회피동작 시간과 범위를 설정하였으며 그 것을 토대로 제어 알고리즘 고안 하였다. 그리고 통신단말기-제어기-조타장치를 구성하고 충돌회피 모의 시뮬레이션을 수행하므로 경보신호 발생 시 회피동작의 정상 구현을 확인하였다.

전기통신사업법에 따른 통신자료제공제도는 수사기관에 법원의 영장 없이 전기통신사업자에게 이용자의 개인정보를 제공해달라고 요청할 권한을 부여한 제도이다. 이에 대한 수사기관의 권한남용을 통제할 수단이 미비한 가운데 전기통신 사업자는 수사기관의 통신자료 제공요청을 무분별하게 수용해왔고, 이용자들의 개인정보자기결정권과 익명표현의 자유를 비롯한 헌법상 기본권 보호는 뒷전으로 밀려났다. 통신자료제공제도를 둘러싼 갈등은 전기통신사업자의 통신자료제공행위의 위법성 판단기준이 명확하지 않은 데서 기인한다. 이에 전기통신사업자가 수사기관의 통신자료 제공요청에 대해 어떤 심사의무를 부담하는지 밝혀 통신자료제공행위의 불법행위상 위법성 판단기준을 설정하는 것이 이 글의 목적이다. 수사기관의 권한남용에 대한 궁극적 책임은 수사기관에 있으므로 전기통신사업자의 실질적 심사의무에 대해서는 일도양단적 태도를 지양하고 이익형량을 통한 조화를 시도할 필요가 있다. 전기통신사업자의 실질적 심사의무는 대법원 2016. 3. 10. 선고 2012다105482 판결의 취지대로 원칙적으로 부정하는 것이 타당하다. 그러나 개인정보 보호법 시행을 계기로 전기통신사업자는 개인정보 보호법에 따른 이익침해 심사의무를 부담하므로 전기통신사업자는 위 대법원 판결에서 설시한 “수사기관이 통신자료의 제공요청 권한을 남용하여 정보주체 또는 제3자의 이익을 부당하게 침해하는 것임이 객관적으로 명백한 경우와 같은 특별한 사정”이 있는 경우에 한해 예외적으로 실질적 심사의무를 부담한다. 예외적 실질적 심사의무는 수사기관의 권한남용이 객관적으로 명백한 때 한하여 적용되므로 일반적 주의의무 보다 주의수준이 경감되며 수사여건상 이용자의 표현행위 자체가 범죄구성요건에 해당하는 때 한해 인정될 것으로 예상된다.
