        Recently, it was a very interesting subject to reduce the weight of the parts in the whole industry. A number of manufacturers have tried to reduce the weight as making light material alloy like aluminium and magnesium alloys. Agitation system can maximize the density of melted metal alloy and improve the mechanical property. Ultrasonic agitation system is considered as the method of agitation for making aluminium alloy product. In this study, I've designed the cooling unit of the ultrasonic agitation system. The design of the cooling unit was made through the analysis of the thermal behavior and thermal stress of the agitation system. The results of analysis showed that the cooling units must be applied to the agitation system. They also showed the flux of the cooling water and the effects of the cooling system.

        Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) plasma is a new technique for use in environmental pollutant degradation, which is characterized by the production of hydroxyl radicals as the primary degradation species. Due to the short lifetime of the chemically active species generated during the plasma reaction, the dissolution of the plasma gas has a significant effect on the reaction performance. The plasma reaction performance can be enhanced by combining the basic plasma reactor with a homogenizer system in which the bubbles are destroyed and turned into micro-bubbles. For this purpose, the improvement of the dissolution of plasma gas was evaluated by measuring the RNO (N-dimethyl-4-nitrosoaniline, an indicator of the generation of OH radicals). Experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of the diameter, rotation speed, and height of the homogenizer, pore size, and number of the diffuser and the applied voltage on the plasma reaction. The results showed that the RNO removal efficiency of the plasma reactor combined with a homogenizer is two times higher than that of the conventional one. The optimum rotor size and rotation speed of the homogenizer were 15.1 mm, and 19,700 rpm, respectively. Except for the lowest pore size distribution of 10-16 μm, the pore size of the diffuser showed little effect on RNO removal.

        후지신앙(富士信仰)은 에도(江戶)시대 후기에 에도와 관동(關東)지역에 있었 던 대표적인 서민신앙이라고 할 수 있다. 후지강(富士講)의 원류가 된 후지신앙 은 修驗道系의 廻國修行者였던 角行藤佛을 시조로 전개됐다. 본 논문에서는 寬保 2년(1742) 9월부터 享和 2년(1802) 7월까지 있었던 후 지강 단속령을 검토하였다. 그리고 막부의 이러한 단속 정책이 후지신앙의 어 떠한 실태를 반영한 것인가? 후지산 北口師職에게는 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는가? 등을 살펴보았다.

        콩나물의 상품성은 형태에 따라 크게 변한다. 본 연구는 상면살수 방식에서 재배통의 흔들음 정도가 콩나물의 생장과 형태에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 재배 초기 3일간의 흔들음 횟수(0, 3, 5회/일)와 기간(5회/일로 1, 2, 3일)을 달리하여 시험을 수행하였던 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 개체당 형성된 세근수는 흔들음 횟수와 기간이 증가할수록 적어지는 경향을 보였다. 2. 콩나물 전체길이는 흔들음 횟수와 기간간에 차이가 없었다. 그러나 흔들음 횟수와 기간이 많고 길수록 하배축은 짧아졌던 반면, 뿌리는 길어지는 것으로 조사되었다. 3. 자엽 바로 아래의 hook 직경은 흔들음 횟수가 증가할수록 커졌으나, 하배축 중간부분의 직경은 흔들음 횟수와 기간간에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 개체당 각부위 및 전체 생체중과 건물중은 흔들음 횟수와 기간간에 차이가 없었다. 따라서 상면살수 방식에서 재배통의 흔들음은 콩나물의 생장보다는 형태에 주로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        HRP(high rate pond) which had kept the manufactured clay of 3㎝-thickness as benthic clay in reactor and the 6 flat-blade turbine as impeller for agitation was named HRASP(high rate algae stabilization pond). And the experiment for treatment of artificial synthesis wastewater containing COD : 300㎎/ℓ. , NH3-N : 30㎎/ℓ, T-P : 9㎎/ℓ. as nutrients was been performed successfully. This reactor was been operated under conditions : 24 hrs.-irradiation and water temperature, 25℃ and pH 7 and agitation velocity, 15, 30, 45rpm and the effect of agitation velocity on algal bioaccumulation of nutrients was been studied with view point of fluid dynamics. The next followings could be obtained as results. 1. The agitation with a turbine impeller blade in HRASP makes clay particle indicate superior suspension effect by means of forming of excellent curl/shear flow in reactor. 2. The excessive suspension of clay particle which is created at 45rpm as rotation velocity of impeller blade of turbine disturbs the light penetration and algal photosynthesis reaction. 3. Efficiencies for removal of nutrients come out as COD : 93.9%∼94.3%, (NH3-N + NO3-N) : 81.9%-99.0%, T-P : 46.8%-53.6%. 4. Kuo values of K1 for algal growth come out seperately as 15rpm : 1.876×10-2, 30rpm : 4.618×10-3. 5. Kuo values of K2 for removal of N, P come out seperately as 15rpm : 8.403×10-1 and 1.397×10-1, 30rpm : 4.823×10-1 and 2.052×10-1. 6. It can be guessed easily that the excessive agitation can inhibit the algal and bacterial symbiotic reaction if it is considered that micro organism' sense to preservation of life is relied on natural function of metabolism. Therefore the studies for this matter should be followed continuously.
