From a conversation-analytic perspective, this paper analyzes the “committal” suffixes ci and cianha used as “pseudo-tags” in Korean conversation, which render the utterance they mark a request for confirmation (RfC) formatted in the form of a polar declarative question. The focus is given to examining differences ci and cianha as constitutive of mutually related but distinct forms of RfC, particularly in terms of the ways in which the confirmable is formulated and intersubjective understanding is solicited and negotiated. It is proposed that the RfC formatted with the pseudo-tag ci indexes the speaker’s orientation towards having the recipient help him/her “raise commitment” to the factually ascertainable character of shared information. Its use organizes recipiency in such a way that the recipient’s confirmation is solicited collusively. The RfC formatted with cianha, by contrast, furnishes the speaker with a discursive resource for engaging the recipient in a negotiatory process, prodding him/her to raise his/her “momentarily latent” commitment. With the confirmable grounded in general/shared knowledge, the use of cianha has the import of organizing a range of “attendant activities”, such as appeasing, whining, rebuking, etc.

위치 기반 AR 게임에서 모바일 기기의 위치를 정확하게 추정하는 것은 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 모바일 기 기에 내장되어 있는 위치 추정 시스템이 얼마나 정확하게 위치정보를 추정하는 지가 증강되는 AR 콘텐츠의 정확도를 결정한다. 하지만 도시 환경에서는 건물, 건축물, 광고판, 표지판 등 지형지물 및 장애물에 의해서 위치 추정을 위해 필요한 신호가 반사, 굴절, 회절, 차단 등이 발생하게 되고 그로 인하여 모바일 기기의 위 치 추정 시스템으로부터 추정되는 위치에 오차가 생기게 된다. 본 논문에서는 도시 환경에서 모바일 기기의 위치 오차가 증가하는 현상에 대해서 상용 스트리트 뷰와 문자 태그를 활용하여 심플하면서도 신뢰성 있는 위치 보정 방안을 제안한다. 제안하는 위치 보정 방안은 쿼리 이미지와 스트리트 뷰 파노라마 이미지로부터 생성된 문자 태그를 대조하는 것을 통해서 매칭 스코어를 계산한고 매칭 스코어에 따라 쿼리 이미지를 촬영 한 실제 위치와 가까운 스트리트 뷰를 검색하는 것을 통해서 모바일 기기의 위치를 보정한다. 제안하는 위치 보정 방안은 위치 오차가 43.71m인 위치를 위치 오차가 4.09m인 위치로 보정하였으며 낮과 밤에 관계없이 위치를 보정할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

최근 소프트웨어 유통망(ESD)를 통해 유통되는 게임이 늘어남에 따라 사용자들이 원하는 게임을 찾는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 따라 사용자들이 원하는 게임을 찾기 쉽게 태그를 생성하는 모델의 필요성이 대두 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 태그를 생성하는 모델을 BERT를 통해 설계하였다. 태그 100개 중 가장 적합한 태그를 4개 추출하기 위해 입력된 문장에 대해 각 태그별로 이진분류를 수행하고 이진분류 당시의 Softmax 값이 가장 컸던 태그 4개를 선택했다. 또한, 모델의 정확도를 위해서 약 33억 개의 다국어 단어로 학습한 pre-trained Multilingual BERT 모델과 약 5천만 개의 한국어 단어로 학습한 KoBERT 모델을 가져와 한국어 데이터로 학습(finetuning) 시켜 사용하였다. 실험에서 BERT 모델은 KoBERT 모델보다 F- 점수에서 9.19 % 더 나은 성능을 보입니다. 이는 언어 학습 데이터 세트의 크기가 특정 언어인 한국어 특성보다 더 중요하다는 것을 나타낸다.

본 연구는 아웃도어 재킷에 대한 인식에 따라 분류된 소비자 그룹에 대하여 아웃도어 재킷의 행택 타입에 따른 정보 이해도와 기능성 의류제품 정보 표기의 대안적 방법에 대한 선호도의 차이를 고찰하였다. 행택타입에 따른 이해도 를 알아보기 위해서 투습방수성능 표현한 네 종류의 행택(‘그림만으로’, ‘그림+한국어 설명’, ‘그림+외국어설명’, ‘그래프’)을 제시하여 행택을 통해 알 수 있는 성능을 답하게 하였다. 기능성 재킷의 인식에 따른 소비자 유형별 분석을 위해, 20-60대 472명의 남녀를 세 그룹(‘비전문적/브랜드ㆍ디자인 추구집단’, ‘전문적/기능성 중시집단’, ‘고가 제품 선호집단’)으로 분류한 선행연구의 결과를 적용하여 행택 타입에 대한 이해도와 선호도를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 소비 자 유형과 관계없이 ‘그림만으로’ 표기하는 것을 가장 선호하였으며 ‘그래프’ 표기 방법을 가장 선호하지 않았다. 그러나 정답률에 있어서는 ‘그래프’표기 방법이 가장 높았으며 소비자 유형 중 특히 ‘전문적/기능성 중시 집단’에서 높은 것으로 나타나, 기능성 의류를 인식하는 유형에 따라 정보 표기에 대한 이해도와 선호도는 달라질 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 ‘전문적/기능성 중시 집단’은 대안적 표기 방법에 있어서 ‘세탁 후의 성능변화’ 등과 같이 현재 제공되고 있는 정보보다 더 많은 정보를 표기해 주기를 바라고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 기능성 의류를 인식하는 유형에 따라 행택(hang-tag)에 표현 된 성능정보의 표현방법에 따른 이해수준에 있어서 차이를 보였으므로 연령, 성별 등의 단순 인구통계학적 분류보다 타겟층의 특성, 정보를 활용하는 유형, 제품의 특성 등을 종합하여 적합한 표기 방법을 선택하는 것이 필요할 것이다.

Recombinant proteins including a polypeptide fusion partner, termed affinity tag, to facilitate the purification of the target polypeptides are widely used. However, the affinity tag must be removed from the target after the purification process. Recently, the Synechocystis sp. PCC6803 DnaB mini-intein (Ssp DnaB mini-intein) is widely used in Escherichia coli expression systems as the solution of this problem. The Ssp DnaB mini-intein can be induced simply by shifting of pH and temperature, offering a benefit to cleave a peptide bond without using a protease or chemical reagent. Although the utility of this novel tag is widely studied in E. coli, there is no report yet in baculovirus expression vector system (BEVS). In this study, we generated several recombinant baculoviruses to express foreign proteins with Ssp DnaB mini-intein. In conclusion Ssp DnaB mini-intein was good tag also in BEVS with more advantages.

본 연구는 기업과 소비자 간의 기능성 의류제품의 효과적인 정보소통을 목적으로 하는 일련의 연구 중 일부로 기능성 아웃도어 재킷에 대한 인식과 행동양식에 따라 응답자를 유형화하고 각 유형별 기능성 아웃도어 재킷 구매 시 활용하는 정보원과 행택에 대한 행동의 차이를 고찰하였다. 설문조사는 기능성 아웃도어 재킷 구매 경험이 있는 20∼60대 남, 녀 472명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 기능성 아웃도어 재킷에 대한 인식은 ‘기능성’, ‘가격’, ‘경험/지식’, ‘브랜드/디자인’ 요인으로 분류되었으며 요인에 따라 응답자들은 ‘비전문적/브랜드 및 디자인 추구집단’, ‘전문적/기능 성 중시집단’, ‘고가제품 선호집단’으로 분류되었다. ‘비전문적/브랜드 및 디자인 추구집단’은 인터넷을 정보를 가장 많이 활용하는 20대, 30대의 회사원과 학생으로 구성되었으며 ‘전문적/기능성 중시집단’의 경우에는 행택(Hang-Tag) 을 정보원으로 주로 사용하는 전문직의 40대, 50대가 주를 이루었다. ‘고가제품 선호집단’은 60대 이상, 주부의 비율이 가장 높은 집단으로 판매원을 정보원으로 주로 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 기능성 정보제공에 사용된 용어에 대해 설명의 필요성을 가장 높게 인식하고 있는 집단은 ‘전문적/기능성 중시집단’이었으며 성능정보 관심도가 떨어지는 ‘비전문적/브랜드 및 디자인 추구집단’은 오히려 상대적 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 기능성 재킷 소비자 유형의 특징과 성능 정보에 대한 반응의 차이를 고찰함으로써 기능성 의류제품의 성능 정보 제공을 위한 효과적 인 방법과 내용에 대한 실질적이고 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

폭소노미는 폭소노미에 사용되는 태그에 대하여 유사어, 태깅 레벨, 신조어등의 문제점들이 있다. 본 연구자들은 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 음악의 분위기 강도(Arousal과 Valence의 강도)를 음악의 내부 태그로 활용하는 방법을 사용하고자 한다. 즉, A(Arousal)값과 V(Valence)값을 이용하여 음악의 분위기를 수치적으로 표현하고, 분위기 태그도 AV값으로 대응시켜 검색하게 되면 태그가 일치하지 않더라도 유사한 AV 값을 갖는 음악이 검색되어 결과적으로 분위기가 유사한 음악들을 검색할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이의 선행연구로 AV값과 폭소노미 태그와의 관계를 정의하는 매핑테이블을 제안하고, 태그와 AV값의 연관 관계를 분석하기 위해 유명한 음악 검색 사이트인 last.fm에서 수집한 테스트 데이터에 대해 ANOVA 검증을 하였다. 검증결과, A값과 V값에 모두에 대하여 제 1종 오류확률 P가 0.0으로 귀무가설을 기각하고 대립가설을 채택할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 폭소노미 태그에 따라 AV 값 분포가 다르다는 것을 검증 할 수 있었다.

This paper deals with the construction of system for correct location determination of fixed tag. We adapted to construct the above method. Also we adapted the several filtering method. This system was constructed through using of several filtering methods to decrease the location determination error and fingerprint method which is composed of training phase and positioning phase. We constructed this system using Labview 2010 and MS-SQL 2000 as database. This system results in less location determination error than least square method, triangulation positioning method, and other fingerprint methods.

The RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) is an automatic identification method, relying on storing and remotely retrieving data using devices called RFID tags or transponders. Some RFID tags have been used in severe environment of temperature ranged from to for a long time and may cause serious problems such as signal error, short life cycle and explosion. Conventionally, the RFID tags for high temperature applications consisted of Fe-alloy housing part, ceramic powder and RFID sensor. However, it has disadvantage of heavy weight, signal noise and heat shield capability. In this study, we newly applied the aluminum porous materials fabricated by polymer leaching process into RFID tags in order to improve heat shielding ability, and compared the properties of RFID tag inserted by aluminum porous with the conventional one.

본 연구는 PIT tag (passive integrated transponder)과 무선추적법(radio telemetry)을 오대산국립공원과 월악산국립공원에 서식하고 있는 파충류에 적용한 후, 이를 평가하여 효과적으로 국립공원 내 파충류 자원관리 방안을 모색하기 위하여 수행되었다. PIT tag은 현재까지 알려진 파충류 개체표시법 중에서 가장 효과적인 방법으로 2006년 3월부터 2008년 10월까지 오대산국립공원과 월악산국립공원의 조사지역에 출현한

The pinewood nematode, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Steinner & Buhrer) Nickle, has two different life stages according to several environmental factors: dispersal stage and propagative stages. The dispersal stage is closely related to the migration to other host pines, whereas the propagative stage is coupled to the direct cause of pine wilt. To establish expressed sequence tag (EST) database of two life cycles of B. xylophilus, subtractive EST libraries were constructed using suppressed subtractive hybridization (SSH). From 3,072 and 3,840 sequences of dispersal- and propagative-specific stage cDNA libraries, 1,927 and 2,604 clusters were generated, respectively, which were annotated by BLASTx and Gene ontology (GO). A total of 1,112 (57.7%) and 1,215 (46.7%) clusters from the dispersal- and propagative-specific stage cDNA libraries respectively had the matched BLASTx hits (E≤10-2), among which 913 (47.4%) and 960 (36.9%) were classified into three categories in Gene ontology. From GO database, some respective stage-specific genes were searched and estimated the relative transcripts level according to stages using the quantitative real-time PCR.

English Tag Questions (ETQs) are frequently used among native speakers in various situations. Though ETQs look simple and easy to learn, some ESL students with particular language backgrounds report that it is difficult to learn and utilize ETQs naturally. One of my hypotheses is that the familarity of ETQs depends on whether ELS students have similar syntactic structure in their native languages to English. To investigate this inquiry, I have compared syntactic structures of tag questions from five different languages: Polish, Deutsch, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, and Korean. In addition to the syntactic analysis, I have also surveyed Chinese, Japanese, and Korean ESL students, who comprise major population of ESL students, for their reflections on ETQs; whether they can differentiate the meaning of some basic syntaxes of ETQs. The results showed that there were significant differences in the responses of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean students: Chinese students are much better in general than Japanese or Korean students. This paper contends that ETQ is one of the idiosyncratic features of English, and suggests that the syntactic and pragmatic differences of various languages should be considered in order to teach ETQs effectively.

한국연안어장에서 어군의 행동특성을 정확하게 파악할 수 있는 기초재료를 제공하고져 초음파표식을 제작하여 그 표식의 성능과 축양조내에서와 정치망어장내에서의 단체어(공식어:방어)의 행동특성을 분석, 검토한 결과, 제작한 40KHz 초음파표식과 VEMCO사의 50KHz 초음파표식은 무지향특성으로 각각 200m, 500m거리에서 추적이 가능하였다. 축양조내에서는 방류초기에는 불규칙적인 행동을 하였으나 시간이 경과함에 따라 안정된 속도로 행동함으로서 정치망내에서의 행동특성을 관측하는데 유용할 것으로 기대된다. 정치망어장에서 방류하여 추적한 결과, 어장내에서의 이동경로, 유영속도 등을 정확하게 측정할 수 있어 어군의 어도를 정확하게 파악할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
