Internet buzzwords, as a product of rapid societal development, are unique in
their form, meaning, and methods of dissemination and popularization. They not
only reflect societal trends and development methods but also embody the
values, worldviews, psychological states, and goals pursued by contemporary
Chinese people. These buzzwords serve as indicators of the value orientations
and expressions of the younger generation, helping to understand the trends and
characteristics of Chinese society through their emergence, spread, and eventual
elimination. This paper, based on an examination of relevant materials on
buzzword research, introduces popular buzzwords from various periods, analyzing
their origins, word formation, and characteristics. It explores the inevitable
reasons behind the creation of Internet buzzwords and systematically analyzes
them to gain insight into the trends and dynamics of Chinese social culture. This
study also helps to understand the values and worldviews of the younger
generation in China, distinguishes the differences between mainstream culture
and subcultures, predicts the direction of societal development, and examines the
impact of language variation on social culture and the consciousness of its
members.
PURPOSES : This study aimed to perform real-time on-site construction volume management by using Internet of things (IoT) technology consisting of 3D scanning, image acquisition, wireless communication systems, and mobile apps for new and maintenance construction of concrete bridge deck overlays. METHODS : LiDAR was used to scan the overlay before and after construction to check the overlay volume. An enhanced inductively coupled plasma (ICP) method was applied to merge the LiDAR data scanned from multiple locations to reduce noise, and an anisotropic filter was applied for efficient three-dimensional shape modeling of the merged LiDAR data. The construction volume counter of the mobile mixer was directly photographed using an IP camera, and the data were transmitted to a central server via the LTE network. The video images were transmitted to the central server and optical character recognition (OCR) was used to recognize the counter number and store it. The system was built such that the stored information could be checked in real time in the field or at the office. RESULTS : As a result of using LiDAR to check the amount of overlay construction, the error from the planned amount was 0.6%. By photographing the counter of the mobile mixer using an IP camera and identifying the number on the counter using OCR to check the quantity, the results showed that there was a 2% difference from the planned quantity. CONCLUSIONS : Although the method for checking the amount of construction on site using LiDAR remains limited, it has the advantage of storing and managing the geometric information of the site more accurately. Through the IoT-based on-site production management system, we were able to identify the amount of concrete used in real time with relative accuracy.
이 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 인터넷 중독과 가족 의사소통간의 관계 정도를 파악하고, 인터넷 중독과 관련된 영향 요인을 알아보려는 목적의 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 J시에 소재한 대학의 간호학 부 재학생 251명이었다. 자료수집은 구조화된 자가 보고식 설문지를 이 용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨의 상관관계, Multiple regression으로 분석하였 다. 연구 결과로 간호대학생의 인터넷 중독 평균 점수는 34.8점, 가족 의사소통 평균 점수는 62.1점 이었고, 인터넷 중독 고위험 사용자군은 9.2%로 나타났다. 인터넷 중독과 가족 의사소통은 유의한 음의 상관관계 가 있었다. 다중 회귀분석 결과 가족 의사소통, 건강 저하, 수면 부족은 인터넷 중독에 영향을 미치는 요인이며, 설명력은 23.6%(F=4.52, p<.001)이었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 인터넷 중 독을 감소시키기 위해 가족 의사소통을 증진시킬 수 있는 중재 프로그램 을 개발하여 적용하기를 제안한다.
본 연구는 독일어권의 사물인터넷을 이용한 데이터 거래와 블록체인 기술로 인한 사회혁신을 조망하고자 한다. 먼저, 독일어권 국가에서의 빅 데이터와 블록체인 기술의 활용을 조사하기 위해 문헌 연구 및 선행 연 구 검토가 수행되었다. 또한, 데이터레이드(Datarade)와 같은 독일의 데 이터 회사 및 정부의 데이터 경제 관련 프로젝트(GAIA-X)에 대한 사례 연구가 진행되었다. 이를 통해 독일에서의 데이터 및 블록체인 활용 현 황을 파악하고, 각 산업 분야에서의 적용 사례를 식별하였다. 금융 산업 에서는 블록체인 기술을 활용하여 계좌 번호 및 구매 세부 정보를 안전 하게 저장하고 있으며, 부동산 산업에서는 임대 계약, 임대료 결제 확인 등을 블록체인을 통해 효율적으로 관리하고 있다. 특히 교육 부문에서 블록체인 기술의 활용에 대한 현지 사례 및 연구 결과를 종합하여 분석 하였다. 블록체인의 보안이라는 장점을 살려 학습자의 학습 성과나 평가, 성적 증명, 학습낙오자나 성적부진자의 학습활동 추적, 부정행위 방지, 스마트 계약을 통한 과제 관리, 평생학습증 및 학습이력부 제공 등의 방 식으로 이미 독일은 교육계에 혁신을 이루어나가고 있다. 교육 부문에서 의 이러한 조사 방법을 통해 독일에서의 기술 혁신 및 사회적 변화에 대 한 종합적인 이해를 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 결과들은 독일정부 주도의 데이터거래와 블록체인 분야의 기술혁신의 효과를 입증하기에 한국정부 의 산업혁신에도 활용할 수 있는 중요한 통찰을 제공할 것이다.
Recent, there has been a need for a terminal device with artificial intelligence to detect emergency situations in various means of transportation to prevent overdischarge of the battery even when parking the vehicle for a long time so that the driver can properly prepare. The transmission system, which guides the situation and location information of the vehicle, uses AHD video technology and RTOS technology to reduce the load of wireless networks by increasing the video playback rate through UDP implementation by WiFi, and stabilizes through wireless networks and low-power sensors using LoRa services.
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, it drastically changed the way that many consumers conducted their shopping for almost all their needs. This created a dramatic increase in online purchases, causing global e-commerce sales to skyrocket to 26.7 billion dollars, up four percent from the previous year (UNCTAD, 2021). This surge in sales caused an increase in certain customer segments, resulting in many retailers rethinking their marketing and branding strategies. To many retailers’ surprise, elderly adults aged sixty-five and older began to adopt e-commerce shopping during the pandemic at an overwhelming rate.
The economic harm and survival fear caused by environmental conflicts are most likely to become the psychological lever to drive individuals to adopt environmentally friendly behaviours. From the perspective of environmental conflict, this paper will explore the transmission mechanism of environmental conflict on individuals’ pro-environmental behaviour through three experiments.
PURPOSES : The purpose of this study was to improve the performance of concrete pavements by measuring the unit-water content with an Internet-of-Things (IoT)-based unit-water content measurement device at an increased precision compared with that of existing measuring equipment.
METHODS : We calculated the properties of concrete that varied according to variations in the unit-water content. To confirm the change in the performance of concrete pavements, we compared and analyzed the fatigue cracking rate and international roughness index of concrete pavements at the 20-year point of public use according to the changes in properties using the Korea Pavement Research Program(KPRP).
RESULTS : We confirmed that IoT-based measurement equipment can improve the performance of pavements without changing their mixing designs or specifications. We confirmed that the performance of the concrete pavements changed significantly, even with unit-water content variations within the range of quality standards. According to IoT-based unit-water content management, we confirmed that the performance of the concrete pavement (fatigue cracking rate and international roughness index) improved without changing the mixing design.
CONCLUSIONS : We confirmed that by using IoT-based unit-water content management, pavement performance can be improved. It is necessary to consider whether the application of this concept to other concrete property management items, such as the chloride content, is possible. Considering the changes in concrete properties according to the unit-water content based on laboratory tests and considerations of various load conditions will be necessary for future research.
본 논문은 디지털 성범죄 사건이 증가하고 있는 가운데, 이들에 대한 형사사법기관 의 처분이 가해자의 행위를 교정하거나 직접적으로 제재하지 못하는 현실을 지적하고 이에 대한 대안을 고민하기 위하여 시작되었다. 이를 위해 미국에서 시행되고 있는, 성범죄자 대상 ‘음란물 금지’와 ‘인터넷 및 컴퓨터 기기활용 제한’의 내용을 비교법적 으로 검토하면서 피해자의 삶이 아닌 가해자의 삶에 타격과 변화를 줄 수 있는 법률 내용을 제안하는 것을 주요 목적으로 하였다. 미국의 「성범죄자 신상등록 및 고지법」 에는 성범죄를 행함에 있어 인터넷 또는 컴퓨터 기기를 활용한 성범죄자에 대하여 일 정 기간의 사용제한을 법원이 선고하고 이의 이행 여부를 보호관찰관이 지도・감독하 는 내용이 규정되어 있다. 관련 제도가 정착되는 과정에서 반복적인 항소도 제기되었 지만, 미국의 판례는 인터넷 활동과 컴퓨터 사용의 제한 내용이 구체적인 경우에는 큰문제가 없다는 태도를 견지하고 있다. 이 법률 규정이 적용되는 경우, 보호관찰관은 대상 성범죄자에게 모든 디지털 기기의 등록과 해당 기기에 대한 포렌식 동의서를 요 구한다. 또한 보호관찰관은 대상 성범죄자의 디지털 기기에 대한 주기적 검사를 시행 하고 대상자의 휴대폰 활동 내용을 모니터링하고 필터링하는 소프트웨어를 설치하여 집행한다. 이러한 내용은 실제 디지털 성범죄자에 대한 행동 제약이 전무한 우리나라 의 보호관찰 현실과 상당히 대비되는 모습이다. 과거 접촉성 성범죄자를 향해 시행되 었던 형사정책들이 사회적 논의 속에서 설득되고 사회제도로 자리를 잡아갔던 것처럼, 디지털 성범죄 가해자에 대한 규제와 교정, 피해 방지 대책을 더욱 직접적인 가해자 행위 규제 관점에서 고민할 필요가 있다. 이러한 측면에서 미국의 인터넷 및 컴퓨터 활동 제한 관련 법률 규정은, 우리나라에서의 효과적 디지털 성범죄자 관리대책 수립 을 위한 의미 있는 비교법적 자료가 될 것으로 판단한다.
With the continuous upgrading of network technology and the gradual maturity of network environment, modern society provides good conditions for the modernization and information development of financial industry. Based on this, the modern development model of Internet plus finance is being built and improved, and has an impact on all aspects of people's life and production. With the Internet platform as the carrier, it is relatively convenient for consumers to purchase financial products and services, and the transaction cost is low, which fully meets the capital needs of small and medium enterprises, stimulates market transactions, and increases the transaction scale. Therefore, the Internet can play a key and important role in the rapid development of the financial industry. However, due to the relatively complex and risky Internet financial market, Chinese government lacks legal protection and financial supervision for the Internet financial consumers. Illegal activities such as false publicity, personal information disclosure and fraud occur frequently on Internet financial platforms, and the interests and rights of Internet financial consumers cannot be guaranteed absolutely . These financial consumers are the main participants in the development of the industry and the driving force of market development. This paper mainly uses literature review method and comparative research method to study how to improve the protection of consumer rights and interests and maintain the healthy and stable development of the financial market. So that consumers can achieve their interests under the development of the industry, and their interests can be guaranteed absolutely .Finally, it is concluded that it is necessary to combine the characteristics of the Internet industry to formulate relevant consumer rights and interests protection laws and establish its related legal system. Chinese government Should be fully learn from advanced development models and ideas of other countries. Finally, combined with its own development trend and current situation, improve the supervision of financial institutions.
Global concerns have grown regarding emerging infectious diseases (EIDs) caused by previously unknown pathogens. Considering that strengthening surveillance capacity for unknown diseases is one of the core capacities for preparedness and early response to EIDs, identifying areas with poor capacity could be beneficial to prioritize regions for the improvement of surveillance. In this regard, we aimed to develop prediction models to identify high risk areas for low surveillance capacity for unknown diseases in a global scale. Unexplained death events reported between 2015 and 2019 were collected from two internet-based surveillance systems, ProMED-mail and Global Public Health Intelligence Network. From the reports, the number of reported unexplained deaths at the first report and the time gap between death and report were extracted as measures for sensitivity and timeliness of surveillance capacity, respectively. Using geographical locations of the reports and published global scale spatial data, including demographic, socioeconomic, public health and geographical variables, we fitted two boosted regression tree models to predict regions with the low sensitivity and timeliness. The performance of prediction model for the low sensitivity showed moderate validity, but in terms of the model for timeliness, the performance was unreliable. Therefore, we provided predicted risk only for low sensitivity. The mean predicted risks of low sensitivity were, respectively, 45.2%, 37.4%, 12.5%, and 3.0% in low-income, lower middle-income, upper middle-income, and high-income countries. Enhancing surveillance capacity in low-income countries is highly required, given the predicted low level of sensitivity despite the importance of early response.
PURPOSES : Currently, the domestic construction industry is dominated by large-scale projects such as roads, ports, airports, and buildings. Construction on such projects is generally conducted simultaneously, but the process and quality management are led by a small number of responsible managers. In the case of road pavements, owing to rapid industrial development, economic growth, and the expansion of social overhead capital investment in the road construction industry, highways and general national roads have been constructed on a large scale. Therefore, this study aimed to improve and develop domestic concrete production and construction quality management by improving the reliability and transparency of production quality management and simplifying business processes. This was accomplished through the development of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based cement quality management system capable of automated design and build (D/B) construction and real-time monitoring.
METHODS : The "IQ" system is a quality management system for enabling real-time monitoring of D/B quality at the time of concrete production and according to the designated age by utilizing quality test equipment developed with an LTE-Bluetooth function. It is possible to immediately identify and respond to quality problems through real-time monitoring, secure a reliable quality D/B because the quality test results cannot be arbitrarily manipulated, and to simplify the work process through the automatic D/B construction. In addition, improved quality control can be achieved through real-time information sharing and feedback system operations between contractors, managers, and personnel involved in construction. The quality control test items for developing the IQ system are the compression and flexural strengths, as these can be used to determine the design standard strength of pre-curing concretes (such as their slump and unit quantity) and the adequacy of the workability and durability, as well as the air volume to predict the durability, and the chloride content in the sections where reinforcement is used.
CONCLUSIONS : This study identified difficulties and limitations in quality management according to the operation method in the domestic quality management systems, and in the real-time monitoring between managers and contractors. Thus, it was necessary to establish an improved systematic and reliable quality management system. The IQ system was developed to solve this problem.
PURPOSES : In this study, an existing speed-controlled Marshall stability tester was systemized as an Internet of Things(IoT) system. The Marshall stability test data were transmitted to the cloud in real-time, and an IoT optional-controlled board capable of additional load and displacement control was proposed.
METHODS : The IoT systemization was built based on an improvement of an IoT height measuring system, the re-verification of standard samples for comparative analysis, and the development of a wireless IG-IoT board. The developed wireless Induk-GeoTS(IG)-IoT board was compared with existing commercial data logger using displacement- and load- calibration equipment. After the conformity of the developed wireless IoT board was established, a urethane standard sample was reproduced and verified using the recipe presented in a previous study to conduct a round-robin test. In addition, the adequacy of the speed, load, and displacement control tests for the optional-controlled characteristics was verified. the round-robin test for the Marshall stability and deformation strength and the comparative test of indirect tensile strength with the existing Marshall tester were performed using the re-verified standard sample.
RESULTS : The improved two-point IoT height measurement system reduced the average relative error by 2.11% relative to the one-point measurement. From the re-verification results of the regenerated urethane standard sample, it was suitable with relative error of 3.65% in the loading elastic modulus and 4.07% in the unloading elastic modulus, compared to the existing standard sample. From the comparative analysis of the developed wireless IG-IoT board and existing commercial data logger, it was confirmed that the wireless IoT board could be reliably used, based on the average relative error of the wireless IoT board, 0.64% and that of the data logger, 3.79% in terms of the displacement(flow value) and an average relative error of 0.78% for the wireless IoT board and 0.79% for the data logger in terms of the load(stability). By analyzing the optional-controlled characteristics, it was found that the Marshall stability speed control conditions were satisfied based on the error results, with an average relative value of 2.96% under deformation strength test condition of 30mm/min, 3.23% under the indirect tensile strength test condition of 50mm/min, and 2.6% under the Marshall stability test condition of 50.8mm/min. It was also found that proper control characteristics were obtained, with an average relative error of 0.72% within the experimental load range in the load control conditions, and an average relative error of 2.4% in the experimental displacement range in the displacement control conditions. The results from the round-robin Marshall stability and deformation strength testing to verify the applicability of the IoT optional-controlled board show that the data were reliable based on the 3σ quality control method. In addition, by comparing the results of the indirect tensile strength tests, the usability of the wireless IG-IoT board was verified, with an average relative error of 0.96%. CONCLUSIONS : The IoT height measuring system was improved, and a wireless IG-IoT board that can transmit test data to a cloud platform was developed. The usability of the developed wireless IoT board was verified by round-robin testing using a re-verified urethane specimen. The IG-IoT optional-controlled board extends the verified wireless IG-IoT board, it was developed and validated for not only the existing speed control, but also for load, and displacement control.
본 연구는 게임 이용동기가 인터넷게임 사용장애에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 한국콘텐츠진흥 원의 게임이용자패널(2014~2018)의 상반기 조사 5개 연도 자료를 활용하였다. 게임이용자패널은 초·중·고등 학교 학생 2,000명의 표본으로 구성되었으며, 1차 연도부터 5차 연도까지 연구에 참여한 778명의 응답을 분 석에 활용하였다. 응답자의 특성으로 성별은 남성 381명(49.0%), 여성 397명(51.0%)이었고, 학생 분포는 1차 연도 기준으로 초등학생 287명(36.9%), 중학생 273명(35.1%), 고등학생 218명(28.0%)으로 이루어졌다. 종속변 수인 인터넷게임 사용장애는 Kimberly Young의 인터넷중독척도를 게임사용에 맞게 수정한 20문항을 활용하 여 측정하였고, 독립변수인 게임 이용동기는 Nick Yee의 게임이용척도를 수정한 10문항을 활용하여 측정하 였다. 주요 분석방법으로 MIMIC 모형분석을 활용하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보상과 현실도피 동기의 게임 이용은 5개 연도 자료 분석 결과 일관적으로 인터넷게임 사용장애와 정적인 관계가 있었다. 둘째, 보상 동기의 게임 이용의 표준화 영향계수는 도피 동기의 게임 이용의 표준화 영향계수보다 더 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 셋째, 통제변수 중에서 높은 불안감 수준을 지니고 있을수록, 남성일수록 일관 적으로 인터넷게임사용장애 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 DSM-5 진단기준과 관련한 정책적, 실천적 제언을 논의하였다.
The emergence of global internet access from the low Earth orbit (LEO) comes with cybersecurity vulnerabilities. Under international space law regimes, the concept of cybersecurity in outer space remains ambiguous. Furthermore, cyberattacks affecting the era’s thoroughly segregated computer space systems were unimagined. Cyber borders are not the same as physical borders. Cyberspace does not admit the demarcation of territorial sovereignty, as it is not based on physical location, and assigning territorial sovereignty to cyberspace is time-consuming. This research proposes the concept of a multi-stakeholder international legal regime for space cybersecurity, as establishing cybersecurity standards and risk management mechanisms necessitates technical measures and a regulatory framework. International cooperation is the only way to provide a fully coordinated approach to cyberspace protection which is consistent with the fundamental premise of international cooperation and collaboration in space.
There are a lot of problems in the existing databases of ancient characters, such as the digital processing obstacles of Gaiji (characters excluded in character sets), the defects of information technology, and a lack of completeness. The newly released “digital resource library for intelligent Internet search of ancient characters” makes the following breakthrough: it achieves full coverage of all types of ancient characters in all dynasties, and realizes the carrier conversion of character data with strict digital standards, allows the the further processing of materials and the intelligent recognition search technology, and forms the series of thematic databases. There are two major tasks for the future development of the digital resource library of Chinese characters: the development of international standards for ancient character sets, and the further processing and sorting of ancient character materials for the intelligent research of ancient characters.
가짜뉴스는 우리 시대를 관통하는 핵심적인 문제이다. 가짜뉴스는 선거에 개입하고, 정치적 의사결정을 왜곡하며, 사회에 혼란을 야기하고 있다. 이에 각국은 가짜뉴스에 대처하고, 그 폐해를 막을 수 있는 여러 방안을 강구하고 있다. 그 과정에서 최근 대부분의 선진국에서는 가짜뉴스를 제작, 유포하는 사람보다는 가짜뉴스가 유포되는 매개체인 구글, 페이스북, 트위터와 같은 거대 인터넷서비스제공자의 역할과 책임을 강조하는 방향으로 논의의 초점을 옮겨가고 있다. 이 글에서는 미국, 독일, 프랑스의 가짜뉴스에 대처하기 위한 법률과 논의에 대하여 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 우리나라의 현행 법제 하에서 가짜뉴스에 대한 인터넷서비스제공자의 역할과 책임, 나아가 개선방안에 대하여 검토하였다. 이미 가짜뉴스가 확산된 이후에 사후적으로 책임을 추 궁하는 것만으로는 가짜뉴스의 폐해에 대처하기 역부족이다. 사전에 가짜뉴스의 확산을 예방하기 위해서는 인터넷서비스제공자들이 적극적으로 가짜뉴스를 식별하여 차단, 삭제 등의 조치를 취하 도록 일정한 의무를 부과하는 등의 규제를 하는 것이 필요하다. 주요 선진국들의 논의를 비판적으로 검토하고, 우리나라의 법제와 현실을 고려하여 가짜뉴스의 폐해를 시정하면서도, 표현의 자유를 침해하지 않는 지혜로운 가짜뉴스 대처방안이 마련하여야 할 것이다.
In this study, the improvement of the IP system, which is the core infrastructure of the MRO project, and its effect were analyzed. Systematic problems and problems that are not competitive in the actual operating environment were systematically derived, and based on this, the most suitable method for target system development was found and improved. And the data of the improved system was analyzed and the effect was verified through empirical analysis of the system improvement effect through the user questionnaire. As a result of the study, the item with the highest improvement effect was convenience, which increased by 12.43 points. Then it increased by 10.25 points in terms of features. In particular, you will notice a significant improvement in speed by 30-50%. This is because the empirical analysis results are more objective and realistic than other conceptual models. Also, from the practical point of view, based on the results of the empirical analysis, corporate management can more effectively promote the intellectual property system, which is expected to contribute to the enhancement of corporate competitiveness.
