        이 논문은 비모수적 자료포락분석 기법을 이용하여 감귤농가의 경영효율성을 추정하였다. 추가적으로 커널밀도함수를 이용하여 경영효율성의 분포가 지난 13년간 어떻게 바뀌었는지도 도식화하였다. 연구를 위해 농촌진흥청에서 조사 발표하는 자료를 사용하였다. 분석결과를 보면, 지난 13년간 경영효율성은 시설 감귤농가와 노지 감귤농가 모두에서 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 수입농산물이 증가하는 상 황 하에서 감귤농가의 경영효율성이 개선되고 있음을 의미한다. 경영효율성을 순수기술적 효율성과 규 모 효율성으로 분해한 결과, 순수기술적 효율성은 점차 개선되는 반면에 규모 효율성은 악화되는 것으 로 분석되었다. 하지만 여전히 효율성 개선의 여지는 순수기술적 효율성 측면에 있는 것으로 분석되었 다. 순수기술적 효율성은 꾸준히 계속 향상시키되 적정규모를 찾아가는 노력도 병행해야 할 것으로 보 인다.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate production efficiency of Oceans and Fisheries Human Resources Development Programs Efficiency using Bootstrap-DEA. The study extracts 33 officials curriculum, 11 fisheries managers curriculum for its analytical. First, the study estimates technical, pure technical, and scale efficiency of each curriculums based on traditional DEA under the assumption of CRS and VRS. 8(official 7, managers 1) curriculums are identified as efficient DMUs under the CCR-model, and 13(official 10, managers 3) under the BCC-model. We provide inputs that allow inefficient curriculum to be efficient DMUs on a production frontier, and a reference set for their bench-marking. Second, rank test, Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test to find a statistical significance of heterogeneity existing in efficiences between Bootstrap-DEA tenical vs Bootstrap-DEA pure technical was no significant difference. We have identified that G10, 11, 12 13, 25, 31, 33, 39 curriculums are the most efficiently produced in the technical and pure technical efficiency. Also we managed to measure the inefficiency which exists in efficiently produced curriculums when estimating the bias corrected efficiency scores. In Technical efficiency, Operation and facility was significant at the 10%. In Pure technical efficiency, facility was significant at the 10%.

        The purpose of this study is to assess the effects of outlook project for olive flounder, from the view point of price stabilization, market efficiency, and causality of the prices in different distribution channels. Analytical results show that the volatility of producer price of olive flounder has been significantly mitigated after the implementation of the outlook project. The market efficiency is estimated to be improved after implementing the outlook project although there is an inefficiency on price determination process in some producing regions. The causality test on the producer and wholesale price shows that producing stage leads the wholesale stage in forming the prices. It is found that Jeju leads the flounder price on the size of 500g and 2kg, while Wando leads the price of 1kg size. These estimation result as whole indicate that outlook project for olive flounder has accomplished the intended goals.

        This study analyzed the safety management efficiency through input-oriented BCC Model using DEA by making of Models, in which this study selected the number of staff affiliated with the construction site, number of staff members on the construction team, and number of safety personnel as Input Factor, along with the number of disaster victims and zero-accident accomplished hours as output elements, targeting 40-or-so apartment building construction sites which are being built by 3 domestic construction companies. As a result of efficiency, it was 0.643, the number of efficient DMU was 4. In the aspect of returns to scale, 21 construction sites(52.5%) found to be in a state of increasing returns while 14 construction sites(35%) was in a state of Decreasing returns. The reason for inefficiency was found to lie in technical factors in case of 30 construction sites(75%). Lastly, inefficient DMU is in need of 38.9 % and 66% reduction in site personnel and safety personnel. Based on study results, the 29 construction sites accounting for 72.5% of DMU for safety management efficiency evaluation object turned out to do inefficient safety management that doesn't fit the size of each company.

        The objective of this study is to examine the potential of cost reduction and factors affecting production cost of Korean farmers. First, the study estimates technical efficiency, allocation efficiency, and cost efficiency of Korean farmers using DEA. Then, Tobit regressions are conducted to identify factors affecting each of the three efficiency scores. The study uses the Farm Household Economy Survey data from the Korean National Bureau of Statistics for the period from 2008 to 2012. Results from DEA show that overall, technical and cost efficiency scores are low, which suggests a great potential of cost reduction for Korean farmers. The results also show relatively large differences in efficiency scores across provinces. Tobit results suggest that farm size, number of family members, operation costs, and invested capital amount are major factors affecting farm efficiencies.

        온실의 냉방부하 산정방법 개발을 위하여 열수지 방법에 기초한 냉방부하 산정식을 구성하고, 포그냉방 온실 에서 냉방부하를 실측하여 검증하였다. 포그냉방 온실의 냉각열량은 포그분사에 의한 증발수량에 물의 증발잠열을 곱하여 구할 수 있다. 여기서, 증발수량은 포그 분사량에 증발효율을 곱하면 구할 수 있으며, 즉 분무수량을 계측하고 포그시스템의 증발효율을 알면 온실의 냉방부하를 실측할 수 있다. 따라서 온실의 냉방부하 실측을 위하여 실험온실에서 포그시스템의 증발효율을 실험하고, 실험온실의 열환경 계측과 더불어 포그 분사량을 계측하여 냉방부하 산정방법을 검토하였다. 먼저 냉방부하 산정식의 환기전열량을 검토하기 위하여 냉방을 실시하지 않은 상태에서 환기량 실측 실험을 통해 비교한 결과 열수지식을 이용한 환기전열량 예측은 비교적 양호한 결과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이류체 포그시스템의 증 발효율은 0.3~0.94의 범위를 보였으며 평균 0.67로 나타 났고, 환기율이 증가함에 따라 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 포그냉방을 실시하면서 온실의 환경을 계측하여 열수지 식으로 냉방부하를 계산하고, 분무량 실측치로부터 증발 냉각열량을 구하여 비교한 결과 냉방부하 계산치와 실측치는 대체로 유사한 경향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 냉방부하가 낮은 경우에는 실측치에 비하여 약간 크게 예측되었고, 냉방부하가 높은 경우에는 실측치보다 작게 예측되었다. 온실의 냉방시스템 설계 시에는 최대냉방부하를 이용하여 냉방설비의 용량을 결정하게 된다. 따라서 냉방부하가 큰 쪽에서 실측치보다 작게 예측되는 부분은 검토가 필요하지만 설비용량 산정시의 안전계수를 고려하면 본 연구에서 제시한 냉방부하 산정방법은 온실의 환경설계에 적용할 수 있는 것으로 판단된다.

        This study is to analyze the efficiency of Korean sea food manufacturing using Data Envelopment Analysis. Firstly, based on an output oriented traditional CCR, BCC model, the study estimated the efficiency scores. The average estimates of technical, pure technical, and scale efficiency turned out 0.6517, 0.7184, 0.9074 respectively, which are separated for 50 marine corporations. The 10 DMUs were efficient under CCR model while the 17 DMUs under BCC model. Also, the study suggested that the operating profit of the two output factors should be more increased relatively and averagely from the viewpoint of efficiency improvement. Secondly, super efficiency scores are estimated under super efficiency and SBM model. As a result, it came to be possible to distinguish and rank the efficiency of the efficient DMUs. The highest score was 4.2975 under Super-CCR, was 2.4947 under Super-BCC, was 2.7160 under SBM-Super- CCR, and was 1.5319 under SBM-Super-BCC model. The average estimates of super efficiency were 0.76 and 0.82 under Super-CCR and Super-BCC model respectively, and were 0.61 and 0.67 under SBM-Super- CCR and SBM-Super-BCC model. Finally, the study conducted a rank-sum test, Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test, to find a statistical significance of heterogeneity existing in efficiencies among the sample corporations. The result showed that there was a significant difference in average efficiency between Dried, Salted product manufacturing and Frozen product manufacturing under BCC-Super efficiency model at 10% level of significance. Furthermore, TOBIT model was applied to find out the potential factors that might influence the efficiency, Wilcoxonand the results showed debt and sales cost influenced all of the technical, pure technical, and scale efficiency, while net profit influenced only the technical efficiency.

        댐과 보의 건설로 인한 하천의 단절 및 어류의 이동 문제를 해결하기 위해 다수의 어도를 건설하고 있다. 하지만 이에 대한 어도 효율성 평가나 적합성에 대한 연구는 상당히 제한적으로 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 2012년 6월부터 10월까지 매달 1회씩 trap을 이용하여 공주보에 설치된 아이스하버식 어도에서 시기별, 시간대별, 어도 위치별 어도 이용 차이를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 6~8월보다 9~10월에 어도를 이용하는 종 및 개체가 감소하였다. 그리고 어도 좌안 측면이 통계적으로 유의하지 않지만 많은 종 및 개체가 출현하였고, 또한 다른 위치보다 다양한 크기의 개체들이 출현하였다. 상류수위와 채집된 소상 어류 개체수는 양의 상관성을 나타내고 있었다. 그러나 일평균 상류수위가 증가할수록 전장 70 mm 이하 소형개체들의 출현율이 감소하는 경향이 나타났다. 어도 내 시간대별 이동은 종별 생태적인 특성에 따라 차이를 보였다. 전체적으로 크기가 작은 개체부터 큰 개체까지 다양한 크기의 어류가 어도를 이용했다. 이러한 결과는 국내에 건설된 아이스하버식 어도관리 및 평가에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

        이 연구의 목적은 전국 고추농가를 대상으로 지역별 효율성 및 지역내 효율성 분포를 분석하여 고추농가 경쟁력 향상을 위한 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 기초자료로 활용하는데 있다. 분석결과 전국 고추농가의 평균 기술효율성, 순수기술효율성, 규모효율성 모두 비효율적인 것으로 나타났다. 기술효율성(CRS 가정)은 제주, 전남, 강원, 경북 순으로 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며, 순수기술효율성(VRS 가정)도 제주, 전남, 강원, 경북 순으로, 규모효율성은 강원, 전남, 경북, 충남 순으로 상대적으로 높게 나타났다.

        A compressor in the refrigerator uses about 80% of the total consumption power required for refrigerating cycle. In this study, we consider the auxiliary piston equipped with a valve that can be controlled to open and close in order to dramatically increase the efficiency of a linear compressor. Turbocharger using the auxiliary piston was to improve the cooling capacity and efficiency of the compressor. The numerical results show that the cooling capacity was considerably improved by approximately 40.6% compared to that of the baseline model. In addition, COP increased about 7.6% indicating that the turbocharger was very efficient

This study proposes more improved measuring method for efficiency when the number of R&D programs is not enough to be for measuring efficiency analysis. It provides more various application method of factors on efficiency analysis. This study analyzes the influence of each input factor on efficiency by using partial efficiency concept. And it also determines input factors in similar influence throughout Spearman correlation coefficient. Finally, it suggests new method to improve discriminatory power of efficiency analysis by determining representative factors. Also, the proposed method can be practiced not only for national R&D programs, but also for other fields of research.

        A new shell divider was manufactured according to the principle of the lever in order to improve working efficiency in collecting the gonad of Sea Urchin, Anthocidaris crassispina, around the coast of jeju. It was composed of three parts of a pair of handles for grasping power, a fulcrum and a pair of knives for action with 21cm in length and 13cm in width. The operating efficiency of the shell divider was tested out in three place of Jeju coast. Statistical significances of differences of working time between test groups were calculated according to the t-test with the level of significance . In dividing the shell of sea urchin, the average of about 3 seconds of working time by the shell divider was less than that by a knife. At the result of t-test, the statistical significance in the working time existed between the divider group and the knife group. On the other hand, the working time among the divider operators showed no significant differences. It is concluded that the shell divider is more efficient than a knife in traditional operating.

        The objective of this study was to analyze the accuracy of estrus detection of heat detector and analysis of estrus behavior (mounting and mounted), and the evaluation of conditions required for improving reproductive efficiency in Holstein dairy cows fitted with a estrous detector. The heat detection system consists of estrous detector based on wireless sensor and an electric bulletin board displayed estrus behavior data. When cow mounting other cows, the accuracy of estrus behavior displayed an electric bulletin board were 87.5% (mounting other cows only), 100% (mounting other cows but not standing), 80.0% (mounting other cows with standing for 1∼4 seconds), 90.0% (mounting other cows but not standing for 1∼4 seconds), 80% (mounting other cows with standing for more than 5 seconds) and 90.0% (mounting other cows but not standing for more than 5 seconds). When cow mounted other cows, the accuracy of estrus behavior displayed an electric bulletin board were 100% (mounted other cows but not standing), 100% (mounted other cows with standing for 1∼4 seconds), 100% (mounted other cows but not standing for 1∼4 seconds) and 100% (mounted other cows with standing for more than 5 seconds). Circadian distribution of first observed in estrus were 59.1% (am 8∼pm 6) and 40.9% (pm 6∼am 8). Distribution for the number of estrus behavior were 40.9% (less than 3 times), 36.4% (4∼6 times) and 22.7% (more than 4 times). The conception rates relative to interval from first estrus behavior to insemination for estrus periods were 23.1% (less than 11 hours) and 55.6% (12∼20 hours).

        본 연구는 강원도 고랭지 배추의 생산 효율성을 파악하기 위해 공식 통계에 대한 분석과 미시자료에 대한 계량경제학적 분석을 행하였다. 그리고 본 연구는 상대적인 평가를 통해 비효율적인 농가의 원인을 찾아보고자 한다. 또한 Tobit모형을 이용해 생산 효율성에 대한 결정요인을 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 분석결과를 종합하여 고랭지 배추 재배 농가를 효율적인 농가와 비효율적인 농가를 구분하고, 그러한 특징을 분석하여 비효율적인 농가에 대한 효율성 제고 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

        The objective of this study was to evaluate several types of uterine bacteria in Hanwoo. uterine bacteria from randomly selected 5 uterus was collected by flushing methods into a sterilized 1.5 ml centrifuge tube and was inoculated onto MacConkey agar and blood agar, respectively. After being incubated for 5% CO2, aerobic or anaerobic condition at 37℃ during 48h, bacterial colonies were selected and re-inoculated onto blood agar plates. Re-cultured colonies were identified by Gram staining and finally identified using Vitek system. The identified bacteria were Staphylococcus lentus, Staphylococcus sciuri, Staphylococcus vitulinus, Staphylococcus warneri of Gram (+) and Rhizobium radiobacter, Sphingomonas paucimobilis of Gram () bacteria. Although, pathogenicity of identified bacteria was unclear, the bacteria can have an effect on the uterine microenvironment. Therefore, repetitive research will be required to determine the effects of bacteria in cattle exposed to a various environment.

        Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a useful tool to analyze the relative efficiency of decision making units (DMU) characterized by multiple inputs and multiple outputs. This method has been popularly used as an analytical tool to suggest some strategic improvement. To do this, the results of DEA provide decision makers with a single efficiency score, efficient frontier, return to scale, benchmarking decision making units, etc. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate research performance of 38 universities and provide an inefficient university with the way of organizational changes to be an efficient university by using DEA. Various input and output variables are used to identify technical and scale inefficiency. Additionally, we analyze how an inefficient DMU could be changed an efficient DMU based on a case university. This result will give an insight of constructive directions for increasing of research performance to university decision makers.
