최근 국내 양잠산업은 의류중심의 전통적인 양잠산업에서 기능성 양잠산업으로 변화를 꾀하고 있다. 이 런 여건변화에 대응하기 위해 2009년에 「기능성 양잠산업 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률」이 시행되어 기능 성 양잠산업 종합계획 수립 근거가 마련되었다. 기능성 양잠산업 발전을 위한 종합계획을 수립하기 위해 서는 현재 양잠산업의 실태와 문제점 파악이 선결되어야 할 것이다. 본 논문의 목적은 양잠산물의 생산· 판매구조와 산업 분야별 애로요인 및 개선사항에 제시하는데 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 본 연구의 주요 연구 내용은 양잠산물 단위당 생산액, 생산 및 소비형태, 가공업체의 원료구매 및 제품 판매구조, 양잠산물 유 형별 부가가치 발생 크기, 분야별 애로요인 및 개선사항으로 구성되어 있다.

본 연구는 결혼 예식장 종류에 따른 서비스스케이프 배색 이미지를 호텔 예식 연회, 일반 예식장, 종교 결혼식장 간에 비교하여 분석하고자 하였다. 서울 및 경기 지역 20~39세 400명을 대상으로 직접 방문 및 우편조사를 실시하였고 315부를 분석에 사용하였다. 통계 분석은 SPSS/WIN 17.0을 사용하였고, 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석, t-test, 분산 분석 등을 실시하였다. 요인 분석 결과 결혼식장 배색 이미지는 경쾌함, 고상함, 은은함의 3개 요인으로 분석되었다. 크론바하 알파값이 조사 도구의 신뢰도 분석을 위해 사용되었으며, 0.7 이상을 나타내어 적합하게 나타났다. 결혼식장 배색 이미지 분석 결과, '깨끗한'이 3.60으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, '온화한' 3.50, '은은한' 3.38 순으로 나타났다. 결혼식장 배색 이미지에 대한 결혼식장 유형별 차이를 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 배색 이미지 중 '경쾌함' 요인은 일반 예식장이 3.00, '고상함' 요인은 호텔 결혼식장 3.64, '은은함' 요인은 호텔 결혼식장에서 3.60으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 결혼식장 배색 이미지에 대한 인구통계학적 차이 분석 결과, 성별, 결혼 유무, 한달 총수입에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타난 반면, 연령, 학력, 직업에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구 결과는 결혼식장 색채 마케팅 연구의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In order to optimize the supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) conditions of ginger oleoresin (GO), we conducted an evaluation of quality properties such as yield (%), color, volatile flavor compounds and gingerol components. The extraction yield gained by SFE increased as extraction pressure and temperature increased. The highest yield was 8.96 ± 0.68% at 500 bar 65℃ extraction condition. The total color difference (ΔE) values decreased at high pressure. In case of the 100 bar pressure conditions, ΔE-values increased as the temperature went up. The analysis of the 6-gingerol, 8-gingerol, 10-gingerol, 6-shogaol and curcumin contents decreased at high temperature conditions of identical pressure and increased at high pressure conditions. The volatile flavor compounds were detected in zingiberene,β-sesquiphellandre, β-phellandre, αγ-curcumene, 2,3-butandiol, β-bisabolene and so on. Also volatile component contents showed difference in each of extraction conditions.

목적 : 본 연구는 신경발달치료에 기초한 일상생활활동 훈련이 아동의 작업(occupations) 에 미치는 효과를 알아보 고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 연구대상은 만 2~6세의 뇌성마비 아동 11명이었으며, 단순 맹검(single-blind) 법으로 실험군 5명과 대 조군 6명으로 분류하였다. 연구 설계는 이질성 사전-사후검사 통제집단 설계(nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design)를 사용하였다. 실험군은 신경 발달치료원리에 기초한 일상생활활동 훈련을 주 2회씩 6주간 총12회 실시하였고(30분/1회기), 대조군은 아무런 치료를 하지 않았다. 아동의 작업은 중재 전∙후 목표성취척도 (GAS), 캐나다 작업수행 평가(COPM), 아동용 일상생활활동평가(WeeFIM) 도구로 측정하였다. 결과 분석은 중재 전∙후 두 그룹 간의 비교를 위해 맨-위트니 검정을 사용하였고, 실험군의 중재 전∙후의 변화를 측정하기 위해 윌 콕슨 부호 순위 검정을 사용하였다. 결과 : 실험군과 대조군의 실험 전∙후 비교에서는 목표성취척도(GAS)의 측정결과에서 유의미한 차이가 있었고, 캐나다 작업수행 평가(COPM)의 작업 수행도 측정결과와 일상생활활동측정(WeeFIM)결과는 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 실험군의 실험 전∙후 비교에서는 목표성취척도(GAS)의 측정결과에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 캐 나다 작업수행 평가(COPM)의 작업 수행도 측정결과와 일상생활활동측정(WeeFIM)결과는 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었지만 긍정적 변화 경향을 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구는 신경발달치료원리에 기초하여 아동에게 일상생활활동 훈련을 적용함으로써 뇌성마비 아동의 작 업수행에 대한 긍정적인 결과 및 가능성을 제시한 것으로 볼 수 있다.

이 연구는 청주시의 가로구간 교통사고를 다루고 있다. 연구의 목적은 가로구간의 기능별 사고모형을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해서 이 연구는 전체 472개의 세부구간으로 분리된 주간선도로와 보조간선도로의 사고 자료를 이용하여 적합한 모형을 개발하는데 중점을 두고 있다. 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주간선과 보조간선도로의 사고특성에 대한 t 검정은 두 도로의 사고건수와 EPDO에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 기능별 사고모형 개발이 적절한 것으로 분석된다. 둘째, 주간선도로의 EPDO와 사고건수는 모두 ZINB모형이 적합한 것으로 분석된다. 셋째, 보조간선도로 EPDO는 ZINB모형, 그리고 사고건수는 ZIP모형이 최적인 것으로 분석된다. 마지막으로 주간선도로 사고모형(ZINB)의 공통변수는 교통량과 굴곡점수, 보조간선도로의 EPDO모형(ZINB)과 사고건수모형(ZIP) 공통변수는 평균종단경사인 것으로 평가된다.

nanowires were synthesized by a hydrothermal reaction of metallic Y with aqueous solution of LiOH. The morphology and the size of the nanowires changed with varying the volume of the LiOH solution inside the autoclave. nanowires transformed to by a subsequent heat-treatment without morphological change. By a proper control of hydrothermal reaction parameter and heat-treatment, the yield of pure nanowires up to 97% was attained.

Malignant tumor cells outgrow new blood vessel formation and tend to be in hypoxic state. Hypoxic cancer cells adapt to hypoxic conditions by transforming its characteristics. On the other hand, one of the most important features of cancer cells is that carcinoma cells loses its inherent epithelial phenotype and acquires mesenchymal characteristics, called as epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT). It has been already well known that EMT contributes to tumor invasion and metastasis. The present study investigated whether hypoxia play a major role in induction of phenotypic changes of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC). Furthermore, the mechanism of EMT in oral squamous cell carcinoma cells by hypoxia has been clarified. To mimic hypoxic condition, cobalt chloride and desferoxamine, well-known hypoxic mimetic agents, were used. This study shows that hypoxia suppresses the expression of E-cadherin(epithelial marker) and increases vimentin and N-cadherin( mesenchymal markers) in OSCC. In addition, α5 integrin protein, which is a receptor for fibronectin and an important molecule for tumor invasion, is prominently induced by hypoxia.

We have accomplished a various reaction experiment for a purifying agent selection which is related with efficient site demobilization about soil contaminated with the total petroleum hydrocarbon(TPH) in link of contaminated soil purification enterprise of power train center in Y railway car places of business for an oxidizer comparison experiment, we have differed consistency and implantation quantity of the hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The result showed the highest 98.8% removal ratio, when H2O2 is 35% consistency. In the same way, the result which implants at 1:1 ratio (hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) : the catalyst (FeSO4 ․7H2O)) showed a similar result, when only the hydrogen peroxide was implanted.

변화하는 환경 속에서 존재하는 조직은 환경으로부터 받은 영향과 압력에 적응하면서 이에 대응해 나가야 한다. 조직은 그 자체를 유지·존속시키고 효과성을 높이기 위해 이러한 적응과 대응활동을 전개할 수 있는 능력을 가져야 한다. 21세기 교정조직도 사회변화에 적응하며 동태적 조직으로 발전하기 위해서는 전문화·개방화·민주화·정보화 등이 요구되며, 교정조직 및 교정공무원의 발전은 전문화를 통해 이루어질 수 있으리라 기대된다. 특히, 전문적이고 특수한 교정을 요하는 수용자가 증대되고 있고 사회의 민주화와 인권의 신장도 교정과 교정 공무원의 전문화를 더욱 요청하고 있다. 이러한 교정공무원의 전문화는 능력 있고 열성적인 우수 자원을 충분히 확보하여 그들의 능력을 충분히 발휘할 수 있도록 교육훈련 시켜서 적재적소에 배치하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 교정공무원의 전문화를 위한 교육훈련의 개선방안으로 첫째, 교육훈련기간의 연장과 적정한 실무 교육 확보로 다양하고 체계적인 교육훈련과 적정한 현장 실무교육 시간의 확보가 필요하다. 둘째, 조직개편을 통한 전문 교육기관의 신설로 교정공무원만을 대상으로 한 적정한 규모의 내실을 기할 수 있는 기관의 설치가 필요하다. 셋째, 인성 및 윤리교육 프로그램의 확대로 관련 교과목의 개설과 교육기법의 개발의 필수적이다. 넷째, 총체적품질관리의 적용을 통한 교육 훈련으로 총체적 품질관리가 조직문화 속으로 융화되기 위해서는 지속적인 개선활동이 필요하다. 특히 다른 공공부문에서 이미 적용하고 있는 총체적품질관리의 교정조직에의 적용에 대한 후속 연구가 계속 진행될 수 있기를 기대해 본다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the patterns of mourning being manifested in the poetry of Kim Jongsam. His poems take a particular position in the modernism of the 1950s. They are distinguished from the traditional lyric poems in the 1950s, the modernist poems trying to deal with the changes of the times, and the participatory poems that took active interest in the reality after Korean War. Those characteristics come from the patterns of mourning, which is his reaction to loss, being actively manifested in his poems. In his paper titled "Mourning and Depression," Freud presented two kinds of reaction to loss; unlike those who experience common mourning to accept the absence of someone lost and resolve conflicts through grief, those who suffer depression keep letting someone lost inside them and deny the loss. Kristeva segmented such a particular reaction process; those who suffer narcissistic depression take the event of loss as a more primitive loss of the object. As a result, the loss of the object becomes the loss of the world and remains as a chose that cannot be easily sublimated into a symbol or metaphor. A juxtaposition or substitution metaphor is used in a process of such a situation being organized with poetic language, and that is a way of mourning by an ego that is not capable of viewing the world as a whole and reflecting itself. Kim's poems are comprised of the images created by calling the object absent in reality through a diaphora. Their characteristics, namely "death consciousness," "fantasy," and "embodiment of absence," are the results of such mourning patterns being poetically manifested since what he experiences through the loss of the object is the loss of something primitive present beyond concrete reality. What he confines inside himself, denies whose loss, and takes care of represents fundamental nothingness about existence. Thus such a world is not a passive reaction containing a death impulse but an active one in that it does not give up fundamental desire for existence and refuses to forget the loss. The study found that Kim's poems would claim more persuasive power when the uniqueness of his world view was understood in the aspect of mourning for loss. They become beautiful when things that are absent are embodied and organized with images. Such aesthetic embodiment succeeds thanks to his mourning attitude toward the lost world.
