본 연구는 청소년들의 대인관계 상담이 증가하는 추세에 주목하여, 개 인의 성격 기본구조와 특성을 설명해 주는 성격 5요인과 대인관계에 부 정적인 영향을 주는 거부민감성 간의 관계에서 자기격려의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2020년 4월부터 8월까지 전국의 중학생과 고등학생 314명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료에 대해 기술통계, 일원분산분석, 피어 슨 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 성격 5요인과 거부민감성, 자기격려 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있 었다. 둘째, 자기격려는 성격 5요인과 거부민감성의 관계에서 부분 매개 하였다. 이는 청소년이 성격적 특성으로 인해 거부민감성을 크게 가질 수 있다 하더라도, 자기격려를 통해 이를 완화 시킬 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과 청소년의 성격 요인에 따른 대인관계 문제 해결을 위한 심리적 개입 방법으로 자기격려의 중요성을 나타내고 있다. 이에 기반하 여 대인관계 상담의 심리적 개입방법으로 자기격려 기법을 활용하는 후 속연구를 제안하였다.
고성능 분리막 제조기술과 더불어 새로운 분리막 다단공정 설계를 통해 용매사용량 감소 및 선택도 향상이 가능 하다. 본 연구에서는 내용매성 셀룰로스 나노분리막을 제조하여 용매에 따른 용질의 선택도 차이를 비교하였다. 제막한 셀룰 로스 막을 기반으로 비극성 용매의 선택도 평가를 진행하였으며, 비극성 용매에서 용질에 대한 음배제율이 관측되었다. 특히, 분자량이 클수록 음배제율이 높아지는 역선택도의 거동을 확인하였다. 이를 기반으로 설계한 공정에서는 기존 분획 공정 대 비 3배 이상의 용매저감이 가능한 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
정삼투 여과막(FO) 기술 분야는 해수 담수화에서 이미 다양한 연구가 진행되었으나, 하폐수 처리 분야의 적용에서는 상대적으로 많은 연구가 필요한 상황이다. FO 기술은 비 다공성 특성막과 각 용액 사이의 삼투압 차이를 이용하여 원폐수로부터 수분을 비롯하여, 질소-인과 같은 이온성 물질까지 분리할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 FO 막을 혐기성 유동상 미생물반응기(AFBR)를 통해 처리된 처리수 내 존재하는 질소(주로 암모니아성 질소)를 제거하기 위해 적용되었다. 유도용액(Draw Solution, DS)의 종류(NaCl, CaCl2, Na2CO3)에 따라 투과량은 NaCl, CaCl2, Na2CO3 순으로 높게 나타났으며, 암모니아성 질소의 배제율은 각각 42.25%, 78.83%, 70.35%으로 나타났다.
해수담수화의 성장과 함께 붕소 제거를 위해서 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 흡착제, 이온교환수지 등 많은 방법으로 붕소가 제거되고 있는데, 그 중에서 분리막을 이용하여 제거하는 기술은 높은 선택성과 효율로 인해 빠른 성장을 보이고 있는 기술 중에 하나이다. 붕소 제거는 여러 분리막 중에서 역삼투막이 많이 사용되는데, m-phenylenediamine (MPD)와 trimesoyl chloride (TMC)를 이용한 역삼투막 제조가 현재 가장 많이 사용되는 기술이다. MPD와 TMC를 이용하여 Polysulfone 지지체 위에 polyamide 활성층을 제조하는데, 이를 통해 높은 수투과량과 염제거율을 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 polyamide 활성층에 표면개질을 이용하여 염제거율 및 보론 제거율을 증가시킬 것이다.
해수담수화의 빠른 증가와 함께 붕소 제거에 대한 중요성이 상승하고 있다. 본 연구는 표면개질 시 친수성 화합물을 이용하여 수투과량을 최대한 막고 붕소 제거율을 높이기 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 첫째로, Control polyamide 역삼투막을 얻기 위해 M-phenylenediamine (MPD)와 trimesoyl chloride (TMC)를 Polysulfone 한외여과막에 계면중합을 시켜 polyamide 활성층을 제조하였다. 다음으로, Control polyamide 역삼투막에 표면개질을 진행시켜 D-gluconic acid (DGCA)와 D-gluconic acid sodium salt (DGCA-Na)를 glutaraldehyde (GA)와 hydrochloric acid (HCl)을 이용하여 합성시켰다. 합성된 역삼투막의 표면 분석을 위해 XPS 분석을 진행하였으며, DGCA 및 DGCA-Na 화합물과의 반응이 되었음을 확인하였다. 또한, morphology 측정을 위해 FE-SEM과 AFM 분석을 진행하였으며, polyamide 활성층 형성 및 표면 거칠기를 확인할 수 있었다. 수투과량의 경우, 표면개질을 진행한 역삼투막은 10 GFD 수준이거나 그 이하의 값을 가졌다. 하지만, DGCA 및 DGCA-Na 화합물과 표면개질을 진행한 역삼투막의 붕소 제거율은 94.38, 94.64%로, Control polyamide 역삼투막보다 각각 12.03, 12.29 %p만큼 큰 값을 가지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
Xenotransplantation is proposed as a solution to the problem of organ shortage. However, transplantation of xenogeneic organs induces an antigen-antibody reaction in α-1,3-gal structure that are not present in humans and primates, and thus complement is also activated and organs die within minutes or hours. In this study, we used FasL gene, which is involved in the immune response of NK cell, and US11, which suppresses MHC Class I cell membrane surface expression, to inhibit cell mediated rejection in the interspecific immunity rejection, and also hDAF(CD55) was introduced to confirm the response to C3 complement. These genes were tranfeced into Korean native pig fetal fibroblasts using pCAGGS vector. And cytotoxicity of NK cell and human complement was confirmed in each cell line. The US11 inhibited the cytotoxicity of NK cell and, in addition, the simultaneous expression of US11 and Fas ligand showed excellent suppress to T-lymphocyte cytotoxicity, hDAF showed weak resistance to cytotoxicity of natural killer cell but not in CD8+ CTLs. Cytotoxicity study with human complement showed that hDAF was effective for reducing complement reaction. In this studies have demonstrated that each gene is effective in reducing immune rejection.

역삼투 공정은 현재 해수담수화 공정으로 가장 많이 사용되는 공정으로 향후 지속적으로 사용량이 증가될것으로 보인다. 보론은 인체와 동물, 식물에게 필수적인 영양소이지만, 과잉 공급된 보론은 인체 및 식물의 신경계 장애 및 생식능력 저하를 초래하고, 식물성장 및 과실의 성장을 방해하는 독성물질로 의심받고 있다. 보론은 흔히 쓰이는 하수처리 및 폐수처리 공정에서 제거되지 않으며, 역삼투 공정에서도 중성인 B(OH)3로 남아 있어 역삼투 후에 보론 한계기준보다 훨씬 높은 농도가 생산수에 존재하는 경우가 종종 있다. 그래서 물에서 보론이 제거되는 공정이 절실한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 보론 제거율 향상을 위해 첨가제를 활용한 polyamide를 계면중합을 통해 합성하여 역삼투막을 제조하였으며, 제조된 역삼투막의 성능평가를 수행, 비교하였다.
Cellulose acetate-graft-(glycidylmethacrylate-g-polyethylene glycol) (CA-g- (GMA-g-PEG) was synthesized and incorporated into acetylated methyl cellulose (AMC) to prepare high rejection performance ultrafiltration membranes. H1-NMR and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy study confirmed the successful synthesis of CA-g-(GMA-g-PEG) and utilized for hydrophilic modification agent. Polyethyleneimine(PEI), HumicAcid(HA) and Citric Acid(CA) ligands was used to bind the metal ions in aqueous solution.The rejection efficiency of AMC/CA-g-(GMA-g-PEG) blend membranes was studied in terms of pH, concentration and time. The successful developments would allow the safe and economical advancement in the fabrication of AMC blend membranes for ultrafiltration applications.
The α-Gal epitope (Galα1,3Galα1,4GlcNAc-R) is responsible for hyperacute rejection (HAR) during transgenic pig-to-non-human primate xenotransplantation. To overcome HAR after xenografts, it is essential for the inactivation of α1,3Galactosyltransferase (GT) gene by the homozygotic knocked out of GT-/- and the isoglobotrihexosylceramide synthase (iGb3s-/-). This study was performed to investigate the generation and characterization of the α1,3GT-MCP/-MCP+iGb3-/- transgenic cells. Ear fibroblast cells from the GT-MCP/-MCP pig were cultured and used to positive control. For iGb3s knock out, the Cas9-GFP-iGb3s vector was transfected into the GT-MCP/-MCP cells. The Cas9-GFP-iGb3s transfected cells were sorted and sequenced for the selection of GT-MCP/-MCP+ iGb3s-/- cells. Among the three sorted cell lines, one transgenic cell line was homozygously deleted 3 bases and 10 bases in each chromosome, respectively. To characterize an expression of α-Gal epitope, a wild type and the transgenic cells were measured by FACS Aria using BS-IB4 lectin antibody. The expression of α-Gal epitope in GT-MCP/-MCP cells (<0.01 %) were significantly down-regulated to the range of wild type (99.4 %) fibroblast cells (p<0.05). To analyze the function of iGb3s, α -Gal epitope expressions were measured for the GT-MCP/-MCP, GT-MCP/-MCP+iGb3s-/+, and GT-MCP/-MCP+iGb3s-/-. The range was 95.8%, 94.2%, and 75.8%, respectively. Interestingly, there was a negative range (16.2%) of α-Gal epitope -/- section in GT-MCP/-MCP+iGb3s-/-, compared to 2.74% of GT-MCP/-MCP+iGb3s-/+ and 1.4% of WT, respectively. Our results demonstrated that iGb3s-/-combined with GT-/- had a function to inhibit α-Gal epitope expression in pig cells. Further studies are needed to evaluate the functions of double gene knock out to minimize a HAR response after xenotransplantation.
Cytokines may play an important role in the acute rejection (AR) of solid organ transplantation. Many studies have investigated the association between interleukin-10 gene (IL-10) polymorphisms and risk of AR. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between IL-10 polymorphism (-1082, G/A) and AR risk after solid organ transplantation in Caucasian population. A comprehensive electronic search of PUBMED, Google Scholar, and Korean databases was performed. Meta-analysis was performed using comprehensive meta-analysis software (Biostat, NJ,USA). We assessed the pooled p-value, odds ratio (OR), and 95% confidence interval (CI) to measure the association between the risk of AR and IL-10 polymorphism (-1082, G/A). The OR and 95% CI were used to evaluate the strength of the association. P-values less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant. Fourteen case-control studies were included in this meta-analysis. In overall analysis, we observed that IL-10 polymorphism (-1082, G/A) was associated with the AR in liver transplantation (G allele vs. A allele, OR = 1.436, 95% CI = 1.006-2.050, p = 0.046 in fixed model). However, IL-10 polymorphism (-1082, G/A) did not show any significant association with solid organ transplantation and renal transplantation (p>0.05 in each model, respectively). Our meta-analysis suggests that IL-10 polymorphism (-1082, G/A) may be related to susceptibility of AR in liver transplantation recipients.
소수성 polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) 한외여과막은 일반적으로 m-phenylenediamine (MPD) 용액 (수용액)에 습윤되지 않아 polyamide (PA) 복막의 지지막으로 사용되지 않았다. 그러나 Julin 의 법칙으로부터 계산된 침투압력 보다 높은 습윤 압력에 의해 소수성 PVDF 한외여과막은 MPD 용액에 성공적으로 습윤되었다. 이후 trimesoyl chloride (TMC) 용액 (유기용액)와 반응시 켜 제조된 PA/PVDF 막은 5000ppm의 NaCl 용액을 최대 74.26%까지 제거하였다. 또한 운전 압력이 MPD 용액의 습윤을 위한 습윤압력보다 높고 낮음에 따라 염제거율이 최적화되는 특성을 보였다.
We developed a positively charged membrane with acid resistance via the introduction of a branched-poly(ethyleneimine) (b-PEI) hydrogel layer onto the surface of a polyethersulfone (PES) membrane, which was achieved by immobilization of b-PEI at the PES membrane surface using cross-linking agent. The combined results of ATR FT-IR, XPS and FE-SEM measurements confirmed that the b-PEI hydrogel layer was successfully coated on the PES NF membrane surface. In particular, the b-PEI hydrogel coated membrane surface had positive charge at whole pH range. The positively charged surface could enhance multivalent ion rejection. As a result, the membrane effectively recovered acid substance under strong acidic condition. Moreover, the selective separation was well preserved after exposure to highly concentrated sulfuric acid solution.
This article examines the problem of historical construction during the period of armed resistance in 1920s by analyzing Yeats’s “Nineteen Hundred and Nineteen.” After briefly dealing with the characteristics of Irish Nationalists’ discourses in the early 1920s, particularly in the light of Republican and Free State appeals to Ireland’s noble past, it discusses how Yeats rejected the nationalists’ heroic sacrificial history that had served to support the normalization of violence and the reactionary and oppressive politics and how he refused another tale of heroic martyrdom readily inscribed into a Republican narrative.
정신보건서비스의 궁극적 목적은 이용자의 삶의 질 향상이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 수정낙인이론에 근거하여 정신장애인의 삶의 질에 지속적으로 부정적 결과를 초래할 수 있는 낙인이 자아존중감을 매개하여 삶의 질에 어떠한 영향 관계를 갖는지를 검증하는 데 그 목적을 둔다. 특히 이러한 경로 과정이 주요한 정신보건세팅인 정신보건센터, 정신요양시설, 사회복귀시설 내에서 어떠한 차이가 나타나는지를 비교․분석하여 조직 형태별로 사회 복지적 개입방안의 차별성을 찾고자 하였다. 조사대상은 총 563명의 정신장애인이며, 정신보건센터 233명, 사회복귀시설 142명, 정신요양시설 188명이 최종 분석에 포함되 었다. 주요연구결과는 첫째, 공동 구조방정식모형 분석에서는 치료진의 지지가 높을수록 낙인지각이 높았다. 둘째, 타인의 지지 나 가족의 지지가 높을수록 자존감이 높아지고 삶의 질도 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기비하감이나 낙인지각이 높을수록 삶의 질은 떨어졌다. 끝으로, 다중집단분석을 통해 삶의 질을 설명하는 변수들 간의 경로가 세 집단에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Algal problem in drinking water treatment is being gradually increased by causing deterioration of water supplies therefore, especially taste and odor compounds such as geosmin and 2-MIB occur mainly aesthetic problem by its unpleasant effects resulting in the subsequent onset of complaints from drinking water consumer. Recently, geosmin and 2-MIB are detected frequently at abnormally high concentration level. However, conventional water treatment without advanced water treatment processes such as adsorption and oxidation process, cannot remove these two compounds efficiently. Moreover, it is known that the advanced treatment processes i.e. adsorption and oxidation have also several limits to the removal of geosmin and 2-MIB. Therefore, the purpose of this study was not only to evaluate full scale nanofiltration membrane system with 300 m3/ day of permeate capacity and 90% of recovery on the removal of geosmin and 2-MIB in spiked natural raw water sources at high feed concentration with a range of approximately 500 to 2,500 ng/L, but also to observe rejection property of the compounds within multi stage NF membrane system. Rejection rate of geosmin and 2-MIB by NF membrane process was 96% that is 4% of passage regardless of the feed water concentration which indicates NF membrane system with an operational values suggested in this research can be employed in drinking water treatment plant to control geosmin and 2-MIB of high concentration. But, according to results of regression analysis in this study it is recommended that feed water concentration of geosmin and 2-MIB would not exceed 220 and 300 ng/L respectively which is not to be perceived in drinking tap water. Also it suggests that the removal rate might be depended on an operating conditions such as feed water characteristics and membrane flux. When each stage of NF membrane system was evaluated relatively higher removal rate was observed at the conditions that is lower flux, higher DOC and TDS, i.e., 2nd stage NF membrane systems, possibly due to an interaction mechanisms between compounds and cake layer on the membrane surfaces.
The objective of this study is to test how five theory-driven adoption barriers and three key consumer demographics influence consumer adoption versus rejection decisions in two seemingly similar service innovations. The earlier literature on innovation diffusion recognizes two streams of research: one focusing on innovation adoption and acceptance of innovations, and the other stream, though less traveled, calling attention to innovation resistance. All innovations face a certain degree of resistance among consumers depending on consumer characteristics and the innovation itself. The literature argues that consumers can simultaneously express views that are both favorable and unfavorable towards the innovations (Ferreira, da Rocha, & da Silva, 2014) and thus both resistance and adoption can coexist during the lifetime of an innovation (Ram, 1987). Thus it is reasonable to explore how innovation resistance influences consumer decisions in different service innovations. Initially scholars explained resistance to innovations through two constructs, habit or satisfaction with an existing behavior and perceived risks associated with innovation adoption (Sheth, 1981). Ram and Sheth (1989) provide a more comprehensive view to the phenomenon by explaining consumer resistance through functional and psychological barriers that they further divide into five distinct barriers, namely usage, value, risk, tradition and image. This study tests how these five adoption barriers as well as three consumer demographics, gender, age, and income, influence consumer adoption versus rejection decisions in Internet and mobile banking. An effective total sample size of 1,736 consumer responses were collected from Finland. Logistic regression analysis finds that the value barrier is the strongest inhibitor of Internet and mobile banking adoption. In addition, while the image barrier slows down mobile banking adoption, the tradition barrier explains the rejection of Internet banking. In addition, age greatly explains this behavior and the results show that younger segments have a significantly greater likelihood of Internet banking adoption than their older counterparts. Contrary to Internet banking, it appears that gender significantly contributes to mobile banking adoption and the intention to use it. The results predict that males have nearly two times greater likelihood towards adoption compared to females.
This study examines an unexplored area in services—namely, the existence of inauthentic retail establishments. These fake establishments, which mimic the service and product offerings of genuine establishments, such as Starbucks, McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, Apple, and others, prevail across Southeast Asia, primarily in China, Vietnam, and Cambodia. By employing grounded theory methodology, this study offers an original framework that illustrates why consumers accept and patronize both authentic and inauthentic retail establishments. The model shows that many consumers are satisfied with inauthentic retail establishments, and that some inauthentic retailers are building a loyal customer following. Thus, service organizations should respond to these inauthentic companies by viewing them as potential partners for innovation and expansion, rather than as future parties for costly litigation. That is, the authors suggests that authentic retail organizations should target their inauthentic competitors as possible joint venture partners, especially because these competitors have the ability to mimic authentic operations by operating counterfeit schemes.
The paper reviews properties of hypothesis decision approaches using rejection region and significance probability. The study also presents the guidelines for quality practioners to implement most useful hypothesis testing techniques such as RR(Rejection Region) approach and P-Value approach.
