        불확실성이 증가하고 급변하고 있는 글로벌 비즈니스 환경으로 인해 현대 조직은 적응적 전략과 리더 십이 요구되고 있다. 조직은 더욱 유연하고 적응적인 리더십 모델이 필요하고, 변화를 주도하고 불확실성 을 다루는데 능력이 있는 리더가 필요하다. 더욱이 불확실성에 이어, 초불확실성의 시대에 접어든 최근에 는 정밀하게 연마된 리더십 능력만으로 조직을 미래로 이끌던 시대는 지나갔고, 조직은 산업 환경 변화에 따라 자신의 행동을 바꿀 수 있는 리더를 필요로 한다. 또한, 최근에는 자발적으로 회사를 사직하는 대퇴 사, 조용한 퇴직 등의 분위기로 조직에 몰입하지 않는 구성원이 많아지는 상황에서 이들을 몰입하게 하여 이직의도를 감소시키고, 자신의 업무에 대한 불확실성으로 인해 긴장이 높아지는 구성원을 변화에 빠르게 적응시킬 수 있는 구성원의 민첩성을 높이는 리더의 역할에 대한 논의가 필요하다. 게다가, 세대 변화 가 뚜렷해지고 있는 직원들의 조직공정성에 대한 인식이 점차 강해지고, 이는 구성원의 심리적, 행태적 변화에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 어려운 도전에 잘 적응할 수 있도 록 대처 능력을 부여하고 격려하는 적응적 리더십이 직원을 몰입하게 하는 관계에서 구성원 민첩성의 매개효과와 조직공정성의 조절효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 가설검증을 위해 다양한 업종에서 종사하 는 국내 기업의 직장인 425명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 가설검증 결과 첫째, 적응적 리더십은 직원 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 적응적 리더십은 구성원 민첩성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 구성원 민첩성은 직원몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 적응적 리더십이 구성원 민첩 성을 통해 직원몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 매개효과가 확인되었다. 셋째, 적응적 리더십과 구성원 민첩 성의 관계에서 조직공정성의 조절효과가 확인되었으며, 적응적 리더십은 구성원의 조직공정성 인식이 클 수록 구성원 민첩성에 더 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 적응적 리더십이 구성원을 민첩하게 하고, 직원몰입을 촉진하는 메커니즘을 실증적으로 규 명하였을 뿐만 아니라, 국내에서는 실증연구가 부족한 적응적 리더십을 제시하여 기존 리더십 연구를 확 장하는데 의의가 있다. 또한, 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 본 연구의 한계점 과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

        The rapid digital transformation and the ever-changing needs of consumers have provided both academia and practice a stimulating setting and chance for grasping evolving opportunities and reinventing the traditional marketing approaches. Agility is one emergent approach to manage challenges like increasing uncertainty or high volatility. Due to its relative novelty, the extant academic literature on marketing agility is narrow, and although the operationalization of the construct is slowly expanding, there is yet the need for further refinement of the definition, the construct, terminology, and its dimensions. Similarly, in practitioner circles there is a growing “buzz” about implementing agile practices (e.g., continuous feedback-learning cycles, collaboration, flexibility, and speed) in the field of marketing to manage changing market environments. What exactly makes an organization, a department, or a team agile is, however, still blurred.

        Agility involves dynamic capabilities that can adapt to change, reduce complexity, and reconfigure resources. Research on B2B firms' agility in complex international ecosystems is limited. This study explores the essential dynamic capabilities necessary for B2B marketing to enhance organizational agility. Qualitative methods are applied, including focus groups and interviews with managers and officials in various industries. The aim is to contribute to the discussion on B2B firms' capabilities, strategies, and patterns to gain agility in internationalization efforts.

        The unbounded nature of digital innovation requires innovating firms to be agile in the way they manage the processes, governance and outcomes in order to sense and seize the market directly and timely. This study adopts an inter-organizational approach and asks to what extent and in what way does organizational agility impact on innovation performance? This perspective underscores the interdependencies between collaborating partners, which creates a relationship regulating system of workflow to drive value creation in the process of innovation. While the literature has offered a broad conceptual argument for organizational agility in the context of digital innovation, the mechanisms through which value is transformed in the innovation process is still unclear. We contend that an agile innovation process stands on four main cornerstones: (1) joint strategic planning, (2) joint problem solving, (3) joint improvisation and (4) community (market) sensing. The empirical research is set in the video game industry, which is in a largely digitalized and borderless business environment. The data was collected through an interviewer-administered questionnaire. The sampling frame is based on a Swedish trade association database. Usable sample is 113. We performed structural equation modelling to test the hypothesized model, including main and moderation effects, using Mplus. The findings show that while only improvisation has a significantly positive effect on innovation performance, the role of strategic planning and problem solving between two collaborating partners remains unclear. For example, strategic planning has shown to be a negative influence in our empirical research. Problem solving has no effect on innovation performance, but it interacts with community sensing and subsequently facilitates innovation outcome. This highlights the importance of community sensing, which could offer rich, crucial knowledge and resources for problem solving that proves to be effective. The results provide further theoretical arguments for understanding organizational agility and digital innovation, but also raise further questions for future research.

        This study investigated the impact of the latest developments in big data analytics capabilities (BDAC) on firm performance. The BDAC have the power to innovate existing management practices. Nevertheless, their impact on firm performance has not been fully is not yet fully elucidated. The BDAC relates to the flexibility of infrastructure as well as the skills of management and firm's personnel. Most studies have explored the phenomena from a theoretical perspective or based on factors such as organizational characteristics. However, this study extends the flow of previous research by proposing and testing a model which examines whether organizational exploration, exploitation and market agility mediate the relationship between the BDAC and firm performance. The proposed model was tested using survey data collected from the long-term employees over 10 years in 250 companies. The results analyzed through structural equation modeling show that a strong BDAC can help improve firm performance. An organization's ability to analyze big data affects its exploration and exploitation thereby affecting market agility, and, consequently, firm performance. These results also confirm the powerful mediating role of exploration, exploitation, and market agility in improving insights into big data utilization and improving firm performance.

        본 연구에서는 초등학교 남자 축구선수들을 대상으로 12주간 근파워 및 민첩성 트레이닝이 체 력요인과 등속성근기능에 미치는 효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 초등학교 남자 축구선수 12명을 대 상으로 근파워와 민첩성 트레이닝 프로그램 6개를 구성하여 12주간 주 3회 실시하였다. 근파워, 민첩성 트 레이닝 전과 후 운동에 대한 체력요인들을 측정하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 근파워의 제자리멀 리뛰기에서는 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.001). 둘째, 근파워의 제자리높이뛰기에서 유의한 차이가 나타났 다(p<.05). 셋째, 민첩성의 사이드스텝에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.01). 이상의 결과로 12주간의 근파 워 민첩성 트레이닝은 초등학교 남자 축구선수들의 순발력과 민첩성 향상에 긍정적 효과를 기대할 수 있으 며, 상해 예방과 경기력 향상을 위한 트레이닝 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        Organizational agility is a firm-wide dynamic capability to cope with rapid, relentless, and uncertain changes and thrive in a competitive environment of continually and unpredictable changing opportunities. A conceptual model is drawn up, based on the literature and a previous qualitative inquiry, to identify agility enablers that help organizations to sustain in dynamic environments. Further, the model explores the relationship between organizational agility and firm performance as well as the moderating effect of environmental dynamism on this relationship. The validity of the construct is assessed by means of a quantitative study using a survey methodology. A data set consisting of 348 German-based companies is analysed on a business unit level as well as for the organization as a whole. Partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM) results reveal that four dimensions (organization, innovation, people and knowledge management), comprising various agility enablers, positively influence organizational agility. Moreover, results indicate that organizational agility has a significant effect on firm performance and that this relationship is modearted by environmental dynamism. Therefore, this study contributes to a better understanding of the complex nature of the agility construct and provides guidelines how organizations can achieve an agile alignment. It further emphasizes the need for managers to integrate agile practices in order to outperform competitors in hypercompetitive and turbulent business environments.

        This study investigates the application of management information systems to the quality of local government financial reports, especially the principle of transparency and the law of accountability, which have been measures of financial statement performance evaluation. The study was conducted in Enrekang Regency, Indonesia, which, based on the results of the examination, the Supreme Audit Board reported the status of Disclaimer, Fair with Exceptions, and Fair without Exceptions for three years each. This study used a sample of 35 respondents, finance department employees who worked on local government financial reports. Descriptive quantitative data were collected using a questionnaire instrument, then with the assistance of the Program Solution and Product Statistics (SPSS) Program, data were processed to test hypotheses. The results showed that the use of management information systems based on information and communication technology (ICT) had a significant influence on the quality of local government financial reports. The findings of this study indicate that the application of ICT-based management information systems affects the accountability and transparency of local government financial reports. This finding is reinforced by the use of the principles of government agility in the form of government apparatuses that apply responsive dexterity, flexibility agility, and competency agility.

        본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 교사의 학교조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 직무수행 준비도, 학습민첩 성, 직무자율성, 학교조직문화 변인들 간의 구조적인 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 서울 시내 초등학교에 근무하고 있는 교사를 연구대상으로 하여 총 601교 중 102교, 650명에게 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 626명의 자료를 분석에 이용하였다. 수집된 자료분석을 위해서는 구조방정식을 이용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무수행 준비도, 학습민첩성, 직무자율성은 학교조직문화에 정적 직접효과를 미쳤다. 둘째, 직무수행 준비도, 직무자율성, 학교조직문화는 학교조직 몰입에 정적 직접효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 직무수행 준비도, 직무자율성은 학교조직문화를 경유하여 학교조직몰입에 정적 간접효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구에서는 교사의 직무수행 준비도, 학습민첩성, 직무자율성이 학교조직문화에 영향을 미치는 중요 변인이었고, 또한 직무수행 준비도, 직무자 율성, 학교조직문화는 교사의 학교조직몰입에 직·간접적으로 영향을 미치는 중요 변인임을 확인하였다. 따라서 변화하는 학교조직 환경 속에서 초등학교 교사가 학교조직에 몰입할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 교사의 직무수행 준비도, 학습민첩성, 직무자율성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 연수과정 제공, 컨설팅 지원, 교사 공동체 학습 문화 형성, 교사 리더십 향상 등을 지속적으로 지원할 필요가 있다. 아울러 교사는 학교조직문화에 영향만 받는 수동적 위치에 있는 것이 아니라 스스로 학교조직문화를 만들어가는 능동적 위치에 있다는 것을 확인하였다.
