        The purpose of this study is to compare the strength according as variables of Hwang-Toe activation temperature based on existing references. Compressive strength tests were carried out when the activation temperature was set to 450℃, 600℃, 850℃ and the replacement ration was set to 30%, 50%. As a result, it showed that strengths of specimens overall increased to 850℃. However, strengths of specimens with 50% replacement of Hwang-Toe were significantly reduced at 450℃ and 600℃. In this regard, it is necessary to study the proper quality of activated Hwang-Toe for mortar application in the future.

        This study was evaluated the chloride penetration resistance performance of Surface Protection Material(SPM). SPM was applied 0.25 and 0.51 kg/㎡ to the surface of the mortar and immersed aging of the chloride solution 7, 14, and 28 days. As a results, In the case of SPM was applied, chloride did not penetrate until the 28th day.

        The present study investigates the material and hydration properties of nPOFA mixed cement mortar with early carbonation curing based on the fact that each process contributes to fill capillary pores, to enhance compressive strength and to reduce CO2.         This study was conducted to improve the economy, quality, and load of Soil paving concrete by using waste materials such as Oystery and Dolomitic to solve strength reduction and durability reduction caused by hardening agents in Korea. According to the results of the study, for the curing expenses, the Fine part agreement (FC) and the Furnace slag power lower (BS) are 5:5, It was possible to verify that the best results were obtained in terms of the quality of cement mortar when the natural organic lime and dolomitic lime were mixed at a ratio of 5:5.

        In this study, the setting times of mortar using the biopolymer in seaweed was evaluated by penetration resistance. The evaluation was based on the method presented in KS F 2436. Test results show that the biopolymer was used instead of the synthetic polymer, the termination time was delayed.

        In this study, the resistance of chloride penetration and sulfate attack of mortar substituted heavyweight waste glass were evaluated. As a result, chloride penetration depth and diffusion coefficient decreased with the substitution of waste glass, chloride penetration resistance is increased. For sulfate attack resistance, the effect of heavyweight waste glass was little.

        This paper evaluates the seismic performance of reinforced concrete(RC) frame strengthed with expansive mortar and steel frame. For this purpose, cyclic loading test was conducted, load-displacement relationship and energy dissipation capacity were evaluated. As a results, RC frame retrofitted with steel frame was increased maximum strength and energy dissipation capacity than conventional RC frame.

        본 연구는 시멘트 모르타르속에 매입된 철근주위가 건조될 때 불안정한 전류분포의 영향을 측정하고, 교류 임피던스 특성변화에 대한 영향을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 건조과정중 철근의 전기화학적 반응을 측정하기 위해, 두 개의 철근이 매입된 3개의 시멘트 모르타르가 실험을 위해 준비되었다. 주요 변수는 20mm 모르타르 두께를 동일하게 가지도록 하여, 두 철근사이의 간격이 10, 20과 30mm가 되도록 하였다. 해양환경에서 콘크리트 구조물속의 철근 부식속도를 가정하기 위해서, 3개의 모르타르 시험체는 15 사이클의 침지-건조환경(해수에서 24시간 침지와 48시간 실온 건조)에 노출되었다. 부식전위의 변화는 건조중에 용존산소의 확산속도 증가로 인해 귀한 방향으로 이동하는 것이 관찰되었다. 침지-건조환경에서 교류 임피던스는 100kHz에서 1mHz까지 측정되었다. 철근과 모르타르사이의 계면상태를 설명하기 위해 이론적 모델이 제안되었으며, 그것은 용액저항, 전하이동저항과 CPE로 구성된 등가회로를 사용하였다. 철근의 부식이 진행됨에 따라, 저주파수 영역에서 확산 임피던스가 나타났다. 침지-건조 환경중 건조과정에서 이송차가 45o에 가까워지는 현상으로써 전류분포가 불균일해지 는 경향을 보였다.

        In this study, presents the mechanical bond strength properties of mortar using bio polymer in seaweed. The evaluation was based on the method presented in KS F 2762. It was confirmed that the resistance performance all levels of biopolymer using mortar excellent performance with bond strength over 1.0 MPa as defined in KS F 4042 『Polymer-cement mortar for Concrete Structures』.

        In this study, the characteristics of density and flow value of mortar substituted heavy weight waste glass were compared with the aggregate ratio. From the results, the density and flow value increase as the substitution of waste glass increase, however, it is considered that the increase of the aggregate ratio of 30% or more does not contribute to the increase of the density.

        This study was performed an experimental study on mortar containing phytoncide solution. The compressive strength properties with various phytoncide containing ratios were evaluated. The phytoncide solution containing ratios adopted in this study were 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10%. The compressive strength was measured at 3, 7 and 28 days for the hardened mortar specimens. According to the experimental results, the phytoncide has not affect the compressive strength and flow.

        This study was performed an evaluation of compressive strength of NSB mortar according to BP contents and curing conditions. As the results of study, compressive strength increase as BP content and curing temperature was increased. When considering the strength properties of BP NSB mortar, the proper BP content and curing temperature are thought to be 20% and 60℃ respectively.

        In this study, the performance of the self-healing with the granulated alkali activator (Ca(OH)2) manufactured in seawater environment is investigated for crack healing under 300 μm of cracks. Specimens combined with GGBFS and OPC with and without the granulated alkali activator were manufactured and immersed in seawater. After that, crack recovery on the surface of the specimens with the granulated alkali activator (Ca(OH)2) was also evaluated by the ultrasonic pulse velocity test. From the results, it was verified that cementitious materials with the granulated alkali activator, exposed in marine environments, could be able to heal or seal inside cracks

        This study is a basic review of the use of CGS generated in IGCC as a fine aggregate for concrete, and a basic feature of cement mortar was considered. The analysis shows that CGS and CS mix ratio is best when the CGS is mixed at about 0~50 % On the basis of workability and strength improvement effects. This is expected to contribute to the strength, workability, and quality improvement of concrete given the optimal mixing of CGS.

        Recently, high-performance and high-fluidity concrete have been studied and developed because high-rised build is constructed. high-performance and self-consolidating concrete is demanded high strength as low w/cm and fluidity as adding superplasticizer. However, these superplasticizer are changed early-age property such as bleeding, segregation and late setting time etc. This study persents the setting time of fluidity mortars evaluated using the measurement of eletrical resistivity. 7th Samples prepared mortars which were adding polycarboxylate type superplasticizer(Ester) or poly naphthalene sulfonate(PNS) and measured the electrical resisitivity during 24 h. As a results, mortars which added superplasticizers were late rising time which is setting time in measurement of electrical resistivity. However, degree of hardening of PNS mortar were higher than Ester mortar.

        The present study aims to propose a corrosion detection method using a optical fiber sensor coated with a thin iron film. To evaluate the detection accuracy using the proposed method, 2 typed iron film with thicknesses of 100, 200 nm were used to monitor the reflectivity from corroded iron film via light source injection and the measurement was conducted in air, salt water, mortar packed conditions. As a result, it was found that the thickness of iron film is more sensitive to change in the reflectivity than the variation of exposure conditions

        본 연구는 다성분계 고유동 모르타르의 특성에 관한 연구이다. 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트(OPC), 고로슬래그 미분말(GGBFS), 칼슘설포알루미네이트(CSA) 그리고 초속경시멘트(URSC)를 혼합한 결합재이다. GGBFS는 OPC 질량에 대해 30%(P7 series), 50%(P5 series) 그리고 70%(P3 series)치환하였고, CSA와 URSC는 10%와 20%를 치환하였다. 혼화제는 폴리카르복실계를 사용하였다. 모든 배합의 물-결합재 비(w/b)는 0.35로 일정하다. 실험은 미니슬럼프, V-funnel, 압축강도 그리고 건조수축을 측정하였다. 실험결과 CSA와 URSC의 치환율이 증가하면 혼화제 사용량, V-funnel 시간 그리고 압축강도는 증가하였다. 또한 응결시간과 건조수축은 CSA와 URSC의 치환율이 증가함에 따라 감소하였다. CSA는 건조수축을 감소시키지만 URSC는 효과가 미미하다. CSA와 URSC를 혼합한 결합제는 상호보완 작용에 의해 건조수축 감소효과가 컸다. 이는 URSC의 초기강도 향상효과와 CSA의 팽창과 장기강도 향상효과 때문이다.

        The amount of ferro-nickel slag powder produced by the Fe-Ni industry has grown in conjunction with the increase in demand for stainless steel materials. In this study, we investigated the effects of ferro-nickel slag powder on the flow, strength, and microstructure of polymer mortar. Ferro-nickel slag powder was used to replace CaCO3 at ratios of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% by volume. The flow and the compressive and flexural strength of the polymer mortar were measured, and both scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and hot resistance testing were performed. The test results indicate that the flow of the polymer mortar with more than 25% CaCO3 replacement decreased as the ferro-nickel slag powder content increased. The compressive strength of the polymer mortar mixes with ferro-nickel slag powder was relatively higher than that of the control mix. From the results of the hot resistance test, the strength improved compared with that before the test and increased as the powder replacement ratio was increased.

        This research presents the results of the strength and drying shrinkage properties to study the effect of ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBFS), fly ash(FA) and calcium sulfoaluminate(CSA) for activated ternary blended slag cement. The activated ternary blended cement(ATBC) mortar were prepared having a constant water-cementitious materials ratios of 0.4. The GGBFS contents ratios of 100%, 80%, 70% and 60%, FA replacement ratios of 10%, 20%, 30% and 40%, CSA ratios of 0%, 10%, 20% and 30% were designed. The superplasticizer of polycarboxylate type were used. The activator was used of 10% sodium hydroxide(NaOH) + 10% sodium silicate(Na2SiO3) by weight of binder. Test were conducted for mini slump, setting time, V-funnel, water absorption, compressive strength and drying shrinkage. According to the experimental results, the contents of superplasticizer, V-funnel and compressive strength increases with an increase in CSA contents for all mixtures. Moreover, the setting time, water absorption ratios and drying shrinkage ratio decrease with and increase in CSA. One of the major reason for the increase of strength and decrease of drying shrinkage is the accelerated reactivity of GGBFS with alkali activator and CSA. The CSA contents is the main parameter to explain the strength development and decreased drying shrinkage in the ATBC.
