        This study was prepared for the purpose of restorative consideration such as the construction background, scale, and location of buildings by comparing the historical materials of two countries, Korea and Japan, focusing on Choryanggaeksa. Choryanggaeksa was a building with a special purpose installed in Dongnaebu in the late Joseon Dynasty, and was also a space exclusively for Japanese envoys. When Choryangwaegwan, the only place of diplomacy and trade with Japan in the late Joseon Dynasty, moved in 1678, Choryanggaeksa was also built and continued until its function ceased due to the modern opening of the port. As diplomacy and trade with Japan take place in the category of Choryangwaegwan, the existence of an interpreter takes an important place. Therefore, Seongsindang, a space for interpreters, was built near Choryanggaeksa. When the modern port opened in 1876, Choryanggaeksa and Seongsindang lost their original function, but the building remained. However, after the 1890s, a Superintendent office was built on the site of Choryanggaeksa, and a school was established on the site of Seongsindang. It was destroyed when the site of Choryanggaeksa and Seongsindang was converted during the opening of the port, and its remains cannot be found today due to urbanization.

        This study investigated the maintenance and management of government office building in Dongnaebu, Gyeongsangdo in the mid-19th century. In the late Joseon Dynasty, Dongraebu was an important point of national defense and a place of trade and diplomacy with Japan, so it had many government facilities. There are very few government facilities remaining today, and no structure remains. Therefore, it is possible to grasp information about the government facilities through the old materials. Currently, there are public documents related to the local government offices such as Eupji, Eupsarye, and Junggi. Through comparison between public documents, we will examine the maintenance and management of Dongnaebu government facilities in the mid-19th century. As a result of the research, Dongnaebu government facilities were supervised by department and managed like articles. In addition, the name, size, and changes were all recorded in the management of the goods, and the authority of responsibility was clearly stated. This result is because the remaining material has the purpose of preparation as an accounting book. As a result, it was found that the government facilities in the late Joseon Dynasty were managed by a systematic department with clear authority.

        This study was described with a focus on the maintenance and management of Local Confucian School(Hyanggyo) architecture, centering around cases investigated through official documents written in the 1910s. In 1910, by the Japanese imperial rule, the regulations on Local Confucian School(Hyanggyo) property were enacted, and the income was paid solely to elementary school education expenses and ancestral rites. Through this process, many Local Confucian School(Hyanggyo) buildings were destroyed while only the space for ritual sacrifices remained by the Japanese colonial rule. In particular, as the land, which was the basis of Local Confucian School's property, was sold for various reasons, the finances gradually deteriorated. In addition, as the architectural acts that Local Confucian School preserves itself are restricted, it loses its original character. This study was of great significance that identified the intention to dispose of Local Confucian School(Hyanggyo) property by Japanese imperialism in the 1910s and clarified the purpose of its disposal.

        During the latter part of Joseon Dynasty, Local Confucian School(Geochanghyanggyo) had served as a government school and left many official documents on the educational construction. The construction of Local Confucian School(Geochanghyanggyo), which was recorded in official documents, was diverse, and most of them were reconstructed. Construction-works recorded in an official document was drafted in two ways. One was in the same format as the accounting records and the other was written in the diary format by date. The construction cost was mainly financed by selling the land owned. Of course, with the help of the government, they could receive some of the essential timber and expenses for the construction. The management and maintenance of educational construction was entrusted by a manager called ‘Chaji(次知)’. Then there were employees called ‘Jeonjik(殿直)’ and ‘Gojik(庫直)’ and they were paid for their work.

        최근 건설시장에 4차 산업혁명기술의 급속한 확산과 도입, 적용이 트랜드로 부각되고 있다. BIM 기술은 4차 산업혁명 기술의 근간을 이루는 다차원 정보체계이다. 이러한 정보기반체계를 활용한 하천분야도 유지관리를 위한 현행화 방안 등 적극적인 연구검토가 되고 있다. 최근 하천 전문가들의 하천분야 BIM도입 효과에 필요성을 반영하여 적극적인 연구와 현행화 작업을 해야 된다. 그리고 첨단기술을 반영한 시설물 유지관리 정보체계를 활성화하고 관리계획 수립 및 운영을 위해서는 다양한 정보체계를 구축하기 위한 도구 및 지원소프트웨어의 개발이 반드시 필요할 것으로 전망된다. 하천시설의 유지운영을 위한 연구로 기본적으로 기존 도면자료를 이용하여 3차원 정보모델을 구축하고 이를 활용한 손상을 점검하고 정보화하며 보수보강을 위한 자료로 활용토록 하는 것이다. 이는 기존 도면방식에 없는 정보체계를 하천시설물을 3D 모델링과 함께 유지관리정보를 속성으로 구축하는 방법을 연구하여 유지운영을 위한 점검, 손상 관리를 보다 효과적이고 활용성이 높은 관리방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

        An aircraft engine is supposed to be used for a specified lifespan, and it is reused through the depot maintenance for a major overhaul when its cumulative service life reaches the lifespan. However, the depot maintenance takes a long time due to the complexity of its process, and thus to continuously operate aircraft, spare engines are required to substitute engines under renovation. Considering the limited capacity of the depot, the uniformity of the quantity and cycle of engines entering the depot maintenance provides an opportunity to the decrease of the spare engines and the improvement of aircraft availability. It is the purpose of engine life management. Furthermore, in establishing flight plans, the time for essential maintenance activities, such as pre/post-flight inspection, servicing, the preparation for next flight, has to guarantee. Especially, fighters additionally require much time for installing weapons for their mission. That is, the rearming procedure can be left out if the adjoining missions are identical. Otherwise, the rearming time is varyingly spent depending on the types of adjacent duties. Therefore, this study proposes the mathematical model for an aircraft-mission assignment considering engine life management and maintenance schedule, and it is formulated based on the time-space network. Moreover, to verify and validate the model, an example was developed by applying realistic aircraft operating environment and simulation to perform air operations for several days was fulfilled. The experimental results presented flight plans corresponding to the purpose of this study, such as engine life management and the assurance of maintenance time.

        3D-based BIM(Building Information Modeling) technologies can be utilized effectively as a means of systematic management of facility information for safety assurance and effective maintenance of waterworks facilities. In this study, BIM models of water treatment facilities that can be used as basic data for BIM-based maintenance of waterworks facilities were developed. Information exchange and generality of the developed BIM models were evaluated by conducting interoperability analysis of IFC(Industry Foundation Classes) conversion models. In addition, the application of COBie(Construction Operations Building information exchange) was recommended as an effective countermeasure to deal with technical limitation regarding exchange and utilization of facilities-related information through current IFC models. The results of this study can contribute to the development of BIM-based maintenance system for waterworks facilities.

        The goal of this paper is to suggest aircraft maintenance and its improvement for aviation safety. The purpose of aviation safety is to prevent aviation accidents resulting in damage to human life and property. Aviation safety relies heavily on maintenance. Human error is cited as a major causal factor in most aviation mishaps, including maintenance error. Errors can be described as active failures that lead directly to the incident, and latent failures whose presence provokes the active failure. Maintenance errors are parts installed incorrectly, missing parts, and necessary checks not being performed. In comparison to many other threats to aviation safety, the mistakes of an aviation maintenance technician(AMT) can be more difficult to detect. Often times, these mistakes are present but not visible and have the potential to remain latent, affecting the safe operation of aircraft for longer periods of time. State safety programmes is a system of activities for the aim of strengthening the safety and integrated management of the activities of government by standards of the ICAO. In summary, It is necessary to revise regulations on the basis of the aviation practice for aviation safety regulatory requirements. The goverment will eventually need to promulgate fatigue management standsrds for AMT also pay particular attention to the safety and education for small aircraft AMT.

        본 연구는 2010년 1월 현재 평가인증시설의 보육시설 종사자를 대상으로 보육시설의 평가 인증제도에 대한 인식과 사후관리에 대한 전반적인 실태를 조사하여 평가인증시설의 요구에 따른 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 보육시설 평가인증제에 따른 사후유지관리 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 첫째, 시설규모에 따라 보육시설 종사자의 평가 인증 통과 후 인식은 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 평가인증 후 사후관리에 대한 질 평가는 대체적으로 모든 평가인증 영역에 걸쳐 향상되었다고 볼 수 있으나 시설들 간의 차이를 보이고 있는점은 각각의 상황이 다른 상태에서 실시되어 각 기관의 평가결과가 다른 것으로 유추 할 수 있었다. 셋째, 시설규모에 따른 보육시설 종사자의 평가인증 통과 인식과 사후유지관리는 어떠한 관계가 있는지 살펴 본 결과 인식수준이 높을수록 사후유지관리가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구를 토대로 앞으로 보육시설의 종사자인 보육교사는 보육의 질을 향상시키는데 핵심요소이기 때문에 보육교사들이 인증의 과정을 통해 스스로 성숙하는 매우 중요한 과정임을 인식하도록 해야 하겠다. 이러한 보육교사들이 평가인증에 대한 “긍정적인 인식”을 형성하도록 하는 과정은 평가인증제의 영유아에게 질적으로 우수한 보육서비스를 제공하는데 전제가 될 수 있을 것이다.

        본 연구에서는 교량정보의 통합 운용을 지원하기 위해 멀티레이어 데이터베이스의 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 멀티레이어 데이터베이스란 표준화된 정보 레이어로 이루어진 논리적으로 통합된 데이터베이스를 말한다. 표준화된 정보 레이어는 한 부류로 구분할 수 있는 데이터 집합을 나타내며, 정보모델에 의해 정의된다. 본 연구에서 제시한 교량의 멀티레이어 데이터베이스 개념은 구조요소의 분류를 나타내는 정보체계를 기반으로 하며, 구조요소의 분류체계에 따른 코드를 사용함으로써 여러 정보계층에 분포된 데이터를 통합하도록 하였다. 또한 멀티레이어 데이터베이스 프레임워크의 한 축으로서 데이터 레벨을 설정하였다. 데이터 레벨은 정보계층에 포함된 데이터들의 재활용성에 따른 중요도를 의미하며, 이에 따라 정보모델의 세분화되는 정도를 정의하여 방대한 양의 교량정보 데이터베이스 구축을 위한 효과적인 전략수립이 가능하도록 하였다. 제시된 개념의 검증을 위해 객체지향개념의 3-D 형상정보 계층과 구조계산서 정보계층으로 이루어진 시범 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 또한 두 계층으로 분산되어 있는 데이터의 일치여부를 자동으로 검토하는 실험을 통하여 본 연구에서 제시된 멀티레이어 데이터베이스 개념이 교량정보를 관리하는데 있어 정보의 무결성과 일관성을 보장할 수 있음을 보였다.

        본 논문은 토목 시설물의 유지관리 분야에서 BIM을 도입하기 위해 필요한 핵심 표준화 항목과 그 추진 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해 시설물의 유지관리에 관한 가치사슬과 BIM의 기술적 특성을 분석하여 가치사슬 상에서 최초로 수행되는 손상정보의 기록 방식이 BIM의 정보운용 방식과 매우 유사함을 밝혔다. 또한 시설물 유지관리 가치사슬 단계별로 수행되는 업무에 부합되는 BIM 데이터를 생산하고 운영하기 위해 필요한 표준화 항목을 제시하였다. 제시된 표준화 항목은 시설물의 전 생애주기에서 공통으로 적용되는 표준과 시설물 유지관리 목적에 맞추어 특화된 표준화 항목으로 구분하였으며, 각 구분된 항목에 대하여 표준화 추진 시 중심 역할을 수행할 수 있는 기관을 법령에 근거하여 제시하였다.

        The systematization of construction information is required over whole life cycle of facilities to improve productivity of construction industry. BIM has been actively suggested as one of alternatives. However, it may be currently concentrated on the large-scale facilities while the small and medium-scale facilities based on BIM are slightly treated in indifference. This study has been performed to set up information management system based on BIM considering characteristics of small and medium-scale facilities. PLIB of ISO and construction information classification system of by MLTM in Korea are used in this study.

        Infrastructure safety and maintenance management(ISMM) is one of the most important parts for improving level of people's welfare. The government needs to set up their own improvement strategy for ISMM system. This study was initiated to suggest the strategy to improve ISMM system with long term perspective. In order to investigate the current status and problems of ISMM system, this study reviewed various literature related to the issues of the foreign ISMM systems and conducted the interview with ISMM experts. The strategy would be expected greatly to improve the safety and maintenance management system for domestic infrastructure.

        현재 시설물의 안전 및 유지관리 선진화를 위한 국가 기본시책과 비전을 제시하고 시설물을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 체계를 마련하기 위하여 안전 및 유지관리 기본계획이 수립되어 추진하고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같이 선진국에서 수행하고 있는 시설물에 대하여 예방적이고 적극적인 보수․보강을 수행하는 예방적 유지관리전략을 우리나라에서도 적극적으로 도입하여 안전 및 유지관리체계를 마련하고 이를 수행하는 것이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 시설물의 안전 및 유지관리기술에 생애주기분석기법을 적극적으로 도입하여 경제성을 높일 수 있는 기반을 마련해야 하겠다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 시설물의 안전 및 유지관리의 체계, 제도적 문제, 예산 등에 대한 현재 국내의 실태와 문제점에 대한 분석과 함께 개선방안을 제시하였다.
