The theory-the doctrine of Confucius and Mencius was an objective existance in Chinese dietary culture history, but it was ignored in the last two thousand years. In addition, some people misunderstood Confucius' and Mencius' thoughts and statements. This paper believes that the doctrine of Confucius and Mencius is Confucius' and Mencius' diet opinions, thoughts, theories and basic style in their diet experiences. Confucius' diet experience and Mencius' diet experience were alike, and Mencius' experience carried on Confuius' and theirs were the same in some sections. They all stay their diet standard to their stomach and don't persue good meal. They all thought resolving people's diet was important for a country and for the politic problems. Mencius succeeded Confucius' diet thoughts and put them to the theories-diet principle, diet standard, and diet morality. This paper deeply discusses theory, developing history condition and the affection and position in Chinese diet history of the doctrine of Confucius and Mencius.

이 연구의 목적은 중국 대학 한국어학과에서 개설된 한국문화교 육 관련 교과목과 사용하는 한국어 교재에 대해 살펴보고, 한국어 전공 학습자들의 요구조사를 통해 한국문화교육에 대한 개선 방향을 제시하 는 데 있다. 그 결과, 중국 대학 한국어학과에서 한국 문화에 대한 교 육을 부족하게 다루고 있음을 알 수 있으며, 이에 비해, 한국어학과 재 학 중인 학습자들은 모두 한국문화교육의 중요성과 필요성을 인식하고 있으며, 교육 내용 및 교수학습 측면에 대한 요구가 높았다. 이를 바탕 으로 본 연구에서는 1) 교육 내용의 풍부성, 2) 교수 학습의 다양성, 3) 교재 내용의 실제성, 4) 학습활동의 실천성이라는 네 가지 개선 방향을 제시하여 중국 대학 한국어 전공 학습자들에게 보다 더 적합한 한국문 화교육 방안을 마련하기 위한 토대를 다루었다는 데 의의를 둔다.

이 연구의 목적은 중국 대학 한국어학과의 교과목 개설 현황을 살펴봄으로써 한국어학과의 교과과정에 존재하고 있는 문제점을 지적하고 향후 교과과정 개선 방향을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본고에서는 중국 31개의 4년제 대학 한국어학과의 교과목 중 한국어학 관련 과목을 제외한 나머지 과목을 한국 문화, 한국 문학, 한국학 세 영역으로 나누어 중점적으로 검토하였다. 본 연구는 실제 교육과정 운영 현황을 고려하지 못 하였다는 점에서 한계가 있으나 중국 각 지역을 대표하는 대학들을 대상으로 최근 개편된 교과과정을 반영하여 현재 중국 대학 한국어학과의 교 과과정 개선 방향 및 현황을 이해할 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

The medium added 50 g/L sucrose was very effective in the increase of plant fresh weight and micro-tuber growth. After 4 weeks' culture of micro-tuber sections on the medium with 2.0 mg/L BA, 0.5 mg/L IAA and 50 g/L sucrose, the liquid media were added into the same vessels. The micro-tuber growth was stimulated remarkably by the addition of liquid medium. The addition of 25 ml liquid medium containing 10 g/L activated charcoal, 3x MS salts and 250 g/L sucrose was the most effective in micro-tuber growth.
